  • 웹 애플리케이션 개발이 보편화됨에 따라 대부분의 소프트웨어는 개발기간 단축, 에러없는 품질, 수시 유지보수에 대한 적응성, 거대하고 복잡한 소프트웨어의 필요성 등과 같은 과제가 제기되었다. 웹 애플리케이션 개발시 이러한 품질문제에 대응하기 위해 소프트웨어의 재사용성, 신뢰성, 확장성, 단순성 등과 같은 측면을 고려하지 않을 수 없는 환경으로 변화 되었다. 이같은 상황에서 전통적 개발방법론으로는 보안품질을 해결하는데 한계를 가지고 있기 때문에 품질에 기반한 시큐어코딩 방법론이 필요하다. 웹 애플리케이션 보안품질은 애플리케이션 로직, 데이터, 아키텍처 전체 영역에서 별도의 방법론으로 대처하지 않으면 목표를 달성할 수 없다. 본 연구는 시큐어코딩의 최대 현안인 웹 애어플리케이션 개발을 위하여 웹 애플리케이션 아키텍쳐 설계절차를 제안한다.

Tides and Tidal Currents of the Yellow and East China Seas during the Last 13000 Years

  • In order to investigate the paleotidal structure and current pattern in the Yellow and East China seas (YECS) since the late Wisconsin, which is the last glacial maximum period, a two-dimensional version of the Princeton ocean model is used. We assume that subtracting the sea-level differences from the present one can produce paleobasins and that the paleotide did not differ greatly from the present one in the adjacent deep seas, the northwestern Pacific Ocean and the East Sea. We could successfully simulate the paleo-M$_2$ tides and tidal currents of 9000, 11000 and 13000 yr B.P. The result of the model shows considerable differences in the tidal pattern in each period. As the eustatic sea level rose, the amplitudes of the paleotides and the number of the amphidromic points generally increased, but the tidal currents in each paleobasin were strong and about the same order as the present day's. Based on these paleotide calculations, we suggest that there should have been active erosion in the paleobasin as in the present YECS, and the erosion should have played an important role on widening the paleobasin to the present shape, YECS.

A Study on the Development of Computer Aider Die Design System for Lead Frame of Semiconductor Chip

  • This paper decribes the development of computer-aided design of a very precise progressice die for lead frame of semiconductor chip. The approach to the system is based on knowledgr-based rules. Knowledge of fie이 experts. This system has been written in AutoLISP using AutoCAD ona personal computer and the I-DEAS drafting programming Language on the I-DEAS mater series drafting with on HP9000/715(64) workstation. Data exchange between AutoCAD and I-DEAS master series drafting is accomplished using DXF(drawing exchange format) and IGES(initial graphics exchange specification) files. This system is composed of six main modules, which are input and shape treatment, production feasibility check, strip layout, data conversion, die layout, and post processing modules. Based on Knowledge-based rules, the system considers several factors, such as V-notches, dimple, pad chamfer, spank, cavity punch, camber, coined area, cross bow, material and thickness of product, complexities of blank geometry and punch profiles, specifications of available presses, and the availability of standard parts. As forming processes and the die design system using 2D geometry recognition are integrated with the technology of process planning, die design, and CAE analysis, the standardization of die part for lead frames requiting a high precision process is possible. The die layout drawing generated by the die layout module s displayed in graphic form. The developed system makes it possible to design and manufacture lead frame of a semiconductor more efficiently.

  • ISO 9001이나 QS 9000의 인증획득이 제품안전을 위한 최소한의 예방이나 방어시스템은 되지만, 제조물책임에 대한 배상청구소송의 완전한 방어대책은 아니다. 품질시스템은 제품과 서비스의 품질에 관한 것이며 이 기준이 제품안전에 대한 상세한 기준이나 규범 또는 법규를 대체하기에는 부족하다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 국내 제품개발프로세스에 있어서 제품안전과 관련한 문제점을 분석하고, 제조물책임대응을 위해 품질시스템의 인증 획득만으로는 충분하지 않은 부분에 대한 개선점을 제시하는데 있다. 이는 제품의 안전성을 높이고 제조물책임의 문제에 효과적으로 대응할 수 있는 가이드라인으로 활용될 수 있다.

