  • This paper presents a substation expansion planning method with quantitative analysis using ANP. To calculate the reliability factor and economy factor of the system, reliability indices and total construction cost is used. With these factors, new ANP model which select the best plan either economy or reliability among various alternatives is developed. This model can assist the decision making for the system planner. The usefulness of the method is verified by applying it to the large-scaled distribution system.

허혈성 자극에 의한 심방이뇨 호르몬 분비 반응의 특성 (Characteristics of hypoxia-induced ANP Secretion in Perfused Beating Atria)

  • Background: Cardiac atrium is an endocrine gland secreting a family of natriuretic peptides. The secretion of atrial natriuretic peptide(ANP) had been shown to be controlled by variable factors. The change in atrial dynamics have been considered as one of the most prominent stimuli for the stimulation of ANP secretion. Hypoxic stress has been shown to increase cardiac ANP secretion. However, the mechanism by which hypoxia increases ANP secretion cardiac ANP secretions. However, the mechanism by which hypoxia increases ANP secretion has not to be defined. Therefore, the purpose of the present study was tow-fold: to develop a protocol to defined the effect of hypoxia on ANP secretion in perfused beating rabbit atria and to clarify the mechanism responsible for the accentuation by hypoxia of ANP secretion. Material and Method: Experiments have been done in perfused beating rabbit atria. ANP was measured by radioimmunoassay. Result: Hypoxic stimulus with nitrogen decreased atrial stroke volume. The decrease in atrial stroke volume recovered basal level during the period of recovery with oxygen. ANP secretion and the concentration of perfusate ANP in terms of extracellular fluid(ECF) translocation which reflects the rate of myocytic release of ANP were increased by hypoxia and returned to basal levels during the recovery. Changes in ECF translocation paralleled by hypoxia and returned to basal levels during the recovery. Changes in ECF translocation paralleled to that of atrial stroke volume. At the start of recovery in atrial storke volume, ECF tranalocation incrased for several minutes. The above responses were stable and reproducible. Glibenclamide treatment prevented the recovery in atrial stroke volume. Increments by hypoxia of ANP secretion and ANP concentration were suppressed by glibenclamide. Conclusion: These results indicate that hypoxia incrased atrial myocytic ANP release and that the mechanism responsible for the accentuation is partially related to the change in K+ATP channel activity.

  • This paper presents a method which can select optimal nodes to reduce harmonics by using ANP. First, we measured harmonics for the real distribution system and Tried to Analyze It. Second, we designed filters to reduce harmonics. Third, we composed each clusters and calculated it to select optimal nodes based on ANP. We a lied it to the distribution system, and deduce most advantageous method in many technical and economical among harmonic decrease measures. We proved the adequacy and usefulness of the result.

  • The Customer Satisfaction which effects directly the performance of almost all companies. Therefore, it is very important for a company to reflect totally market environment which can be changed fast and diversely by customer requirements. In spite of many studies on the marketing decision, it has been rarely applied for the quantitative method and result of Customer Satisfaction Index Assessment in the marketing decision process. This study used ANP(Analytic Network Process) approach permitting the interdependent relationship between hierarchy and decision factors in the decision process. Moreover, we propose the method which represents efficiently the Customer Satisfaction Index so that the Suggested Model in this study becomes Customer-Oriented.

  • 소프트웨어 품질을 향상하기 위해서는 소스에 내재된 결함을 효율적, 효과적으로 제거해야 한다. 개발현장에서는 결함 심각도와 결함 제거율로 결함을 제거하고 있다. 결함을 이용하여 품질을 향상하기 위한 연구로는 결함 발생 빈도과 ISO 품질속성을 이용하여 품질을 향상하려는 연구가 있고, 프로젝트 수행 시 결함을 심각도로 관리하여 품질을 향상시키는 연구가 있었다. 하지만, 결함 자체에 집중하여 결함을 유형화하여 결함 유형 간에는 어떤 영향력이 있는지, 그 영향력으로 인하여 어느 결함 유형이 더 중요한 지에 대한 연구는 미흡한 실정이었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 표준단체, 업체, 연구자들의 소프트웨어 결함 유형을 수집, 분류하여 ANP로 모형화하였다. 또한, 구성된 ANP 모형을 이용하여 일반 응용 소프트웨어에 대하여 결함 유형별 중요도 가중치를 산정하였다. 일반 응용 소프트웨어를 개발할 때, 산정된 가중치를 적용하여 결함을 제거한다면, 좀 더 효율적이고 효과적으로 소프트웨어 품질을 향상할 수 있으리라 기대한다.

