볼링 지도자 리더십유형이 성취목표성향 및 운동소진에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Bowling Leadership Types on Achievement Goals and Athletic Burnouts)

  • 본 연구는 볼링 지도자의 리더십 행동유형에 따른 고등부 볼링선수들의 성취목표성향과 운동소진에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 고등부 볼링선수 172명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 수집된 자료의 분석은 기술통계, 신뢰도분석, 독립 t-test, 1-way ANOVA, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 첫째, 리더십행동(권위적, 민주적, 사회적지지, 긍정적 피드백)에서 여자선수보다 남자선수가 더 높게 인식하고 있었으며, 자기목표성향에서 여자선수보다 남자선수가 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 운동소진은 여자선수가 더 많이 느끼는 것으로 나타났으며, 학년이 높을수록 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사회적지지 행동과 훈련지시행동이 성취목표성향에 정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 권위적행동이 운동소진에 정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으며, 훈련지시행동은 운동소진 하위요인 중 무가치감에 부적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 지도자는 사회적지지 및 훈련지시 리더십행동으로 선수의 성취목표를 높이고 운동소진을 낮춰 훈련집중을 통한 경기력 향상을 기대할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

몽골 창업가들의 창업동기, 자기효능감 및 기업가지향성과 창업성과간의 관계: 성별 차이 (Effects of Mongolian Startup's Motivation, Self-Efficacy and Entrepreneurial Orientation on Performance: gender differences)

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of entrepreneurial motivation, self-efficacy, and entrepreneurial orientation on the performance of Mongolian entrepreneurs. Design/methodology/approach This study collected data from a survey on 236 entrepreneurs in Mongolia and investigate research hypotheses by empirical analysis. Findings It was found that entrepreneurial motivation (independence, opportunity-driven, achievement motivation) had a positive effect on the startups' performances, and necessity-driven motivation did not have a significant effect on the startups' performances. Entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial orientation had a positive effect on performance of startups. There are differences by gender on the relationships between entrepreneurial motivations and startup performances. Research implications or Originality This paper investigates the effects of entrepreneurial motivation, self-efficacy, and entrepreneurial orientation on the performance of startups in Mongolian.

청소년의 가족환경지각과 정신건강과의 관계 (A Study on the Correlation between Perception of Family Environment and Mental Health of Boy's High School Students)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the relation between perception of family environment and mental health of boy's high school students. In order to obtain the appropriate data, a questionnaire was administered to 240 boy's high school 2nd-grade students in Pohang city from March 19 to March 28, 1992. The instruments used for this study were Moos's Family Environment Scale Form R and Kim's Symptom Check List-90. The conclusions were as follows : The level of perception of family environment was lower than mean score. Cohesion, achievement orientation, independence, organization, expressiveness were percepted high but active-recreational orientation, intellectual-cultural orientation were percepted low. Mental health of most respondents was well. The scores of obsessive-compulsive reaction and interpersonal sensitivity were high, the scores of somatization and phobia were low. General characteristic variables significantly related to the level of perception about family environment were father's occupation and mother's education level. There were no significant differences between general characteristic variables and mental health. There were mostly negative correlations between perception of family environment and mental health. Cohesion, expressiveness, independence, intellectual-cultural orientation, active-recerational orientation, moral-religious emphasis, organization were negatively correlated but conflict, achivement orientation, control were positively correlated. Cohesion, expressiveness, conflict, achivement orientation, active-recretional orientation, organization, control were significantly related, but independence intellectual-cultural orientation, moral-religious emphasis were no significant correlation.

