Any food additive as a chemical synthetic compound. whose criteria and standards are not notified publicly and foods using an food additives containing such a chemical synthetic compound or foods containing it shall not be sold. or manufactured. imported. processed. used. prepared. stored. transported. or displayed for the purpose of sale. Some food manufacturers have illegally added drugs to foods not notifying this. Moreover. structure-modified new drugs could be added. But it is almost impossible to detect these by ordinary laboratory inspection. Thus the study about the identification of analogues of pending drugs is imminent. (omitted)

Korea now has a rapidly expanding space programme with exploration aspirations. The government is giving priority to the aerospace industry and, to put it on a better footing, enacted an Aerospace Industry Development Promotion Act in 1987, a Space Development Promotion Act in 2005 and a New Space Compensation for Damage Act in 2007. I would like to describe briefly the legislative history, main contents and comment for these three space acts including especially launch licensing, registration of space objects, use of satellite information, astronaut rescue, liability for compensation, third party liability insurance and establishment of committee and plans to assist the Korean space effort. Furthermore author proposed to legislate a draft for the establishment of a new Korean National Space Development Agency (KNSDA: tentative title) to create a similar body to Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA), British National Space Centre (BNSC) of UK, French Centre National d'Etudes Spatiales (CNES), German Aerospace Center (DLR), Swedish Space Corporation, China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation, Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) as well as the Korean Space Agency (KSA: Tentative title) to create a similar body to Canadian Space Agency, European Space Agency, Russian Space Agency, Italian Space Agency, Israel Space Agency, Indian Department of Space, National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) of USA, China National Space Administration in order to develope efficiently space industry. A call is made for Asian countries to unite and further their space development through a regional space agency.

$\ulcorner$Ministry Of Maritime Affairs And Fisheries$\lrcorner$was established on 8 August 1996 by emerging ex-$\ulcorner$Maritime and Port Administration$\lrcorner$, $\ulcorner$Fisheries Administration$\lrcorner$and some other marine-related organs such as $\ulcorner$Maritime Police Agency$\lrcorner$, $\ulcorner$Marine Accident Inquiry Agency$\lrcorner$, etc., for the purpose of enhancing development of national marine polices in various aspect and promoting marine safety and environmental protection activities. Therefore, the unification of marine casualty statistics is required for the need of appreciating present condition and problem. This paper shows the Client/Server computing system which could replace the existing Main Frame system set up by Maritime and Port Administration and Marine Accident Inquiry Agency. It also gives the way to connect every casualty related organ for data exchange of casualty information and INTERNET for opening casualty information to the public. So, applicable techniques and basic policy direction is dealt with.

The purpose of this study is to review the relationship between emotional labor and job burnout, and the moderating effects of peer and superior support in social welfare agency. In order to verify and achieve the purposes mentioned above, questionnaire data were gathered and analysed from 349 employees of social welfare agency in western Kangwon-do province. Empirical survey's findings are as follows; First, deep action(DA) appeared to be negatively related with depersonalization and reduced accomplishment. Second, surface action(SA) appeared to be positively related with all job burnout factors(emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and reduced accomplishment). Third, peer support moderated negatively the relationship between emotional labor(DA, SA) and emotional exhaustion. Fourth, superior support moderated negatively the relationship between deep action(DA) and emotional exhaustion.

This study focuses on the case of FIRA(Korea Fisheries Resources Agency) and analysis the introduction effect of BSC(Balanced Score card) implementation. So it will set forth the improvement method and the implications for Quasi-governmental organizations which are trying to introduce or are operating the BSC system. This study suggests how to improve the problems of BSC as below : (1) Building of reasonable and balanced evaluation index system (2) Acquiring of comparability and equality through adjustments of group evaluated (3) Enhancing of competence and professionalism of evaluating group (4) Alleviating of difference gap of performance incentives and promoting of non-money incentives (5) Enhancing of positive acceptance and recognition for BSC.

