유한요소법에 의한 Adhesive Bonded 복합재료 Lap Joint 의 해석

  • The stress and torque transmission capability of the tubular, hexagonal and elliptic single lap joints were analyzed by the finite element method (ANSYS 4.4A) and compared to those with the experimental results. The adherends of the joints were composed of the carbon fiber epoxy composite shafts and the steel shafts. In calculating the torque capability, the linear laminate (smeared) properties of the composite and the nonlinear shear properties of the adhesive were used. The experiments revealed that the torque capability calculation performed by this method gave accurate results.

  • 폴리올, 이소시아네이트, 2-HEMA 및 기타 아크릴레이트 단량체들로부터 제조된 폴리우레탄 접착제의 FT-IR측정과 물성을 검토하였다. 폴리우레탄 접착제의 연화점, 점도, 접착강도 및 기계적 물성들이 각각 링과볼법, Brookfield 점도계 및 만능시험기를 이용하여 검토되었다. 실험 결과에 의하면 PPG 함량 및 부틸아크릴레이트 함량이 증가함에 따라 연화점, 접착강도, 인장강도 및 100% modulus 값 등은 감소하는 것을 보여준다. 하지만 2-HEMA 및 MDI량이 증가할수록 인장강도 및 100% modulus값 등은 증가하였으며 점도와 NCO함량 등도 또한 증가하였다.

  • In this study, some characteristics of conductive and non-conductive adhesive inter-connections are derived, based on data from literature and own projects. Assembly of flip chip on flex is taken as a carrier. Potential failure mechanisms of adhesive interconnections reported in literature are reviewed. Some methods that can be used to evaluate the quality of adhesive interconnections and to evaluate their aging behavior are given. Possible finite element simulation approaches are introduced and the required critical materials properties are summarized. Response to temperature and moisture, resistance to reflow soldering and resistance to rapid change in temperature and humidity are elaborated. The effect of post cure during accelerated testing is discussed. This study shows that only a combined approach using finite element simulations, and use of appropriate experimental evaluation methods can result in revealing, understanding and quantifying the complex degradation mechanisms of adhesive interconnections during aging.

  • Recently, the interest in remodeling of new and old buildings is increasing worldwide. As a result, the frequency of use of architectural adhesives has increased. Currently, adhesives used in buildings are made of organic materials in most cases, and epoxy resin adhesives are most widely used. However, epoxy resin adhesives contain formaldehyde and VOCs in the room during construction, which can cause sick house syndrome. In case of building fire, it may cause damage due to carbon monoxide generated from organic materials. It is urgent to study the problem of epoxy fill adhesive made of such organic materials. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of the adhesion of epoxy resin adhesive, which is a problem of epoxy resin adhesive, which is an existing organic adhesive by using inorganic materials such as magnesia and phosphate, And the inorganic adhesive which does not emit the release amount as an inorganic material.

  • Defects such as falling and cracking of tiles installed in the bathrooms of apartment houses are frequently occurring. Therefore, in order to solve this problem, the A/S cost of construction companies and consumer complaints are increasing. The causes of tile defects include problems such as the selection of tile adhesive and lack of adhesive strength, the carelessness of the installer, the base surface, and the absorption rate of the tile. Therefore, in this study, an adhesive construction method using tile adhesives with high resistance to deformation of floors and tiles was studied. In addition, the properties and construction methods of tile adhesives were evaluated.

  • In this study, flexural strength and tile adhesion strength were evaluated by using a mortar, dry mortar and an epoxy resin reinforced mortar to examine the adhesion performance by reinforcing the epoxy resin adhesive. As a result, it was clearly confirmed that the effect of improving the adhesion strength by reinforcing the epoxy resin adhesive regardless of the type of tile, and in particular, when applying the epoxy resin adhesive to the porcelain and polishing tiles, it is judged that sufficient adhesion performance can be secured.

