  • 메모리 제품의 사용 환경은 점차적으로 High Speed/High Density화됨에 따라 현 Comp. Test 환경으로 Field 환경을 모두 수용하기가 어려워지고 있다. 따라서, Component Level에서 다양한 실장 System을 이용한 Screen 방법이 요구 되고 있다. 다양한 환경에서 Test를 실시하기 위해서 필수 불가결한 조건은 온도(Temperature)를 자동으로 제어(Control)할 수 있는 기능이 필요하게 되었다. 이에, 현재 사용하고 있는 방법은 Chamber나 히터를 이용하고 있으나 온도 제어가 보다 용이하고 정밀한 기능이 요구됨에 따라 열전반도체(Thermoelectric semiconductor)원리를 이용한 온도 제어 장치 도입을 위한 연구가 진행되었다. 본 논문에서는 그 개발 현황 및 평가 결과를 근거로 신규 Component실장 Tester에 효율적으로 도입 적용 가능함을 제시 하고자 한다. 또한, 향후 기타 Tester 및 산업용 설비 등에 까지 확대적용 가능함으로써 전자부품(메모리)의 품질 향상 및 설비투자 Cost절감 효과가 기대 된다.

BMS 데이터를 활용한 콘크리트 교량의 결함-공법-비용 매핑 알고리즘 개발 (Development of Defect-Repair Method-Cost Mapping Algorithm of Concrete Bridge Using BMS Data)

  • 최근 30년 이상 노후화된 국내 인프라의 증가로 한정된 예산 내에서 인프라 유지관리를 위한 정확한 유지관리 비용산출과 그에 따른 적절한 예산분배의 중요성이 증대되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 콘크리트 교량의 대표적인 결함과 이에 대한 보수보강 공법들을 매칭하고 유지보수에 필요한 비용을 산정하였다. 표준품셈과 BMS (Bridge Management System) 데이터 분석을 통해 교량의 보수보강 공법을 분류하였으며, 결함의 위치와 종류, 크기에 따라 결함-공법을 매칭하였다. 그리고 표준품셈을 기준으로 단위당 작업량과 물량을 계산하여 노무비, 경비, 재료비를 구분하여 산출하였다. 서울시 교량 유지보수 내역서와 비교를 통해 평균 예측 정확도가 85.1 %가 나왔으며, 결함의 간단한 조건을 통해 유지보수 비용을 파악할 수 있다. 향후 현장 조건을 고려한 장비 및 야간작업 여부를 추가하여 더 높은 유지보수 비용을 파악할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

부유식 천연액화가스(LNG) 터미널의 설계 기술 개발

  • With the expansion of natural gas demands in many countries, the necessity of LNG receiving terminals has been increased. The offshore LNG Floating Storage and Regasification Unit (FSRU) attracts attentions not only for a land based LNG receiving terminal alternative, but also for a feasible and economic solution. Nowadays, as the reliability of offshore oil and gas floating facilities and LNG carriers gains with proven worldwide operations, the FSRU can achieve a safety level that can be comparable to an onshore terminal. The design development related with safety features of the FSRU has been extensively carried out by oil and gas companies, shipyards, engineering companies, and equipment vendors, and has been successful so far in many fields. The construction of the FSRU can be achieved by integrating various technologies and experiences from many disciplines and many participating companies and vendors. In this paper, reviews on some of the important design features and design improvements on FSRU together with the practical construction aspects in cargo containment, vaporization system, ESD system, and operation modes, have been covered in comparison with actual LNG carrier, onshore receiving terminal, and FPSO systems. In order to materialize an FSRU project, the technical and economic justification has to be preceded. It is believed that once the safety and technical soundness is convinced, the FSRU can bring a higher project feasibility by reducing the overall construction time and cost. Through this study, an FSRU design readily applicable to an actual project has been developed by incorporating experiences gained from many marine and offshore projects. The wide use of proven standard technologies adopted in the series construction of LNG carriers and offshore FPSOs will bring the project efficiency and reliability.

