모든 사용자가 웹을 통하여 어려움 없이 인터넷에 접근 가능하도록 하기 위해서는, 웹 사이트가 웹 접근성을 고려하여 개발되어야 한다. 이러기 위해서 본 논문에서는 웹 접근성 평가 분석도구인 KADO-WAH 2.0을 사용하여 한국형 웹 콘텐츠 접근성 지침 KWCAG 1.0과 WCAG 2.0을 기반으로 15개의 웹 사이트를 대상으로 하여 웹 접근성을 평가한 후, 웹 사이트의 유형에 따라 웹 접근성의 차이점과 문제점을 도출한 후 웹 접근성에 대한 개선 방안을 제시하였다.

This study conducted a fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis study on culture and arts information portals to ensure practical and universal use and activation of culture and arts information portals. The capabilities and influence of affordances and system literacy according to user experience regarding accessibility to cultural arts information portals are as follows. First, physical affordances in the culture and arts information portal were key conditions for the culture and arts information portal user experience regarding system accessibility, system understandability, system usability, system usability, and system literacy. Second, the functional affordance of the user experience in the cultural arts information portal was relatively low and unimportant, and when the functional affordance was low, the user's system accessibility, system understanding, system usefulness, system usability, and system literacy were increased. Third, if the user's functional affordance and sensory affordance are low in the culture and arts information portal, the system accessibility, system understanding, system usability, and system literacy of the culture and arts information portal users are increased. Fourth, cultural arts information portals must build an innovative system with a systematic approach appropriate for the user base by linking system literacy capabilities with a focus on physical affordances.

공공도서관 접근성은 도서관의 이용에 직접적인 영향을 끼치며, 접근성의 불균형적인 분포는 도서관 서비스의 공평한 제공을 제한하는 결정적인 요인이 된다. 이러한 관점에 근거하여 본 연구는 부산지역 공공도서관의 공간적 접근성을 분석하고, 공간회귀분석을 통해 공공도서관의 접근성 영향요인을 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 부산지역 공공도서관 접근성은 지역별로 편차가 크게 나타나고 있었으며, 공공도서관이 인구수나 대중교통 이용과 무관하게 입지하고 있을 뿐 아니라 사회적 형평성 측면에서도 공공도서관 입지의 효율성이 떨어지는 것으로 볼 수 있었다. 이 연구의 결과를 통해 부산지역 공공도서관 접근성 현황을 이해하고, 접근성에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악할 수 있으며, 향후 공공도서관 접근성 격차 완화 및 신규 입지 선정을 위한 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

방송 매체를 통한 정보 습득은 현대를 살아가기 위한 필수적 요소이며, 디지털 테크놀로지의 발전으로 각 방송사는 인터넷을 통한 서비스 전환을 진행하고 있다. 이에, 본 연구에서는 한국, 미국, 일본의 대표적 방송사 웹사이트를 대상으로 웹 접근성 평가를 진행하여 그 결과를 비교 분석하였다. 그 결과에 의하면, 세 나라 방송사들 모두 접근성 수준에 현저한 차이를 보이지는 않았으나, 한국 방송사들의 경우, 대체텍스트 제공, 반복 영역 건너뛰기 및 제목 제공 등에서 접근성 준수율이 미흡한 것으로 조사되었다. 또한 텍스트 콘텐츠의 명도 대비와 사용자가 의도하지 않은 기능의 실행, 기본 언어 명시 및 레이블 제공 등에서도 접근성 오류가 있는 것으로 조사되어, 접근성 준수를 위한 수정 및 보완이 시급한 것으로 나타났다.

본 논문에서는 시각 장애인을 위한 표준 웹사이트 개발 방안을 제안하였다. 먼저 정보 소외계층인 시각장애인들을 위한 정보통신 정보 접근성 향상을 위한 웹 컨텐츠 개발의 필요성 및 국내외 표준화 현황, 선진국의 정보 접근성 기술개발 현황을 설명하였다. 아울러 향후 국내에서 개발될 웹 컨텐츠의 정보 접근성 향상을 위한 개발 및 표준화에 필요한 W3C 의 5가지 Website Contents Accessibility Guideline 방향을 제시하였다. 또한 시각장애인 컴퓨터 환경에 맞는 웹 컨텐츠 개발을 위한 표준화 방안을 제시하고 시각장애인과 비장애인간의 정보 불평등 해소를 위한 국내 Website Contents Accessibility Guideline을 제안하였다.