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the productivity of the costal fisheries in Jeonnam Province. In this study, the operational characteristics and Cobb-Douglas production function of coastal fisheries were examined based on a research on the actual condition of costal fisheries (RACF). The statistical analysis of RACF data reveals that Cobb-Douglas production function consists of the three variables: fishing quantity per ton-age, the number of fisherman per ton-age and fishing equipment cost per ton-age. The results of this study show us that the relation and productivity between labor and capital of the operational equipment in the coastal fisheries. If extensive comparable biological and market data become available, analysis model can be widely applied to yield more accurate results.

This study investigates what effects both customer trust in the headquarters and perceived customer justice(interactional, procedural and distributive) in agencies have on customer loyalty to the agency via customer trust and satisfaction with the agency. The data for analysis are obtained from 266 customers who are experienced in dealing with agencies. The results show the following : first, customer perceived justice has a significant positive influence on customer trust and satisfaction with the agencies. Second, customer trust in the headquarter has a significant positive influence on customer trust with the agencies. Third, customer satisfaction with the agencies has a significant positive influence on customer trust in the particular agency Fourth, both customer trust in and satisfaction with the agencies are found to have significant positive impacts on customer loyalty to the agencies. Finally, we presented suggestions for enhancing customer loyalty to the agencies.

The best way to prevent foot-and-mouth disease (FMD) constantly occurring in Korea will be vaccination. In this study, FMD vaccines were given to Korean native cattle (Hanwoo), dairy cattle, and pigs to investigate the antibody positive rate of FMD vaccine by age in year and month. Hanwoo, dairy cattle, and pigs showed antibody positive rates of 99.5%, 97.7%, and 95.9%, respectively. High antibody positive rates more than 95% were found in Hanwoo and dairy cattle. In particular, high antibody positive rates were found in Hanwoo and dairy cattle regardless of age. Pigs showed a relatively low antibody positive rate of 57.6% at 3 months of age and then constantly maintained a high antibody positive rate of above 95.0% after 4 months of age. As a result of this study, high antibody positive rates were found when regular FMD vaccination was given to newborn calves and piglets after FMD vaccination twice to them. Therefore, it is considered the most important to receive vaccination thoroughly according to vaccination plan in order to prevent FMD.

The service of health information was provided through internal and external weather agency web sites. The purpose of this study was to analyze current status of the weather agency web sites dealing with health information in the internet, and to evaluate their contents and technical aspects. The evaluation tool consisted of five area (appropriateness, accessibility, supportiveness, feedback, and continuance) with nineteen items. For the public confidence, web sites were limited to national meteorological administration and representative weather agencies. The evaluating web sites were fourteen from eight countries. The evaluation scores of fourteen web sites were 37.8 out of 53.0 in total. Each subcategory score were 5-12 out of 12 in appropriate, 4-12 out of 12 in accessibility, 4-10 out of 11 in supportiveness, 2-8 out of 9 in feedback, and 2-8 out of 9 in continuance. The score of feedback was the lowest. Survey results indicated that Korean Meteorological Administration homepage was middle status compared with the others in side of depth of health information and feedback from expert. Climate change affect human health, so it will be possible to prevent some disease at first through climate information. It should be developed to provide high quality health information and system related climate on KMA homepage.

This study is performed the multinomial logistic regression with the officials needs level about a component of knowledge administration for drawing a demand estimation model in the knowledge administration activities. This study is not that an activity and domain of knowledge administration is to apply and to operate uniformly it in public sector, one is suggested an application with a demand diagnose of knowledge administration in order to saw a course of the knowledge administration programs to suit a function and role of public administration. A result of this study is that an activity and domain of the knowledge administration is different from a component of it namely, knowledge creating, knowledge organizing, knowledge sharing and distribution, knowledge utility, and knowledge store. And the officials individual characteristics, administration agency, a kind of business, and a function and role of work are different from demand of knowledge administration. Also, the practical use of KMS (knowledge management system) is not so high in public sector. Accordingly, the tools of knowledge administration will deliberate on a consolidation with the existing system in the device.
