The mathematical model of a three phase PWM converter under the stationary αβ reference frame is deduced and constructed based on a Proportional-Resonant (PR) regulator, which can replace trigonometric function calculation, Park transformation, real-time detection of a Phase Locked Loop and feed-forward decoupling with the proposed accurate calculation of the inductance voltage vector. To avoid the parallel resonance of the LCL topology, the active damping method of the proportional capacitor-current feedback is employed. As to current vector error elimination, an optimized PR controller of the inner current loop is proposed with the zero-pole matching (ZPM) and cancellation method to configure the regulator. The impacts on system's characteristics and stability margin caused by the PR controller and control parameter variations in the inner-current loop are analyzed, and the correlations among active damping feedback coefficient, sampling and transport delay, and system robustness have been established. An equivalent model of the inner current loop is studied via the pole-zero locus along with the pole placement method and frequency response characteristics. Then, the parameter values of the control system are chosen according to their decisive roles and performance indicators. Finally, simulation and experimental results obtained while adopting the proposed method illustrated its feasibility and effectiveness, and the inner current loop achieved zero static error tracking with a good dynamic response and steady-state performance.

This paper has proposed a multi-channel and wide gain-range baseband circuit blocks for the IEEE 802.15.4g MR-OFDM SUN systems. The proposed baseband circuit blocks consist of two negative-feedback VGAs, an active-RC 5th-order chebyshev low-pass-filter, and a DC-offset cancellation circuit. The proposed baseband circuit blocks provide 1 dB cut-off frequencies of 100 kHz, 200 kHz, 400 kHz, and 600 kHz respectively, and achieve a wide gain-range of +7 dB~+84 dB with 1 dB step. In addition, a DC-offset cancellation circuit has been adopted to mitigate DC-offset problems in direct-conversion receiver. Simulation results show a maximum input differential voltage of $1.5V_{pp}$ and noise figure of 42 dB and 37.6 dB at 5 kHz and 500 kHz, respectively. The proposed I-and Q-path baseband circuits have been implemented in $0.18-{\mu}m$ CMOS technology and consume 17 mW from a 1.8 V supply voltage.

An active-RC channel selection filter (CSF) with the bandwidth of 40MHz and the improved linearity is proposed in this paper. The proposed CSF is the fifth butterworth filter which consists of a first order low pass filter, two second order low pass filters of a biquad architecture, and DC feedback circuit for cancellation of DC offset. To improve the linearity of the CSF, a body node of a MOSFET for a switch is connected to its source node. The bandwidth of the designed CSF is selected to be 10MHz, 20MHz and 40MHz and its voltage gain is controlled by 6 dB from 0 dB to 24 dB. The proposed CSF is designed by using 40nm 1-poly 8-metal CMOS process with a 1.2V. When the designed CSF operates at the bandwidth of 40 MHz and voltage gain of 0 dB, the simulation results of OIP3, in-band ripple, and IRN are 31.33dBm, 1.046dB, and 39.81nV/sqrt(Hz), respectively. The power consumption and layout area are $450{\times}210{\mu}m^2$ and 6.71mW.

