중소기업의 지식경영이 구성원의 혁신활동에 미치는 효과 (The Effect of Knowledge Management on the Innovation Activities of Employee in Small Business)

  • This paper reviewed the two proposed hypotheses. The first hypothesis is to test the relationship between knowledge management and incremental innovation, and the second hypothesis is to test the moderating effect of firm-size on that relationship. Data were gathered from 434 employees in service industry, and multiple regression analysis was used to test two proposed hypotheses. In the first hypothesis, it was appeared that knowledge acquisition and knowledge transfer have positive effects on all incremental innovation factors (process innovation, operation innovation, service innovation). In the second hypothesis, it was appeared that firm-size has an positive interaction effect on incremental innovation in knowledge transfer, but not in knowledge acquisition. It means that knowledge transfer has more positive effect on incremental innovation in large firm-size than in small firm-size.

  • Developing an efficient knowledge base construction mechanism as an input method for expert systems (ES) development is of extreme importance due to the fact that an input process takes a lot of time and cost in constructing an ES. Most ES require experts to explicit their tacit knowledge into a form of explicit knowledge base with a full sentence. In addition, the explicit knowledge bases were composed of strict grammar and keywords. To overcome these limitations, this paper proposes a knowledge conceptualization and construction mechanism for automated knowledge acquisition, allowing an efficient decision. To this purpose, we extended traditional knowledge map (KM) construction process to dynamic knowledge map (DKM) and combined this algorithm with relational database (RDB). In the experiment section, we used medical data to show the efficiency of our proposed mechanism. Each rule in the DKM was characterized by the name of disease, clinical attributes and their treatments. Experimental results with various disease show that the proposed system is superior in terms of understanding and convenience of use.

국방조달 계약에서의 분쟁해결 조항에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Disputes Settlement Clause in the Defense Procurement Contracts)

  • The term of defense procurement is used indifferently from defence acquisition. It consists of two sectors : domestic defense procurement and foreign defense procurement. For efficient and transparent defense procurement, Defence Acquisition Program Law in Korea suggests some principles including the purchase of domestically manufactured munitions in the first instance, and the Defense Acquisition Program Administration(DAPA)'s direct procurement of munitions, etc. By reviewing the characteristics, process, current situation and model contracts of defense procurement, it is found that domestic procurement contracts only propose the legal approach instead of arbitration and foreign procurement contracts suggest confusedly both the legal approach and arbitration for amicable disputes settlement. Therefore, it is quite recommended for arbitration organizations such as the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board(KCAB), the Korean Arbitrators Association(KAA), and the Korean Association of Arbitration Studies(KAAS) to foster a variety of strong awareness campaign, education and consulting programs, etc. for the popular use of arbitration clause. It will contribute to settle any disputes and controversies between the parties more speedy, economically and rationally, thereby reducing the costs, time and pains for solving them.

대학의 고객경영전략 수립을 위한 대학유형별 CRM 전략 요소의 차별성 분석 (Difference Test of CRM Strategic Factors by university type for building customer strategy of university)

  • 본 연구는 최근 대학경영에 있어서 '고객'이라는 개념의 인식과 고객지향적 경영전략의 중요성이 확대됨에 따라 대학산업에 적합한 전사적 CRM 전략을 본격적으로 논의하기위한 토대로써 대학의 유형별 CRM 전략 요소의 차이점을 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 CRM 전략의 핵심 프레임워크인 CRM 프로세스(CRM Process)와 고객자산가치 운영요소(Customer Equity Drivers) 이론을 중심으로 대학경영에 적합한 CRM 전략요소 측정도구를 개발하고, 대학의 평가순위과 대학의 소재 지역에 따라 구분되는 12가지 대학유형간의 차이를 다변량 분산분석 (MANOVA)을 통해 검정하였다. 분석결과, CRM 프로세스 활동과 고객자산가치 요소들의 수준이 대학의 평가순위 그룹유형에 대해서는 유의한 차이가 있지만, 대학의 소재 지역 그룹유형에 대해서는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 존재하지 않았다. 즉, 관계획득활동과 관계강화활동이 상위권 대학과 하위권 대학에서 유의하게 차이가 나는 것을 알 수 있었고, 고객자산가치 요소 중 상위권 대학의 브랜드가치와 관계가치는 중위권 대학 및 하위권 대학과 유의한 차이가 발견되었으며, 또한 상위권 대학의 제품/서비스 가치(구매가치)는 하위권 대학의 구매가치와, 그리고 중위권 대학의 브랜드 가치는 하위권 대학의 브랜드 가치와도 분명한 차이가 존재한다는 것을 알 수 있다.