Influence of 10-MDP concentration on the adhesion and physical properties of self-adhesive resin cements

  • Objectives: Self-adhesive resin cements contain functional monomers that enable them to adhere to the tooth structure without a separate adhesive or etchant. One of the most stable functional monomers used for chemical bonding to calcium in hydroxyapatite is 10-methacryloyloxydecyl dihydrogen phosphate (10-MDP). The aim of this study was to evaluate the influence of the10-MDP concentration on the bond strength and physical properties of self-adhesive resin cements. Materials and Methods: We used experimental resin cements containing 3 different concentrations of 10-MDP: 3.3 wt% (RC1), 6.6 wt% (RC2), or 9.9 wt% (RC3). The micro-tensile bond strength of each resin cement to dentin and a hybrid resin block (Estenia C&B, Kuraray Noritake Dental) was measured, and the fractured surface morphology was analyzed. Further, the flexural strength of the resin cements was measured using the three-point bending test. The water sorption and solubility of the cements following 30 days of immersion in water were measured. Results: The bond strength of RC2 was significantly higher than that of RC1. There was no significant difference between the bond strength of RC2 and that of RC3. The water sorption of RC3 was higher than that of any other cement. There were no significant differences in the three-point bending strength or water solubility among all three types of cements. Conclusions: Within the limitations of this study, it is suggested that 6.6 wt% 10-MDP showed superior properties than 3.3 wt% or 9.9 wt% 10-MDP in self-adhesive resin cement.

  • 인공위성 카메라 주반사경의 광학적 성능은 반사경과 반사경 지지부의 접착특성에 크게 영향을 받는다. 따라서 고성능의 주반사경을 설계하기 위해서는 접착제의 기계적 특성 규명이 필수적이다. 본 연구에서는 3종의 접착제를 선별하여 이에 대한 기계적 특성을 규명한다. 접착제의 탄성계수는 인장 시험을 통해 얻을 수 있다. 비선형 거동을 보이는 접착제의 경우 지수함수 형태로 곡선맞춤을 수행하여 응력-변형률 관계를 얻고, 선형거동을 보이는 접착제의 경우 선형 맞춤을 통해 탄성계수를 얻는다. 접착제의 작동 온도 범위내 8개 온도점을 선택하여 시험을 수행한다. 시험을 통해 탄성계수를 온도에 따른 함수로 표현하고, 이를 바탕으로 접착제의 특성에 대해 논의 한다.

  • BA와 MMA 그리고 1$\sim$5 wt%/monomer의 다양한 관능성 단량체(AA, 2-HEMA, GMA, AAm)를 사용하여 수용성 아크릴계 점착제를 중합하였다. 점착박리강도를 향상시키기 위해 대기압 평판형 플라즈마 전처리 방식을 피착제에 사용하였다. 관능성 단량체 종류에 따라 AA>2-HEMA>GMA>AAm의 순으로 높은 점착박리강도를 나타내었다. 유지력은 관능성 단량체의 함량이 증가함에 따라 열적 성질이 증가하여 전체적으로 AA>AAm>GMA>2-HEMA순으로 우수한 유지력을 나타내었다. 피착면에 평판형 플라즈마 전처리 방식을 적용한 결과 AA 9.1%, 2-HEMA 9.4%, GMA 9.4%, AAm 1.8%의 후기점착박리강도 증가를 확인할 수 있었다. 결론적으로, 다양한 관능성 단량체와 플라즈마 표면 처리법을 사용하여 점착박리강도, 유지력과 같은 기계적 물성을 조절할 수 있었다.

실란기가 도입된 폴리우레탄 아크릴레이트 합성 및 자외선 경화 특성 분석 (Synthesis of Silane Group Modified Polyurethane Acrylate and Analysis of Its UV-curing Property)

  • 본 연구에서는 실란기가 도입된 UV 경화형 우레탄 아크릴레이트를 사용하여 투명성 및 접착성/이형성을 갖춘 silver nanoparticle 전사용 접착 조성물을 제조하였다. Silver nanoparticle이 PET 위에 패터닝되어 있는 Ag/PET 필름과 전사 대상인 PC필름 사이에 제조한 접착 조성물을 도포하고 UV로 광경화한 후, PET를 제거하여 Ag/PC 필름을 제조하였다. 실란기가 도입된 UV 경화형 우레탄 아크릴레이트는 polycaprolactone diol (PCL)과 isophrone diisocyanate (IPDI), 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA), (3-aminopropyl)triethoxysilane (APTES)를 사용하여 합성하였다. APTES의 실란기는 특수 처리된 Ag표면과 반응하여 계면접착력이 개선될 수 있으며, 실란기가 도입된 우레탄 아크릴레이트와 희석제로 투입하는 기능성 아크릴 희석제에 의하여 PC필름과의 접착력을 향상시켰다. 우레탄 아크릴레이트 합성은 FT-IR을 이용하여 분석하였으며, APTES의 몰비와 아크릴 희석제 조성에 따라, 접착 특성과 광학 특성, 전사 특성 등을 비교하였다. 결과적으로, PUA2S1_0.5의 조건으로 제조된 접착 조성물에서 가장 우수한 전사 특성을 확인하였다.
