Since the 1970s the increased economy allowed population to concentrate on larger cities which facilitated the lack of apartment complex in the cities. In order to have the solution to the problem, apartment complex were expected to consider the efficiency of using its land. Therefore, The purpose of this study is to clarify the change of the Apartment Complex especially in the Forms and Compositions of outdoor planning of Apartment complex. As a result, the analysis of this researching process of them has shown us the following important characteristics in the change of the Apartment Complex.

Deep learning based methods achieve state-of-the-art accuracy, however, they typically rely on supervised training with large labeled datasets. It is known in many medical applications that labeling medical images requires significant expertise and much time, and typical hand-tuned approaches for data augmentation fail to capture the complex variations in such images. This paper proposes a 3D image augmentation method to overcome these difficulties. It allows us to enrich diversity of training data samples that is essential in medical image segmentation tasks, thus reducing the data overfitting problem caused by the fact the scale of medical image dataset is typically smaller. Our numerical experiments demonstrate that the proposed approach provides significant improvements over state-of-the-art methods for 3D medical image segmentation.

In this study, we investigate the changes and realities of the content production process focusing on Image generation AI revolutions such as Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, and DELL-E, and examine the current status of related department operations at universities and Find out the status of the current curriculum. Through this, we suggest the need to produce AI-adaptive content talent through re-establishing the capabilities of content-related departments in art universities and quickly introducing curriculum. This is because it can be input into the efficient AI content development system currently being applied in industrial fields, and it is necessary to cultivate talent who can perform managerial and technical roles using various AI systems in the future. In conclusion, we will prepare cornerstone research to establish the university's status as a source of talent that can lead the content industry beyond the AI content production era, and focus on convergence capabilities and experience with the goal of producing convergence talent to cultivate AI adaptive content talent, suggests the direction of curriculum application for value creation.

Recently, the blockchain platform is changing the art market. Changes are taking place in many areas, including artists, collectors, art investors, and auction. The platform that provides distribution history information on artworks on a blockchain basis can be used when information on the work history is suspected or needs verification, and can be used to manage the distribution history information of stolen and lost artworks and confiscated artworks by the police. Several companies currently operate these platforms, but they operate various blockchain platforms according to their contents. In this paper, we will compare and analyze features of artworks blockchain platform.

본 논문에서는 디지털 노마드들이 활동하는 인터넷 환경에서 좀 더 진화된 형태의 메타버스 플랫폼 환경에서는 물론 컴퓨터를 활용한 디지털 환경에서 적응하며 블록체인이나 NFT와 같은 가상화폐, 가상자산과 함께 융합 발전하고 있다. MZ세대 중에서 컴퓨터를 활용하는 그래픽 아티스트들의 디지털 아트활동과 좀 더 발전된 형태의 NFT아트로의 융합 발전에 대해 알아보고 디지털 노마드를 넘어 디지털 네이티브로 진화한 이러한 디지털 창작활동을 하는 아트직군의 크리에이터들이 향후 어떻게 발전하게 될지 후속 연구 방향성을 제시한다.

The aim of this study is to examine the effectiveness of group art therapy on the depression and job satisfaction of local government officials. The study was conducted from March 2017 to March 2018 and the participants of this study were twenty public officials in North Chung-Chung Province. They randomly placed in two different group : 10 in experimental group, 10 in control group. To measure the effects of group art therapy, K-BDI and Job Satisfaction Scale were used a week before and a week after the intervention of group art therapy program. Data was analyzed using paired t-test with SPSS Statistics 23.0. The result was as follows : First, there was significant change to alleviate Depression. Second, there was significant change to increase job satisfaction. This study provides empirical evidence of effectiveness of group art therapy. The findings in this study are not only helping public officials' individual mental health but also enhancing productivity of local government and the quality of service to local residents in Chung-Chung province area.

The Government provides a financial assistance to stimulate firm R&D and innovation activities. Previous papers on the impact of public subsidies on firm R&D investments mainly had a focus on an individual policy tool regardless of potential impacts of other policy instruments. This study addresses this gap by examining the effects of policy mix regarding a subsidy and a tax credit. The empirical analyses from fixed effect model using Survey on Technology of SMEs 2015-2017 revealed valuable points. First, policy mix induces more R&D investment of SMEs, which in turn, shows a complementary relationship between two instruments. Second, even if impact of tax credit controlled, subsidy is positively associated with SMEs R&D investment. These findings justify policy mix interventions to promote SME R&D activity. Moreover, grants can be applied as a more useful policy tool for SMEs that are constrained by resources and capabilities.

The purpose of this study is to develop a design as a high value-added exportable industrial product by developing a cultural product, that can be accepted as having universal beauty by people in the Western cultural area. This is done by, re-analyzing it from a modern perspective after applying the color representation, used in pop art, to Shin Saimdang's Chochungdo (草蟲圖, insects on flowers) which clearly expresses Korea's national emotion and aesthetic consciousness. The research method depends upon developing cultural products such as scarfs, neckties, handkerchiefs, and folding fans, which are communicated in the global market The expressive technique of pop art is utilized after reconstructing the color sensation of pop art in the aesthetic dimension of the natural, physical, and formative beauty of Chochungdo based on the whole understanding of our country's genre of Chochungdo and Western pop art. With regard to the colors in the developed design, the basic colors were extracted and applied by selecting 10 pieces in the flower series, which were made with the silkscreen printmaking technique in the 1970s by Andy Warhol, a master in pop art. A work that integrates pop art, a global art trend, with Korean traditional culture is expected to highlight Korean traditional culture in the global cultural era.

As pioneers of the early video art, Steina Vasulka(1940-) and Woody Vasulka(1937-2019) had lead not only their own experimental arts, but also entire changes of contemporary avant-garde performance, music, and visual art. Two artists invented and developed electronic machines for video image-processing by collaborating with engineers, and performed creative experiment on transformation of digital image. For them, video art is not just a means of documentation. The Vasulkas' artistic practices were not bounded by conventional canons and rules in art world, and preferably were parts of active aesthetic strategies for coexistence of vision of human and vision of machine. Particularly, their video art recognized the video as the key medium in an era where media technology began to dominate the system of communication, and established artist's authority over manipulation of moving image electronically without depending on video camera. In that regard, we can value on their video art. Therefore, the paper reflects on the Vasulkas' art and life which have not yet been studied, and suggests academic interests in the context of their artistic activities and aesthetic strategies.

The advent of the pandemic era due to COVID-19 is causing new changes in all areas of individuals, organizations, society and the country. The art market also faced a crisis due to restrictions on individual movement between regions and countries and social distancing, and even the contents of the work, the way the work is traded, and the propensity and characteristics of the buyer are changing. These demands for change in the art market are accelerating new opportunities for change by converting digital, expanding the online art market, expanding virtual space using VR(Virtual Reality) and AR(Augmented Reality) technology, and expanding the trading area of digital works NFT based on blockchain technology. In this study, the flow of change in the art market brought about by the Pandemic era is analyzed from the perspective of digital transformation. The contents of digital acceptance of the art market are identified through a summary of various types of digital transformation in the art market and a survey of perceptions following the introduction of digital transformation and NFT. Discuss major legal, economic, social, and transactional issues and countermeasures following the introduction of NFT based on blockchain technology in the art market.