  • This study aims to set up Energy self-sufficiency urban planning system responding climate change by reducing fossil energy consumption and carbon emission, and to suggest effective application method. This study has 3 levels. First, it defines energy self-sufficient city responding climate change theoretically. Second, it set up planning system of Energy Self-sufficient city responding climate change. Third, ANP method was applied to introduce priority of application according to relative importance of planning section. As ANP method has to construct network to show interrelation among elements, 1st questionnaire survey was carried out to figure out interrelation. 2nd questionnaire survey introduced to judge relative importance of planning aspects and sections. In conclusion, this study shows interrelation among planning sections. By considering the relative importance, Energy environment and Energy consumption was derived as important planning aspects, and Architecture, Landuse, and Production of renewable energy was estimated as s important planning elements.

DEMATEL과 ANP를 이용한 해외구매 무기체계의 평가지표 개발 (Development of Evaluation Index for Foreign Weapon System Purchase using DEMATEL and ANP)

  • Even though the final source selection of foreign weapon system purchase project in defense area is the most important phase, the standard evaluation index has not been developed. This paper provides an appropriate evaluation index using DEMATEL and ANP methods. First, the all possible evaluation criteria applied to the relevant previous literatures in domestic and overseas researches are derived and classified into groups. Second, DEMATEL method is used to determine the network structure representing the relations of cause and effect between groups and their sub-criteria. If isolated factors, not connected with other factors, are existed in the network structure, all factors except for the isolated ones are grouped as one large factor so that the independency between those ones is maintained. The weights of criteria are determined using AHP method if the criteria are independent relation and ANP method if the criteria are networked. The weights of higher and lower level criteria are then integrated and distributed as a point with respect to the decision making purpose. The developed evaluation index can be used as a standard one in various foreign weapon system purchase projects in defense area.

기술 선정을 위한 평가모델 개발: BSC와 ANP를 중심으로 (Developing the assessment model for technology selection: Based on the BSC and ANP)

  • 기술평가는 의사결정자가 해결해야할 가장 중요한 분야 중에 하나이다. 기술선택의 중요성이 증가함에 따라, 의사결정자가 적절한 기술을 선택하였는지가 기업의 가장 중요한 관심사가 된 것이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 BSC와 ANP 기반의 기술평가모델을 제시하였다. 기술선택을 위한 기술평가 모델은 세 개의 phase로 구성이 되어있다. 첫 번째 단계에서는 기술평가에 영향을 주는 요인들을 도출하였다. BSC 프로세스에 기반하여 기술선택을 위한 전략과 핵심성공요소, 그리고 성과지표를 도출하였다. 두 번째 단계에서는 ANP 방법론을 사용하여, 전문가의 의견을 수렴하고 기술 대안들을 평가하였다. ANP 방법론은 의사결정을 위한 유무의 요인들뿐만 아니라 요인들 간의 상관관계를 고려하고 평가 프로세스에 있어서 객관성확보를 가능케 한다. 마지막 단계에서는 앞 단계의 결과물을 적용하여 가장 적합한 기술을 선택한다. 나아가, 적용가능성의 검증을 위해 본 연구방법론을 공공서비스에 실제로 적용하였다. 본 연구에서 제시된 기술평가 성과지표와 기준은 기술선정에 있어서 주안점을 두어야 할 분야와 이를 가능케 하는 방법을 알려준다. 나아가 본 연구 방법론을 타 분야에 적용함으로써, 의사결정의 합리성과 객관성을 확보할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

용접법의 우선순위 결정 방법 (Decision-Making Method of Priority Welding Process)

  • Nowadays, several welding processes are generally used to join parts together, and the materials are generally steel, aluminum, copper, stainless steel, and other difficult-to-weld materials. If a proper welding process is chosen, it is helpful for welding parts. However, there is no desirable technique for appropriately deciding on the welding process in the industry. Therefore, an appropriate method of selecting a welding process is needed for the novice worker in the industry. In this sense, a new analytic network process (ANP) technique is used for effective decision making in welding. By considering several criteria in ANP, a selection method is suggested to decide on the proper welding process. In the study, several criteria were considered for the proper welding of parts. By considering a matrix of prior interdependence effects among various welding processes, a decision-making method based on an ANP is accomplished using a weighting matrix, which is supposed to select an appropriate welding process. In addition, for appropriate decision criteria of the welding process, several factors, such as material, shape, precision, economics, and equipment, are used to accomplish the ANP algorithm. Moreover, the final weighting matrix is calculated following its ANP strategy. Furthermore, this decision-making technique is applied to both stainless razor spot joining and thick steel pipe joining. The results show its reliability and practicality, and the novice engineer and manager can use this technique to determine the best welding process.
