The purpose of this study is to find and compare the differences in stress level, stressor, and coping style of high school students according to their personality traits. And to identify the personality traits contributing to stress reduction. The results of the study can be used as basic data for reducing the stress of adolescents to improve their academic achievement and maintain mental and physical stability. The questionnaire survey was conducted for 10 days from June 7 to June 16, 2017 for S high school students in Chungbuk Province. The study employed four measuring instruments as Ego-gram, Ok-gram, stressor scale, and stress coping type scale. Individual personality traits were classified into ego-states and ok-states in TA (Transactional Analysis). Stressors are classified into 5 categories (school life, home life, human relationship, myself, environment) and stress coping styles are classified into 4 categories (problem-focused coping, social-support coping, feeling-focused coping, hope-thinking coping) used in the previous studies. The collected data were analyzed using T-test, ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis. As a result, the stress level of high school students showed significant differences according to sex, year, grade, sleeping time, personality traits, and coping styles. Personality traits that contributed to the stress increase were NP, AC, 'you positive', 'i negative' and personality trait that contributes to stress reduction is 'you negative.' Therefore, we can judge that individual personality traits have significant effects on stress level, stressor, and coping style and need to find the effective stress management method suitable for individual personality traits using counseling, repetition training, self-suggestion etc.

Game theory is a method of mathematical analysis developed to study the decision making process. In 1928, Von Neumann mathematically proved that every two-person, zero-sum game with many pure finite strategies for each player is deterministic. In the early 50's, Nash presented another concept as the basis for a generalization of Von Neumann's theorem. Another central achievement of game theory is the introduction of evolutionary game theory, by which agents can play optimal strategies in the absence of rationality. Through the process of Darwinian selection, a population of agents can evolve to an Evolutionary Stable Strategy (ESS) as introduced by Maynard Smith in 1982. Keeping pace with these game theoretical studies, the first computer simulation of coevolution was tried out by Hillis. Moreover, Kauffman proposed the NK model to analyze coevolutionary dynamics between different species. He showed how coevolutionary phenomenon reaches static states and that these states are either Nash equilibrium or ESS in game theory. Since studies concerning coevolutionary phenomenon were initiated, there have been numerous other researchers who have developed coevolutionary algorithms. In this paper we propose a new coevolutionary algorithm named Game theory based Coevolutionary Algorithm (GCEA) and we confirm that this algorithm can be a solution of evolutionary problems by searching the ESS. To evaluate this newly designed approach, we solve several test Multiobjective Optimization Problems (MOPs). From the results of these evaluations, we confirm that evolutionary game can be embodied by the coevolutionary algorithm and analyze the optimization performance of our algorithm by comparing the performance of our algorithm with that of other evolutionary optimization algorithms.

The choice of occupation has a great deal of influences on achievement of self-realization and living a good life in an individual's life. Especially, it is very significant for Elementary school students because they become to aware of career and develop. However, in the present, the career guidance is mainly concentrated in the solitary work, such as an aptitude test and printed materials. The perspective from the student, therefore, needs systematic and efficient system to accumulate activities and result of their various career guidance for individual career-related information. The system to improve elementary school student's career awareness based on e-portfolio has been developed. The developed system can effectively accumulate students' activities and result of their various career guidance and easily grasp their strengths and weaknesses of intelligence based on theory of multiple intelligences. Teacher also can easily grasp their student's talent through all sorts of graphs provided by the web site for career education.

