As a result of the study, the poorest keywords were information, big data, management, policy, government, law, and smart. In addition, as a result of network analysis, related research was being conducted on topics such as data industry policy, data governance performance, defense, governance, and data public. The four topics derived through topic modeling were "DG policy," "DG platform," "DG in laws," and "DG implementation," of which research related to "DG platform" showed an increasing trend, and "DG implementation" tended to shrink. This study comprehensively summarized data governance-related studies. Data governance needs to expand research areas from various perspectives and related fields such as data management and data integration policies at the organizational level, and related technologies. In the future, we can expand the analysis targets for overseas data governance and expect follow-up studies on research directions and policy directions in industries that require data-based future industries such as Industry 4.0, artificial intelligence, and Metaverse.

Within the worse of the environment, Climate change caused by global warming is becoming serious around the world, and green logistics to pursue sustainable development in the logistics sector are receiving more and more attention. Along with the acceleration of the global economy, eco-friendly issues are playing an increasingly important role in the logistics industry, and various policy measures are being pursued to establish the green logistics system. This study aims to analyze research trends in eco-friendly logistics, and the SNA methodology was applied by extracting keywords from 518 domestic and foreign papers from 2013 to August 2022. The period is divided into three stages: 2013-2015, 2016-2019, and 2020-2022, and 'logistics' and 'sustainable development' were derived as top logistics eco-friendly keywords at all stages. Besides, In the first stage(2013-2015), the term 'environmental performance' and 'freight transport' attracted the attention of scholars. In the second stage(2016-2019), keywords such as 'third-party logistics' and 'lean logistics' have attracted the attention of scholars. In the third stage(2020-2022), the 'internet of things' and 'circular economy' received the attention of scholars. In line with the growth of the economy, it was confirmed that research related to eco-friendly logistics is gradually expanding to a sustainable concept. Based on this study, it is possible to grasp the research trends of the academic community to cope with recent environmental changes and provides reference materials to consider future research directions.

Fueled by the digital transformation era, the 150th anniversary of Marcel Proust's birth (2021) and 100th anniversary of his death (2022) witnessed a surge in digital humanities research. This goes beyond supplementing traditional methods; it fosters new approaches like Nicolas Lagonneau's 'Proustonomics' website (archiving online/offline Proust discourse) and 'Proustographe' (quantifying and visualizing data related to Proust). The Buffalo Proust Project (2021) provided online access to materials on his life and works, while the Corr-Proust project digitized his correspondence. While Korea lacks established digital Proust research, recent analysis of academic paper vocabulary (through word frequencies and word clouds) reveals significant thematic and quantitative development around 2000, paving the way for future Korean ventures in this exciting field. Digital humanities research offers the potential to unearth new research topics, enhance efficiency, and promote international collaboration, ultimately leading to a deeper understanding of Proust and groundbreaking advancements in the field.

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between conspicuous consumption tendency, brand attitudes, and purchase intentions of college students regarding eating out by limiting conspicuous consumption tendency among several psychological variables to acquire a more precise and concrete influence factor on consumption behavior to eat out. First, as for sensing other people, pursuing individuality and brand orientation among conspicuous consumption tendency of restaurant costumers had significant effects on brand attitudes, whereas the influence of status symbols and pursuing trend factor on brand attitudes was not verified. Second, as for sensing other people, pursing individuality, pursuing trends, and brand orientation factor among conspicuous consumption tendency had significant effects on purchasing intention. Otherwise, the significant effect relationship between status symbols factor and purchasing intentions was not confirmed. Third, as purchase intentions increased, brand attitudes of consumers increased according to existing research. Thus, this study suggests a more departmentalized marketing strategy method to create profits and enhance competitiveness of food service enterprises, and academic implications suggest fundamental data of relevant studies on conspicuous consumption tendency and purchasing behavior of consumers to eat out.

Nowadays, ethical consumers are increasing and they consider social values such as worker's human rights, environment and animal's welfare as key criteria in purchasing products. This study focused on the academic and practical research of ethical consumption, in which the needs and interests are now growing globally. This study addressed the concept, trend and practices of ethical consumption as well as seeking methods to support and promote ethical consumption. It examined the concept and types of ethical consumption from the perspective of the philosophy on ethical consumption. Ethical consumption was defined as a behavior that intended to improve the environment and the welfare of people and animals by purchasing products produced according to sound ethical principles and avoiding products that are made through the exploitation or the damage of people, animals and the environment. It also dealt with the practices of ethical consumption such as the fair trade movement, Clean Clothes Campaign, boycott, local food movement, animal's welfare movement. In conclusion, I suggested that consumers, companies, governments, and NGOs should make an effort to promote ethical consumption.

