So far, the main threat to South Korea was North Korea. That is why South Korea established a strategy based on the threat of North Korea and most of the budget on defense was used to deter North Korea. Even though the neighboring countries(China, Japan, and Russia) are growing as a real threat with abilities and intentions based on their powerful naval forces, South Korea has not yet been able to establish a strategy that regards neighboring countries as a threat. But the decades-old structural mechanism of the Korean security environment is undergoing a radical change on April 27, 2018, through the South-North summit and the Panmunjom Declaration. Under the changing security environment, South Korea was placed in a complicated dilemma that had to deal with threats of two axes(China), three axes(China, Japan), and four axes(Japan, Russia). If the one axis threat(North Korea) is dominated by land threats, the second, third and fourth axis threats are threats from the sea. This paper analyzed the maritime strategy of Korea within the framework of maritime-geopolitics, in other words recognition and expansion of the sphere of maritime. I have designed that the maritime defense space that we can deny from threats is divided into three lines of defense: 1 line (radius 3,000km), 2 lines (2,000km), and 3 lines (1,000km). The three defense zones of the three lines were defined as an active defense(1 line), defensive offense(2 line), active offense(3 line). The three defense zones of the three lines were defined as the sphere of core maritime, As a power to deny the sphere of core maritime, it was analyzed as a maneuvering unit, a nuclear-powered submarine, the establishment of missile strategy, and the fortification of islands station. The marine strategy of South Korea with these concepts and means was defined as 'Offensive Maritime Denial Strategy'.

The juvenile delinquency starts from trivial misconduct and reoccurs with the second offense. It is necessary the active plan to reduce the juvenile delinquency. The most important thing in processing the case of law breaking juveniles is to focus on the guidance process rather than punishment process in order encourage them to come back to society as normal members. In this process, I propose the specialist activation, the appropriate confrontation for the first criminals, the necessity for parents education, the mentor's activation, the program development to reduce the juvenile delinquency's second offense rate.

Based on the obtained results of the study, the most problematic issues and legal conflicts are identified, which are related to the ratio of norms of domestic and foreign legislation, taking into account the requirements of the Constitution of Ukraine and the provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On international agreements". Along with this, it is stated in this scientific article that there are a number of provisions and examples of positive practice on the specified topic abroad and in international legal acts today, which should be used by Ukraine both in improving legislation on the issues of banking activity and in increasing the level of criminal legal protection of relevant critical infrastructure facilities, especially those that are substantively related to prevention and counteraction of activity, with regard to the legalization (laundering) of criminally obtained funds, financing of terrorism and the financing of the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, which is quite relevant for our state, given the military conflict that is taking place on its territory in the Donbass. Again, in the same context, the need for more active cooperation between Ukraine and the FATF (international body developing a policy to combat money laundering) has been proven.

The purpose of this study was to invent anger-inducing automatic thoughts examination for elementary school children based on its investigation for Korean one. I made the anger-inducing Automatic Thoughts Questionnaire(I, II) and made an examination of the contents of the automatic thoughts with it. Based on it, with preliminary questionnaire 90, I did principal component analysis varimax rotation and then final anger-inducting automatic thoughts examination of 40 question in 2 primary factor construction was consisted. I made 300 students carry out it to know its reliability, propriety and made 100 students carry it out at 2-week intervals test-retest. I divided them in three groups as low, middle and high according to its soore regarding anger-inducting automatic thoughts, I confirmed the variation of each group in positive thoughts, self-esteem, life satisfaction, anger, the result is same as follows; First, the content of Anger-inducting Automatic thoughts for elementary school students is revealed as unreasonableness(56.4%), retailation and passive, active offense(16.3%), blame and contempt(11.9%), injured pride and refusal(9.2%), absurd(3.9%), abandonment and avoidance(2.1%), self-abasement in turn. Second, said inventory is consist of 2 notion; first(20 questions) is blame, retaliation and second(20 questions) is injustice. Inner-item consistency of total 40 question is .97, Split-half reliability is .93, Test-retest reliability is .86. Third, criterion validity is revealed fine by reviewing the correlation between existing index related to the inventory of Anger-inducting Automatic thoughts of the elementary school students. Moreover, to find out discriminant validity, I divided three classes(low, middle, high) according to the score of said thoughts. As a result, there is certain variations when I confirmed variations in groups by reviewing the self-esteem, positive way of thinking, life satisfaction, anger.
