IEC 60300 series, the international standards on reliability management system are newly developed and introduced rapidly worldwide. In order to meet this fast-changing situation, it is necessary to apply them to the Korean industries effectively. It includes the establishment of the infrastructure such as documentation of Korean Standards, introduction of test equipments and test manuals, accreditation of the certification bodies and training of the specialists etc. IEC 60300 is upgraded management system of the ISO 9000 and ISO 14000. In this regard, the Korean companies which were certified with the ISO 9000 or 14000 should endeavor to find new strategies and methods to be certified with IEC 60300. This paper introduces a Quantitative method of estimating the level of the reliability management system by applying the MIR(Maturity Index on Reliability) technique. This enables the estimation of the operation level of the system and can upgrade the maturity level of it.

The Slovenian management have already for a while been intensely trying to catch up the West. We can not generalize this movement yet, though it can be observed in many companies. According to the latest data, already 30% of all employees in Slovenia are participating in the project of quality. More than 400 companies have ISO 900x certified quality systems (in 1999). Our interest as quality consultants, researchers and auditors is the research of the added value given by the ISO 900x certification process to company. This article shows only some result of the research The influence of ISO 9000 certificate on organisation's competitiveness. The research was conducted in 1998 for Slovenian companies.

Quality system management adapted by small and medium enterprises in Kangwon province to enhance the competitiveness was studied. Variance analysis on several questionnaire answers was performed. Motives for acquiring the accreditation, such as product export, adjustment to international trend, enhancement of brand/product recognition, CEO's mind change, and management innovation, have been changed significantly among business types. Mind changes after the accreditations were setting company's first priority on quality, enhanced recognition on compliance of in-house standards and regulations, employee's performance with the recognition of quality. Amongst service problems to maintain the ace reditations were difficulties in maintaining the recognition of the company's finality management, labor increase to maintain the ISO 9000 enforcement team, and financial burden to keep the accreditation. Quality recognition after the accreditations was significantly improved in setting company's first priority on quality, enhanced recognition on compliance of in-house standards and regulations, employee's performance with the recognition of quality.

The purpose of this study is the necessity of collaboration, equilibrium or the differences of examination items about certification system which is focused on products, such as KS, formal approval, and ISO 9000 family, QS 9000, etc, for Quality management system. We make expert group control this problem. Also we make examination items to be united. And the differences of certification body and personnel necessary is dissolved by proper instruction. Examination process and corrective maintenance should be improved by clarity, fairness and reliability. Problems through preparation for certification and certified company should be focused on reform of consciousness of top management and continuous instruction. And desirable solution for mutual certification problem and others should be found by information interchange system of international cooperation.

1987년 최초의 ISO 9000 (품질경영시스템) 패밀리 규격이 발행된 이래, 기업의 경영 시스템(Management System)의 핵심이 되는 MS 규격으로서 QMS(ISO 9001), EMS(ISO 14001), ISMS (ISO/IEC 27001) 등이 발행 또는 개정되어 왔다. 또 QMS 섹터 규격인 항공 우주 (AS/EN 9100), 의료기기 (ISO 13485), 정보통신 (TL 9000), ITSMS(ISO 20000), FSMS (ISO 22000), SCSMS (ISO 28000) 등이나 새로운 MS 규격이 되는 GHG(ISO 14064), IPOCM(ISO/PAS 22399), SR(ISO/CD 26000) 등 ISO 또는 비ISO 의 MS 규격이 차례차례로 발행 또는 개발 중에 있어 경영시스템 인증은 더욱 더 광범위해지면서 다방면화, 섹터화의 경향을 나타내고 있다. 제품 및 서비스 무역의 글로벌화, 조달 및 투자의 비 지역화, 공공 서비스에 대한 규제 철폐, 소비자 및 환경보호에 대한 공적인 요구, 테러리즘 전염병 자연적인 재앙에 대한 국제적인 연대 책임에 대한 필요성, 새로운 기술과 혁신의 전개 등이 경영 시스템 인증에 대한 요구를 증대시키고 있으며, 그 전제로서 세계적 규모로 제도의 신뢰성을 확보하는 구조의 확립 및 활동 결과의 신뢰가 보증되는 체제가 구축되어 있어야 한다. 이러한 신뢰를 바탕으로 한 제3자 인증제도는 세계경제의 원활한 발전에 중요한 과제가 되고 있다.

As technology has developed, companies in Korea change the object which improve the quality of product to meet customer satisfaction not to produce products more. While companies are trying to follow the international standard for quality assurance or obtain certification, outside verification and work by trusting is temporary. This research suggested organization composition and role for assuring quality of company through researching for ISO9000 and organization.

항공 산업은 다양한 요소가 유기적으로 결합된 복합시스템으로 고장 또는 사고가 발생하면 큰 희생과 비용을 초래한다. 또한 복구와 신뢰회복에 많은 자원과 노력이 소모되므로 높은 안전과 신뢰성이 요구된다. 따라서 항공 산업에서 제품 또는 시스템을 개발, 생산 및 운용함에 있어 안전성과 신뢰성의 입증을 위해 엄격한 인증 제도를 규정하고 있다. 현재 항공품질경영시스템은 모든 산업에 걸쳐 공통으로 사용할 수 있는 ISO9000을 기반으로 항공 산업의 자본집약적, 기술집약적인 특징요소를 추가시켜 AS9100으로 제정하였고, 2009년 AS9100C로 제정되었다. ISO9000의 기반으로 성장한 AS9100은 품질경영에 있어서 강력한 관리 규격이지만 신뢰성경영(Dependability Management)에 있어서는 미흡하다. 때문에 항공품질경영시스템의 신뢰성 향상을 위해 신뢰성경영시스템의 통합으로 효과적 실행을 모색하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 먼저 항공품질경영시스템과 신뢰성경영시스템의 구성을 살펴보고, 항공품질경영시스템과 신뢰성경영시스템에서 다루고 있는 핵심 개념인 품질과 신뢰성의 차이점을 비교할 것이다. 또한 각 규격의 요구사항을 비교하여 항공품질경영시스템의 신뢰성과 안전성, 보전성에 향상을 위한 신뢰성경영시스템의 통합을 제시하고자 한다.

This paper suggests to guideline food safety and economic gains in the restaurant business Industry. First, provide useful tools for easily understanding in the food safety and express warranty Second, manage all documents like sanitation report, claim report in related to the product liability as a precautions. Third, execute fast & proper action for consumer's demage. Fourth, organize positively brand image in the corporate. Fifth, implement useful tools in the product standard and qualification such as ISO9000, HACCP, and PLMS. Sixth. Support co-partner against product liability. Seventh, take a action early for product liability in the foodservice industry.

The magnetic thin films can be prepared without vacuum process and under the low temperature ( < $100^{\circ}C$) by ferrite plating. We have performed ferrite plating of $Fe_{3-x}Mn_{x}O_4(x=0.0~0.023)$ films on glass plate at $80^{\circ}C$. We got the film $9000\AA$ in thickness, having a mirror-like luster. The composition parameter, x, in the $Fe_{3-x}Mn_{x}O_4$ films is much smaller then the corresponding on, x', in the reaction solution(x/x'=O.04). The saturation magnetization($M_{s}$) of $Fe_{3}O_{4}$ ferrite film as measured by a VSM was $M_{s}$=480 emu/cc which agrees with $Fe_{3}O_{4}$ bulk samples.
