산업용 취출로봇의 소음 저감에 대한 연구 (Study on Noise Reduction of an Industrial Take-out Robot)

  • In this paper, we experimentally investigate factors that decrease in noise of a industrial take-out robot at driving state. For this, we analyse change in the noise of the take-out robot with gear machining accuracy and clearance. In order to calculate the noise related to gear machining accuracy that is based upon the Japanese Industrial Standard(JIS), we equally increase motor speed from 0 rpm to 1250 rpm. In addition, to investigate influence of clearance on noise, we evenly change clearance from 0.5 mm to 1.2 mm. These experiments show that clearance is more effective factor than gear machining accuracy to reduce the noise of the take-out robot.

  • A measurement accuracy of theodolite system may be affected by a measurement environment, a measurement distance change and so on. This study was performed for measuring an accuracy when the height of scale bar is changed 0.05m, 0.5m, 1m and 1.5m under the distance 3m between two theodolites, the distance 4m from the theodolite system to scale bar and the distance 5m from the thodolite system to the horizontal target bar. And we could know that the best height is 0.05m and 1m.

  • We propose a design method of high accuracy power measuring device and the method of securing the reliability of the measured data. As a design method for the development of the high accuracy power measuring device, the circuit was made by reflecting the high accuracy power measuring ICs and the CT (Current Transformer). To ensure the reliability of the power meter, we requested to the watt-hour meter certified testing organization to measure the error rate, and the error rate of active power based on the "Wattmeter Technical Standard(Revision notify 2014-283)" was measure, and the error rate was confirmed to be less than 0.1%.

  • This research deals with evaluation of machining accuracy for Parallel Kinematic Machine Tool(PKMT) applied parallel type robot system with high precision and stiffness. For this purpose, machine simulation is carried out to foreknow collision and interference between workpiece and tool. Furthermore, on the basis of machine simulation data, PKMT is manufactured. Machining accuracy such as cylindricity straightness, squareness, parallelism circularity, concentricity pitch error and yaw error, is measured by using coordinate measuring machine. Test piece for evaluation of machining accuracy is designed and manufactured under the standard of ISO 10791-7.

전자회절을 이용한 격자상수의 측정 정확도 향상 (Accuracy Improvement of Lattice Parameters Measured from Electron Diffraction Data)

  • For quantitative analysis of nano-crystal structure, we reported the accuracy improvement method of lattice parameters measured from electron diffraction. For calculation of Au lattice parameters used as a standard crystal structure, it was considered two different acquisition methods (detector and enegy-filter) and three different calculation methods (conventional, least-square and regression fit). As a result, the measurement reliability could be enhanced by using CCD camera which gives higher performance, while energy-filtering did not affect the improvement the camera constant accuracy. Also, the accuracy of lattice parameters could be improved up to $10^{-4}$ order by regression fitting with correction formula. Finally, it is expected that the combination of regression fitting and intensity extraction from energy-filtered precession electron diffraction gives a solution of quantitative structure analysis for unknown nano-crystals.

Towards improving finite element solutions automatically with enriched 2D solid elements

  • In this paper, we propose an automatic procedure to improve the accuracy of finite element solutions using enriched 2D solid finite elements (4-node quadrilateral and 3-node triangular elements). The enriched elements can improve solution accuracy without mesh refinement by adding cover functions to the displacement interpolation of the standard elements. The enrichment scheme is more effective when used adaptively for areas with insufficient accuracy rather than the entire model. For given meshes, an error for each node is estimated, and then proper degrees of cover functions are applied to the selected nodes. A new error estimation method and cover function selection scheme are devised for the proposed adaptive enrichment scheme. Herein, we demonstrate the proposed enrichment scheme through several 2D problems.

진단용 방사선발생장치의 검사기준을 적용한 동물병원의 방사선 안전관리 (The Radiation Safety Management in the Animal Hospital Using Inspection Standard of Diagnosis Radiation System)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the actual conditions of radiation safety supervision in animal clinics using inspection standard of X-ray generator for diagnosis. The surveys for inspection standard system, equipment condition, and safety supervision were carried out in 18 animal clinics randomly. The inspection standard included reproducibility of dose exposure, kVp, mAs, collimator accuracy test, collimator luminance test, X-ray view box luminance test, grounding system equipment test and external leakage current test. The surveys of equipment condition and safety supervision used one-on-one interview with 5 points measurement. As a result, 44.44% of reproducibility of dose exposure was proper, 81.25% of kVp test was good, and 100% of mAs test was appropriate. Also, 66.66% of collimator accuracy test was proper, 61.11% of collimator luminance test was good, 53.13% of X-ray view box luminance test was suitable. In addition, only 5.55% of grounding system equipment and ground resistance was proper, 63.64% of external leakage current test was appropriate in grounding system equipment test. The 100mA electric capacity of X-ray generator for diagnosis was popular with 44.44%, and its 55.56% was purchased used equipment. Monthly average of less than 50 times (61.11%) was top frequency in use, and no animal clinic had a thermo-luminescence dosimeter(TLD). The 16 animal clinics with radiation safety zone and 2 without radiation safety zone were appeared.