웹 접근성에 대한 관심의 증가와 필요성 인식으로 인해 현재까지 다양한 접근성 지침과 자동화 평가도구들이 개발되었으나, 많은 선행연구에서 지침과 평가도구에 대한 문제점을 지적하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 웹 표준에 착안하여 프레임 콘텐츠에 대한 웹 접근성 평가모형을 제시 및 검증하였다. 이를 위하여 프레임 콘텐츠에 대한 정의를 바탕으로 웹 표준기술요소를 정리하였으며, XHTML 및 CSS 기반의 프레임 콘텐츠 접근성 평가 모형을 제시하고 그 타당성을 검증하였다.

According to the statistics revealed by Bank of Korea on March, 2007, Internet banking transactions outnumbered face-to-face banking services in Korea. Internet banking is becoming essential in every financial service sectors. For people with disabilities, Internet banking is more meaningful because they do not need to visit the bank, thereby saving inconvenient trips. Governments in many countries are working on setting standards and laws on the web accessibility for people with disabilities. Korea government enacted Korea Disability Discrimination Act in 2007. This paper examined the web accessibility compliance of Internet banking sites. Twenty one Internet banking sites were selected from the list in the Korea Federation of Banks's Web sites. We examined four major checkpoints that are considered crucial among the fourteen checkpoints in "Internet Web Contents Accessibility Guidelines" which was amended by Ministry of the information and Communication in 2005. The results showed that all of the twenty one Internet banking sites didn't meet the four major checkpoint requirements. Moreover, only one banking site satisfied alt-text requirement that is considered the most fundamental among the checkpoints.

The purpose of this study is to verify the mediating effect of store benevolence for impact on store loyalty of store environment and store personality. For this study, data were collected through questionnaires. The survey ran from March to May, 2011, the total of 330 respondents was used in analysis. The subjects consisted of adults living in the Daegu and Gyeongsangbuk-do region, and convenience sampling. For statistical analysis, SPSS 19.0 were used to verify the study model. The major results of the study show that store benevolence may play a linkage role of store environment, store personality on store loyalty. The store benevolence variable has the effect of partial mediation. The analysis of relationship between the variables of store environment (convenience, information service accessibility, accessibility, variation) and the store type show significant differences store environment (convenience, information service and the store type). The analysis of relationship between the variables of store personality(warm, fun, sophisticated, forward-looking) and the store type show significant differences store personality (warm, fun, sophisticated, forward-looking) and store type. The analysis of relationship between the variables of store environment(convenience, information service accessibility, accessibility, variation), and the demographic variables show significant differences in store environment (information service accessibility) regarding only age. 최근 핀테크(FinTech) 산업의 활성화와 더불어 모바일환경에서의 금융거래가 증가함에 따라 이를 공격 대상으로 하는 악성 어플리케이션이 증가하고 있다. 악성 어플리케이션의 공격대상은 점점 많아지고 그 방법 또한 다양해지고 있어, 이에 따라 새로운 형태의 공격방법에 대해 미리 대비해야 할 필요성이 있다. 본 논문에서는 안드로이드 프레임워크의 접근성 서비스(Accessibility Service)기능을 이용해, 보안키패드의 입력 값을 탈취 할 수 있는 새로운 공격방법을 제시하고자 한다. 이러한 공격방법을 악용할 경우, 사용자가 보안키패드에 입력한 비밀번호 정보가 매우 쉽게 노출될 수 있음을 실험을 통해 보이고 이에 대한 대응 방안으로 접근성 사용에 대한 검증과 모바일 어플리케이션의 접근성 지침에 대한 개선을 제안한다.

웹 접근성은 장애인의 시각에서 정보이용에 불편함이 없도록 격차를 줄이는 것을 뜻한다. 현재 웹 접근성에 대한 정책은 관공서, 공기업을 시작으로 시행되어 왔던 웹 접근성 준수 의무가 2014년 올해부터 제재가 강해졌다. 한국정보화진흥원의 2013 자료에 따르면 국내 SNS 이용률은 일반 국민 100% 대비 28.8%로 일반 국민의 절반 수준에 불과하다. 모바일과 SNS의 등장이 웹 환경에 변화를 일으키기 시작했다. 문제는 너무 빠르게 소비되고 빠르게 콘텐츠들이 생산되어 지는 프로슈머의 환경이 정보적 소외계층의 이용률을 방해하는 요인으로 작용하고 있다. 본 프로젝트는 이런 문제들을 웹 접근성 표준에 문제가 되지 않는 사이트를 만들고 편리한 웹 접근성 도구들을 제공하자라는 생각에서 출발하였다.
