연구개발된 정보통신기술의 효율적인 상용화 지원방안 연구 (Effective Commercialization Strategies for the R&D in the Area of Information & Communication Technology)

  • In this paper, we use a structural equation model to diagnose success factors on commercialization of information and communication technology considering the characteristics of commercialization process in terms of the type of technology, technology provider and technology receiver. The results of our study indicated the following. The transferor's research ability has significant effects on the commercialization by small businesses with low R&D expenditure to sales ratio, and the business management ability plays an important role in the commercialization by the relatively large (over 100 employees) companies with low R&D expenditure ratio. During the commercialization of the technology independently researched by government run institute or university, the transferee's business management ability is crucial to success. To those companies which run the existing business with high R&D expenditure ratio, their ability to utilize technology is essential. When the independently researched technology is used in the new business, the companies' business management ability and the role of technology transfer center are the important factors on the commercialization. Based on these findings, we suggest some strategies to effectively promote R&D efforts for successful commercialization.

  • 본 연구는 기업 근무자를 대상으로 정보지향성과 기술사업화능력이 기술성과에 미치는 영향에 관하여 분석하였다. 정보지향성은 정보기술능력, 정보관리능력, 정보행위 및 가치를 기술사업화능력은 제품화능력, 생산화능력, 마케팅능력을 하위변수로 구성하였고 기술축적역량을 조절변수로 하였다. 기업 직장인으로부터 수집한 온라인과 오프라인 설문지 349부에 대한 실증분석을 실시하였다. SPSS v22.0과 Process macro v3.4를 사용한 분석결과 첫째, 정보지향성과 기술성과는 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 정보지향성이 기술사업화능력에 미치는 영향에서는 모두 유의적으로 나타났고, 기술사업화능력의 변수에서 제품화능력과 생산화능력에 미치는 영향력의 크기는 정보기술능력, 정보관리능력, 정보행위 및 가치의 순으로 나타났으나, 마케팅역량에 미치는 영향에서는 앞선 결과와 다르게 정보행위 및 가치, 정보관리능력, 정보기술능력의 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 기술사업화능력이 기술성과에 미치는 영향에서 정보지향성과 독립적으로 기술사업화능력의 제품화능력, 생산화능력, 마케팅능력은 기술성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 정보기술능력과 정보관리능력은 기술성과에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 정보행위 및 가치에서 제품화능력과 마케팅능력을 경유하는 간접효과는 유의적으로 나타났으나, 생산화능력을 경유하는 간접효과는 비유의적으로 나타났다. 넷째, 기술사업화능력의 하위변수 중 생산화능력과 기술축적 역량의 상호작용항만이 유의적으로 나타났고, 기술축적역량과 제품화능력, 마케팅능력은 비유의적으로 나타났다. 그러므로 생산화능력과 기술성과 간의 관계가 기술축적능력이 높은 기업이 낮은 기업보다 낮을 것이라고 해석할 수 있으며 후속 연구로는 다른 독립변수의 도입, 매개변수 및 조절변수가 도입된 모형을 통한 연구가 필요할 것으로 보인다.

혁신성장기반 공공 연구자 중심의 기술창업 활성화 정책연구 (A Study on Technology Entrepreneurship Policy Focused on Innovative Growth)

  • Purpose - Research on the ability of domestic public institutions to conduct business is being conducted. Research on government support policy for public technology projects, emphasizes technology creation. Public agencies are encouraging evolutionary barriers at the stage of realistic business. This paper presents the policy possibilities by presenting policies and strategies based on corporate public policy. Research design, data, and methodology - In this study, we surveyed the actual state of public technology commercialization based on the data on state of technology commercialization of public institutions. We collected and analyzed the literature data to enhance the competitiveness of technology commercialization by identifying success cases of public technology commercialization. In Korea, there are not many research papers that provide policy alternatives for technical commercialization of public research institutes. Therefore, in this paper, we review various government policies and check the status of technology commercialization to increase its value. Results - As a result of this study, it is suggested that various policy development is necessary for the commercialization of public technology, because it is important to increase the value of technology users, suppliers, investors and customers through various network activation. In particular, it is necessary to establish differentiated Korean public technology commercialization model for the proliferation of public technology commercialization by presenting methodical model of technical commercialization. Conclusions - Through this study, it is important to raise the competitiveness of domestic public technology commercialization, to create economic value, and to improve the performance of technology commercialization. Therefore, it is necessary to contribute to the creation of research achievement, research method of excellent technology, and method of commercializing technology, and to create achievement of technical commercialization in the future. In addition, from the viewpoint of commercialization of technology, strategies for creating value through utilization of public technology should be prepared, and a plan for mutual prosperity among domestic companies should be prepared. Policy alternatives of various public technology commercialization to build national competitiveness have been developed, and various examples of performance for the performance of public technology commercialization should be derived.

