경호학의 학문적 위상정립을 위한 고찰 (Study for academic establishment of phase of Department of Security Service)

  • 사회안전과 질서유지를 위하여 Security를 연구하는 학문이다. 비록 산업계에 비하여 18년이라는 짧은 기간이지만, 다방면의 학자들이 이 분야에 관심으로 가지고 많은 노력을 해왔다. 그러나 지금의 경호학은 몇 가지 문제점들을 안고 있어서 학문으로써의 가치를 인정받기 어려운 실정이다. 이를 위해서 몇 가지 선결과제가 해결이 되어야 한다. 첫째, 학문적인 개념과 범위 설정에 대한 산학간의 합의점 마련. 둘째, 모호한 학문의 정체성을 확립하기 위한 학적체계의 정립. 셋째, 교육체계의 정비부족을 극복하기 위한 교육체계 정립 방안의 마련. 넷째, 산업계와 상이한 연구방향에 대한 비가시성을 극복하기 위한 방안 등을 들 수 있다. 따라서 이 연구는 경호학이 학문으로써의 정체성과 가치를 높이기 위하여 네 가지 선결과제를 중심으로 그에 따른 대안을 제시하도록 하는데 목적을 두었다.

또래 괴롭힘 피해와 학교적응 관계에서 사회적 자아 지각 및 또래 신념의 매개 영향 (Mediating Effects of Social Self-Perceptions and Peer-Beliefs on the Relations between Peer Victimization and School Adjustment)

  • 본 연구는 또래 괴롭힘 피해와 학교적응의 관계에서 자아 및 또래 지각의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 연구대상은 초등학교 5, 6학년 남녀 아동 521명이다. 또래 지명법을 사용하여 또래 괴롭힘의 피해가 측정되었고 자기 보고법을 사용하여 자아 및 또래 지각과 학교 회피가 측정되었다. 연구결과를 보면, 자아 및 또래 지각은 또래 괴롭힘 피해와 학교적응의 관계에서 완전 매개 효과가 있었으며, 반면에 또래 괴롭힘 피해는 학업 성취에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

초등학생의 시험불안에 대한 학업적 자기효능감과 시험불안 대처방식의 상호작용효과 (The Interaction Effects on Test Anxiety of Elementary School Students by Academic Self-Efficacy and Test Anxiety Coping Styles)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the interaction effects of children's academic self-efficacy and to test their anxiety coping style in terms of their test anxiety. We conducted a questionnaire survey with 193 sixth-graders in an elementary school. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, the children were more worried about emotionality to test anxiety, and used problem-focused coping significantly more frequently than emotion-focused coping. In addition, female children demonstrated more emotionality and worry about test anxiety and used emotion-focused coping for test anxiety more frequently. Second, emotionality was higher when emotion-focused coping was used. In the case where the level of problem-focused coping was high, emotionality was higher when academic self-efficacy was high. Children's worry was lower when the level of problem-focused coping was high and when the level of emotion-focused coping was low. In female children, however, worry increased when the level of problem-focused coping was low and the level of emotion-focused coping was high.

3년제 치위생과 학생의 눈치, 셀프리더십, 학업적 자기효능감이 대학생활 적응에 영향 요인 (Effect of Nunchi, self-leadership and academic selfe-fficacy on college students' adaptation to college life)

  • Objectives: This study intended to investigate the effect of Nunchi, self-leadership, and academic self-efficacy on adaptation to college life among dental hygiene college students in a three-year program. By extension, the study seeks to find positive ways necessary for students to adapt to college life. Methods: A survey was conducted from Aug 1 to Sep 30, 2019 on 182 dental hygiene college students who agreed to participate in the survey. Data were analyzed using SPSS 20.0. An independent t-test, a one-way ANOVA, Scheffe's post-hoc test, and Pearson's correlation coefficients were employed, and a multiple regression analysis was conducted. Results: Findings showed that the students' average score on adaptation to college life was 3.34. Factors having a significant effect on adaptation to college life came out in this order: grade_dummy2(2/3), academic self-efficacy and grade_dummy1(1/2). Explanations skills accounted for 28.0%. Conclusions: The results highlight a need for programs dedicated to improving dental hygiene college students' adaptation to college life should be developed and implemented.

Discovery Layer in Library Retrieval: VuFind as an Open Source Service for Academic Libraries in Developing Countries

  • This paper provides an overview of the emergence of resource discovery systems and services, along with their advantages, best practices, and current landscapes. It outlines some of the key services and functionalities of a comprehensive discovery model suitable for academic libraries in developing countries. The proposed model (VuFind as a discovery tool) performs like other existing web-scale resource discovery systems, both commercial and open-source, and is capable of providing information resources from different sources in a single-window search interface. The objective of the paper is to provide seamless access to globally distributed subscribed as well as open access resources through its discovery interface, based on a unified index. This model uses Koha, DSpace, and Greenstone as back-ends and VuFind as a discovery layer in the front-end and has also integrated many enhanced search features like Bento-box search, Geodetic search, and full-text search (using Apache Tika). The goal of this paper is to provide the academic community with a one-stop shop for better utilising and integrating heterogeneous bibliographic data sources with VuFind (https://vufind.org/vufind).

