다문화 아동의 학교적응 예측요인에 대한 체계적 문헌고찰 (Predictors of School Adjustment among Multicultural Children: Systematic Review)

  • Purpose: The purpose of the study was to synthesize related studies and identify the predictors of school adjustment among multicultural children. Methods: The author searched Google Scholar, RISS, KISS, Naver Academic, NDSL, and the National Assembly Library databases from August 1 to August 8, 2016. Keywords included multicultural, adolescents, school life, and school adjustment. Results: Twenty two studies, from 3,645 screened references, were included and finally analyzed. All studies were prospective studies and used regression analysis. The predictors of school adjustment among multicultural children were children's personal factors and social factors. Children's personal factors consisted of general factors, psychosocial factors, and situational factors. Social factors consisted of parental factors, family factors, teacher factors, and peer factors. Conclusion: The findings suggest that consideration of social factors as well as personal factors of multicultural children, their family, teacher, and peers is needed to improve school adjustment of multicultural children.

장애대학생의 지각된 낙인과 우울이 대학생활적응에 미치는 영향 : 사회적지지의 조절효과 검증 (Effects of Perceived Stigma and Depression of College Student with Disabilities on Adaptation of Campus Life : Verification of Moderating Effect of Social Supports)

  • 본 연구는 장애대학생의 지각된 낙인과 우울이 대학생활을 방해한다는 가설을 전제로 사회적지지가 조절효과를 가지는지를 실증하고자 계획되었다. 이를 위해 부산 경남 일부지역의 4년제 대학교에 재학 중인 장애대학생 108명(남학생 61명, 여학생 47명)을 대상으로 연구한 결과는 다음과 같다. 인구사회학적 변인중에서 성별과 학년은 장애대학생의 대학생활적응에 영향을 미치는 유의한 변수였고, 장애대학생의 지각된 낙인과 우울은 장애대학생의 대학생활적응에 영향을 미치는 유의한 변수임이 드러났다. 특히 우울의 영향력이 상대적으로 매우 우세한 것으로 파악되었다. 사회적지지 또한 장애대학생의 대학생활적응에 정적(+) 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었으며, 지각된 낙인과 우울이 대학생활적응에 미치는 관계에서 조절효과를 가지는 것으로 증명되었다. 본 연구는 장애대학생의 대학생활적응력 향상을 위해서는 여러 접근들 못지않게 장애대학생을 둘러싼 사회적지지에 대한 관심 역시 중요하다는 것을 입증하고 있다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 실천적 함의를 제시하였다.

군복무 후 제대한 복학생의 진로결정자기효능감과 자아탄력성이 대학생활적응에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Self-Efficacy and Ego-resilience on College Adaptation after Military Service)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 군복무 후 제대한 복학생의 진로결정자기효능감과 자아탄력성이 대학생활적응에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 검증하려는 것이다. 이를 위해 전북권에 소재한 4년제 대학교에 군복무 후에 복학한 남학생 234명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였으며 수집된 자료는 spss 18.0을 사용하여 상관분석과 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 각 변인들 간의 상관관계를 살펴본 결과, 대학생활적응의 하위요인 학업적응과 대학환경적응은 진로결정자기효능감의 목표선택과 자아탄력성의 낙관적태도와 정적상관이 나타났으며 대학생활적응의 사회적응은 진로결정자기효능감의 미래계획과 자아탄력성의 낙관적태도 그리고 대학생활적응의 개인-정서적응은 진로결정자기효능감의 자기평가와 자아탄력성의 자신감 간에 정적상관이 나타났다. 또한 위계적 회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 자아탄력성은 진로결정자기효능감보다 대학생활적응에 더 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 군복무 후 복학한 남학생만의 자료 수집을 통해 밝힌 본 연구의 의의와 더불어서 연구의 제한점을 논의하였다.

