The object of this work is to study an optimal design problem of the proportional load-frequency controller for the single-control area power system. The selfservice power station is still a popular means as a power supplying source on ships or in a certain manufacturing area. The power system of this kind can be formulated as a single control-area system and it attracts a certain academic interest in controlling the system frequency under disturbances. In this paper, the single control-area system is mathematically formulated as a linear, time-invariant system in state-space under certain assumptions. The optimal proportional control law and the realization of the controller in closed loop-version is studied so that the final system designed can attain the system frequency to the nominal stationing value after the small load-disturbance. As in general cases of optimal design problems, the performance index is assumed to be quadratic in states and the control effort, and the infinite time control process is assumed in this work. The final control system realized depicts certain improvements in case study; in stability, transient responses and in steady-state frequency deviation, even though the steady state error did not attain the zero value.

본 연구는 자연 친화적 공공공간의 확보가 아동의 건강한 성장에 미치는 영향을 분석하고 독일의 사례를 고찰하여 한국에의 시사점을 도출하고자 하였다. 자연은 아동의 놀이와 신체활동을 증가시켜 인지능력과 행복도를 향상하는데 도움이 된다. 전반적으로 학업 스트레스 지수가 높고 행복도가 낮은 국내 아동을 위하여 반드시 제공해야 할 공간으로 판단된다. 그러나 독일의 '자연체험공간 사업' 사례가 보여주듯 아동을 위한 자연 친화 공간을 조성하기 위해서는 국가적 차원의 법적 지원이 필요하다. 또한 해당 사업이 주요 국가정책과 연계되어야 한다. 더 나아가 학제간 협업뿐 아니라 보호자가 자연환경에 대하여 긍정적으로 인식할 필요가 있다.

본 연구는 독립된 학문분야로서의 정보시스템이 갖는 표준교육과정의 핵심구조를 파악하고 이를 기초로 국내 정보시스템 관련학과의 교육과정을 정보시스템의 표준교육과정과 비교분석하고자 하였다. IS 2002 표준교육과정의 핵심교과목을 기초로 국내 정보시스템 관련학과의 교육과정을 비추어 보았을 때 전체 교육과정 가운데 약 58%만이 이에 해당하였다. 이는 곧 독립된 학문으로서의 정보시스템이 아직 국내에서 충분히 학문으로서 독립성을 확보하지 못하고 있음을 나타내고 있다. 다만 핵심교과목에 있어서는 편중됨이 없이 대체로 각 영역에 고루 편성되어 있는 것으로 나타났다. 아울러 정보시스템이 경영학을 모태로 출발하였음을 나타내는 증거가 인접학문의 분석을 통해 확인할 수 있었다. 다양한 인접학문 가운데 거의 독보적으로 70% 이상의 교과목이 경영학분야(회계학 포함)로 편성되어 있음을 볼 수 있었다. 이는 한편으로 정보시스템이 경영학에 의존하는 바가 커서 경영학으로부터 독립하여 독자적인 학문영역을 구축하는데 장애가 되고 있음을 나타내기도 한다. 국립대학 및 상위권 대학을 중심으로 많은 대학에서 독립된 학과(학부)를 개설하는 대신에 경영학과(학부) 내에서 몇 개의 관련 교과목을 편성하는 수준으로 전공을 운영하고 있는 것도 이러한 현실을 반영하고 있는 것으로 보인다.

Every country finds a way to respond a lot of terrors to keep her safe in many ways. Our country, before a terror outbreaks, makes various countermeasures such as strengthening international cooperative systems, strengthening informational ability to countermeasure terror, restricting for terrorists to enter or exit from our country, restricting other countries to input weapons in our country to prevent from terror in the aspect of precaution. A terror is more grave than any other one in behavior, and the criminals have to be punished so much and be discriminated from other ones, too. So, a concept of general crime and terror has to be defined. It is finished in the academic area to some extent, but, it is not sufficient in lawful area so much. Afterwards, it is necessary to establish counter-terror protection laws regulating terror crimes directly. In addition, it is necessary to define concretely and clearly the terror activity and deduce the definition of terrorism.

The forest vegetation of natural reserve area (175ha) at north-eastern slope of Solibong (537m), Gwangneung, was studied by plant sociological method and two dimensional ordination technique. In the area dominated by Carpinus laxiflora, from the lower site to peak of Solibong, a zonal distribution of C. laxiflora-Quercus mongolic forest, C. laxiflora-C. cordata forest, C. laxiflora-Q. serrata forest, C. laxiflora forest and C. laxiflora-Rhododendron schlippenbachii forest were recognized by the plant sociological survey. It is seem that the optimal range of Carpinus laxiflora forest occur in mesic-warm site by two dimensiional ordination with thermal condition and soil moisture condition. The optimal range (over 100 in importance value) was the range of 76~89。C.month in warmth index and 18~45% in soil water content.

While CRM has recently attracted a lot of attention among academics and practitioners, most academic research in this area has focused on consumer markets, but CRM in industry markets is less focused research area so far. Companies in industry market have suspected effects of the relationship between CRM's activities and performance which is related to customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. The main purpose of this research support CRM strategy development. Therefore, this research is focused on as follows; first, defining the concept of CRM and performance second, identifying the customer relationship's characteristics and CRM relational activities in industrial markets third, verifying the relationship between customer satisfaction and customer loyalty in the case of Steel industry which is whether the CRM relational activities have effects on customer loyalty directly, or indirectly through customer satisfaction.

The telecommunications-based information technology and the provision of electronic commerce are broadening possibility of the virtual enterprise. The purpose of this paper is to enhance academic and practical understanding virtual enterprise as one of the most promising new concepts in electronic commerce area. I strive to establish the concept of virtual enterprise as a strategic source of competitive advantage in small & medium business. I analyze several new trends and concepts in strategic business area which will eventually lead small & medium business to the virtual enterprise. It has great potential benefits for small & medium businesses which are placed in difficult circumstances. They must build IT infrastructure and make use of co-sourcing for the utilization of virtual enterprise. This paper also suggests the strategic methods which enable the conventional enterprise to introduce the virtual enterprise.

To promote academic researches on earth environment utilizing satellite data, research infrastructure such as satellite data reception processing, distribution and archival systems should be fully provided. The means to enhance the infrastructure were discussed by a working group and“Satellite Data Center via Network”has been proposed. This concept has three principles; (1) To realize necessary functions by organizing experts distributed all over Japan and connecting them by network, (2) To realize“Satellite Data Center via Network”for GMS and NOAA Satellites, which are widely used for research, and (3) Satellite data set oriented to specific research area should be generated by researchers having definite research purposes of sensor algorithms and hugh volume data processing. Utilization of the Science Information Network (SINET) has been discussed to realize this concept, and to accelerate this project an experiment“Network Utilization for Wide Area Use of Satellite Image Data”under“Cooperative Experiment on Multimedia Communication”has been introduced. And the roles of the Institute of Industrial Science, University of Tokyo to contribute this project has been described.