The purpose of this study were to investigate and no investigate and to compare perceptions of home economics teachers and educators regarding home economics student teaching pratice, thereby to provide fundamental information for improving home economics student teaching pratice. The specific objectives of this study were at follows. 1. To determine and compare the perceptions of home economics teachers and teacher educators regarding the importance and achievement of (1) the objectives of student teaching, (2) the experiences of student teaching, (3) procedures for selecting cooperating teachers, (4) roles and responsibilities of cooperating teachers, and (5) roles and responsibilities of university supervisors. 2. To identify problems and revisions about home economics student teaching pratice suggested by home economics teachers and teacher educators. The subjects in this study included 90 home economics teachers in 500 girls’middle schools and 13 teacher educators in 21 universities with home economics education department in Korea. For this study, the Habedi’s instruments were used through testing validity and reliability. The data of this study were analyzed by using mean, standard deviation, t-test, and content analysis. The results of this study were as follow;1. The areas with the difference of perceptions of the importance between the two groups were objectives of student teaching, experiences of student teaching, procedures for selecting cooperating teachers, and roles and responsibilities of cooperating teachers. 2. Regarding problems about home economics students teaching practice, home economics teachers indicated difficulty in performing adequate student teaching because of reduction in class hours, and lack of student teachers’positive attitude in performing student teaching, while teacher educators indicated having reluctancy of cooperating school to admit student teachers, and difference in experiences of student teachers because of disparity among cooperating schools. As solutions about the problems of home economics student teaching practice, home economics teachers suggested that student teaching course should be limited to the students qualified for teaching and that class observation and teaching practice in real class should be emphasized, while teacher educators suggested that student teaching should be performed adequately by providing institutions to control student teaching practice teacher should be made efficient by examining the scales of cooperating schools.
The purpose of this study was to develop learning materials for the remedial curriculum, part of the 7th sequential differentiated math curricula, in an effort to fix the academic deficiencies of underachieving students, provide motivation to them and enhance their self-directed learning capabilities. The subjects in this study were the students in their second year of C middle school, who were in want of remedial education. After their mid-term and finals grades in the first semester of 2003 were analyzed to measure their academic deficiencies, remedial learning materials about math 8-A stage were developed, by modifying the textbook and existing materials, in consideration of 7-A stage. After they were utilized in remedial class, frequency analysis was conducted to find out what the students thought of the developed learning materials, and diagnosis evaluation was implemented to find out how many students passed the test, improve the materials, and suggest in which way their achievement could get better.

This study aims to examine how secondary mathematics teachers perceive and how they use constructed-response assessment in their mathematics classrooms. For this purpose, we conducted a survey in Seoul, Inchun, and Gyeonggi-do; 189 teachers participated in the survey. Results from the data analysis suggest as follows: a) the secondary mathematics teachers participated in the survey seem to consider the primary goals of assessment through constructed-response items as evaluating student achievement and the development of students' thinking and creativity; b) the teachers perceive that constructed-response assessment would promote students' mathematical thinking and problem solving skills; c) in general, constructed-response items were included in both performance assessment(less than 20 percent) and paper-and-pencil test(20 to 40 percent); and d) constructed-response items were primarily used as a part of regular examination, rather than as an independent assessment.

Improving of scientific inquiring ability is the major goal of current science curriculum, and the 6th science curriculum. But science educators consider that the existing textbooks and teaching manuals are insufficient to achieve this goal. For science teachers at teaching site to guide students efficiently in research work, development of teaching-learning programs is urgently demanded. Hypothesis Verification Learning Model(HVLM) was applied to classroom situation to improve ability of scientific inquiry in experiment teaching of middle school biology. The effects of the model were analyzed to suggest some approach method to reach the goal of science education in this study. The major results of this study are as following: 1. The students and teachers responded positively on this new learning model. an students were willing to participate in biology experiment and they said that to know what was unknown to them while exchanging ideas and opinions through the discussion, It was hard for teachers to instruct at the first time and it took much time for them to arrange materials ready, but it turned to be easier as time went on. 2. In science process skills, there was no significant difference statistically by new leaning model. Only the formulating a generalization or model showed significant difference statistically between the two groups. 3. For scientific attitude, experimental group did not show significant difference statistically between the two groups, but the experimental group showed statistically more significant positiveness in all areas afterwards than before. 4. In science achievement test, there was significantly higher than the control group. It is also analyzed that they remember the experiments in courses and results they planned and performed by themselves longer than these guided by teachers.
This study was conducted to develop core competence model for bancassurance personnel.
