This paper examines to focus on General Strategy of e-logistics activity for SCM(Supply Chain Management) Build-up, especially the field service logistics Integration. And this research analyzes the case study (Business of Strategy Group Unit) Survey) involving effective logistics management that leads customer satisfaction, seeking to find out the key elements of competitive policy. Because problems arise from the differences between their goals and structures, which cause each sied to feel vulneralbe to opportunism or shirking of responsibilities by the other. The goal of a logistics system is to ensure that every family planning client always receives the contraceptives partner wants, and that they are in good condition and have not expired. In order to select, procure, and distribute the right Quantities of the right contraceptives, managers of the logistics system must keep informed of the rates of use of each contraceptive and of the Quantity of available supplies. As a result, We propose that a firm's e-logistics strategy is an important locus innovation and a crucial source of value creation for the firm its suppliers, partners, and customers.

This study is on the use of mathematics program for School Mathematics Education. According to the ‘technology principle’ by NCTM and teaching-learning methods by the 7th curriculum, we developed mathematics learning activities with mathematics program. This activity is to construct designs with graphs by using mathematics program(GrafEq.). In this study, we practiced these learning activities with pre-service mathematics teachers. The mathematics educational effects of these learning activities in this study are analyzed as follows; active & spontaneous search for mathematical knowledge, the experience of problem solving, affirmative view-point of mathematics, understanding of practical use of mathematics, acquisition an interest & motivation of learning mathematics etc. When students learn graphs of function, the concept of inequality in secondary school mathematics class., mathematics teachers can make a good use of constructing designs by mathematics program(GrafEq.). This will help to practice of teaching-learning methods by the 7th curriculum.

Many reports have stated that some of the pathogenic bacteria can obtain iron from ferroproteins, such as cytochrome C, ferritin, hemin, hemoglobin, and myoglobin. These reports prompted us to determine if an opportunistic pathogenic fungus, Candida albicans, can utilize ferroproteins to circumvent the iron-regulatory effect of transferrin. The following assays were carried out to measure in vitro growth stimulation by the ferroproteins: as an initial step, C. albicans was cultured in iron-free (pretreated with apotransferrin for 24h) culture medium. Once Candida albicans yeast cell growth reached stasis from iron starvation, individual ferroproteins were added to the culture media. Results showed that hemin, hemoglobin, and myoglobin supported a partial growth recovery. Additional studies with haptoglobin, a serum protein that interacts with the globin moiety of certain ferroproteins, established that C. albicans could obtain iron from the haptoglobin-ferroprotein complexes. These data indicate that the heme part of the ferroproteins is the source of iron. This implies that heme oxygenase, CaHMX1 might be involved in bringing about dissociation of heme-containing protein for iron-acquisition. In addition, anticandidal activity of transferrin takes place not only by the process of iron regulation, but also by direct interaction with the yeast cells.

P/2010 A2, a main-belt asteroid having comet-like dust trail was discovered in January 2010, but the origin of the trail is controversial. Moreno et al. (2010) reported water-ice sublimation as a mechanism for the comet-like activity, whereas other researches (Jewitt et al. 2010; Snodgrass et al. 2010) stated that impact collision contributed to the dust trail. For asteroids are categorized based on spectral shape, optical observation using different color filters makes it possible to determine the taxonomic type of P/2010 A2 nucleus, thus gives an answer to the question of activation mechanism of the object. In this presentation, we report multiband observation of P/2010 A2 in January and March 2010 with 1-meter telescope of Ishigaki-Jima Astronomical Observatory. We employed three broadband filters of g', Rc, and Ic. In this presentation, we focus on the data acquisition, the reduction and the derivation of the reflectance spectrum of debris in the trail. Finally we discuss the potential cause of dust ejection from this asteroid.

The requirement verification is the integral part of the weapon system R&D to reduce cost and schedule. And, a systems engineering is an interdisciplinary engineering management process that evolves and verifies an integrated, life-cycle balanced set of system solutions that satisfy customer needs. Therefore, this study analyzes the national defense need and acquisition management process, investigates the systems engineering verification activity. Through the requirement verification example in terms of technical evaluation this study presented the requirement verification approach in the weapon system R&D.

