Purpose: This study aimed to synthesize the caring experiences of Korean family members of patients with dementia through a qualitative meta-synthesis method. Methods: By searching through nine Korean and English databases, we compared 37 qualitative studies on caring experiences of family members of patients with dementia. The selected studies were synthesized through meta-synthesis, proposed by Sandelowski and Barroso (2007). Results: The meta-synthesis elicited four themes: tough life due to care for patients, changes in relationships, adaptation to caregiver's roles, and new perspectives of life through personal growth. Caregivers were shocked when a sudden diagnosis of dementia was made prior to any preparation on their part. They were tied to their patients all the time and their mind and body got exhausted. Their relationship with patients began to change and they looked at them differently. They experienced conflicts with the other non-caring family members and were alienated from them. They were also socially isolated. However, by building their own care strategies and utilizing social resources, they gradually adapted to their caregiver roles. Finally, they experienced personal growth and acquired a new perspective toward life by accepting their roles and finding meaning in their lives. Shifting the caregiver's centricity from themselves to the patient was the process of becoming human beings who actively constructed their realities while giving meaning to their painful lives and interacting with the environment. Conclusion: The results of the study can be useful for nurses in understanding the experiences of caregivers of the patients with dementia and in providing them with practical interventions.

본 연구에서는 정맥수액주입 교육을 위해 VR 360도 영상콘텐츠를 졸업학년의 간호대학생에게 적용한 후 감정이입과 몰입을 파악함으로서 향후 VR 360도 교육용 콘텐츠 활용에 대한 기초자료를 제시하고자 시도되었다. VR 360도 정맥수액주입 교육용 콘텐츠는 기획, 제작, 수정 및 완료의 4단계 과정으로 개발되었다. 본 연구의 설계는 서술적 조사연구로 연구기간은 2019년 11월 9일에서부터 11월 22일까지였다. 연구대상은 일개 대학의 4학년 간호대학생으로 총 64명이었다. 간호대학생은 연구자의 안전관리 하에 HMD(head mounted display)를 이횽한 VR 360도 정맥주입 교육용 콘텐츠를 감상하였다. 연구결과 간호대학생의 감정이입은 7점 만점 기준에 5.32±0.88점이었고, 몰입은 6.02±0.84점이었다. 본 연구에서 개발된 VR 360도 정맥수액주입 교육용 콘텐츠는 교과 및 비교과에서 교육매체로 사용할 수 있을 것이며, 향후 연구에서 교수학습방법을 구체적으로 개발하고 검증할 필요가 있다.

심미란 단어가 우리에게 친숙한지 20여년이 흐른 지금도 새로운 것에 도전하듯이 어려움을 가져다주는 것은 아마도 진화라기보다는 기본적인 로드맵이 안 되어 있어서 아직도 서툴고 회피하는 것은 아닌지 싶다. 보철마다 특성상 장점과 단점이 있는 것이기에 그 적응증을 숙지하고 그에 맞는 진단과 적절한 선처치가 될 때 기대할만한 결과를 얻을 것이다. 이 과정에 환자에 대한 정보공유와 치과의사와 치과기공사간의 소통과 전문화된 각자의 역할은 매우 중요한 치료과정이며 이 통로를 얼마큼 잘 제도화 시켰느냐가 심미기공물의 성패가 달려 있다고 보아도 과언 이 아닐 것이다. 위의 서술한 치료과정의 바탕으로 가장 장점이 많고 보존적의미가 있는 라미네이트 심미보철에 관해 살펴보고자 한다.

The agricultural policy/Environmental eXtender (APEX) model was developed by the Blackland Research and Extension Center in Temple, Texas. APEX is a flexible and dynamic tool that is capable of simulating a wide array of management practices, cropping systems, and other land uses across a broad range of agricultural landscapes, including whole farms and small watersheds. The model can be configured for novel land management strategies, such as filter strip impacts on pollutant losses from upslope crop fields, vegetated grassed waterways in combination with filter strip impacts, and land application of manure removed from livestock feedlots or waste storage ponds. The APEX model has continually evolved since its inception, and the process of adaptation and modification will likely continue as use of the model expands for an ever-increasing range of environmental problems and conditions. Several improvements to specific model subroutines have already been initiated, while other potential improvements have been identified that will require future research and code modification efforts.

지진하중에 의한 구조물의 손상 및 피해는 지진에 의한 동적 하중을 고려한 구조물의 내진설계의 도입을 통하여 저감시킬 수 있으며, 이 때 내진설계 도입으로 인한 구조물의 내진성능 향상 및 그에 필요한 비용을 동시에 고려하여 내진설계 도입의 적합성을 검증해야한다. 본 연구에서는 내진성능의 확률적 평가를 위해서 지진하중과 구조물 자체에 내재되어 있는 불확실성을 고려하여 빌딩구조물의 지진취약도를 작성하였으며 시뮬레이션의 효율성을 높이기 위한 Latin Hypercube 샘플링 기법을 도입하여 해석을 수행하였다. 내진 설계 도입의 필요성 검증을 위해서는 구조물의 물리적 내진성능 이외에도 구조물의 사회적, 경제적 기능 및 가치에 대한 고려가 필요하며 이러한 요소를 고려한 의사결정해석 절차를 등가비용모델의 예를 들어 제시하였다.

