Advanced SIL(A-SIL) system for Near Field Recording (A-SIL 을 이용한 근접장 저장)

  • Mutual compensating concept between SIL(Solid Immersion Lens) and OL(Objective Lens) of NFR(Near Field Recording) is proposed, designed and manufactured to achieve a high NA and obtain a wider manufacturing tolerance. Tolerance information is present in article. An effective NA of Advanced SIL is 1.7 and adjustment between OL and SIL is carried out using our interferometer. We measured very clear RF signal using 3-axis actuator at Test bed.

  • This is a study on Sil-Sil and Chun. Sil-Sil is a kind of turquoise. According to its burial place and use its identity was fixed, It was discovered in the Middle-East Asia like Iran and Tibet, Ancient China imported turquoise from these countries,. Korea also imported it in Shilla period. It was the empresses only who had the priviledge of using Sil-Sil for their ornaments such as hair-pins headdresses and combs. Chun was a sort of metal ornaments. Chun required a high-skilled work' and it showed how advanced its skill at that time.

  • Avionics System Integration Laboratory is an integrated test environment for the integration and the verification of avionics systems. Recently, in order to fully consider the requirements verification of avionics system from the aspect of the entire system integration, the participation in the development of the SIL field is advanced from the requirement analysis of the aircraft. Efforts are being made to minimize the cost and the period of development of a SIL so that it does not affect the overall schedule of the aircraft development. We propose the avionics simulation model framework (ASMF) based on the modeling formalism applicable to SIL in order to reduce development period/cost and increase maintenance by standardizing the modeling methods of SIL.

Solid Immersion Lens Microscope for Spectroscopy of Nanostructure Materials

  • We demonstrate a high-spatial-resolution imaging and spectroscopy tool using a solid immersion lens (SIL), a hemispherical lens made of high refractive index glass (n ~2). Photoluminescence (PL) images of single CdSe nanocrystals confirm a numerical aperture enhancement factor of ~2, close to the refractive index of the SIL. In particular, a bare-eye observation of PL signals emitted by single nanocrystals with ${\sim}10\;{\mu}m^{-2}$ densities was possible over an ${\sim}30\;{\mu}m$ diameter region. In addition, the PL spectra of single CdSe nanocrystals were successfully measured at room temperature. Thus, this SIL microscope ensures a simple but powerful method for nanostructure spectroscopy.

  • In developing the avionics system, a system integration laboratory (SIL) is established to verify the function and interworking of individual components. In case of individual verification of SIL's components and system integration, a SIL model that simulates the function and interworking of each equipment is developed and used. A SIL model shall be pre-verified against all data defined in the interface control document (ICD) before interworking with the actual equipment and reverified even when the ICD changes or functions change. However, if the verification of the SIL model is performed manually, the verification of the individual SIL model takes considerable time. For this reason, selective regression tests are often performed to determine a impact of SIL models on ICD changes and some functional changes. In this paper, we designed SIL model verification automation method to perform regession test by reducing verification time of SIL model and verify the usefulness of verification automation design by developing SIL model verification automation tool.

  • 태양 에너지 기반 무선 센서 네트워크(SP-WSN) 환경에서는 주기적으로 배터리가 충전되므로 에너지 소모를 최소화하기 보다는 수집된 에너지의 효율적인 사용이 중요하다. 한편, 잘 알려진 것처럼 SP-WSN을 포함하여 모든 센서 네트워크들은 사용되는 센서 노드의 특성상 성능이 제한적이므로 노드 간의 통신 신뢰도가 낮을 수밖에 없다. 본 논문에서는 위의 특성들을 고려하여 SP-WSN에서 신뢰성있는 통신을 할 수 있는 향상된 순방향 에러정정 기법(FEC) 기법을 제안한다. 싱크에서 수집되는 데이터양과 정전되는 노드 수를 다른 기법들과 비교함으로써 제안 기법의 성능 검증을 수행하였다.

  • Avionics System Integration Laboratory is the integrated test environment for integration and verification of avionics systems. When real equipment can not be used in the laboratory for various reasons, software models should be needed. Because there hasn't been any standardized method for the models so that it is difficult to reuse the developed models, the need for a framework to develop the avionics software models was emerged. We adopted DEVS(discrete event system specification) formalism as the standardized modeling method for the avionics software models. Due to DEVS formalism is based on event-driven algorithm, it doesn't accord a legacy system which has sequential and periodic algorithms. In this paper, we propose real-time event-driven modeling and simulation method for SIL to overcome these restrictions and to maximize reusability of avionics models through the analysis of the characteristics and the limitations of avionics models.

  • 최근에 멀티미디어 환경을 기반으로 한 온라인 회의 시스템은 큰 발전을 가져왔지만 회의 통제 불가 같은 단점과 정보 보안에 있어서의 취약점이 존재한다. 이에 본 논문에서는 비대칭키 암호 알고리즘과 OTP 및 티켓 시스템을 이용해 기밀성과 회의 통제 기능을 추가하여 이전에 제안한 것보다 개선된 다중 접속 도메인 시스템을 제안하고자 한다.

  • The ESP (Electronic Stability Program) is an active control system that controls the posture of the vehicle by sensing the unstable state of the vehicle during braking, driving, or turning. The system works if the vehicle becomes unstable and it is very dangerous to develop it in the actual vehicle. For this reason, many studies have been carried out on the method of developing with simulation such as SIL / EIL. Some advanced companies have already applied it to the product development process. In this study, ESP hydraulic system and braking device model were constructed using SimulationX to build ESP SIL / EIL model. The hydraulic system model was constructed using the actual design parameters and the performance of the hydraulic model was verified by comparing with the actual vehicle test.
