스마트폰 이용자의 모바일 광고 수용의사에 영향을 주는 요인: 개인화된 서비스, 개인정보보호, 광고 피로도 사이에서의 딜레마 (The Smartphone User's Dilemma among Personalization, Privacy, and Advertisement Fatigue: An Empirical Examination of Personalized Smartphone Advertisement)

  • 본 연구에서는 스마트폰 이용자가 모바일 맞춤형 광고 서비스를 수용함에 있어서, 이들이 체감하는 개인화된 서비스의 효용 가치, 개인정보보호에 대한 우려, 그리고 광고 피로도 사이에서 어떠한 의사결정을 내리게 되는지를 실증적인 분석을 통하여 알아보았다. 개인화된 맞춤 서비스와 이를 위해 제공되어야만 하는 개인정보의 양면적 상황에서 소비자들은 다양한 요인들을 종합하여 비용-편익 분석(cost-benefit analysis)을 하게 되며 이러한 의사결정 과정을 프라이버시 계산(privacy calculus)이라 일컫는다. 본 연구에서는 모바일 광고의 피로도에 대한 관심이 높아짐에 따라 기존의 프라이버시 계산 이론에 이를 결합한 확장 연구모델을 제시하였다. 연구 모델의 검증을 위해 가상체험을 포함한 설문 조사를 실행하였으며, 이를 통해 요인 별 영향관계와 요인 간 조절효과를 5가지 가설을 통해 검증하였다. 본 연구에서는 광고수용의도에 대한 $R^2$값은 약 60%로 매우 높은 설명력을 주었으며, 다음과 같은 사실을 밝혀낼 수 있었다. 먼저, 맞춤형 광고서비스의 효용가치가 광고수용의도에 미치는 양(+)의 영향관계는 통계적으로 유의한 결과를 보여 주었다. 재미있는 점은 평균적으로 높은 개인정보와 보안관련 우려에도 불구하고 이러한 우려가 광고 수용의사에는 미치는 음(-)의 영향관계는 유의하지 않은 결과를 보여 주었다. 효용가치와 보안에 대한 우려의 상호 관계가 이용의도에 미치는 영향도 통계적으로 유의하지 않았다. 반면에 광고 피로도가 모바일 광고의 수용의도에 미치는 음(-)의 영향관계는 통계적으로 유의한 결과를 보여주었다. 또한, 광고에 대한 피로도와 효용가치는 개별 독립 변수로서 수용의사에 영향을 미칠 뿐만 아니라 서로 상호작용 효과를 보여주었다. 따라서, 주어진 효용가치가 클수록 피로도가 광고 수용의사에 미치는 부(-)의 영향을 약화시키게 되는 결과를 가져옴을 알 수 있었다. 나날이 증가하는 스마트폰 기반 서비스와 이와 관련한 개인정보보호의 중요성을 고려할 때, 본 연구의 결과는 향후 관련 연구의 활성화에 기여할 것이며, 기업과, 소비자 모두에게 도움을 줄 수 있는 보다 효율적인 모바일 광고 시장의 활성화를 위한 전략적 시사점을 제시하고 있다.

광고 글 필터링 모델 적용 및 성능 향상 방안 (Application of Advertisement Filtering Model and Method for its Performance Improvement)

  • 최근 기하급수적인 인터넷 데이터의 증가로 딥러닝 등의 많은 분야가 발전하였지만 바이럴 마케팅(viral marketing)과 같은 상업적 목적의 광고가 발견되면서 정보증가의 부작용이 발생하고 있다. 이는 양질의 정보를 공유하고자 하는 인터넷의 본질을 훼손하고 있을 뿐만 아니라 사용자는 양질의 정보를 습득하기 위해 검색시간이 증가하는 문제가 야기된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 광고(Ad: Advertisement, 이하 Ad) 글을 정보 전달의 본질을 흐리는 내용의 글이라 정의하였으며 본 정의에 부합하는 정보로 필터링하는 모델을 제안하였다. 제안하는 모델은 광고 필터링 경로와 광고 필터링 성능 개선경로로 구성되었으며 지속적으로 성능이 개선되도록 설계하였다. 광고 글 필터링을 위해 데이터를 수집하고 KorBERT를 사용하여 문서분류를 학습하였다. 본 모델의 성능을 검증하기 위해 실험을 진행하였으며 5개의 주제를 통합한 데이터에 대한 정확도(Accuracy), 정밀도(Precision)는 각각 89.2%, 84.3%의 결과를 나타냈고 광고의 비정형적 특성을 고려하더라도 높은 성능이 보임을 확인하였다. 본 모델을 통해 바이럴 마케팅으로 구성된 문서에서 광고 문단을 판단하고 필터링하여 사용자에게 양질의 정보를 효과적으로 전달하며 검색하는 과정에서 낭비되는 시간과 피로가 감소할 것으로 기대된다.