  • Ever since the ISO (International Organization for Standardization) established the ISO 9000 Family standard in 1987, many countries have selected this as their national standard and have provided support for its implementation and conducted assessment activities on the results of its implementation. Likewise, certification assessment was first begun in Korea in 1994, with the result that over 7,600 certificates have been issued to domestic enterprises during the past 5 years or so. This is significant not only in the remarkable growth rate in terms of quantity but also in the fact that it has made possible the establishment of a quality system that meets international standards among Korean enterprises. In this article, it will briefly introduce the establishment and certification of the ISO quality system for those organizations that are complying with the quality system as a part of the process of strengthening their quality competitiveness. For those organizations that have already established the quality system and implemented it for years, we will show the direction for continuous quality improvement in order for these organizations not only to fulfill the requirements but to maintain the superiority of the quality system and their management quality. In addition, it will show what preparations are necessary for organizations and certification bodies in order to expand a manufacturing process-oriented quality system to one that is geared to the total management quality.

  • Photopolymerization, the utilization of electromagnetic radiation(or light) as the energy source for polymerization of functional monomers, oligomers is the basis of important commercial processes with broad applicability, including photoimaging and RV curing of coatings and inks. The objective of this study is to investigate the characteristics of environmental fraternitive photopolymerization of methyl methacrylate(MMA). This work is the first step to continue further research about alkyl methacrylate. The experiment was done in aqueous solution under the influence of photo-initiator concentration(0.05-0.25mol/l), light intensity (5000-9000 ${\mu}J/cm^2$) and monomer concentration(2-6mol/l). Methyl methacrylate was polymerized to high conversion ratio using hydrogen peroxide($H_2O_2$) and the kinetics model we have obtained is as follows. $R_p=k_p[S]^{0.41}[M]^{0.62}[L]^{2.45} exp(53.64/RT$). The differential method of thermogravimetric analysis(Friedman method) was used to obtain value of activation energy on decomposition reaction. The average value of it res 45.4Kca1/mol.

표면조도가 있는 난류경계층 내 난류구조 (Organized Structure of Turbulent Boundary Layer with Rod-roughened Wall)

  • Turbulent coherent structures near rod-roughened wall are investigated by analyzing the database of direct numerical simulation of turbulent boundary layer. The surface roughness rods with the height $k/{\delta}=0.05$ are arranged periodically in $Re_{\delta}=9000$. The roughness sublayer is defined as two-point correlations are not independent of streamwise locations around roughness. The roughness sublayer based on the two-point spatial correlation is different from that given by one-point statistics. Quadrant analysis and probability-weighted Reynolds shear stress indicate that turbulent structures are not affected by surface roughness above the roughness sublayer defined by the spatial correlations. The conditionally-averaged flow fields associated with Reynolds shear stress producing Q2/Q4 events show that though turbulent vortices are affected in the roughness sublayer, these are very similar at different streamwise locations above the roughness sublayer. The Reynolds stress producing turbulent vortices in the log layer ($y/{\delta}=0.15$)have almost the same geometrical shape as those in the smooth wall-bounded turbulent flows. This suggests that the mechanism by which the Reynolds stress is produced in the log layer has not been significantly affected by the present surface roughness.