무주 태권도원 현장 색채계획 시공단계 프로세스 적용사례연구 (A Study on the Case of Application of a Process at the Construction Stage of the Color Planning at the Construction Site of Muju Taekwondo Park)

  • In order to maintain and protect professionalism in color planning, the present study examined the process at the time of realization of color through color inspection and supervision in the actual construction site and suggested plans for improvement. Reflecting the characteristics that the governing body of the construction site is not a private person but an organization, the present study aims to provide institutional measures so that the supervisor of color construction at the actual site of construction can propose concerns related to proper construction at the right time, and the matters cannot be decided from the perspective of a layman. The institutional measures are proposed through the case of application of a process at the construction stage of the color planning at the construction site of Muju Taekwondo Park. First, the process clarified where the responsibility lies by specifying special conditions concerning color inspection on the field guide and color contract. Second, the sample for building materials was selected after obtaining it from a company capable of supply and is appropriate for the planned unit cost so that it could play an important role in realizing colors at the stage of basic design. Third, the process of construction was ensured not by temporary selection of colors but by continuous approval of colors in consideration of the conditions of construction site through letter of approval of color at each stage and point of time. Fourth, coordination of various color elements of other fields including landscape, interior, and electricity ensured construction of the whole structure in one color concept. Fifth, color inspection through the mock up of the site will minimize erroneous construction and reconstruction and prevent decrease in productivity. Sixth, this study also suggested more comfortable and positive color environment through evaluation by experts and users. The researcher of this study expects that color experts actively participate in the stage of construction to contribute to improvement of the color environment.

연료전지 자동차용 질소/응축수 통합배출시스템 및 기술 개발 (Development of the Integrated Exhaust System and Techniques of Nitrogen and Condensate for Fuel Cell Electric Vehicle)

  • Proper discharge of nitrogen gas and water condensate is required in a conventional fuel cell system for performance, stability and durability of fuel cell stacks. Present study covers the development of integrated unit and its functioning logic for simultaneous nitrogen gas purge and water condensate drainage in a fuel cell vehicle system. Configuration of condensate drainage pipe, purge valve and level sensor is considered and optimized in physical integration. As a key factor, discharge time is considered and optimized based on the test result of constant-current operation with various operating temperature in logic development. Consequently, derived optimal values are applied and verified in actual vehicle drive mode test. Increase of system design flexibility, weight reduction and cost reduction are anticipated with this study. Additional study for physical and logical improvement is currently being implemented.

지게차용 기계유압식 무단변속기의 기어류에 대한 강도해석 (The Strength Analysis of Gears on Hydro-Mechanical Continuously Variable Transmission for Forklift)

  • The power train of a hydro-mechanical, continuously variable transmission for forklifts makes use of hydro-static units, hydraulic multi-wet disc brakes & clutches, and complex helical & planetary gears. The complex helical & planetary gears are very important parts of the transmission because of a strength problem. In the present study, we calculated the specifications of the complex helical & planetary gear train, and analyzed the gear bending and compressive stresses of the gears. It is necessary to analyze the gear bending and compressive stresses thoroughly for optimal design of the complex helical & planetary gears with respect to cost and reliability. In this paper, we analyze the actual gear bending and compressive stresses of complex helical & planetary gears using the Lewes & Hertz equation, and we also verify the calculated specifications of the complex helical & planetary gears by evaluating the results of the data of allowable bending and compressive stress using the Stress vrs Number of Cycles curves of gears.