간호대학생의 셀프리더십에 미치는 영향요인 (Factors Influencing the Self-leadership in Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생의 의사소통능력, 학업적 자기효능감, 임상 실습만족도가 셀프리더십에 미치는 영향요인을 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 이를 위해 G시 간호대학생 3학년 156명을 대상으로 편의표집 하였다. 연구결과 의사소통능력, 학업적 자기효능감, 임상 실습만족도, 셀프리더십는 모두 정적으로 유의한 상관관계를 보였고, 간호대학생의 셀프리더십의 영향요인으로는 의사소통능력, 학업적 자기효능감, 임상실습만족도, 성적에서 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 간호대학생의 셀프리더십에 영향을 미치는 요인을 활용한 간호대학 교과목에 적용과 프로그램을 개발이 필요할 것이다.

국내 림프드레나지(MLD) 연구에 관한 논문 동향 분석 (Analysis of Domestic Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD)-related Research Trend)

  • This study attempted to investigate the research trend of MLD studies which were issued from 2001 to March 2022 by research period/area/method/purpose through the analysis of academic theses and journals and use the results for the growth and of MLD. The study results found the followings: First, in terms of the results by research period, a total of 84 academic papers and journals were published: Phase 1 (15), Phase 2 (47), Phase 3 (22). Second, when analyzed by research area, 'cosmetology' was the highest with 19 papers in terms of the number of studies. In fact, the field of study accounted for the largest portion in all three phases. Third, when analyzed by research method, quantitative research showed the largest percentage in all three phases. Fourth, when analyzed by research purpose, a practical approach was dominant with 81 papers out of the total number of 84 (3 papers in theoretical approach). Concerning a domestic MLD-related research trend, it is an essential step for MLD study establishment and qualitative improvements. Such research analysis of MLD studies is meaningful in that it has not been attempted before. In addition, it is anticipated that the study results would be helpful in searching a direction for the academic growth and development of MLD.

Prediction of Academic Performance of College Students with Bipolar Disorder using different Deep learning and Machine learning algorithms

  • In modern years, the performance of the students is analysed with lot of difficulties, which is a very important problem in all the academic institutions. The main idea of this paper is to analyze and evaluate the academic performance of the college students with bipolar disorder by applying data mining classification algorithms using Jupiter Notebook, python tool. This tool has been generally used as a decision-making tool in terms of academic performance of the students. The various classifiers could be logistic regression, random forest classifier gini, random forest classifier entropy, decision tree classifier, K-Neighbours classifier, Ada Boost classifier, Extra Tree Classifier, GaussianNB, BernoulliNB are used. The results of such classification model deals with 13 measures like Accuracy, Precision, Recall, F1 Measure, Sensitivity, Specificity, R Squared, Mean Absolute Error, Mean Squared Error, Root Mean Squared Error, TPR, TNR, FPR and FNR. Therefore, conclusion could be reached that the Decision Tree Classifier is better than that of different algorithms.

Forest therapy program reduces academic and job-seeking stress among college students

  • Background and objective: Recreation or activities in forest are regarded as therapy. Many forest therapy programs have been developed and assessed in the domestic. This study was conducted to investigate the effect of the forest therapy program on academic and job-seeking stress in college students. Methods: Thirty five subjects were selected as the experimental group and 25 as the control group, and 29 subjects in the experimental group and 11 in the control group participated in the follow-up test to verify the persistence of stress reduction effects. The forest therapy program was carried out once a week for 2 hours each from September 4 to December 4, 2018, adding up to total eight sessions. Results: The experimental group showed statistically significant reduction in both academic stress and job-seeking stress, whereas the control group did not. For the persistence of the forest therapy program, the experimental group did not show a statistically significant difference between the posttest and the follow-up test, and thus the stress reduction effect was maintained. Conclusion: This study proved the reduction of academic and job-seeking stress in forest therapy programs and the persistence of the stress reduction effect of the forest therapy program. The result is consistent with the Stress Recovery Theory (SRT) that shows the stress reduction effect of nature. In addition, it has significance in that it has verified that the program using the forest on campus can reduce stress of most college students.

간호사를 위한 3S-BIS (Business Intelligence Systems) 교육 프로그램 효과 (Effects of 3S-BIS (3S Business Intelligence Systems) for Nurses)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the impact of the 3S-Smart, Simple & Speed Business Intelligence Systems(3S-BIS) program on various aspects including simulation design assessment, simulation education assessment, satisfaction among education participants, academic self-efficacy, entrepreneurship, and entrepreneurial competency for nurses. Method: This research was a non-equivalent control trial design study using two groups. 23 participants in experimental group, and 22 in the control group. Data were collected three intervals: before program, immediately after the program, four weeks later. Results: The experimental group showed significantly higher values across parameters, including simulation design assessment, simulation education assessment, satisfaction among education participants, academic self-efficacy, entrepreneurship, and entrepreneurial competency. Conclusion: The 3S-BIS program has shown a positive impact on improving nursing start-up competency. Applying 3S-BIS can be effectively used across all ranges of nurses and is recommended.