영재와 평재 고등학생들의 성공에 대한 인식, Grit, 열망 및 성취목적 비교 (Comparisons of Perceptions of Success, Grit, Aspirations, and Achievement Goal Orientation between Gifted and Non-gifted High School Students)

  • 본 연구는 영재와 평재 고등학생을 대상으로 이들의 성공에 대한 인식, Grit(관심의 일관성, 노력의 인내), 열망(내재열망 - 신체적 건강, 자아성장, 소속감, 공동체 기여; 외재열망 - 명성, 이미지, 경제적 성공) 및 성취목적(숙달목적, 수행접근 목적, 수행회피 목적)에는 어떤 차이를 보이는지 살펴보고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 영재학교 2개교에서 200명, 일반 고등학교 2개교에서 350명, 총 550명을 표집 대상으로 하였다. 이 중 불성실하게 응답한 54명을 제외한 496명(회수율 90.18%, 영재학생 153명, 평재학생 343명)을 최종 분석대상으로 선정하였다. 본 연구 결과, 영재학생과 평재학생 모두의 경우, '성공은 내가 통제할 수 없는 것'이라고 생각하는 비중이 50%를 상회하는 것으로 나타났으며, 성공에 영향을 미치는 요인들 중 '근면'을 가장 많이 선택하였다. 반면에, 성공에 영향을 미치는 요인들 중 '부유한 가정환경'을 선택하는 하는 비중이 영재학생들(48.2%)에 비해 평재학생들(60.4%)이 많은 것으로 나타났다. Grit의 하위요인 중 '노력의 인내'와 성취목적 하위 요인 중 '숙달목적 지향성'에서 영재학생이 평재학생에 비해 유의미하게 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한, Grit의 하위요인 중 '노력의 인내' 요인은 영재와 평재 학생들의 '숙달 지향성'과 '수행접근 지향성'에 긍정적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 영재와 평재학생의 성공에 대한 인식, Grit, 열망 및 성취목적을 비교한 본 연구 결과는 이들의 성취증진 방안을 강구하는데 많은 교육적 시사점을 제공해줄 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

전통적으로 남성주도적인 전문직 진출을 준비하는 우리나라 여대생의 성격 및 가정환경의 특성 연구 : 법대 및 의대 재학생을 중심으로 (Individual and Family Background Predictors of Nontraditional Career Orientation among Korean College Women)

  • The purpose of this study was to compare the differences between traditional and nontraditional college women in regard to personality and family background characteristics. Subjects were 180 college women majoring in Education, Nursing, Medicine, and Law. ANOVA and discriminant analysis were conducted to analyze the data. The results showed that nontraditional women scored significantly higher in acacemic achievement, SES, and parental support and influence than traditional women. SES, psychological masculinity, and parental support and influence were the most powerful predictors of nontraditional career orientation. Suggestions were made regarding precautions and need of cross-cultral study.

농촌 치유관광객의 라이프스타일과 추구편익의 관계 (Canonical Correlation between Lifestyle and Benefit Sought of Rural Healing Tourists)

  • This study aims to investigate relationships between lifestyle and benefit sought of rural healing tourists. For data collection, a total of 3,000 copies of questionnaires were collected by nationwide online survey. The data were analyzed by using SPSS 26.0. The factor analysis identified seven dimensions of the lifestyle : conservative, sports activity orientation, health orientation, consumption orientation, achievement orientation, adventure orientation, and personal orientation. Five dimensions of benefit sought were identified as psychological recovery, outdoor activities, rest, rural experience, and exercise. The results of the canonical correlation analysis indicated that adventure orientation of lifestyle and psychological recovery, outdoor activities, rural experience, exercise of benefit sought were highly correlated. This means it is important to place an emphasis on psychological recovery, outdoor activities, rural experience, and exercise for tourists looking for an adventure away from everyday life. Rural healing tourism marketers should consider lifestyle aspects as the most important factors affecting benefit sought of rural healing tourism.