This paper describes Active Noise Cancellation/Control(ANC) method that removes the information of the unnecessary noise and doesn't remove the informations of the necessary noise(warning sound, operating sound etc.) for the induced noise of the mechanical system. In this paper, the noise source Is axial fan, and the Feedback Active Noise control method that can effectively control BPF generated from the axial fan is used, and the Filtered-X LMS algorithm for adaptive algorithms is used. The experiments are executed for two case(propagating noise in the duct, emission noise for exterior free field). The part to be removed is BPF noise, and the band-pass filter not to effect to the other frequencies is used. Also, to investigate the effect of the noise reduction for human, we are compared with the results that are controlled for using Loudness before and after. As a results, we are certified that the BPF is decreased only and frequencies outside of BPF are not affected, and we acquire the reduction effects of 6.7 dB Loudness Level, then the frequency to be removed is controlled. Therefore, we can be certified that sound pressure as well as loudness can be effectively decreased for human sound quality
Generation of a quiet zone in noisy environment is undoubtedly of considerable realistic significance. This paper describes development and implementation of a multichannel real-time active noise control (ANC) system for 3 dimensional noisy environment to enhance the quiet zone performance in terms of size and noise cancellation gain. The proposed ANC system employes a multichannel delay-compensated filtered-X least mean square (FXLMS) algorithm; its real-time implementation is designed in TMS320C6713 digital signal processor (DSP) board. The system is evaluated for cancelling various tonal frequency noises in the range from 100 to 500 Hz, and the performance is then illustrated by measuring the quiet zone in terms of sound pressure level (SPL) attenuation. Experiment results show that a quiet zone of quiet with satisfactory size and maximum 24 dB noise attenuation is successfully generated.
The active noise cancellation system offers a better low frequency performance with a smaller and lighter system compared to a passive one. This paper presents an active noise control system capable of reducing the noise in a helmet after attenuating the external noise using the helmet as the passive noise reduction system, which consists of a controller for inverting and compensating the phase delay, a microphone for picking up the external noise, and a loudspeaker for radiating the acoustic anti-phase signal to reduce the external noise. In this paper, external noise can be reduced by noise controller by compensating the phase difference to be 180°in the frequency of maximun value in the amplitude response. The noise of the phase delay covered from 50°to 310°was reduced in this system and it is possible to obtain a noise reduction of up to approximately 20 dB at the ears in the enclosure.
In this paper, we proposed the single-channel adaptive noise canceller for the enhancement of heart sound (HS) in the auscultation signal. In case of either normal or emergency, a HS diagnosis is difficult due to the various signal source in the chest. Therefore, the HS enhancement is necessary. The conventional active noise canceller(ANC) has two channel, main signal and reference signal. For signal channel, the reference signal in ANC was generated by the proposed HS analyser and BS-Gate based on the characteristic of HS. This reference signal is suitable to the ANC condition. Experimental data were acquisited from MP36, SS30L in BIOPAC Inc., By the experiment, we confirmed that the proposed single-channel ANC was efficient for HS enhancement. And by the comparison with active linear enhancement, it was validate that the proposed ANC is not affected by the variation of a heartbeat.

There have been lots of studies on noise transmission analysis and noise reduction In ducts. In order to reduce the noise transmission in ducts. active noise cancellation techniques have often been employed and a rotation shaft with blades has sometimes been suggested. These Ideas were not successfully commercialized because of the limitation of real life such as size or application difficulties. This study investigated how a rotational shaft with blades could reduce the noise transmission in a duct. To do so, an assembly of the shaft and the $haft housing was built In the middle of a duct. and the clearance between the blades and the housing was 0.2 mm. The noise reduction was experimentally evaluated with respect to the number of blades. the rotation speed, and the rotation or stop. This paper showed that the noise reduction resulted in about 14∼19 dBA regardless of the three test conditions only If the blades always blocked the duct. And. the noise reduction increased due to the higher number of blades and the lower speed of the shaft.

77GHz FMCW(Frequency Modulation Continuous Wave) radar system has been used for automotive active safety systems. In typical automotive radar, the moving target detection and clutter cancellation including stationary targets are very important signal processing algorithms. This paper proposed the moving target detection algorithm which improve the detection probability and reduce the false alarm rate. First, the proposed moving target beat-frequency extraction filter is used in order to suppress clutter, and then the data association is applied by using the extracted moving target beat-frequency. Then, the zero-Doppler target is eliminated to remove the rest of clutter.
Quench Detection System (QDS) is essential to guarantee the stable operation of the Korea Superconducting Tokamak Advanced Research (KSTAR) Poloidal Field (PF) magnet system because the stored energy in the magnet system is very large. For the fast response, voltage-based QDS has been used. Co-wound voltage sensors and balanced bridge circuits were applied to eliminate the inductive voltages generated during the plasma operation. However, as the inductive voltages are hundreds times higher than the quench detection voltage during the pulse-current operation, Central Difference Averaging (CDA) and MIK, where I and K stand for mutual coupling indexes of different circuits, which is an active cancellation of mutually generated voltages have been suggested and studied. In this paper, the CDA and MIK technique were applied to the KSTAR magnet for PF magnet quench detection. The calculated inductive voltages from the MIK and measured voltages from the CDA circuits were compared to eliminate the inductive voltages at result signals.
