In this paper, a PMS(Pavement Management System) application is presented to control the LCC(Life Cycle Cost) of road pavement. The aim of this paper is to provide the decision makers with the planning information regarding maintenance strategies for efficient road pavement management. The validity of PMS application presented in this paper is investigated through case studies for conducted for 22 national highway road sections in Korea.

This paper is to aim the microdefect evaluation of If package into a quantitative from NDI's image processing of ultrasonic wave. (1) Automatically repeated discrimination analysis method can be devided in the category of all kind of defects on IC package, and also can be possible to have a sampling of partial delamination. (2) It is possible that the information of edge section in silicon chip surrounding can be extractor by the partial image processing of IC package. Also, the crack detection is possible between the resin part and lead frame.

This paper has an aim to look into whether it is possible for us to make an approach the budgeting control with the theory of human relation. This is only a traditional method and also it is open to criticism. I think modem budgetion control should be debeloped by the contingency theory. As the environment is changing continuously, the budgeting control system which can be adapted for this change should be built up. This paper consists of management control, human relation model method and changes of budgeting control.

The aim of this study is to present a practical and simple method for decision of ultimate failure mode of high-strength concrete beam members, based on interaction between shear strength and displacement ductility. Four tests were conducted on full-scale beam specimens having concrete compressive strength of 410kgf/$cm^{2}$. Prediction of failure mode from presented method and comparison with test results are also presented

Waste characterisation associated with nuclear site decommissioning relies on radiochemical analysis of a diverse range of sample types, requiring extensive validation of analytical techniques using matrix-matched materials. The absence of relevant reference materials has hindered robust method development and validation. The paper discusses how method validation in support of nuclear waste characterisation can be achieved without using reference materials. The key stages in an analytical procedure are evaluated and a multi-stage approach is proposed with the ultimate aim of determining an operational envelope for an analytical procedure.

The aim of this paper is to deal with a method to construct a separate fuzzy regression model with crisp input and fuzzy output data using a best response function for the center and the width of the predicted output. Also we introduce the crisp mean and variance of the predicted fuzzy value and also give some examples to compare a performance of the proposed fuzzy model with various other fuzzy regression model.

The aim of this study was to analyze the apartment management expenses in the district of Pusan. The results of this study were as follows. 1. Haeundae Gu DB apartment showed the highest APT management expenses. 2. Kumjung Gu KSJK APT showed the Lowest management expenses. 3. The number of household and the period of construction didn’t have significant influences on the management expenses. 4. The method of heating system and the method of management had significant influences over the management expenses.

Concrete can be defective for several reasons, including inadequate design, material selection or workmanship. Concrete and also dsteriorate or be damaged in use. A recent study for tracing the profiles of supersonic axisymmetric Minimum Length Nozzle with uniform and parallel flow at the exit section, the stagnation temperature is taken into account. The aim of this work is to add optimization algorithm to the supersonic nozzle design in order to get the optimum nozzle shape. The comparisons of the nozzle contours based on the method of characteristics are presented. The specific heats and their ratio vary with the stagnation temperature when this temperature of a perfect gas increases. An application is made for air in a supersonic nozzle.
