An ATP Quotation System in Supply Chain Management (공급사슬경영에 있어서의 납기 회신 시스템)

  • The accurate quotation of Available-To-Promise (ATP) plays a very important role in enhancing customer satisfaction and fill rate maximization. However, the complexity of Supply Chain structure, which includes all the linkages among procurement, production, and distribution, makes the accurate quotation of ATP be a quite difficult job. This paper presents a computerized ATP quotation system in global SCM environments where the worldwide headquarter, distribution centers, and manufacturing facilities are globally networked. We modeled the ATP quotation processes with the definition of required data flow and a comprehensive ATP-algorithm was newly developed. The illustrative example shows the efficiency of the proposed system is largely affected by the selection of alternative rules used in ATP-algorithm.

  • The ATP Draw is a graphical mouse-driven preprocessor to ATP on the Windows Platform. User can build a graphical picture of the electric circuit by selecting components from menus. In this paper, ATP Draw is used to analyze power transformer transient characteristics and lightning overvoltage phenomenon in underground transmission cables. The results obtained by simulations will be used to identify the response of the digital protection algorithms in power system equipment

  • Electric railway system consists of rolling stock, track, signal and catenary system. ATP system in railway signaling system is the important one grasping the position and velocity of a train. The wayside device of ATP system is installed between rails. Recently, the research about increasing train speed has been developed in total departments of the railroad systems. The study on the information transmission between on-board device and wayside device is required for increasing the train speed in the ATP system. When the train speed is increased as to same transmission distance, the problem on information transmission occurs because the transmission time is decreased. In case that the transmission distance is extended, the transmission time is decreased with respect to the train speed. Therefore, we have to define the standard magnetic field intensity as to the train speed in order to transmit correctly telegram. In this paper, the transmission distance for the telegram is suggested on the basis of the train speed. Also, the standard magnetic field intensity from the wayside device to on-board device is proposed by using transmission distance regarding the train speed in the ERTMS/ETCS system by using Matlab program. Also, BER according to the train speed is presented by calculating electric field intensity from the magnetic field intensity.

  • ATP(Automatic Train Protection) system in railroad signalling system is on-board signalling system which is controlled by train control information such as location and speed of trains. Safety is ensured by transmitting the train control information between on-board and wayside device in the ATP system. When an engineer disregards the speed limit on a tachometer, the train is automatically stopped by the on-board device. Recently, the studies of increasing speed of the train have been developed. Eurobalise in ERTMS/ETCS system is used in case that speed of trains is up to 500[km/h]. A study of safety braking distance is needed by increasing the speed of train in the ATP system. Train data and track data are required to calculate the safety braking distance. The train data includes formations of trains, length of trains, service brake and emergency brake etc. Also, the track data includes slope of track, curve of track, length of track, speed limit etc. In this paper, the speed profile is computed by analyzing the train and track data in the ATP system. It is demonstrated by applying to subway line 2 in Seoulmetro through the on-site test.

  • 고객 만족과 납기 충족율을 최대화하기 위하여, 정확하고 실용적인 납기회답 시스템(ATP)은 매우 중요한 역할을 한다. 그러나 복잡한 공급사슬관리 환경 하에서 조달, 제조, 분배 등을 모두 고려한 정확한 ATP 수량 할당은 매우 어려운 업무이고, 때문에 많은 연구들이 이루어져 왔다. 지금까지 기존의 선행 연구에서 시도되었던 ATP 모형들은 공통적으로 정수배의 시간 단위만 고려해 왔고, 이는 실제 산업 현장의 ATP 프로세스를 정확하게 반영하지 못하고 있는 비현실적인 가정이라 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 SCM을 위하여 비정수 타임 랙을 사용한 ATP 시스템을 고려한다. 기존 연구들에서 이산형의 무리한 가정으로 표현되어 왔던 시간 단위를 동적 생산 함수(dynamic production function) 개념을 통하여 비음의 실수 범위에서의 자유롭게 나누어 고려할 수 있도록 하였다. 이를 통하여 기존 ATP 연구들의 무리한 가정을 제거하였으며, 보다 더 현실에 가까운 ATP 모델을 제안한다. 본 논문에서는 특히 공급 사슬(Supply Chain) 전체의 재고와 생산, 운송을 모두 고려하며 고객 주문에 대응하는 통합 ATP 시스템을 설계하였고, 기존 연구들이 미처 고려하지 못한 시간 흐름의 연속성에 중점을 두고 선형 계획(LP) 문제의 형태로 비정수 타임랙(non-integer time lag)을 갖는 ATP 시스템을 모델링하였다.

  • In the supply chain, The ATP function doesn't only give customers to confirmation of delivery. It can be used by the core function with ATP rule that can reconcile supplies and demands on the supply chain. Therefore We can acquire the conformation about accuracy on the due date of supplier by using the ATP function of management about real and concurrent access on the supply chain, also can decide the affect about product availability due to forecasting or customer's orders through the ATP. This study analyze the data concerned with ATP and define the necessity on a SCM solution. Under the these environments, after defining the ATP rule that can improve the customer value and data flow related the CRM, we propose the advanced ATP model that proposes the method and classification system that can flexibly aggregate the ATP data with ATP rule on the supply chain.

  • In order to install ATP system for KTX safety running, a study has been done to examine measures to ensure the interface between KTX and ATP system. Although onboard signaling system is efficient and has been verified both at home and abroad, alternatives for optimum installation shall be adopted so as to show designated performance taking into account the given peripheral device. A solution to interface between beacon and onboard system shall be presented especially for the KTX, which runs on both high speed and conventional line (ATP-ATS). Furthermore, the method for controlling the braking process and recorder shall be studied.

Analysis of Distance between ATS and ATP Antenna for Normal Operation in Combined On-board Signal System

  • Railroad signaling systems are to control intervals and routes of trains. There are ATS, ATP, ATO and ATC system. Trains are operated in the section which is met on the signaling system because various signaling systems are used in Korea. Hence, trains are not operated in the section which is used in the other signaling system. To solve this problem, recently combined on-board system has been developed. The combined on-board system designed by doubling the ATS, ATP and ATC system to ensure the safety of system. The inductance of antenna is change and in return the resonance frequency of antenna is varied by the electromagnetic induction. Therefore, the information signal is not received exactly in the combined on-board system and in return accidents between trains occur. In this paper, electric model of the combined on-board system for considering the ATS and ATP antenna is presented. Moreover, the mutual inductance including the distance between the ATS and ATP antenna is calculated. As a result of the frequency response of the antennas, the mutual inductance met on operation range of resonance frequency is defined.
