  • Purpose This study aims to investigate factors that positively influence the continuous Artificial Intelligence(AI) Learning Continuity of business major students. Design/methodology/approach To evaluate the impact of AI education, a survey was conducted among 119 business-related majors who completed a software/AI course. Frequency analysis was employed to examine the general characteristics of the sample. Furthermore, factor analysis using Varimax rotation was conducted to validate the derived variables from the survey items, and Cronbach's α coefficient was used to measure the reliability of the variables. Findings Positive correlations were observed between business major students' AI Learning Continuity and their AI Interest, AI Awareness, and Data Analysis Capability related to their majors. Additionally, the study identified that AI Project Awareness and AI Literacy Capability play pivotal roles as mediators in fostering AI Learning Continuity. Students who acquired problem-solving skills and related technologies through AI Projects Awareness showed increased motivation for AI Learning Continuity. Lastly, AI Self-Efficacy significantly influences students' AI Learning Continuity.

  • This study was conducted to understand how to derive educational methods to efficiently improve class satisfaction for 130 college students who experienced non-face-to-face classes during the last Covid-19. The appropriateness of class time, improvement of learning effect, continuity of non-face-to-face classes, and use of educational media were set as items corresponding to class satisfaction. Research was attempted to derive an educational method for efficient class satisfaction improvement by grasping the difference and relationship between variables.

  • In this study, the AI education program for elementary school students was developed and applied by introducing the design thinking process, which is attracting attention as a creative problem solving process. A design thinking-based AI education program was developed in the stages of Understanding AI, Identifying sympathetic problems, Problem definition, Ideate, Prototype, Test and sharing, and the development program was applied to elementary school students in 4th-6th grade. As a result of pre- and post-testing of students' computational thinking skills to confirm the effectiveness of the program, computational thinking skills increased by grade level, and students experienced a process of collaboration for creative problem solving based on insights gained from sympathetic problem finding. In addition, it was possible to get a glimpse of the attitude of using AI technology to solve problems, and it was confirmed that ideas were generated in the prototype stage and developed through communication between team members. Through this, the design thinking-based AI education program as one of the AI education for elementary school students guarantees the continuity of learning and confirms the possibility of providing an experience of the creative problem-solving process.

  • Video frame interpolation is an important technique used in the field of video and media, as it increases the continuity of motion and enables smooth playback of videos. In the study of video frame interpolation using deep learning, Kernel Based Method captures local changes well, but has limitations in handling global changes. In this paper, we propose a new U-Net structure that applies feature map differentiation and two directions to focus on capturing major changes to generate intermediate frames more accurately while reducing the number of parameters. Experimental results show that the proposed structure outperforms the existing model by up to 0.3 in PSNR with about 61% fewer parameters on common datasets such as Vimeo, Middle-burry, and a new YouTube dataset. • Due to the impacts of the current pandemic COVID-19 and the continuation of studying online. There is an urgent need for an effective and efficient education platform to help with the continuity of studying online. Therefore, the question bank system (QB) is introduced. The QB system is designed as a website to create a single platform used by faculty members in universities to generate questions and store them in a bank of questions. In addition to allowing them to add two types of questions, to help the lecturer create exams and present the results of the students to them. For the implementation, two languages were combined which are PHP and Python to generate questions by using Artificial Intelligence (AI). These questions are stored in a single database, and then these questions could be viewed and included in exams smoothly and without complexity. This paper aims to help the faculty members to reduce time and efforts by using the Question Bank System by using AI and Natural Language Processing (NLP) to extract and generate questions from given text. In addition to the tools used to create this function such as NLTK and TextBlob.

  • Researches on the Artificial Intelligence has been explosively activated in various fields since the advent of AlphaGo. Particularly, researchers on the application of multi-layer neural network such as deep learning, and various machine learning algorithms are being focused actively. In this paper, we described a development of an artificial intelligence Janggi game based on reinforcement learning algorithm and MCTS (Monte Carlo Tree Search) algorithm with accumulated game data. The previous artificial intelligence games are mostly developed based on mini-max algorithm, which depends only on the results of the tree search algorithms. They cannot use of the real data from the games experts, nor cannot enhance the performance by learning. In this paper, we suggest our approach to overcome those limitations as follows. First, we collects Janggi expert's game data, which can reflect abundant real game results. Second, we create a graph structure by using the game data, which can remove redundant movement. And third, we apply the reinforcement learning algorithm and MCTS algorithm to select the best next move. In addition, the learned graph is stored by object serialization method to provide continuity of the game. The experiment of this study is done with two different types as follows. First, our system is confronted with other AI based system that is currently being served on the internet. Second, our system confronted with some Janggi experts who have winning records of more than 50%. Experimental results show that the rate of our system is significantly higher.

  • The purpose of this study is to provide a foundation for establishing the correct direction of education that utilizes artificial intelligence, a key technology of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, in the context of Christian education. To achieve this, theoretical and literature research was conducted. First, the research analyzed the historical development of artificial intelligence to understand its characteristics. Second, the research analyzed the use of artificial intelligence in convergence education from an educational perspective and examined the current policy direction in South Korea. Through this analysis, the research examined the direction of Christian education in the era of artificial intelligence. In particular, the research critically examined the perspectives of continuity and change in the context of Christian education in the era of artificial intelligence. The research reflected upon the fundamental educational purposes of Christian education that should remain unchanged despite the changing times. Furthermore, the research deliberated on the educational curriculum and teaching methods that should adapt to the changing dynamics of the era. In conclusion, this research emphasizes that even in the era of artificial intelligence, the fundamental objectives of Christian education should not be compromised. The utilization of artificial intelligence in education should serve as a tool that fulfills the mission permitted by God. Therefore, Christian education should remain centered around God, rooted in the principles of the Bible. Moreover, Christian education should aim to foster creative and convergent Christian nurturing. To achieve this, it is crucial to provide learners with an educational environment that actively utilizes AI-based hybrid learning environments and metaverse educational platforms, combining online and offline learning spaces. Moreover, to enhance learners' engagement and effectiveness in education, it is essential to actively utilize AI-based edutech that reflects the aforementioned educational environments. Lastly, in order to cultivate Christian learners with dynamic knowledge, it is crucial to employ a variety of teaching and learning methods grounded in constructivist theories, which emphasize active learner participation, collaboration, inquiry, and reflection. These approaches seek to align knowledge with life experiences, promoting a holistic convergence of faith and learning.