Exploring the Usage of the DEMATEL Method to Analyze the Causal Relations Between the Factors Facilitating Organizational Learning and Knowledge Creation in the Ministry of Education

  • Knowledge creation and management are regarded as critical success factors for an organization's survival in the knowledge era. As a process of knowledge acquisition and sharing, organizational learning mechanisms (OLMs) guide the learning function of organizations represented by its different learning activities. We examined a variety of learning processes that constitute OLMs. In this study, we aimed to capture the process and framework of OLMs and knowledge sharing and acquisition. Factors facilitating OLMs were investigated at three levels: individual, group, and organizational. The concept of an OLM has received some attention in the field of organizational learning, however, the relationship among the factors generating OLMs has not been empirically tested. As part of the ongoing discussion, we attempted a systemic approach for OLMs. OLMs can be represented by factors that are inherent to the organization's system; therefore, prior to empirically testing the OLM generating factor(s), evaluation of its organizational integration is required to determine effective treatment of each factor. Thus, we developed a framework to manage knowledge and proposed a method to numerically evaluate factors influencing the OLMs. Specifically, composite importance (CI) of the Decision-Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) method was applied to explore the interaction effect of these factors based on systemic approach. The augmented matrix thus generated is expected to serve as a stochastic matrix of an absorbing Markov chain.

검증 및 확인(V&V) 절차를 통한 무기체계 M&S 신뢰도 확보에 관한 연구 (Study of Acquiring the Credibility for Weapon System M&S with V&V Process)

  • M&S 결과의 신뢰도를 확보하기 위한 방법으로, 선진국을 중심으로 개발된 VV&A(검증 확인 및 인정) 절차가 국내에도 소개되어 다양한 분야에 적용되고 있다. VV&A는 가용한 자원과 필요에 따라 그 절차를 선택적으로 적용하도록 가이드라인에 명시되어 있고, 방위사업청 무기체계 개발에 VV&A 관한 규정에도 인정(A)은 필요시 수행하도록 권고하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 V&V 절차를 소개하고, 이를 통해 무기체계 M&S 도구에 대한 신뢰도를 확보할 수 있는 방안에 대해 서술하였다. 또한 체계개발 중인 보병용 중거리 유도무기 '현궁'의 체계통합시뮬레이터에 V&V 절차를 적용하여 신뢰도를 확보한 사례를 제시하였다.

A Knowledge Workers Acquisition Problem under Expanding and Volatile Demand: An Application of the Korean Information Security Service Industry

  • The aim of this paper is to consider the process of supplying trained workers with knowledge and skills for upcoming business opportunities and the process of training apprentices to be prepared to meet future demands in an IT service firm. As the demand for new workers fluctuates, a firm should employ a buffer workforce such as apprentices or interns. However, as a result of rapid business development, the capacity of the buffer may be exceeded, thus requiring the company to recruit skilled workers from outside the firm. Therefore, it is important for a firm to map out a strategy for manpower planning so as to fulfill the demands of new business and minimize the operation costs related to training apprentices and recruiting experienced workers. First, this paper analyzes the supply and demand of workers for the IT service in a knowledge-intensive field. It then presents optimal human resource planning strategies via the familiar method of stochastic process. Also, we illustrate that our model is applied to the human resource planning of an information security service firm in South Korea.

귀어·귀촌 적지지표 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development of Suitability Site Indicator for Urban-Rural Migration/Return to Fishing)

  • The aim of this study is to develop suitability site indicator of urban-rural return to fishing and to analysis priority of the indicators. The study is based on literature review, expert survey and AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) methods. This study found 5 factors(natural environment, acceptance environment, social overhead capital, economy, fishing environment) and 21 detail variables. as a result of AHP, fisheries resources, acquisition convenience of fishing license, income(except fishing), attitude of local resident, one-person household income, high income fishing were showed high priority. This result indicate that economic foundation is most important factor for suitable site of the returning.