독립형 태양광 가로등의 실시간 분석기술 개발을 위한 실태조사 (A Field State Investigation on Standalone PV streetlight for Development of Real-time Analysis Technology)

  • This paper is aimed to investigate the actual conditions of standalone PV(Photovoltaics) streetlight in public place and analyze cause of failure and derive the method of decrease for standalone PV streetlight. The cost of installing standalone PV streetlight in a public for the safety and convenience of life is expensive(300 million won per unit). Management of standalone PV streetlight is important because it is operating system itself, after installation, but concern degree of management is very low and development of technology has not been done. Accordingly, standalone PV streetlight in public place is not operate in night, this phenomenon is lasted for several days to months. Therefore this study, for standalone PV streetlight constantly to keep the normal operation, investigation conducted to check status of standalone PV streetlight(50 units), the voltage of the main parts and analyze the cause of the failure. In addition, the improvement of standalone PV streetlight is suggested by using FTA(fault tree analysis).

  • 현재 정부가 추진하고 있는 전기분야 실적공사비 적산제도와 관련된 최근의 움직임은 당초의 취지와 달리 실적공사비에 대한 개념 부족과 임의적 해석 등으로 실적공사비 적산제도 도입의 바람직한 방향성에도 불구하고, 실적단가 축적의 기초 자료인 계약내역서의 직접 공사비 낙찰률 적용 관계 등 실적단가의 적정성에 대한에 근본적인 접근보다 예산절감, 물가안정 측면으로 접근하여 시장단가 반영에 대한 왜곡현상이 발생 할 수 있는 제도상의 문제점으로 실적단가 축적에 대한 적정성 판단에 따른 실적단가의 보정 수단이 미약하여, 현행 법제도 하에서 실적단가의 적정성 확보를 위한 대응 방안을 제시하여 실적공사비를 정착시킬 필요가 있다. 왜냐하면 품셈에 의한 문제점 등으로 실적공사비 적산제도로 공공 건설공사의 예정가격산정 방식을 전환 하였다고 볼 때, 본 제도의 실패는 또 다른 제도로의 전환 또는 보완이 필요하다고 판단된다.

Chance-constrained Scheduling of Variable Generation and Energy Storage in a Multi-Timescale Framework

  • This paper presents a hybrid stochastic deterministic multi-timescale scheduling (SDMS) approach for generation scheduling of a power grid. SDMS considers flexible resource options including conventional generation flexibility in a chance-constrained day-ahead scheduling optimization (DASO). The prime objective of the DASO is the minimization of the daily production cost in power systems with high penetration scenarios of variable generation. Furthermore, energy storage is scheduled in an hourly-ahead deterministic real-time scheduling optimization (RTSO). DASO simulation results are used as the base starting-point values in the hour-ahead online rolling RTSO with a 15-minute time interval. RTSO considers energy storage as another source of grid flexibility, to balance out the deviation between predicted and actual net load demand values. Numerical simulations, on the IEEE RTS test system with high wind penetration levels, indicate the effectiveness of the proposed SDMS framework for managing the grid flexibility to meet the net load demand, in both day-ahead and real-time timescales. Results also highlight the adequacy of the framework to adjust the scheduling, in real-time, to cope with large prediction errors of wind forecasting.

지하주거의 실내공기환경 실태조사와 CO2 조절기 및 타이머에 의한 환기팬 자동운전에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Actual Conditions of Indoor Air Quality of Underground Dwellings and the Automatic Ventilating Fan Operated by CO2 Controller and Timer)

  • The rapid urbanization after 1970s caused the shortage of dwellings in urban areas. As the result, the underground dwellings were developed to compensate for the insufficient dwelling spaces. While the underground dwellings have some advantage in the respect of thermal and acoustic environment, they usually have the basic problems in the indoor air quality because of the lack of natural ventilation through small window areas. The purpose of this study is to investigate and to improve the indoor air quality of underground dwellings. Thirty Units in Seoul and Gyung-Gi Province were investigated into the indoor environmental conditions. For the purpose of the improvement of their indoor air quality, Automatically-operated ventilating fan was installed in a sample unit which has worst indoor environmental condition. Then the indoor air quality was monitored when it was operated by $CO_2$ control system and timer. Finally economic feasibility study was made considering the effect of the improvement of indoor air quality. The extra cost for installing timer could be paid back only in 10 months, so timer-installed automatic fan is recommended to improve the indoor air quality of underground dwellings.