구강 스캐너와 CAD/CAM 기술로 인해 컴퓨터로 제작하는 방식이 활발히 보급된 고정식 보철 증례와는 달리, 의치를 디지털 방식으로 제작하는 데에는 아직 한계가 많다. 촉각을 느낄 수 있는 입력 장비와 전자 서베잉의 개념, 그리고 쾌속 조형법의 적용으로 인해 국소의치를 디지털로 제작할 수 있는 솔루션이 최근 소개되고 있다. 본 증례보고에서는 이러한 국소의치의 디지털 솔루션을 이용하여 총 다섯 명의 환자에서 서베이드 금관 및 국소의치를 제작하였다. 인상 과정상의 문제로 모형과 실제 치아 사이의 형태적 차이가 있었던 경우를 제외하고는 국소의치의 적합도는 우수했으며, 장착 후 안정성과 착탈 시의 유지력 또한 임상에서 적용하는 데에 문제가 없었다.

최근 치과 분야에서 디지털 기술의 발전으로 DMLS (Direct Metal Laser Sintering) 기술을 사용하여 의치의 금속구조물 제작이 가능하다. 이 방법에서 인상은 구강 스캔이나 모델 스캔으로 대체 할 수 있으며, 기존 주조 소환 방법에서 왁스 패턴은 CAD 소프트웨어에서 설계되고, 설계된 STL (standard template library) 파일을 DMLS 기법을 통해 국소의치의 최종 구성 요소를 제작할 수 있다. 치과 분야에서 디지털 기술 이용의 장점은 적합도와 정확성에 있다. 본 증례에서 지지 및 간접 유지 역할을 하는 교합면 레스트의 파절이 발생한 환자에서 DMLS 기술과 레이저 용접 기술을 사용하여 국소의치를 수리하였으며, 기능적, 심미적으로 만족스러운 결과를 보였다.

산림은 지구온난화의 주범이라 할 수 있는 이산화탄소를 광합성 작용을 통해 식생과 토양 등에 저장 할 수 있다. 또한, 산림에서 벌채된 나무는 부패되거나 연소되지 않는 한 장기적으로 이산화탄소를 저장할 수 있으며 벌채된 지역에서는 재조림을 통해 탄소흡수원을 확충할 수 있다. 산림은 증산작용을 통해 기온을 낮추는 등 미세기후 조절 역할로 지구기후시스템에 기여하고 있다. 이와 같은 이유로 지구 온난화를 줄이기 위해서 대기중에 방출된 온실가스의 흡수원으로서 산림이 필수적인 것으로 평가되어져 왔다. 이러한 측면에서 기후변화에 대한 지구 탄소 순환적응 프로그램을 확충하고 한국형 산림 모델로 발전 시키는 것은 매우 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 국외에서 개발한 여러 종류의 산림 부문 기후변화 영향 평가 모형을 비교 분석하여 우리나라 산림 생태 모형으로 적용할 수 있는지를 검토하였다. 또한, 모형별 입력 자료 확보 가능성을 기초로 구동 가능 모형을 선정하여 문제점을 파악한 후 대안을 도출하였다.

The purpose of the study was to provide ground information to develop social adjustment programs for North Korean residents who might migrate into South Korea when free transmigration is allowed in the process of reunification. For this purpose, two research methods were employed. First, depth interviews for 10 North Korean defectors were used to find out their social adjustment realities and problems. In addition, empirical survey research was carried out with 397 subjects to identify South Koreans'altitude toward North Korean defectors and the willingness to support them financially and emotionally. North Korean defectors's social adjustment problems were approached based on lifestyle. The depth interviews revealed that difficulties the defectors had experienced at first were mainly in the aspect of consumption caused by lack of understanding about capitalism. However, they could overcome difficulties and assimilate their ways of living to those of South Koreans soon. Other adjustment problems in family living and child rearing especially related with values had more complicated issues. Results of the empirical survey showed that South Koreans' level of interest in defecters was moderate but they thought them rather positively, sympathetically. Concerning supports, South Koreans were agreeing with governmental support more with emotional support than financial support by individuals. In conclusion, present formal education programs provided to defectors were not effective enough for them to team South Korean living culture. To learn by living with interactions with South Koreans was one of the best policies to help defectors' adaptation. Findings that South Koreans were willing to help them emotionally matched and balanced with defectors' needs.

플래시의 액션 스크립트, 자바 스크립트, 자바 등 웹 기반 프로그래밍 툴의 발전과 사용잗ㄹ의 총체적 경험으로써의 인터랙티비티의 중요성이 대두되면서, 웹은 정보를 면 단위로 보여주는 웹진의 형태로부터 인터랙티브한 조작 인터페이스를 제시하고 조작에 따라 즉각적으로 사용자에게 피드백을 주는 인터랙션의 형태로 진화하게 하였다. 웹은 소프트웨어에 비해 다향한 계층의 사용자가 비교적 단순한 작업을 하기 위해 사용하므로 보다 인터랙티브하게 작업을 지원함으로써 사용자의 인지적 부담을 줄이며 사용의 재미를 줄 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 추세에 따라 등장하고 있는 웹사이트의 인터랙티비티의 개념과 사례를 통해 인터랙티브화하는 경향을 분석하고, 웹의 인터랙티브화를 위한 디자인 전략들이 어떤 것들이 있는지 도출하였으며, 이의 적용 예를 보일 수 있는 사이트 개발 사례 제시를 목적으로 진행되었다. 본 연구는 웹 상에 있어서 인터랙티비티를 부여할 수 있는 디자인 전략을 제시하였으며, e-book 사이트에서의 인터랙티브 북셀프 디자인에 있어 인터랙션 디자인 전략의 적용 사례를 통해 디자인 개발 프로세스에 활용할 수 있는 가능성을 제시하였다.
