The high speed and sensitivity array test system has been developed and utilized for massproduction of advanced LTPS displays including SOG and OLED. It realizes fast enough TACT enabling 100% inspection with better than 1fF sensitivity. The result of actual measurement shows its superior TACT and sensitivity, and also shows MURA detection of OLED panel.

Harmonics happened due to nonlinear systems such as UPS, SCR controlled motors, and fluorescent lighting in distribute power system is very important subject to optimal operate and control of power system. Harmonics sometimes takes place incorrect operation of protective relaying system under normal condition on power system. This paper presents the actual recording data of transformer located at substation of industrial installation for harmonic analysis in detail.

A technique for estimation of the hydrodynamic parameter of an underwater vehicle is presented. An extended, augmented Kalman Filter is used to extract the hydrodynamic parameter. Computer generated data were used for the measurement information in lieu of actual run data. The feasibility of identifying values of the hydrodynamic parameter of an underwater vehicle is studied. Computer simulation are done in order to validate the performance of the proposed algorithm.

This paper presents characteristics calculation method which do not need measurement and test results. This paper draws out every motor parameters for fundamental and harmonic frequencies from the given motor demensions, and presents new equivalent circuits. Using this new equivalent, this paper performs characteristics simulations, and this paper shows that the simulation results agree well with walues obtained obtained by actual load test.

This paper is devoted to a study of the characterization of the plasma state. For the purpose of monitoring plasma condition, we experiment on reactive ion etching (RIE) process. Without actual etch process, generated oxygen plasma, measurement of plasma emission intensity. Changing plasma process parameters, oxygen flow, RF power and chamber pressure have controlled. Using the optical emission spectroscopy (OES), we conform to the unique oxygen wavelength (777nm), the most powerful intensity region of the designated range. Increase of RF power and chamber pressure, emission intensity is increased. oxygen flow is not affect to emission intensity.

In this paper, we analyze high-rate wireless LAN system based on Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing(OFBM) transmission method. For this analysis, actual channcl measurement model of indoor office areas such as JTC model was adopted, and cllanncl coding of IEEE 502.11 and channel equalizer over multipath environment are also considered.

This experimental study was performed to derive the relationship between the measured values(corrosion potential) and the actual amount of corrosion products(reinforcing steel weight loss rate). Also the growth of crack due to the steel corrosion was oberved. First, the reinforcing steel of R/C specimen was corroded with chloride penetration and accelerated galvanostatic corrosion method. And then, the corrosion potential of reinforcing steel was measured with nondestructive tester.

Proficiency in creating a knowledge base is required for high accuracy fuzzy control. To overcome this a fuzzy inference method is proposed that take these membership functions from the probability densities showing the distribution of the mesurement values. And a method using a rough fuzzy knowledge base automatically created from the basic measurement data and tuned using the gradient method is proposed. In actual tests, these were applied to automatic high accuracy adjustment devices for magnetic head and for high frequency circuits with good results.

무대조명의 조도 시뮬레이션을 수행하여 얻은 결과치와 실제로 스튜디오 상에서 설치 후 조도값을 실측한 결과를 비교하여 발생하는 오차에 대하여 비교 연구 하였다.
