본 연구는 국내 학술지의 CCL 적용 여부와 그 유형을 파악하여 국내의 오픈액세스 현황에 대한 이해를 높이고자 하였다. 한국연구재단 등재지 2,097종의 홈페이지에 공개된 CCL 관련 정보를 수집하여 분석한 후 DOAJ 학술지 및 선행연구와 비교하였다. 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 등재지의 18%(377)가 CCL을 적용하고 있었고 이중 90%(337)는 STM 및 농수해양학 분야였으며 인문사회 분야에서 CCL을 적용한 학술지는 거의 없었다. 둘째, 등재지가 채택한 CCL 유형은 NC 계열이 90%, 특히 CC BY-NC가 85%로 가장 많았다. 해외의 DOAJ 학술지에서 CC BY 또는 CC BY-SA를 적용한 학술지가 52%인 것과 큰 차이가 있었다. 그러나 DOAJ 학술지와 스페인어 학술지에 비하면 ND 유형의 라이선스를 적용한 학술지는 더 적었다. 셋째, CCL을 적용한 학술지 377종의 44%(167)는 공공DB에서는 무료로 공개되는 동시에 상용DB에서는 유료로 판매되고 있었고, 33%(125)는 공공DB에서 무료로 공개되고 있었으며, 9%(33)는 상용DB에서 판매되고 있었다.

본 연구의 목적은 프로이드의 정신분석 이론을 바탕으로 꿈분석에 관련한 연구가 얼마나 이루어졌는가를 알아 보기 위함이고 꿈의 연구의 필요성과 꿈 연구에 대한 후속 연구를 제언하기 위함이다. 연구방법은 프로이드의 꿈분석에 관한 연구 2019년부터 현재 2023년까지 국내학술지를 중심으로 분석하였다. 그 중에서도 학술연구정보서비스(RISS)와 한국학술지인용색인(KCI)에서 키워드 분류절차를 거쳐 수집하여 정리하였다. 분류범주는 정신분석, 국내학술지, 꿈분석, 꿈해석, 꿈분석 연구동향, 꿈 연구동향 등으로 검색하였고 그 중에서도 특히, 정신분석, 꿈분석, 국내학술지, 연구동향을 중심으로 살펴보았다. 결론은 다음과 같이 도출되었다. 첫째, 국내학술지 내 꿈분석에 관한 연구동향 연구들은 많은 비중을 차지하고 있지는 않았다. 둘째, 꿈분석 키워드 중심 연구동향도 그 비율이 현저하게 낮았다. 셋째, 꿈분석의 활용과 빈도도 적었다. 넷째, 꿈분석을 토대로 한 한국형 검사도구들의 연구가 필요할 것으로 요구된다.

There were four academic journals on oriental medicine, published in the era of early Japanese imperialism. Research into these journals has derived the conclusion that the academic trend at the time were, firstly, the interaction between western and eastern medicine, secondly, researches on "Nai Kyung", "Sang Han Ron" and finally, promotion of development of oriental medicine by looking at the advantages of western medicine.

Purpose - The purpose of this study is to analyze the current status of various fusion research journals and its operational strategies, comparing them to those of IJIDB. Research design, data, and methodology - This study focused on the content analysis and strategies of operations for other convergence journals, comparing them to IJIDB in terms of the number of publication journals, publications, academic scope, and the impact factor. Results - IJIDB is relatively new and in its developmental stages compared to other convergence journals. But, IJIDB also shows much promise in that it came second in the field of economic publications of 54 journals in 2017. In order to To elevate IJIDB journal to the top in Korea Citation Index Journals, KODISA should host more international conferences to increase its international recognition levels, develop its managerial functions for increased stability, and open more opportunities for Candidates of Ph.D and Masters degree students to publish for fostering and building potential leaders and innovators. Conclusions - IJIDB is a newly born academic journal. In the future, IJIDB will be able to develop exponentially and be one of the leading journals in the Korea Citation Index by continually learning and developing its operational strategies.

본 연구는 '한국연구재단 오픈액세스 2021(안)'에 대한 실행방안을 도출하기 위한 것이다. 본 연구는 APC 지원규모와 방법 및 절차, 국내 학술지의 오픈액세스 전환 지원, 오픈액세스 리포지터리에 논문을 기탁하는 방안 등 세 가지 측면에서 실행방안을 제안하였다. 첫째, APC는 합리적인 수준에서 지원되어야 하며 그 상한액을 설정하기 위하여 매년도 이전 3년간 오픈액세스 학술지에 출판한 논문의 APC 평균값이나 중위값을 적용한다. 또한 APC는 오픈액세스 학술지와 오픈액세스전환약정 학술지에 논문을 출판하는 경우 지원하고 하이브리드 학술지나 이중접근 학술지에는 지원하지 않는다. 둘째, 국내 학술지 오픈액세스 출판전환을 위하여 과도기에는 KJCI에 CCL 적용을 등록한 오픈액세스 학술지와 오픈액세스 출판 전환의향서를 제출한 학술지에 대하여 지원사업 신청이 가능하도록 해야 한다. 셋째, 하이브리드 학술지와 이중접근 학술지 및 구독학술지에 출판한 경우 원문기탁과 동시에 엠바고 등 저작권 사항을 보고해야 한다. 본 연구의 결과는 한국연구재단이 국내 학술지 출판환경과 국제적인 학술커뮤니케이션 상황에 부합하는 오픈액세스 정책을 신속하면서도 안정적이고 지속적으로 실행하는데 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