BMO모형을 이용한 스타트업 기술사업화 성공요인 연구 (A Success factor for Technology Commercialization for Start-ups by the Weighted-BMO Model)

  • Purpose - To success, in spite of deficient resources, a start-up company has to check various circumstances. Many researchers proposed different appraisal methods for technology commercialization. But everybody agrees Merrifield is the first one, who is a pioneer of an appraisal model of technology commercialization. After he proposed it, many researchers and field workers developed a more complicated model, which called a BMO model. In this research, considering the circumstances of start-ups that lack available resources, it proposes a new appraisal method for technology commercialization, which is named a weighted-BMO model. Research design, data, and methology - For the new BMO-model, it studied the preceding studies. And it found that the success factors for start-ups were correlated with technology commercialization. After comparing the success factors for technology commercialization of start-ups with BMO appraisal factor, it withdraws the net BMO appraisal model: which we are calling the weighted-BMO model. Results - This study found a few things. First, actually, the BMO appraisal factors related with the success factors of technology commercialization. Second, the weighted-BMO model, which included the entrepreneur ability factor, was more accurately estimated the success of technology-based start-ups than the BMO model. Third, it overcame the weakness of the BMO-model, which did not include quantitative factors. In addition to evaluating the feasibility of the BMO model, we also presented a strategy for the future direction. But, still, it included a few shortcomings, which we are calling the arbitrage of weighted value. Sometimes, the intentional weighted value can deliberate the different valuation. Conclusitons - Due to this study, the weighted-BMO model included appraisal factors related with the success factors of technology commercialization and the entrepreneur ability factor, and quantitative factors. When evaluating the combined score of the existing Merrified BMO components, 35 points of the first pass criterion accounted for 29.17% of the total score, and 80 points of the merit score of the second rank criterion were 66.67% Considering that the weighted sum is taken into account, the baseline score of the weighted summing method for each component of the modified BMO model is 2.92 points, which is 29.17% of the weighted sum total of 10 points. The evaluation score was 6.67 points, 66.67% of the weighted total score of 10 points.

창업영향요인이 기술혁신성과에 미치는 영향 : 기술사업화 매개효과를 중심으로 (The Impact of Factors Influencing Start-Ups on Technology Innovation Performance: Focused on the Mediating Effect of Technology Commercialization)

  • 본 연구에서는 창업기업설립에 영향을 미치는 요인과 기술혁신성과, 기술사업화의 영향관계를 도출하고, 이에 대한 분석을 통하여 기술혁신성과에 창업영향요인과 기술사업화가 미치는 영향을 확인는데 목적이 있다. 연구를 위하여 전국의 대기업 및 중소기업 등에 재직하고 있는 만 20세 이상의 재직자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 실증분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 창업영향요인은 기술사업화(제품화 능력, 생산화 능력)에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 둘째, 기술사업화는 기술혁신성과(기업성과, 고객성과)에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 셋째, 창업영향요인과 기술성과의 영향관계에서 기술사업화는 부분매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통하여 창업영향요인과 기술사업화, 기술혁신성과가 통계적으로 유의한 영향관계를 나타낸다는 것을 확인할 수 있었고, 기업의 기술혁신성과 창출을 위하여 창업영향요인과 기술사업화에 대한 연구가 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

기술상용화의 결정요인에 관한 실증연구: 자동차산업을 바탕으로 (The Empirical Study On Factors Influencing Technology Commercialization : Based on Automobile Industry)

  • 기술을 상용화하는 것은 기업의 성패 및 경쟁우위 확보에 있어 매우 중요한 영역이지만, 개발된 기술이 상용화되는 비율은 매우 낮다. 이는 기술상용화에 영향을 미치는 요인 즉, 결정요인 분석의 필요성을 제기한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 자동차산업을 바탕으로 기업 내 의사결정권자의 기술상용화에 대한 태도, 기술의 질적수준, 시장지향성, 정부의 지원수준의 측면에서 기술상용화의 영향요인들을 통계적인 방법으로 검증하고, 각 변수들간의 인과관계를 설명해주는 모형을 제안하였다. 더욱이 제안한 모형이 기업능력수준과 산업분야에 따라 다른 영향관계가 있는지를 분석하기 위하여, 이들을 조절변수로 상정하여 조절효과를 검증하였다. 분석 결과, 기업의 시장지향성과 정부의 지원수준은 기술상용화에 유의한 양의 영향을 주었다. 이 때 경영진의 태도는 시장지향성의 선행변수로, 기술수준은 정부 지원수준의 선행변수로서 유의한 양의 상관관계를 나타내었다. 또한 기업능력은 경영자의 태도, 시장지향성, 기술상용화로 이어지는 경로에서 조절효과가 나타난 반면, 산업분야는 기술의 질적수준이 정부의 지원수준으로 이어지는 경로에서만 조절효과가 나타났다. 끝으로 본 연구결과의 시사점 및 학문적 실무적 공헌을 자세히 서술하였으며, 한계점을 바탕으로 한 추후연구의 방향성을 제안하였다.