서울지역 성인들의 비타민.무기질 보충제 섭취 실태에 관한 연구 (The Experience of Nutrient Supplement Use among Adults in the Seoul Area)

  • This study examined the experience of vitamin/mineral supplement among adults in Seoul. Using a self-completed questionnaire including demographic information and use of vitamin/mineral supplement, 618 participants completed the study. The majority of respondents were female (72.2%), 40~49 years old (42.2%), and over college graduates (53.4%). Among the 618 respondents surveyed, 56% had experience of supplement use. The reasons for vitamin/mineral supplement use were health maintenance (56%), fatigue recovery (18%), disease prevention (8%), disease treatment (8%), and nutrition (8%) in order. The main considering factors for selecting vitamin/mineral supplement were side effect, cleanliness and reliability of company. The information sources for vitamin/mineral supplement were physician/pharmacist (45%), TV & advertisement (29%), family and relatives (19%). The main purchasing place for their supplement reported by the most of the respondents (84%) was from pharmacy.

서울지역 성인들의 건강보조식품 섭취실태에 관한 연구 (The Experience of Health Food Usage for Adults in Seoul)

  • This study was performed to find out the patterns of health food usage among the adults residing in Seoul. The majority of respondents were female (72.2%), who were 40∼49 years old (42.2%), and 53.4% had college education or over. Of the 618 respondents surveyed, more than half (56.3%) was found to take health food. The respondents responded that the most important factors for maintaining healthy body were proper eating habit (4.38 out of 5), and good rest and enough sleep (4.38). Depending on the general characteristics and the age of the subject, there were significant differences in the usage and the kind of health food, respectively Probiotic beverage was the most frequently used by the age group of 20's due to its affordable price. The most popular health food items were ginseng, herbal medicine, and animal protein. The main reasons for taking health food were to maintain health (49.7%) and to recover from the fatigue (22.6%). When selecting health food, they considered side effect, effectiveness, cleanliness, reliability of company and price. The motivation for purchasing health food came from family members and relatives (45%), subjects themselves (27%), and commercial advertisement (10%). Pharmacy and health food store were the popular places for purchasing them.

사무직 남성의 건강보조식품 섭취실태에 관한 연구 (An investigation of the intake of the health food among the salary men in Seoul)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the intake of the health food among the salary men. The subjects consisted of 517 men in Seoul. This study used a constructed questionnaire as instrument tool. The results obtained were summarized as follow : The subjects who consumed lactobacillus were 40.2% and those who consumed drinks of solution type were 32.3%. The subjects who purchase health food by a recommendation from family, relative or acquaintance were 47.3% and those who purchase it by advertisement were 16.9%. The subjects who took the health food for relieving easily fatigue were 36.1% and for the prevention of disease were 25.6%. Most of the subjects took lactobacillus regardless of age, educational levels and income. However, the subjects who were educated below college were tended to take dog-soju more frequently compared to the other subjects. The subjects who felt their health condition good were significantly(p<0.05) consumed the health food more than those who felt their health condition bad. The subjects who had low nutritional knowledge score were significantly(p<0.05)consumed the health food more frequently than those who had high nutritional knowledge score.

B급 감성 광고 경향에 관한 내용분석: 2015년부터 2020년까지 공중파 TV광고를 중심으로 (A Content Analysis of B-Class Emotional Advertising Trend: Focused on TV commercials from 2015 to 2020)

  • 본 연구는 B급 감성 광고에 대한 전반적인 특성을 파악하고 경향을 분석하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 국내 최대 광고 포털 사이트인 TVCF(www.tvcf.co.kr)에 탑재된 광고들 중 2015년부터 2020년까지 온에어된 498편의 광고들을 추출하여 내용분석 방법을 통해 분석하였다. 분석결과, B급 감성 광고는 다양한 장르에서 활용되고 있으나 특히, 유머/과장 장르에서 가장 많이 활용되어왔고 2020년 Corona-19 Pandemic으로 인해 점차 증가하는 추세를 나타내고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 상업광고가 아닌 비상업광고 영역인 관공서나 단체, 공익광고, 기업 PR 등의 영역에서 과거에 비해 B급 감성 광고 활용률이 증가되었음을 확인하였다. 이러한 결과는 B급 감성 광고는 이제 더 이상 단순히 '하위문화(subculture)'로부터 기인 된 '비주류' 문화의 표상이 아닌 사회적·문화적·경제적 현상뿐 만이 아니라 개인의 우울감, 피로감 그리고 상실감의 증폭 문제 등까지 '희화(漫畫)화'를 통해 완화시켜주는 '새롭고 도전적인 주류문화'의 표상으로서 산업/비산업군의 모든 영역까지도 널리 활용되고 있는 중추적 역할을 하고 있다는 사실에 주목할 필요가 있음을 시사한다.