COVID-19를 맞이한 간호대학생의 적응 경험 (Adjustment Experiences of Nursing Students in the Face of COVID-19)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate adjustment experiences of nursing students in the face of COVID-19. Methods: The subjects were 4 focus groups consisting of a total of 20 participants, including 18 nursing students and 2 professors. From July to August 2020, focus group interviews were conducted. Results: We identified 15 sub-themes and 4 hemes. The 4 themes were sudden and new situation, changes in daily life due to non-face-to-face contact, becoming in an unfamiliar life, rising to the challenge of the new normal. Conclusion: Participants were experiencing difficult situations, accepting and recognizing them as challenges. It is necessary to conduct further research on how college students experiencing a crisis accept the situation and how they think about it, according to their major. In addition, since this research was conducted through focus group interviews, it is necessary to conduct further research using another research method.

간호대학생의 인성 및 스트레스가 대학생활 적응에 미치는 영향에 관한 융합연구 (Convergence Study on the Influence of Personality and Stress on College Life Adaptation in Nursing College Students)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생의 인성, 스트레스, 대학생활 적응 간의 관계를 파악하고 대학생활 적응에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하기 위함이다. D광역시 간호학과 193명을 대상으로 2017년 12월 14일부터 2017년 12월 19일까지 설문조사를 하였다. 자료 분석은 t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe's test, Pearson's correlatio, 다중선형회귀분석으로 하였다. 연구결과, 전공만족도 평균 $6.32{\pm}2.03$점, 인성 평균 $3.76{\pm}.43$점, 스트레스 평균 $1.57{\pm}.37$점, 대학생활 적응 평균 $3.30{\pm}.65$점이었다. 대학생활 적응은 전공만족도(r=.42, p<.001)와 인성(r=.61, p<.001)과 순 상관관계가 있었으며, 스트레스(r=-.33, p<.001)와는 역 상관관계로 나타났다. 대학생활 적응에 영향을 미치는 요인은 상담횟수, 전공만족도, 인성이었으며, 대학생활 적응에 대한 설명력은 49%이었다. 따라서 간호대학생의 대학생활 적응을 향상시킬 수 있는 다각적인 노력이 필요하며, 인성함양을 위한 프로그램의 개발이 필요하다고 생각된다.

간이식 수혜자의 적응경험 (Adjustment Experience of Liver Transplant Recipient)

  • The purpose of this phenomenological study was to understand and describe the essence and the structure of lived experience of liver transplant recipient. Five individual interviews were conducted to gather data regarding their subjective experiences. About 130 significant statements were extracted and these were clusterd into 9 themes. End stage liver disease patients chose their last treatment - liver transplantation. After liver transplantation, recipients experience vague anxiety and uneaseness related to much information and life style change that they had to accept. And they feared to lose their health again. But they felt free from medication and restriction of food. And they satisfied with regaining their physical status. Most of the recipients also had financial difficulties and social restrictions. And they experience uncertainty about their future. But they restored their previous social life. And they experience psychological wellbeing and hope. The results of this study might help nurses who work with liver transplant recipient in establishing and implementing an effective nursing intervention by understanding their lived experience.

정신질환의 회복[Recovery] 개념분석 (Recovery of People Living with Mental Illness: A Concept Analysis)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the concept of recovery in relation to those living with mental illness and provide a better understanding to the definition, perspectives, and paradigm of recovery in phenomenon, as a conceptual knowledge. Methods: A literature review was conducted to define the concept of recovery from a mental illness by using key words, "recovery", "mental health and illness", "concept analysis" and "recovery-oriented nursing", and searching the Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature, PubMed, Cochrane library and RISS4U database. Concept analysis of recovery was done, by using the Walker and Avant's framework of concept analysis. Results: Attributes of recovery for those living with mental illness included regain, life reconstruction, hope, adjustment, and health. Antecedents of recovery from mental illness included instilling hope, recovery vision, belief, peer support, recovery-oriented services, empowerment, personal accountability, education, human rights and culture. The consequences, as meanings of recovery included self-esteem, hopeful life, positive adjustment, and healthy life. Conclusion: Concept of recovery is important for a nurse to understand when caring for a person living with mental illness. This concept of recovery from mental illness may apply to future studies to develop a recovery-oriented nursing intervention.