중소 제조기업의 기술혁신 성과 결정 요인에 관한 분석 (The Analysis for the determinant Factors on the Outcome of Technology Innovation Among Small and Medium Manufacturers)

  • 본 연구는 기술혁신형 중소기업(제조업 중심)의 기술혁신성과를 결정하는 요인에 대한 분석을 통하여 정부의 기술혁신형 중소기업 지원정책과 기술혁신형 중소기업 평가모델의 적합도를 개선하는데 도움을 주고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 '기술혁신성과'를 기술의 경쟁력 변화 성과, 기술혁신 경영 성과, 기술적 예측성과"를 포함하는 광의의 기술 혁신 성과로 정의하였다. 이를 설명하기 위한 설명변수는 55개 설명변수를 '기술 혁신 능력', '기술사업화능력', '기업의 기술 혁신 경영 능력'의 3가지 대분류 및 중 그리고 소분류를 이용하여 분석을 시도하였다. 분석한 결과, 기술혁신능력, 기술사업화능력, 기술혁신경영능력 모두가 기술혁신성과에 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타나 있다. 특히 기술 혁신 능력은 기술 경쟁력을 높이면서 미래의 사업결과에도 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 기술사업화 능력은 기술 경쟁력 변화 성과를 높이는 것으로 나타났고 기술 예측성과도 높이는 것으로 나타났으나 당장 경영 수준을 높이지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 기업의 기술 혁신 경영 능력은 기술경쟁력변화성과를 높이면서 기술 혁신을 이끌 수는 있으나 동 기간 내에 기술 경영 성과를 이룰 수는 없는 것으로 나타났으며, 나아가 미래의 기술적 성과를 높이지 못하는 것으로 나타났다.

아이디어박스를 활용한 기술인문융합형 캡스톤디자인 모형개발 (Model Development of Capstone Design for Technological and Humanities Convergence by Using Idea Box)

  • In many universities, the Capstone Design course aims to educate creativity, teamwork and leadership, and ultimately aims to cultivate practitioners with practical ability required in the industry. Since the introduction of capstone design as a regular course, it has spread not only to engineering but also to the humanities and social sciences. A typical capstone design is usually carried out within a limited range of schedules and budgets within the scope of a major and a subject. In the case of a special-purpose capstone design, it is necessary to find out excellent items aiming at start-up and commercialization at an early stage, It contributes to the achievement of international convention participation, start-up and commercialization. The teaching styles of capstone design such as multidisciplinary capstone design, fusion capstone design, and global capstone design are developed and operated in various ways. Depending on each type, objectives, curriculum, scope of participation, operation method, performance and so on. In the case of capstone design, it is contributing to increase the achievements such as participation in international conventions, establishment of business and commercialization by early detection of excellent items aiming at start-up and commercialization, development and establishment of support process. Technological and Humanities Convergence Capstone Design Moel is named as the process of designing a four-level idea called "Idea Factory-based Technology-Humannities Fusion Capstone Design Process", and it is used to generate ideas, elaborate ideas, advanced ideas, and commercialization.

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the focus of key issues - the view, the trouble, supplementary measures and future divection research, and commercialization${\cdot}$ popularization on natural dyeing. Delphi tests were performed with 36 professional in the academic, the industrial, and the art world. Questionnaire of 1round composed of open-ended question related the view, the trouble, supplementary measures and future divection research and commercialization${\cdot}$popularization. And a 5 point Likert Scale was used to evaluate them in 2 and 3 round. Results of this study and the order of importance in the focus of key issues are as following: The trouble are immoral business ability, using of excessive mordant and lack of standardization. Supplementary measures and future divection research are dyer education, choosing stuff on natural dyeing and consumer education${\cdot}$publicity. And commercialization${\cdot}$popularization are the development of brand, the production of specific goods by regional groups, high-grade articles and the certification system in quality.

Feasibility Study on Production of Liquid Fertilizer in a 1 ㎥ Reactor Using Fishmeal Wastewater for Commercialization

  • A scaled-up bioconversion of fishmeal wastewater (FMW) into liquid fertilizer was performed five times in a $1m^3$ reactor in order to examine the feasibility of commercialization. The importance of aeration was marked. Analyses indicated that dissolved oxygen (DO) level was closely related to the value of oxidation-reduction potential (ORP) and it was crucial to achieve high-quality liquid fertilizer. When pure oxygen was supplied through four diffusers into the reactor, DO levels and ORP values were maintained over 1.2 mg/L and 0.2 mV, respectively all the time during 52 hr of bioconversion. The pH changed from 6.8 to 5.9. The average removal percentages of chemical oxygen demand ($COD_{Cr}$) and total nitrogen (TN) were 75.0% and 71.6%, respectively. Compared to the result acquired in a 5-L reactor, bioconversion of FMW into liquid fertilizer was achieved in a shorter time under the same removal percentages of $COD_{Cr}$ and TN. The 52-hr culture of inoculated FMW was phytotoxic-free and it possessed comparable fertilizing ability to a liquid fertilizer made from the fish waste in hydroponic culture with amino acid contents of 5.93 g/ 100 g sample. From all the above results, transferring lab-scale data to large-scale production appeared to be successful. As a result, the commercialization of a liquid fertilizer made from FMW was feasible.