고등학교 지도자의 멘토링시스템을 활용한 성취목표성향, 스포츠 자신감 및 인지된 경기력의 구조적 관계 고찰 (A Study on the Structural Relationship of Achievement Goal Propensity, Sports Confidence, and Perceived Performance Using the Mentoring System of High School Leaders)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 고등학교 지도자의 멘토링시스템을 활용한 성취목표성향, 스포츠 자신감 및 인지된 경기력의 구조적 관계를 분석하여 향후 한국 태권도의 발전과 교육의 질을 높이는 데 기초자료로 제공하고자 한다. 이를 위해 2020년 대한태권도협회에 등록된 선수 중 제31회 문화체육관광부장관기 전국 남·여 태권도대회에 참가자 465명의 고등학생을 조사한 후 이용하였으며, 연구 목적에 따라서 통계 분석 SPSS, AMOS 24.0 통계 프로그램을 활용하여 분석하였다. 이에 따른 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 태권도 지도자의 멘토링은 성취목표성향에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 태권도 지도자의 멘토링은 스포츠 자신감에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 태권도 지도자의 성취목표성향은 인지된 경기력에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 스포츠 자신감은 인지된 경기력에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 위의 연구결과를 보면 태권도 지도자의 멘토링에 따른 성취목표성향, 스포츠 자신감 및 인지된 경기력에 중요한 역할과 경기력 향상에 기여한다 할 수 있으며 아울러, 태권도의 특성상 각 변인을 다양한 연구방법을 활용되어야 하고 질적 연구를 통한 심층적인 연구가 필요하다고 생각된다.

일반 화학 수업에서 설명적 피드백을 이용한 개념도 학습의 효과 (The Effects of Concept Mapping with Explanation Feedback in the Undergraduate General Chemistry Course)

  • In this study, the effects of concept mapping with feedbacks providing explanatory comments on students' achievement, science learning anxiety, and science learning motivation were investigated in the undergraduate general chemistry course. The aptitude-treatment interactions between students' level of mastery goal orientation and the concept mapping with explanation feedback treatment were also examined. Sixty-seven freshmen from an university of education were assigned to a control group and a treatment group. The tests of mastery goal orientation, science anxiety, and science learning motivation were administered as pretests. For the treatment group, feedback providing students with explanatory comments through whole class discussion was presented after each concept mapping. Whereas the control group students were presented with opportunities solving excercise problems followed by explanation feedback. The intervention was lasted for 10 weeks (30 class periods). After the instructions, a researcher-made achievement test, the science learning anxiety test, and the science learning motivation test were administered. The results indicated that no statistically significant difference was found in students' achievement. In the science learning anxiety, however, the scores of the treatment group was significantly lower than those of the control group. The scores of the treatment group also tended to be higher, though not significant, than those of the control group in the science learning motivation. However, no significant aptitude-treatment interactions were found in all dependent variables.

초등 과학 수업에서의 문제중심학습이 창의적 문제해결력과 학업성취도에 미치는 효과 (The Effect of Problem-Based Learning on Creative Problem-Solving Skills and Achievement in Elementary Science)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the instructional effect of problem-based learning on creative problem-solving skills and academic achievement in elementary science classes. Based on the literature review, six stages for problem-based learning were applied: Orientation, Presenting problems and the process of learning, preliminary problem solving, problem solving, sharing results, and wrapping up/evaluating. The subjects were 74 students in two six-grade classes in Gyeonggi province. As a result, the following findings were given: First, the students who were engaged in problem-based learning showed better progress in creative problem-solving skills. Second, science academic achievement of experimental group were better than traditional group. Educational implications were discussed.

  • The study aims to analyze the performance-prove goal orientation and organizational culture on employee work performance of performance appraisal by placing employee work motivation as an interning variable. The study was conducted on a quota sample basis with 134 employees and staff in educational institutions under the auspices of Islamic educational institutions in Banyuwangi, East Java, Indonesia. Analysis through structural equation modeling (SEM) was done, and results were obtined which showed that there is an influence of institutional culture on employee motivation and that there is an effect of employee motivation on performance appraisal. However, the statistical output showed that there is no significant effect of performance-prove goal orientation on employee motivation. In testing the mediating effect, the results showed the significant influence of employee motivation in bridging the relationship between organizational culture on performance appraisal, and performance-proven goals and performance appraisal. The theoretical contributions of the findings were in its examination of performance-prove goal orientation with motivational encouragement in educational institutions to analyze the extent to which an individual's self-confidence was able to integrate patterns in distinguishing the approach used, how to use, and the response to a specific situation of directing toward organizational achievement.
