The results of study can be summarized as follows: 1. Few sewing companies committed their workers to a professional and systematic training course. 2. Brands as Brother, Juki, Yamato, Singer and Nara were being much used. Among them the Brother was most popular. The age of the sewing machines was between one and six years. Most companies were repairing their machines. The manual main sewing machines were more frequently out of order than other machines. The ratio of idle machines was highest in sewing work, compared with cutting or finishing work, primarily due to decreased orders, aging machines or reduced manpower. 3. Most of the sewing companies were feeling necessary for automated sewing machines.

This study was aimed to research the problems of business in Special Economic Zone, Kaesong Industrial Complex to relieve the tensions of politics and military ties in the Korean Peninsula and revitalize the Economic Cooperation between South and North Korea, and to suggest the needs of policy alternatives to resolve the problems, and to propose the sustainable developmental strategy to carry forward a enterprise successfully in the view points of companies and Kaesong Industrial Complex. Through the survey of Kaesong Industrial Complex, we reviewed the expected effects of the business. Besides, through this survey, we became aware deeply the actual conditions of the companies that are occupied in the Kaesong Industrial Complex and their mother companies, and the statistically important factors of difficulties in management.

This study aims to identify the unknown essential condition to form the blue ocean market, in addition to the innovation of customer value which does not become a sufficient condition though it is one of the essential conditions to form a blue ocean market, and induce companies to take a firm foothold in the blue ocean market after going to the blue ocean market by segmenting the market after setting up appropriate strategies. On the basis of those goals of this study, we dealt with subjects like the problem of approaching the market that possesses factors of differentiated value innovation, the segmentation of value innovative market, the problem about the major variables that shed light on the character of blue ocean optical illusion market, the strategy for following companies to enter the market, which we applied to the actual analysis based on the investigation into the literature related to value innovation and blue ocean strategy, investigation into the actual cases and objective data. We analysed a domestic refrigerator market and a domestic chewing gum market as representative examples of durables and nondurables and segmented each market on a value innovation market. We discovered the blue ocean and the blue ocean's illusive market of the two markets. I've mentioned and studied the characters of those positively.

The rate of industrial accident reduction is slowing down as the attention of the Ministry of Employment and Labor and related agencies on risk assessment systems decreased. this paper focuses on weakness of legal system for the risk assessment in recent years. A survey was conducted to identify the status and condition of the risk assessment system applying on small and medium-sized manufacturing companies. A set of questionnaires is designed to reflect various perspectives of the companies regarding the problems and solutions of the system. The results refer that differentiated instructions and support systems in response to the actual conditions of the companies are mandatory to reinforce the efficiency of risk assessment system.

The importance of uniform is getting increased in the present society because it is one of symbols which represent a company and give customers the image of it. Uniform shows the kind of companies, one's position, and sometimes the actual job which one does. And workers who put on the same kind of uniform feel companionship among them, the security of their position and responsibility for their job, all of which elevate the efficiency of their job and the company. To enhance the functions of uniforms such as representativeness, esthetics, convenience and economization, the followings were studied. 1) Through survey on the present condition of seven different types of company uniforms, we analyzed preference of workers, staffs and consumers and did the factor analysis of uniform constitution. 2) It presented the relative importance among the uniform constitution. 3) The reflective condition of the uniform constitution was estimated. 4) It investigated the working condition and working movement.

When constructing buildings, planning, design, construction, using & maintenance as building life cycle. Due to industrialization in 1960s and development of new town from the late 1980s to the early 1990s, Korean housing supply rate reaches almost 100%. After construction companies confronted limit of new building construction, they recognized remodeling as a part of construction, and organized remodeling team or FM team to improve sustainable industrial area. However, since companies in Korea are lack of experience and research activities for remodeling, it makes obstacle to improvement of remodeling business. So the objective of this study is to help carry out remodeling business by suggesting the counterplan through investigation of a risk of apartment remodeling business.

Environment conscious logistic management which meant simply recycle is tend to promote material reduction, reuse and recycling. We have made case studies about advanced environment friendly logistic system. To examine Korean companies' environment conscious logistic system, we made survey form which is consist of 82 questionnaires and 154 companies have participated for this. And we have analyzed the survey responses. As a result of this study, we propose the way of constructing environment conscious logistic system in Korea.

The monitoring and assessment on the insulation condition of generator stator windings have been an important task of utility companies. The interest for the assessment of insulation condition has been increasing due to the need to keep old generating equipment reliable in order to extend the equipment life and to increase the generating capacity. Even though many developments and research activities for the condition assessment of generator insulation have been performed for decades, the assessment criterion in order to consistently predict the actual insulation condition is still in question. In this paper, the correlation between the parameters and the insulation condition is analyzed through the various non-destructive diagnostic tests in order to establish the assessment criterion on insulation deterioration of generator stator windings. By analyzing the correlation, PDI(Partial Discharge Index) as a novel parameter for the assessment criterion on insulation diagnosis of stator winding is proposed and verified.