Objective: This purpose of this study was to analyze articles and research trends in children's free-choice activities in major domestic journals published from 1998 to 2017. Methods: Registered research papers in academic journals from 1998 to 2017 for the National Research Foundation of Korea were analyzed in terms of trends in their annual submission numbers, research subject, research type, research area. and research theme. Results: The quantity of the studies has more than doubled since 2010 but has decreased in recent years. Studies about free-choice activities for young children held the majority of research subjects while physical subjects such as literature, class, and education plans were in the minority. Furthermore, qualitative research, fusion qualitative, and survey were the most common research types while literature review studies were less common. Most research themes were studies about contemplation, actual conditions and perception, factor analysis, and programs of free-choice activities for young children. Conclusion/Implications: Considering the results of this study, further studies on free-choice activities for young children must be conducted.

학술지의 질적 수준을 제고하고 국제적 이용도를 높이기 위한 방안 가운데 하나로 편집위원회 구성의 중요성이 높아지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 사회과학 분야의 국내 발행 학술지 가운데 WoS와 SCOPUS에 등재된 학술지를 대상으로 편집위원회(Editorial Board Member: EBM)의 구성을 분석하여 학술지의 국제화를 도모하기 위한 고려사항을 도출하였다. 연구 결과, 사회과학 분야 학술지의 국제화를 위해서는 이론과 실무의 융합을 도모할 수 있는 EBM의 구성, EBM의 업무 효율화를 위한 지역적 측면의 고려, 영어 기반의 학술 커뮤니케이션 효율화를 고려한 EBM의 구성, 학계와 현장을 연계할 수 있는 연구진의 EBM 참여 등을 고려해야 하는 것으로 분석되었다.

이 연구는 Y대 도서관의 전자저널 컨소시엄 중 Academic Press의 2000년분 IDEAL 이용통계를 대상으로 인쇄본 병행구독 전자저널과 단독구독 전자저널의 전문 내려받기 수를 기준으로 그 이용현황을 평가하였으며, 평가결과를 대상으로 비용편익 및 효과를 분석해 보았다. 그 결과 Y대 도서관에서는 전자 저널로만 구독하는 것보다 인쇄본과 전자저널을 동시에 구독하는 병행구독 전자저널의 전문을 더 많이 이용한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 IDEAL의 비용편익을 분석한 결과, 편익은 거의 없는 것으로 나타난 반면에 비용효과는 매우 높은 것으로 분석되었다. 이 연구결과에 따라 전자저널을 구독해서 이용을 활성화할 수 있는 방법으로서 대학도서관들이 전자저널 구독대행사에 임시사용권을 요청하고, 전자저널에 대한 이용자교육, 다양한 이용통계의 분석, 이용자 만족도 조사를 실시할 것을 제언하였다.

양질의 논문을 생산하고 자신의 논문이 저명한 학술지에 게재되어 보다 큰 영향력을 가지는 것은 모든 연구자들이 원하는 바라고 할 수 있다. 이 논문은 사회연결망분석을 통해 행정학과 정책학 분야의 일반학술지 9개를 선정하여 네트워크를 구성하고 이 9개 학술지들 간의 상호인용분석을 통해 각 학술지들이 네트워크상에서 가지는 영향력을 분석하였다. 네트워크상에서의 영향력에 대해 각각 의미하는 바가 다른 연결중심성, 베타중심성, 고유벡터중심성의 3개 중심성지수를 통해 분석한 결과 한국행정학보가 행정학과 정책학분야를 통틀어 가장 큰 영향력을 가지는 학술지로 나타났고 한국정책학회보가 그 뒤를 이었다. 그리고 중심성지수의 선택이 달라질 때 마다 학술지들이 가지는 영향력 순위가 달라지는 경향을 보였다.

Purpose: EAJBE is actively responding to changes in academic paradigms at domestic and abroad and is carrying out measures to maximize synergy effects between academic fields with the goal of being at the world level. This study aims to present a developmental strategy for EAJBE to grow into an academic journal with international public trust and prepare for future changes. Research design, data and methodology: This paper identifies the current status from the first issue of EAJBE to the present, and analyzes the overall development strategy and direction. Results: EAJBE continues to strengthen long-term investment for internationalization and activities to attract members of excellent scholars. Specifically, first of all, EAJBE aims to operate responsible academic journals, such as guaranteeing the long term of the president of the academic society, the chairman of the editorial board, and the editor-in-chief. EAJBE also focuses on expanding investment for internationalization from a long-term perspective. Finally, EAJBE actively strives for academic exchanges between scholars abroad and at home. Conclusions: EAJBE was indexed in the KCI of the Korea Research Foundation and currently operates a rigorous academic journal to be indexed in the SCOPUS. Already, EAJBE is doing its best to become a successful model for Korean academic journals. EAJBE's path forward will be the first one that no academic society has ever reached as the world's top academic journal.
