The molecular basis of plant adaptation to the environment is one of the most complex areas of plant science and an understanding of this subject is critical to our ability to feed an increasing word population. Research on plant adaptation to the environment often involves two complementary approaches; top-down studies of well-adapted plants with the goal of identifying and describing the biochemical basis of adaptation and bottom-up targeted analysis of specific biochemical mechanisms with the goal of understanding how these mechanisms contribute to overall plant performance. This brief review will provide examples of both of these approaches by describing the study of sorghum's adaptation to dry environments and the role of a blue light responsive chloroplast promoter that helps protect plants against damage by high irradiance.

Objectives: The purpose of the study is to investigate the impact of working environment on the subjective health symptoms in the dental hygienists. Methods: The subjects were 220 dental hygienists in Gwangju and Jeonnam. A self-reported questionnaire was completed from September 9 to 22, 2012. The questionnaire was adapted and modified from building symptom index of workers in large buildings by O. The questionnaire consisted of eight questions of the general characteristics of the subjects, 19 questions of working environment and job satisfaction, nine questions of working environment characteristics, and six questions of subjective health symptoms. The questionnaire was measured by Likert 4 scale. Cronbach's alpha in this study was 0.826. Except incomplete answers, 192 data were analyzed using SPSS 19.0 program including t-test, ANOVA, and multiple regression. Results: The health symptoms were statistically and significantly different in glasses wearer and contact lens wearer, working hour satisfaction, and indoor environment(p<0.05). The subjective health symptoms were statistically different from the salary satisfaction, human relations satisfaction, office air environment, indoor environmental awareness score(p<0.05). Conclusions: It is necessary to improve the pleasant indoor working environment by providing the efficient working environment for the health care providers.

IPR protection is not just a national interest in the creation and growth of dimensions beyond the country's national competitiveness and a driving force to decide whether to challenge the core of the matter. Therefore, the importance of IPR in the country to raise awareness of IPR protection, and for systematic and comprehensive policy that will continue to be prepared.

For disaster exploration and surveillance application, this paper aims to present a novel application of a multi-robot agent based on WSN and to evaluate a multi-hop communication caused by the robotics correspondingly, which are used in the uncertain and unknown subterranean tunnel. A Primary-Scout Multi-Robot System (PS-MRS) was proposed. A chain topology in a subterranean environment was implemented using a trimmed ZigBee2006 protocol stack to build the multi-hop communication network. The ZigBee IC-CC2530 modular circuit was adapted by mounting it on the PS-MRS. A physical experiment based on the strategy of PS-MRS was used in this paper to evaluate the efficiency of multi-hop communication and to realize the delivery of data packets in an unknown and uncertain underground laboratory environment.

Color can stir up the feeling and the thinking of the human inside, and heals human's illness. The color of architecture is a systematic physical space of shape and color. In other words, color is a kind of visual language organizing a structure and interact with human. The color of hospital can be specially effective to heal the elderly. This study intends to help geriatric hospital in future to elevate remedial value and indicate basic data for adapted the elderly environment. NCS is a kind of color system based on the human psychology and nature. This study researched the color of geriatric hospital with NCS and annualized the color nuance of each spaces. As a result the distribution of color nuance show the present of the geriatric hospital's color planning.

This paper has an aim to look into whether it is possible for us to make an approach the budgeting control with the theory of human relation. This is only a traditional method and also it is open to criticism. I think modem budgetion control should be debeloped by the contingency theory. As the environment is changing continuously, the budgeting control system which can be adapted for this change should be built up. This paper consists of management control, human relation model method and changes of budgeting control.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the reference materials in the selection of location of elementary school at the planning of building site development by analyzing the environment of architecture in the district of building site development. The method of investigation adapted the site investigation and drawing analysis of the elementary school, after collecting materials of the district of building site development within Busan city, under the object of investigation including 17 elementary schools within 15 districts of building site development and the object of investigation.

This paper analyses the hindrance factors of process capability. The reasons of the products which are out of specification can be accounted on the hindrance factors. An $\hat{e}$nquete which consists of 4 categories such as technical knowledge, work performance, work environment, and human relations at home and office, is prepared and handed out to 1000 works to get information. And Spearman's Correlation Coefficient (${\rho}s$) is adapted as an anaysis and consideration criterion. In consequence, it is revealed the next 4 factors become the vital hindrance factors of process capability: (1) unskillful working (2) over load for operators (3) imperfect work environment (4) incoordination of human relations And the correspondent policy can be summarized as follows: (1) propagation & fixation of I.E. techniques (2) harmonization of human relations (3) improvement of work environment (4) strengthening the T.W.I.

Food webs have received global attention as next-generation biomonitoring tools; however, it remains challenging because revealing trophic links between species is costly and laborious. Although a link-extrapolation method utilizing published trophic link data can address this difficulty, it has limitations when applied to construct food webs in domestic streams due to the lack of information on endemic species in global literature. Therefore, this study aimed to develop a link extrapolation-based food web model adapted to Korean stream ecosystems. We considered taxonomic similarity of predation and dominance of generalists in aquatic ecosystems, designing taxonomically higher-level matching methods: family matching for all fish (Family), endemic fish (Family-E), endemic fish playing the role of consumers (Family-EC), and resources (Family-ER). By adding the commonly used genus matching method (Genus) to these four matching methods, a total of five matching methods were used to construct 103 domestic food webs. Predictive power of both individual links and food web indices were evaluated by comparing constructed food webs with corresponding empirical food webs. Results showed that, in both evaluations, proposed methods tended to perform better than Genus in a data-poor environment. In particular, Family-E and Family-EC were the most effective matching methods. Our model addressed domestic data scarcity problems when using a link-extrapolation method. It offers opportunities to understand stream ecosystem food webs and may provide novel insights into biomonitoring.

To construct these aims, we have adapted DES algorithm and researched on encrypting and decrypting module development applicable to SMS Security System and optimize module size and processing speed.