간호대학생 부모의 사회적 지지가 대학생활적응 및 진로정체감에 미치는 영향 (The effect of parental social support on the transition to college life and career identity of nursing undergraduate college students)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생의 대학생활적응, 진로정체감에 영향을 미치는 요인과 부모의 사회적지지에 따라 학년별 변화를 보고자 하였다. 서울과 지방의 4년제 간호대학생 542명을 대상으로 일반적 특성, 부모 각각의 사회적 지지, 대학생활적응, 진로정체감을 자기기입식으로 설문조사를 시행하였다. 간호대학생들의 부모의 사회적 지지가 대학생활적응과 진로정체감에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 Hierarchical Regression을 실시하였다. 부모의 사회적 지지는 대학생활적응, 진로정체감에 영향을 미쳤다. 대학생활적응에 영향을 미치는 요인은 학년, 전공만족도, 어머니의 정서적 지지였다. 진로정체감에 영향을 미치는 요인은 학년, 전공만족도, 아버지의 정보적 지지였다. 간호학생의 대학생활적응을 높이기 위해 교수들은 효율적인 학습법 개발과 더불어 부모의 면담을 통한 사회적지지의 필요성을 알리고 전공지식과 학습 방법에 대한 정보 공유, 간호학 선배와의 의사소통을 통해 간호학 전공에 대한 인식을 높여줄 필요가 있다.

혈액투석환자의 적응과정 경험 (Adjustment Process of Hemodialysis Patients : A Grounded Theory Approach)

  • Purpose : This research is aimed at developing a substantive theory related to the experience of adjustmented hemodialysis patients by identifying and analyzing the nature, process, and types of adjustment experienced by them. For this purpose, this study takes a grounded theory approach. Method : Data were collected from April, 2002 through September, 2002 through in-depth interviews and close observations of eleven hemodialysis patients who have experienced adjustment. With their consent, the interviews were recorded by audio tapes and later transcribed. Observation memos were also prepared on the subjects' behavior during the interviews. Data collection continued until saturated. The data were analyzed into concepts, subcategories, and categories with the open coding process. The axial coding was done to identify the relationships of the concepts and categories. And the selective coding was done to develop a core category, which is the central phenomenon of the hemodialysis patients who experienced adjustment. Result : This process resulted in 88 concepts, which may be grouped into 24 subcategories and 6 core categories. The 6 categories, in fact, depict the process of changes the patients experience from the sense of crisis, self-control, new life meaning, support system, coping ability, and quality of life improvement. And its core is self-control, which encompasses the dynamic stages from recognition, change attempts, belief solidification, and empowerment. Conclusion : The results of the research offer the following implications. First, research on adjustment is a formative stage in nursing, it is imperative for nursing researchers to develop them, which may be more relevant to nursing. Second, it is important to develop nursing intervention techniques that may be most effective in adjustment of hemodialysis patients and at the same time for each stage of changes taking place in adjustmented hemodialysis patients.

불임 여성의 삶의 질 모형 구축 (A Structural Model for Quality of Life of Infertile Women)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to test a model for quality of life among infertile women. This model was based primarily on the concept of the Fertility Quality of Life by Boivin et al. (2011) and the Infertility Resilience Model by Rindenour (2009). Methods: Fifteen measurable variables were used to estimate quality of life. They included endogenous variables such as fertility quality of life and resilience, and exogenous variables such as infertility related stress, depression, marital adjustment, and family support. Data sets (n=203) used for analysis were collected in a general hospital which had, on average, 400 assisted reproductive technologies per month. Results: The assessment of the modified model indicated acceptable fit, with $x^2/d.f$=2.07, GFI=.90, AGFI=.89, NFI=.89, CFI=.91, RMSEA=.07. Depression, infertility related stress, marital adjustment, resilience, and family support had direct influences on quality of life. Conclusion: The results of this study should contribute to the development of nursing intervention programs to enhance quality of life using factors that affect fertiQol (fertility quality of life) of infertile women.
