In recent years, the surroundings of Fire have rapidly changed and citizens need for Fire have been demanding very high. Under these situations, in order for satisfaction to all these demands, Seoul Metropolitan Government Fire Academy(SFA) have only to improve its educational training program as the fire educational training center in Korea. The purpose of this study is to scrutinize current educational training program of SFA and measure the relative weight among the hierarchy of disaster management(prevention and mitigation-prepare dness-response-recovery) by using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP). The result of this study presents that how many hours must be allocated and set the educational training program with scientific and systematic way of AHP compared the current program of SFA in 2013. And This study is applied to increase access and comprehension about the AHP and will be able to present guideline for the selection of optimal the educational training of SFA to serve Seoul citizens the best Fire services.

There are many countermeasures collected by field experts, safety managers with their subjective decisions, without analysis. Subcontractor does not know which one of those can be more defective countermeasures. More weighted countermeasures should be taken for subcontractor's economical aspects. But there are almost no measures with useful weight so that subcontractors can select some as they need more effective even though there are not many measures at construction sites. AHP technique has been introduced into the analysis of counter measures for subcontractor. Countermeasures which car collected from field-experienced safety engineers have been weighed with frequency rate saying how many responders selected. And then, they are analyzed by AHP Technique for making out relative important level of the countermeasures, by each step such as Direct, Indirect, Management level, and policy level, quantitatively. AHP level in the study is composed of two stories, not three stories, in order to make respondents easier when they are asked. At least 15-year-experienced expert are asked for AHP questionnaire.

본 연구에서는 암반비탈면의 성능기반 평가기법을 제시하기 위해 이전 연구에서 도출된 평가 항목의 항목별 특성과 유사성 등을 검토하여 최종 평가항목을 도출하였다. 또한, 평가항목별로 상대적 중요도를 산출하여 평가항목의 가중치를 도출하였으며 암반비탈면에 대한 성능별 평가표를 제시하였다. 제시된 평가기준은 상관 분석을 이용해 검증을 실시하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 각 성능별로 제시된 평가표를 활용하여 실제 조사 자료를 적용한 상관분석 결과, 모든 평가항목에서 유의 확률이 0.05 이하로 나타나 통계적으로 유의미한 결과가 도출되었고, 전체적으로 높은 상관성을 보였다. 특히, '낙석', '지반변형', '불연속면 특성', '불안정 지질' 등의 항목에서 상대적 상관계수(R)가 가장 높게 나타나 본 논문에 제시된 평가표는 암반비탈면의 특성을 적절히 반영하고 있다고 판단된다.

본 논문에서는 비즈니스 인텔리전트 시스템의 구축 후 활용 효과에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 분석하였다. 이를 위하여 우선 비즈니스 인텔리전트 시스템에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 여러 요인들을 문헌 연구를 통해서 정리 하였고, 이를 검증하기 위하여 비즈니스 인텔리전트 시스템을 구축하여 활용하고 있는 기업을 대상으로 인터넷 설문을 실시하여 필요한 데이터를 수집하였다. 본 논문의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 요인분석(FA)과 계층분석기법(AHP)분석을 실시하였다. 요인분석을 통해서 성과측정지표들의 차원이 감소된 요인을 도출하였고, 이들 요인들 사이의 중요도를 계층분석기법(AHP)으로 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과로 본 연구를 통해서 생성된 요인은 모두 6가지이다. 비즈니스 인텔리전트 시스템의 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인들은 정보시스템의 성숙도가 제일 중요한 요인으로 나타났으며, 경영전략의 수립 필요성, 정보조직, 그리고 사용자 교육의 순서로 나타났다. 본 연구는 기업에서 비즈니스 인텔리전트 시스템을 구축하여 사용하고 있거나, 미래에 비즈니스 인텔리전트 시스템을 구축하려는 계획을 가지고 있는 기업에게 비즈니스 인텔리전트 시스템의 활용에 대한 방향을 제시해 줄 것으로 기대된다.