DISK LUMINOSITY FUNCTION BASED ON THE LOWELL PROPER MOTION SURVEY

  • Disk stellar luminosity function has been derived with stars in the Lowell Proper Motion Survey which contains about 9000 stars with ${\mu}\;{\geq}\;0".27$ of arc/yr, $8\;<\;m_{pg}\;<\;17$ and with bright stars in the Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory (SAO) Star Catalogue, Luminosity function has been obtained with stars within 20 pc by Luyten's mean absolute magnitudes method using Reduced Proper Motion Diagram to select disk stars. Magnitudes and colors, in the SAO Star Catalogue as well as in the Lowell Proper Motion Survey have been transformed to the UBV system from the published UBV data. It has been found that stars which have higher proper motion than the original limit of the proper motion survey are missed, when the relation between the absolute magnitude and reduced proper motion is applied to sample stars without considering the dispersion in magnitude. Correction factors for missing stars have been estimated according to their limits of proper motion which are dependent on the absolute magnitude. Resulting luminosity function shows Wielen's dip at $M_B{\sim}10$, and systematic enhancement of stars on the average of about ${\Delta}\log\;{\Phi}\;(M_B){\sim}0.2$ compared with Luyten's luminosity function.

  • 저온동시소성 기능성 기판용 소재로 활용하기 위하여 Ba $Ti_4$ $O_{9}$계 마이크로파 유전체에 저융점의 유리 프리트를 첨가하여 저온소성 거동 및 마이크로파 유전특성을 고찰하였다. 유리 프리트의 첨가량이 증가할수록 소결 하한 온도가 낮아졌으며, l0wt%의 유리 프리트를 첨가하였을 때 875$^{\circ}C$의 소성온도에서 상대밀도 98% 이상을 나타내는 충분한 소결이 이루어졌다. 이 때 소결체의 마이크로파 유전특성은 유전율 32, 품질계수 9000 GHz, 공진주파수 온도계수 10 ppm/$^{\circ}C$으로 평가되었다. 유리의 첨가량이 증가하면서 소결 과정에서 주상인 Ba $Ti_4$ $O_{9}$가 Ba $Ti_{5}$ $O_{11}$상과 $Ba_4$ $Ti_{13}$ $O_{30}$상으로의 변화하는 현상도 관찰되었다.

완전 폐색을 동반한 상부 요관 결석에 대한 체외충격파쇄석술 : 결석의 크기에 따른 적절한 치료 전환 시기 분석 (Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy for Proximal Ureter Stone with Complete Obstruction : Analysis of the Appropriate Session for Changing Treatment Modality According to Stone Size)

  • 완전 폐색을 동반한 상부 요관 결석의 크기에 따른 치료 방법의 적절한 시기를 결정하기 위해 2002년 1월부터 2004년 8월까지 Dornier사의 MPL 9000 체외충격파쇄석기에 의해 치료 받은 201명을 대상으로 하였다. 전체 대상 201명 중, 완전 폐색을 동반하지 않은 경우는 142명이었으며, 완전 폐색을 동반한 경우는 59명이었다. 완전 폐색을 동반하지 않은 경우의 체외충격파쇄석술의 1회, 2회, 3회 누적 성공률은 각각 68.3%, 86.6%, 94.4%이었으며, 결석 크기 10 mm 미만, 10 mm에서 20 mm 미만, 20 mm 이상의 3회 누적 성공률은 각각 100%, 90.5%, 00.0%이었다. 완전 폐색을 동반한 경우의 체외충격파쇄석술의 1회, 2회, 3회 누적 성공률은 각각 44.1%, 66.1%, 76.3%이었으며, 결석 크기 10 mm 미만, 10 mm에서 20 mm 미만, 20 mm 이상의 3회 누적 성공률은 각각 완전 폐색을 동반한 경우는 각각 100%, 65.5%, 33.3%이었다. 완전 폐색을 동반한 상부 요관 결석의 크기는 체외충격파쇄석술에 의미 있는 영향을 주었다. 저자 등은 상부 요관 결석의 치료 방법 선택에 있어서, 완전 폐색을 동반하면서 그 크기가 10 mm 이상인 결석에 대해서는 체외충격파쇄석술 보다는 요관경하배석술 등 다른 방법을 일차적으로 선택할 것을 제안한다.