In order to celebrate the sixtieth anniversary of the Korean Geographical Society, this paper briefly reviews the development of Korean Geography and its contribution to society. There is no doubt that Korean Geography has become a major subject as a professional Held of study and developed diverse sub-fields. At the same time, individual scholars have positively engaged in advising government on policy making issues, and a trend has developed whereby many scholars tend to find work in major research institutions rather than in universities. These scholars are also contributing to society through professional publications and by their involvement in national/international geographical manors. For the next generation, it is imperative that geographers in Korea meet the national demands of the subject as a professional field and continue to promote the practical necessity of geography together with its identity within the academic circles.

This study is to define correctly the concept of exotic image that evolved in domestic fashion since 2001 and to analyze the characteristics and current tendency of the domestic fashion items of the exotic image. Thus this study will be helpful in establishing an academic field of the exotic image in the domestic fashion industry which can offer the ideas necessary for the style and item developments. As for the research method of this study, the frequency and content multi-dimensional analysis were used in the investigation of the exotic images appearing in the domestic fashion brands. The types of exotic image are #ecological#, #folk & ethnic costume#, #kitchy bricolage#, #womanish#, #period# types by analyzed with the elements of exotic images in the domestic women#s fashion brand. The exotic image in domestic fashion market in the middle of 2000s is the results of fusion phenomena among various trend styles, and through the compromise and mixture of different elements, exaggerations, and historically different times of old and new. In conclusion, the contemporary concept of exotic image is expanded by the sum of many contributing images. They are the folk ethnic costume image originating from various different cultures and also the fusion images of folk ethnic costumes from non-urban, not-modern, not-industrialized images compromised with unfamiliar codes.

In recent times, a trend has emerged which rejects negative elements such as violence and gambling associated with games, and emphasizes positive functions such as academic study, which is a desirable phenomenon. Serious games have great potential and unlimited boundaries in their scope, and need much study and research from various perspectives. Especially today, in enhancing the national image of Korea with "Korean games" for the next generation, creative storytelling is urgently required. In this study, I aim to investigate the functions and roles of serious games and to foresee their future direction of development. I also examine the essential elements of storytelling in games suitable for the next generation.

Civil lawsuits have been the main instruments to resolve any civil disputes until recent times but it has its limitations in resolving all disputes in the specialized and technical disputes only according to the civil trial process. Therefore, many countries have carried out a series of discussions and investigations into the system of Alternate Dispute Resolution(ADR). It should especially be noted that all related countries in the world have enacted a basic ADR law to accelerate the usage of the ADR system. The most representative cases are the American Alternative Dispute Resolution Act of 1998 and Japan's Alternative Dispute Resolution Promotion Law set up in December 2004. As such, there is a need for Korea to enact a basic law regarding ADR following the world trend of major nations. This paper looks closely not only into the enactment circumstances and contents of Japan's ADR law whose legal system is similar to that of Korea but also the aftermath discussions of the Japanese academic circles into consideration, in the hopes of providing reference data for the legislation of the Korean ADR system and further aiding in the development of the ADR law theory.

Object : The purpose of this study is to reveiew recent 10 years chinese achievements on the use of digestive system on the utilization of Erchentang. Methods : From the China Journal Full Text Detabase we searched paper on the use of Erchentang by Keyword "二陳湯" Results : The researches are summarised into 7parts. (1) The Effect of Erchentang utilized in liver diseases, (2) The Effect of Erchentang utilized in constipation, (3) The Effect of Erchentang utilized in emesis, (4) The Effect of Erchentang utilized in Bile reflux gastritis, (5) The Effect of Erchentang utilized in gastroesophageal reflux disease, (6) The Effect of Erchentang utilized in gastralgia, (7) The Effect of Erchentang utilized in gastritis. Conclusion : The Effect of Erchentang's utilization has been estabalished for its usefulness in various chinese medical researches.