Holography is a technique that can acquire and reproduce 3D objects nearly perfectly by representing both the amplitude and phase of light. Recently, digital holography has received considerable attention because it is simpler than analog holography from acquisition to reproduction. The data size of the digital hologram increases tremendously as the quality of digital holograms depends on their pixel pitch and resolution. Hence, efficient compression is necessary to realize holographic imaging services. In this report, we introduce recent digital hologram compression techniques and JPEG Pleno holography, which is the first international standardization activity for digital hologram compression. Furthermore, we discuss the future of this field.

The ability of oocytes to undergo normal fertilization and embryo development is acquired during oocyte maturation which is transition from the germinal vesicle stage (GV), germinal vesicle breakdown (GVBD) to metaphase of meiosis II (MII). Part of this process includes redistribution of inositol 1, 4, 5-triphosphate receptor (IP3R), a predominant $Ca^{2+}$ channel on the endoplasmic reticulum membrane. Type 1 IP3R (IP3R1) is expressed in mouse oocytes dominantly. At GV stage, IP3R1 are arranged as a network throughout the cytoplasm with minute accumulation around the nucleus. At MII stage, IP3R1 diffuses to the entire cytoplasm in a more reticular manner, and obvious clusters of IP3R1 are observed at the cortex of the egg. This structural reorganization provides acquisition of $[Ca^{2+}]_i$ oscillatory activity during fertilization. In this review, general properties of IP3R1 in somatic cells and mammalian oocyte are introduced.

본 연구는 한국기업의 혁신네트워크와 지식획득과정을 분석하고 이들의 공간적 차원을 이해하는데 그 목적이 있다. 혁신네트워크에서 하도급기업에게는 모기업이 중요하지만 일반 기업의 경우는 공급업체, 고객업체. 경쟁기업 등과의 교류가 상대적으로 중요하게 나타난다 그러나 앞으로 혁신네트워크는 정부출연연구소. 대학 등의 기관이 더욱 중요해지는 한편 해외기업과의 네트워크도 더욱 중시될 것으로 예상된다. 혁신과 관련하여 형식적 지식을 획득하는 것은 어느 정도 공간의 제약을 초월하여 이루어질 수 있지만, 암묵적 지식은 사내연구개발부서에서의 토론과 연구, CEO나 실무자의 개인적 네트워크, 공급업체와 고객업체와의 기업간 관계를 통해서 얻는 경우가 많아서 공간적 근접성이 중시된다. 전반적으로. 혁신네트워크는 수도권과 지방, 공단입지와 일반입지에 따라 상당한 차이를 보이고 있으며. 이는 앞으로 지역발전을 위한 지역산업혁신정책은 지역의 특성에 따라 달리 추진되어야 함을 나타낸다 마지막으로 본 연구결과를 토대로 몇 가지 정책적 시사점을 제시하였다.

Objectives: This study was intended to check if the "Creating Clean Wards" project, which is an innovative reinforced campaign activity targeting infection control strategies and active surveillance cultures for VRE (vancomycin resistant enterococci) high-risk patients to be admitted in the NS (neuro-surgery) wards, would be reduced the incidence rates of VRE acquisition, transmission rates. Methods: 75 subjects of the VRE high-risk patients were surveyed by carrying out active surveillance cultures of VRE colonization 11 times from January to March, 2012. And the retrospective study was conducted dividing them into two groups. Results: The incidence rates of VRE acquisition was reduced to 3.67 cases per 1,000 patients day in the control group and to 2.88 cases in experimental group, which was not statistically significant (p = .753). VRE transmission rates of 0.0015 per day before the project tended to increase to 0.0019, although not statistically significant (p = .650). As a result of multivariate analysis with regard to using glycopeptide antibiotics in order to find out risk factors of VRE colonization, the patients who had been treated with glycopeptide until VRE colonization showed 274.41 times higher rate. Conclusion : For effective VRE infection control in NS wards, We should carry out active surveillance culture regularly, especially patient of using glycopeptide. And block the spread of VRE by strengthening infection control through the strict isolation and the changed mind-set of members motivated by the "Creating Clean Wards" campaign.
