HACCP 인증업체의 자율관리 능력을 제고하고 관리가 미흡한 업체 등에 대한 집중관리 등 선택과 집중을 통한 관리가 필요하다. 더불어 스마트 HACCP의 확대, 보급을 통해 HACCP 운영의 효율성과 편의성을 향상 시켜야 한다. 이처럼 HACCP 제도의 내실화와 스마트화 뿐만 아니라 동시에 적용분야를 지속적으로 발굴, 확대하는 것이 우리나라 HACCP이 나아가야할 방향이다.

본 연구는 대학평가인정과정 중 도서관 관련 영역이 어떻게 평가되고 있는지를 분석하고, 이 제도가 평가인정을 받은 대학의 도서관의 자원에 어떠한 영향을 주었는지 도서관통계를 이용하여 알아보았다. 그 결과 도서관 평가항목에 포함된 열람좌석수, 도서와 연속간행물 소장량 및 예산은 대학종합평가가 실시된 이후 크게 증가하였지만, 평가에 포함되지 않은 직원부문은 거의 변화하지 않았다는 점을 발견하고, 도서관 평가항목과 측정방법의 개선을 위한 방안을 제시하였다.

In this paper, the evaluation system in order to achieve the program education objectives of Accreditaion Board for engineering education of Korea, analyze the educational objectives evaluation tool case studies of programs that are run by each university, the program educational objectives to match the actual situation of university I have developed a distinction between questions the evaluation and assessment system. Configuration, execution, measurement, analysis, is a five-step mooring, the evaluation tool, is a graduate research you are currently using the most in Korea, the employer survey, education target assessment model of the program, employment trends of graduates, I decided to graduate focus group interviews. Distinction between questions, the evaluation also developed a questionnaire to derive the important keywords of education for each objectives. Improvement evaluation tool, the evaluation criteria is required, the University is preparing evaluate (NGR) in South Korea engineering education certification next regularly, requires research on semantic analysis of the results of measurement of the educational goals of the program in the future some.

Purpose: As medicare services have gotten spreaded, clinical laboratory has been dominant position. So, it has been acted for quality control and clinical pathology accreditation. But there has been quite deficient information to evaluate working space and technical standards of medical laboratory for accreditation. This study goals to figure out accreditation standard and design guideline for clinical laboratory, and to give safe and efficient design information. Methods: This study has been searched by literature for accreditation standards and design guidelines of clinical pathology in USA, UK, and Germany. Results: Three countries have accredited based on working lab space, staff space, storage space, patient space and health and safety equipment. Design guidelines of three countries commonly have focused on worktable layout, worktable distance and module, and specific laboratory biosafety level. And USA guidelines stress on the architectural design such as design process and passage distance for escape, UK stress on the efficiency as functional work flow and construction cost, lastly Germany design guidelines stress on the operator's safety distance and workstation. Three countries have not only accreditation standards but also design guidelines for more specific quality management, separating from accrediting institute. Implications: In korea, it has been needed to make clinical laboratory design guideline for the safe and efficient environment and reliable and competitive medical service.
