The objective of this study is to examine the effect of the serve employee which is thought as important but has not been studied almost on the response actions to the customer and organization. we tried provide the administrative implications for the black consumer management. This study built a exploratory empirical model that there is causal relationship of the service sector employee on the attitude to the customer and organization on the base of the exploratory consideration. To test hypotheses empirically, the questionnaire data were collected from 262 members of service sector in Busan and was analyzed by using Regression Analysis. Results of empirical analysis are as follow. 1) perceived black consumer behavior which service sector employee has the significant positive effect on the misbehavior to the customer. looking in detail, repetitiveness, insistence, deception, excessiveness are significant positive effect on the misbehavior to the customer. 2) perceived black consumer behavior which service sector employee has the significant positive effect on the misbehavior to the organization. looking in detail, excessiveness only have a positive effect on the misbehavior to the organization. 3) The significance of this study indicates that encourage plays a role as moderating variable influencing the relationship between perceived black consumer behavior and employee misbehavior. Specifically, The significance of this study indicates that encourage plays a role as moderating variable influencing the relationship between perceived excessiveness which the demension of the black consumer behavior and employee misbehavior. Lastly, this study suggested the implication of the result, the limitation and the direction of future study. The results of this study provide suggestion to the company.
As a way to raise the brand value of each area and activate local industries, public design projects have been competitively made. Meanwhile, public design has the characteristics of having an uncertain number of users, people with different interests, and management of the design by an administrative organization. Such characteristics may be obstacles to the results of public design and finally can cause many problems in a project's results. However, although most local governments have executed public design projects, systematic research for them and organized execution of the projects has been insufficient. For successful realization, proper organization, and consistent public design, research on a strategic design process is needed. Therefore, this study investigated the current status of public design projects to understand problems in the design process and solve them. The results are presented as follows: First, the design process for public spaces has a dual structure including a specialized process of design development in its execution and management and the execution process in the planning state is unsatisfactory and the process of designer selection is not consistent. Second, as a result of investigating the current status of the design process for public spaces, it was deduced that as most of the projects have been subjectively and temporarily managed by wholly charged organizations without specialized consultation or investigation with different related departments, there have been diverse problems in securing design quality. Third, as a result of analysing the specific execution processes carefully, it was suggested that problems in the process can be solved by decisions through consultation and discussion. As well supportive consultation systems should be used actively.
The purpose of this study is to discover the context and pattern of turnover social workers have experienced. To achieve this purpose, researchers collected data from in-depth interviews with seven social workers who have experiences of turnover and analysed the data using context-pattern analysis method. Research findings are composed of individual context-pattern analysis and integrated context-pattern analysis. In individual context-pattern analysis, researchers mixed time-dimension(before turnover/on the process/after turnover) and level-dimension(experienced phenomenon/meaning of experiences/context connected with phenomenon and meaning) and analysed the context of every stages and serial pattern. Also, we connected with each contexts and patterns and integrated the context-pattern of turnover. Integrated context-pattern structure is divided for four areas; organization before turnover, organization after turnover, social worker as a stakeholder of turnover, and network of social worker. Based on the results of the study, administrative recommendations were suggested in order to manage the turnover of social workers in social work fields.

The objective of this study is to propose the operational organization and connective cooperation plan for the Daegu regional central library which will be completed in 2020. The vision of regional central library was presented as 'the library for the happiness of Daegu citizens and the cradle of knowledge and culture', and 10 core functions also proposed. In order to fulfill the roles as a regional central library, it has been suggested to maintain 5 departments including the department of administrative support, the department of library policy, the department of collection development, the department of information service, and the department of cooperative preservation. Lastly, it has also established the model of connective cooperation plans between other regional libraries and the regional central library as follows: the construction and operation of cooperative system, connective cooperation for the construction of Daegu collaborative repository, cooperative library system of ILL/DDS.

The implication of space in school libraries more important than the other types of libraries because their main user is students who are affected by service environment. Let me consider the reality of our circumstance, the space is not enough in the school library, Therefore, it is essential to utilize of library space effectively. So, this study intends to suggest effective organization model of school library space, through introduced by the notion of information commons. The results show that they are integrated within school library, which, in addition to other functions, may include recreation center, and interactive community, circulation space, administrative offices and so on and suggest the library space design and management need to reflect the flexibility and inter-activeness of the space. Also, in order to acquiring human-centered aspect and openness, school library appropriate space planning for present needs and future expansion is imperative within school community.

Publication Information Dissemination Guidance(P.I.D.G.), in which a public organization opens it's information to the public in advance of requests, could be an appropriate medium to support the good governance. In other words, good governance could be established by adopting P.I.D.G. to guarantee the accessibility and usability of information to a public organization, to arrange an opportunity for conversation with the people, and eventually promote the participation of people in administration. However, the P.I.D.G. is not well-known among people due to lack of nation-wide advertisement, and a number of multi-laterally found flaws in the system operation, suggesting an urgent need of improvement. Disorders are found in the operation of P.I.D.G. due to un-standardized categories among the standards of Publication Information Dissemination, set by administrative organizations. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the P.I.D.G. and suggest the ways to improve it based on the criteria indicated above.