GPS 운행궤적정보를 이용한 표준링크기반 통행속도 산출 시스템 연구 (A Study on the Standard Link-based Travel Speed Calculation System Using GPS Tracking Information)

  • 본 연구는 택시 GPS 프로브 정보를 수집하여 링크 결손 방지와 링크 진출 입 시각을 판단하여 표준링크기반의 통행속도 정확도를 향상시키기 위한 시스템 개발을 목적으로 진행되었다. 이를 위해 표준링크기반 맵매칭과 개별차량 통행속도를 산출하고 이를 이용해 서비스링크 평균 통행속도 산출을 위한 5단계 과정으로 구성된 프레임워크와 알고리즘을 제시하였다. 그리고 테헤란로와 학동로 두 곳의 현장 조사를 실시하여 본 논문에서 제시한 방법에 의한 결과를 검증하였다. 현장조사 전체시간 기준으로, 통행속도 편차는 0.2km/h와 0.6km/h, 정확도는 99%와 96%, 그리고 MAPE(Mean Absolute Percentage Error)는 1%와 4%로 나타났다. 결과적으로 표준링크를 사용하지 않는 기존 방법론보다 우수한 정확도를 보였다.

고정밀 표준 시각/주파수 신호의 위성방송 서비스를 위한 무궁화 위성의 실시간 위성궤도 결정 기술 (Dynamic Orbit Determination for Geostationary Satellite Broadcasting of Highly Accurate Standard Frequency/Time Signal)

  • 본 논문은 정지궤도위성을 이용한 고정밀 표준 시각/주파수 방송 서비스를 위해 요구되는 정지궤도위성 궤도추적 정확도를 개선할 수 있도록 기존의 무선 지점결정 기술인 trilateration에 확장칼만필터(EKF extended Kalman filter)를 결합한 EKF-trilateration 방식을 제안하고 차동보정 방식, 국내 및 국외 보정국을 이용한 trilateration 방식과 시각 정확도를 비교 분석하였다. EKF-trilateration 방식은 ECF-좌표계상의 각 축별 오타를 수백 m이내로 줄임으로써 위성궤도 추적 정확도를 10배 개선할 수 있었다. 한국과 같이 영토가 작은 국가의 경우 위성궤도 결정에 참여하는 국내 보정 국들이 형성하는 기하학적 조건 (GDOP)이 매우 열악함에도 불구하고 국내 보정 국만을 이용한 EKF-trilateration 방식을 사용하여 수 ns 이내(주파수 안정도 : $10^{-14}$[7일이상]의 시각 정확도로 표준 시각 방송 서비스를 한반도 전역에 제공할 수 있다.

Evaluation of the accuracy of linear and angular measurements on panoramic radiographs taken at different positions

  • Purpose: This study assessed the accuracy of linear and angular measurements on panoramic radiographs taken at different positions in vitro. Materials and Methods: Two acrylic models were fabricated from a cast with normal occlusion. Straight and $75^{\circ}$ mesially and lingually angulated pins were placed, and standardized panoramic radiographs were taken at standard position, at an $8^{\circ}$ downward tilt of the occlusal plane compared to the standard position, at an $8^{\circ}$ upward tilt of the anterior occlusal plane, and at a $10^{\circ}$ downward tilt of the right and left sides of the model. On the radiographs, the length of the pins above (crown) and below (root) the occlusal plane, total pin length, crown-to-root ratio, and angulation of pins relative to the occlusal plane were calculated. The data were subjected to repeated measures ANOVA and LSD multiple comparisons tests. Results: Significant differences were noted between the radiographic measurements and true values in different positions on both models with linear (P<0.001) and those with angulated pins (P<0.005). No statistically significant differences were observed between the angular measurements and baselines of the natural head posture at different positions for the linear and angulated pins. Conclusion: Angular measurements on panoramic radiographs were sufficiently accurate and changes in the position of the occlusal plane equal to or less than $10^{\circ}$ had no significant effect on them. Some variations could exist in the pin positioning (head positioning), and they were tolerable while taking panoramic radiographs. Linear measurements showed the least errors in the standard position and $8^{\circ}$ upward tilt of the anterior part of the occlusal plane compared to other positions.
