  • Artificial Intelligence is one of the technologies that are being discussed in the Fourth Industrial Revolution, attracting the attention from companies around the world and this technology is being applied to various industries such as education, finance, automobile, etc. AI integrated ChatBot is a system designed to respond to user questions according to defined response rules. This system is gradually expanded from simple inquiry responses for intelligent virtual assistant service, weather, traffic, schedule, etc. to service provisions through user pattern analysis, to solidify its position as a life-style service. As a result, research on AI integrated ChatBot platform has become necessary. Therefore, this study suggests the design and implementation of an intelligent chatbot service platform for small businesses.

The Effect of Math Project Learning Using Chat-bot on Artificial Intelligence Literacy (챗봇 활용 수학 프로젝트 학습이 인공지능 리터러시에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of project learning using chatbots on artificial intelligence literacy. The subjects of the study were a total of 41 students from 1st to 3rd grade of general high school in Gyeonggi-do. Classes were held after school for a total of 6 hours, and the contents of the classes consisted of the concept and characteristics of artificial intelligence, the concept and expression of knowledge, OBT application for Kakao i open builder, guidance on how to create chatbots, and chatbot production practice. As a result of the pre- and post-test of the experimental group, the quantitative value of artificial intelligence literacy increased in all three grades. In the case of second-year students who set up a comparison group, when compared with the results of the comparison group, there was a significant positive effect on the AI literacy result, and female students were found to be more effective than male students.

  • This study aims to explore how the effects of the perceived social presence on trust and live chat adoption intention vary with the types of live chats in e-commerce context. As technology develops, live chat with the seller in e-commerce is rapidly replaced by AI-assisted live chat called chat-bot. However, it is not well known how the buyers perceive the difference between the chat with seller and the chat-bot. This study therefore proposes first, the perceived social presence toward the seller will influence trust and the live chat adoption. Second, the effects of social presence will be stronger when using live chat with seller than using chat-bot. To validate, we collect data from 232 e-commerce users and confirm the first proposition. However, the higher level of the social presence effect of live chat with seller is not clearly revealed. This study is expected to provide researchers and managers who are interested in AI-based chatbots with useful theoretical and practical implications.

  • Artificial Intelligence is a rapidly growing technology with the latest developments in computing technology and is considered as one of the next major technologies. Chat-Bot is a system that is designed to respond to user's input according to the rules that are set up in advance and it provides more services through simple and repetitive tasks such as counseling, ordering and others. Accordingly, the study aims to present a model of a celeb-bot using Artificial Intelligence. Celeb-Bot is a combination of Celeb, which are short for Celebrity and Chat-bot. Celeb-Bot provides a Chat-Bot service that allows people to talk to a celebrity. The celeb is the best thing to build a relationship and has the advantages of being accessible to anyone. At the same time, Artificial Intelligence is a technology that can be seen as a person, not a product. Based on this, we believe that Celeb's Characteristic and Chat-bot based on artificial intelligence technologies need to be combined, so variety of products can generate synergy. It is predicted that there will be variety of derivatives that utilize this technology, and it is going to present a celeb-bot model accordingly.

  • In this paper, we propose a deep learning-based personalized senior care service application. The proposed application uses Speech to Text technology to convert the user's speech into text and uses it as input to Autogen, an interactive multi-agent large-scale language model developed by Microsoft, for user convenience. Autogen uses data from previous conversations between the senior and ChatBot to understand the other user's intent and respond to the response, and then uses a back-end agent to create a wish list, a shared calendar, and a greeting message with the other user's voice through a deep learning model for voice cloning. Additionally, the application can perform home IoT services with SKT's AI speaker (NUGU). The proposed application is expected to contribute to future AI-based senior care technology.

  • 본 연구에서는 Google Dialogflow 자연어 처리 엔진(NLP 엔진), 정보수집(크롤링), iOS 챗봇 애플리케이션을 통해 정부 및 지자체 혜택 및 정보 추천 서비스를 제공하는 챗봇 구현을 제안한다. 해당 챗봇은 디지털 기기 사용이 능숙하지 않은 중, 장년층 사용자가 쉽게 이용할 수 있도록 접근성을 높이고, 정부 및 지자체에서 제공하는 다양한 혜택 및 정보의 불균형과 격차의 해소를 목적으로, 사용자가 선택한 지역에 따른 혜택·복지·소식 정보를 제공 및 추천한다. 이 과정을 통해 사용자는 자신이 원하는 분야의 정부 및 지자체의 적절한 복지 정보를 추천 받을 수 있다.

  • The undergraduate structure based on flipped learning should be a necessary course to cultivate value creation capability based on students' problem solving capability through the change of university education in the fourth industrial revolution era. Flipped learning stimulated the learner's high order thinking and activates communication between the faculty-student and the students through the use of activity oriented teaching strategy. Introduction and spread of Flipping Learning combining project-based learning with MOOC is required. The professor should be able to apply net teaching and learning methods using flipping learning and active learning, and develop class contents reflecting new knowledge, information and technology. As the introduction and spread of AI-based(E-Advisor, chat bot et al) learning consulting, Which is becoming increasingly advanced, the transition to "personalized education" that meets the 4th Industrial Revolution should be made.

  • Now that we are entering an aging society, the user interface for new devices and IoT technology is very inconvenient for senior generation. To improve this, we propose an AI technology-based intelligent senior assistant voice recognition system. This system implements Cloud platform based API to accumulate data for machine learning processing, provides content for diagnosis and prevention of dementia, and provide chat-bot content for senior generation. We hope that senior generations will increase the accessibility and convenience of IoT devices and new technology devices with our system.

  • In this paper, we classify and present AI algorithms and natural language processing methods used in chatbots. A framework that can be used to implement a chatbot is also described. A chatbot is a system with a structure that interprets the input string by constructing the user interface in a conversational manner and selects an appropriate answer to the input string from the learned data and outputs it. However, training is required to generate an appropriate set of answers to a question and hardware with considerable computational power is required. Therefore, there is a limit to the practice of not only developing companies but also students learning AI development. Currently, chatbots are replacing the existing traditional tasks, and a practice course to understand and implement the system is required. RNN and Char-CNN are used to increase the accuracy of answering questions by learning unstructured data by applying technologies such as deep learning beyond the level of responding only to standardized data. In order to implement a chatbot, it is necessary to understand such a theory. In addition, the students presented examples of implementation of the entire system by utilizing the methods that can be used for coding education and the platform where existing developers and students can implement chatbots.

  • AI-powered robot news is drawing attention as artificial intelligence technology is fully spread in the news distribution field. Robot news still has many technical and ethical problems, but academic research on this is insufficient. This study analyzes the issue of robot writing in artificial intelligent based robot journalism industry using SWOT analysis. As a result, the advantages of big data processes, accurate information gathering, high efficiency and disadvantages such as lack of independent arguments and lack of evidence and opportunities for technical development, government support, academic development, and industrial applications, and threats such as uncritical acceptance and lack of talent have been found. This study suggests three future-oriented directions, such as human-machine collaboration, intelligent news, and chat-bot, through previous studies on the development direction of robot journalism-based article writing.