Healthcare organizations need mutual cooperation among various medical professionals in order to carry out the performance of their duties spite of haying a strong job specialization and independence based on license. However, spite of the importance of leadership roles, there have not been enough researches dealt with leadership effect under the complex duties' relationship of a healthcare organization. This study suggested a new model by combining characteristics of leadership style, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment using Structural Equation Model (SEM). The data were self-administered questionnaires collected in 2006 from 437 employees (nurses, medical technicians, and administrative staffs) of 5 hospitals located in Seoul. The items of questionnaire were composed as a method of choosing new leadership style based on the Bass's standardized questionnaire on a Iransactionaljtransformational leadership combining the Leader Behavior Description Questionnaire-XII (LBDQ-XII) of the Ohio State University and Graen and Uhl-Bien's LMK scale through simulation techniques responding to organizational commitment. As a result, the leadership style increasing employees' self-confidence and having continuous response relationship between managers and employees improved their discretion and empowerment as well as worthwhileness and pride. However, the leadership style emphasizing reward and a sense of duty brought about a bed result that was not able to effectively respond to employees' discretion and empowerment and even weakened their worthwhileness and pride. After all, the leadership style based on vision and change had an effect on organizational commitment but the other one based on reward and a sense of duty seemed to be unsuccessful in organizational commitment. Therefore, the desirable leadership in a healthcare organization should be based on employees' self-confidence and continuous response relationship between managers and employees.
As urban function has become diversified and complicated, multifunctional complex facilities to satisfy new functional desires are necessary. Since local autonomy started, many facilities previously run and managed by central administrative agencies are now under management of localities, and functionally, the necessity for governments complexes town to satisfy diverse taste of populace such as creating local community becomes imminent. Analyzing characteristics by space composition factor of the public health center, newly built as part of such governments complexes town and understanding required area of each part, this project is to be used as basic material for construction plan of public health center that is equipped with local characters while devising construction of the public health center in the governments complexes town. Research method is to analyze four public health center facilities located in governments complexes town sites built after 2007, among twenty five public health centers in Seoul, by spatial functions. Also, based on statistical documents of usage of public health center facilities, research over spatial compositional factors and area composition has been conducted. As a result, connectivity between local government building located inside the governments complexes town and public health center and that of spatial composition factor by part, area ratio by part and floor type of public health center are comprehended. Connectivity type of public health centers are divided into horizontal and vertical connectivity and it is found that spatial composition of public health center is compartmentalized into low level, mid level and high level, to make access by users easier. Level type is decided as radial, rotational and combined by hallway connecting facilities.

This study analyzes the domestic kindergarten attached to elementary school, and that is to present the basic data to be established in the future on the basis of the problems seen in kindergarten attached to elementary school analysis of construction planning. For this study, selecting 10 kindergartens in Hwaseong, Gyeonggi-do, and the selected spatial configuration of kindergarten. And then, analyzes Space Organization, Circulation Plan, Area Distribution, Spatial Hierarchy of them. The results were as follows. 1) The current kindergarten attached to elementary school is associated with the most elementary building planes are independent. 2) Most of them don't have space for secondary activities such as playroom or hallway space between the classrooms and the entrance. 3) Interior space is composed of educational space, service space, administrative space. 4) Kindergarten attached to elementary school should plan increase the area because it is small scale there are a lot of dead space. 5) The main users of kindergarten children should be planned simultaneously in a space that is used along with the teacher. Such a kindergarten attached to elementary school in order to be implemented in construction and environmental characteristics of the kindergarten curriculum developers and juxtaposition of kindergarten teachers and architects such exchanges should be made a doctor of the tripartite briskly.
The characteristics of the records management systems of the Japanese colonial government can be summarized as follows. First, the Government General adopted a "decentralized retention" of public records. The Government General did not establish its own archives for central preservation of permanent public records. Colonial agencies established its own records office and the records office managed the records its agency created. Secret records and police records were exception. They were retained by the Secretary Office of the General Affairs Division and Police Division of the Chosun Government General respectively. Second, filing systems and retention periods of the public records followed the hierarchic structure of organization. In the headquarter of the government, records were filed by a "bureau-division-activity-file" classification system and a retention period of a file was given automatically by each unit the file belonged. A closed and cut-off file was retained and arranged according to its creating unit, creating year, and retention period. The filing system was easy to use once the filing system was established well, but to make it work effectively changes in activities and organizations should be on a reflected regular basis. It had an advantageous effect that permanent records could be preserved in a unified way throughout the organization. However, it is very critical to determine the permanent records in a professional way. Selection of the permanent records should be done professionally and in a historical perspective. Otherwise, the records retained as permanent records were not the records having an enduring value. And that was not done by the colonial government. Third, classification and scheduling of records were carried out by a creating division, rather than by the Records Office, mostly from the 1920s. Compilation of the records was also done by the creating agency. It implies that the records management lacked the professionalism. In conclusion, the records management system of the Chosun Government General wes nither modern nor user oriented. It managed the records for solely administrative purpose, i.e. effective colonial rule. The legacy of the colonial records system still exists in the public records system in Korean government. One should criticize the lack of will and efforts to modernize the public records system since the establishment of the Korean government while should reflect the historical origins of the records system in Korea.