암환자들의 식행동과 건강식품 섭취실태에 관한 연구 (Dietary Behaviors and Consumption of Health Food among the Cancer Patients)

  • This study was performed to investigate dietary behaviors and consumption of health food in cancer patients. The subjects were 163 cancer patients recruited from the general hospital in Seoul, Korea. The data were obtained by the structured self administered questionnaire. The mean age of subjects was 51 years. Most of subjects didn't eat the visual fat of meat and chicken skin. The mealtime of the subjects was generally regular and most of subjects had breakfast. The subjects of this survey liked to eat foods with sweet taste but disliked to eat hot, salty and sour taste ones. The preference for fish, marine products and vegetables was high but that for instant foods and frying foods was very low. Most of subjects consumed the foods that is generally known as anticancer foods such as vegetables and fruits. On the other hand, most of subjects didn't intake butter, margarine, and frying foods that is known as risk factors of cancer. The majority of subjects$(84.7\%)$ consumed the health food The main reasons for taking health foods by subjects were to cure disease$(58.0\%)$, to prevent disease$(45.3\%)$, to supply nutrients$(39.3\%)$, to maintain the mental state$(12.7\%)$ and to recover fatigue$(10.7\%)$. Majority of subjects$(66.0\%)$ spent money more than 200,000 won/month to buy health foods. The purchasing channels of health foods by subjects were recommendation by family or friend$(64.0\%)$, by physician/pharmacist$(18.0\%)$ and by nutritionist or dietician(6.0), and advertisement through TV or radio$(12.0\%)$. The types of taking health foods of the subjects were vegetable extracted food$(60.0\%)$, mushrooms$(51.3\%)$, Lactobacillus food$(25.3\%)$, enzyme food$(22.6\%)$ calcium containing food$(20.0\%)$ and so on. The results of the current study show that although many cancer patients already practice healthy dietary behaviors, there is a substantial proportion who do not and most of cancer patients consume health foods.' Further intervention is needed to explore the effect of health foods in cancer patients

경기북부지역 대학생의 건강기능식품 인식 및 섭취 실태 조사 (Recognition and Consumption for the Health Functional Food of College Students in the Northern Gyeonggi-do Area)

  • This study was conducted to assess the recognition and consumption of health functional food (HFF) of the college students in the Northern Gyeonggi-do area (Republic of Korea). To accomplish this, a survey was conducted to investigate 360 college students (183 males and 177 females) regarding their general characteristics, as well as the recognition, knowledge, considerations, purchases and consumption of HFF. Most male and female students (68.9% and 61.6%, respectively) were unaware of the HFF certification mark, however, more females(58.8%) were aware of the legal HFF definition compared to males (36.6%). The HFF advertising routes for males and females were 'TV radio' (43.2% and 43.5%, respectively) and 'internet smart phones' (19.7% and 27.1%, respectively). The main factor considered for selection and the most serious problem concerning HFF by males and females were 'effectiveness' (36.1% and 43.6%, respectively) and 'hype (exaggerated advertisement)' (35.0% and 55.9%, respectively). The main purchase route by males and females was 'pharmacy' (35.2% and 27.8%, respectively). The main reason for HFF product purchase by males and females was 'health promotion' (38.8% and 29.4%, respectively) and the main reason for not purchasing an HFF product was 'no health problem'(34.8% and 36.7%, respectively). The percentage of HFF consumption was 46.0% in males and 69.8% in females. The main HFF product consumed by males and females was 'vitamin mineral' (36.9% and 43.5%, respectively). The main reason for HFF consumption by males was 'health promotion' (31.0%) and females was 'recovery from fatigue' (21.8%). The main reason for not consuming HFF by males and females was 'no health problem' (38.4% and 41.5%, respectively). These results suggest the need to provide correct information concerning HFF to college students. Based on these results, greater efforts should be made to provide meaningful information regarding factors affecting purchase and consumption patterns for college students related to the research and development of HFF in the Northern Gyeonggi-do area.