조직학습이 경영성과에 미치는 영향 - 혁신활동을 매개로 - (The Effect of Organizational Learning on Management Performance: Mediating Effects of Innovation Activities)

  • 본 연구는 혁신활동의 선행변수로서의 조직학습 개념에 초점을 맞추어, 조직학습과 혁신활동, 경영성과 간의 관계를 살펴보았다. 선행연구에 따르면 혁신이 성공하기 위해서는 조직 내에서 지식을 획득하고 공유하는 활동이 필수적인데 이러한 활동을 수행하는 역량은 조직학습을 통해 향상시킬 수 있다. 즉 조직학습이 혁신의 선행변수로서 역할을 하고 있음을 보여주고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 조직학습이 제품 및 혁신활동을 매개로 경영성과에 미치는 효과를 검증하고자 한다. 조직학습은 학자마다 다양한 정의와 구성요소를 제시하나 본 연구는 Levitt와 March(1988), Huber(1991)의 학습능력 구조 분석의 틀을 사용하여 지식의 획득과 정보분배, 정보해석과 조직기억으로 구성되는 일련의 과정으로 측정하였다. 또한 혁신은 제품혁신과 공정혁신으로 구분하였고 신제품 제시, 생산성을 높이기 위한 개선활동 등의 하위변수로 측정하였다. 경영성과는 재무적, 비재무적 성과로 측정하였다. 매개효과를 검증하기 위해 Baron과 Kenny(1986)의 3단계 회귀분석 및 붓스트래핑을 실시하였다. 실증연구 결과, 조직학습은 경영성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있으며 하위변수 중 학습활동의 초기단계인 지식획득과 정보분배가 제품혁신을 매개로 성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 실증연구결과를 토대로 시사점과 연구의 한계점 및 향후 연구방향을 제시하였다.

PET/CT 검사에서 환자체형에 따른 적정검사 프로토콜에 관한 고찰 (Study to Protocol of PET Acquisition Time for Patient Body Type in PET/CT)

  • Purpose: Whole-body PET using radiopharmaceutical is one of the imaging study methods for physiological changes of body. High specificity of the PET-CT examination is used to detect an early stages of cancer and metastatic cancer by imaging a physiological changes. During the imaging process, PET image has been characterized by a relatively low image quality due to its low sensitivity and the acquisition of random and scatter coincidences as well as patients figure. Therefore, the image quality as the changes of the acquisition times of patient weight was evaluated in this study. Materials and Methods: Thirty patients who presented to our hospital were enrolled. They were divided to normal, overweight, and obese group using BMI index, respectively. The patients with a liver disease and diabetes were excluded. $^{18}F-FDG$ was administered to the patients as 5.2 MBq per kg. After an hour from an injection, image acquisition was obtained as List mode in a part of liver in 1 bed. SNR (signal-to-noise ratio) of each groups acquisition times were confirmed from the calculated radiation counts and random fractions. The statistical significance of three groups was confirmed through one-way ANOVA test. On the basis of the counts of 2 minutes on normal group, the SNR of overweight group and obese group were compared. Results: The SNR were increased with loger aquisition time in 3 groups. In the condition of same acquisition time, the SNR had a statistical significance (P<0.05). The SNR were decreased to the normal, overweight, and obese, respectively. Liver activity had no significance difference on each group and RF had the significance differences (P<0.05). On the basis of the counts of 2 minutes on normal group, there were no statistical significance in a three minute acquisitions of overweight group and two minute acquisitions of obese group (P=0.150). Conclusion: In this study, the administrated amount of radiation dose did not adjust as the change of the patients weight. Increasing the acquisition time when the administration of the same amount of dose was able to get a good result of SNR. When the Based 2 minute on normal group, if overweight and obese case the increased acquisition time of 3 minute was able to obtain a similar SNR. On the basis of the normal group, the acquisition times of overweight and obese group were increased to 3 minutes per bed and the SNR were similar to the normal group.