범정부 EA 정보를 활용하여 국가 및 개별기관 차원의 주요 성과가 대내 외적으로 나타나고 있는 현 시점에서 EA 서비스 및 성과에 대한 연구 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 '서비스로서의 EA'의 특징적 요소를 유형화하여 EA 서비스 성과모형을 개발하고, 성과모형을 구성하는 품질항목별 가중치 차이를 AHP 분석기법을 활용하여 도출하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 EA 서비스 및 성과, 공공서비스 품질 관련 광범위한 이론적 연구와 논리적 추론과정을 통해 범용적인 서비스 측정 도구로 활용되고 있는 SERVQUAL을 적용한 EA 서비스 성과모형을 개발하였고, 모형을 구성하는 품질항목간 상대적 가중치를 산출하였다. 가중치 분석결과, EA담당자-EA정보-EA교육-EA정책/제도-EA운영시스템 순으로 중요도 차이를 보이는 것으로 분석되었다. 이는 EA 성과향상을 위해서는 EA정책/제도 운영시스템과 같은 품질항목 보다는 EA담당자 정보 교육과 같은 품질항목을 비중 있게 관리해야 함을 보여주고 있으며, 본 연구는 서비스 품질 측정 평가 모델로 국내 외에서 각광 받고 있는 서브퀄 모형(SERVQUAL Model)에 공공부문 EA 서비스를 접목한 국내 최초의 연구로서 실무적 및 이론적으로 시사하는 바가 크다.

The goal of this study is to generate a landslide potential map using GIS(Geographic Information System) based method. A simple and efficient algorithm is proposed to generate a landslide potentialities map from DEM(Digital Elevation Model) and existing maps. The categories of controlling factors for landslides, aspect of slope, soil, vegetation are defined. The weight value for landslide potentialities is calculated from AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) method. Slope and Slope-direction is extracted from DEM, and soil information is extracted from digital soil map. Also, vegetation information is extracted from digital vegetation map. Finally, as overlaying, landslide potentialities map is made out, and it is compared with landslide place.

The objective of this study is to investigate a priority and selection of agricultural specialization items from Daegu and Gyeongbuk region by using analytical tools such as, the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) and the Scoring Method. The results of this study are as follows; 1) Five major items were selected for each region based on Daegu and Gyeongbuk regional agricultural performances. 2) The results of AHP analysis, Daegu and Gyeongbuk's agricultural experts evaluated the weight of three decision-elements(objectiveness 0.35, efficiency 0.341, identity 0.309) and seven decision-elements. 3) Results of AHP and Scoring Method analysis, Investigated a priority of agricultural specialization 3 items in 25 cities and districts Daegu and Gyeongbuk regional agricultural performances. 4) Finally, The results of this study will provide basic information on agricultural specialization policy in Daegu and Gyeongbuk region.

This study with the aim to develop a system that can be objectively measured and evaluated as a scientific support and of R&D. To this end, this study aimed at companies participating in the development of national technology transfer support program for SMEs examined the factors affecting performance. By developing metrics that meet the business objectives refer to the applicable national and international case studies and literature reviews, etc. In order to achieve the systematization of technology evaluation index, which was selected indicators. To evaluate the weight through the duality comparing selected indicators in order to take advantage of the AHP analysis conducted targeted surveys.

This paper presents an improved method of the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) when customers are to select the best automobile purchase models. In order to support group decisions and as a different procedure of the conventional AHP, we combine the AHP model with a spreadsheet model that applies the Likert's rating scheme to each alternative. We only consider individual pairwise comparison matrices where the consistency ratio (C.R.) is less than or equal to 0.2. Finally, we regard the weight of each decision maker as a reciprocal number of C.R. As a case study we prioritize three passenger cars of medium size in the domestic market. The major evaluation criteria include:exterior or interior features, performance, safety, pricing, salesman, and after service.

Drew dividing management innovation business evaluation figure by manufacturing industry and service industry through leading study, gives weight by industry about drawn evaluation figure and must give estimation point of suitable level. This studies judge importance about evaluation figure by industry and consider priority order by evaluation figure using AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) that use expert group and gave point.
