본 논문의 목적은 항만해상풍력단지 건설을 위한 기술개발 로드 맵을 제시하는 것이다. FGI(Focus Group Interview)와 설문지를 이용한 AHP(Analytical Hierarchy Process) 방법을 적용해서 대/중/소 분류된 건설기술의 가중치를 도출했고, 분류된 건설기술에 대한 우선순위를 근거로 항만해상풍력단지 건설기술 로드 맵이 수립되었다. 기술 로드 맵은 항만해상풍력단지의 분류된 건설기술에 대한 R&D 사업을 달성하기 위한 20년간(2016년부터 2036년 까지)의 일정을 제시하고 있다. 이러한 건설기술 로드 맵은 녹색항만건설산업의 R&D 전략을 수립하기 위한 이정표로 활용될 수 있다.

We undertook the quantitative evaluations of Industrial Accident Prevention Program (IAPP). The six parameters, such as relevance, efficiency, consistency, sustainability, effectiveness, coherence, were chosen by expert plenary sessions. Two stage of Analytic Hierarchy Process were used to determine the weighted value of assessment criteria. This expert plenary suggests that the six parameters and its weight values are useful for quantitative evaluations of IAPP. Additional researches regarding the real world application of this assessment tool should be initiated.

This research considers to analyze the importance and priority order of outsourcing partner selecting factors on plant exporters. This research deals with case study on the outsourcing in the "A" plants exporter. To obtain the goal this research, firstly, based on reviewing previous literature and taking professional advice, the selecting factors were identified and conceptualized, and we made the hierarchy model and utilized AHP in analysis method. Secondly, AHP model constructed 3 higher factors, and 9 lower factors. Thirdly, the data used for the weight values for the outsourcing partner factors were collected from outsourcing experts and officers in "A" company. The 3 higher factors were 'Firm's Competence', 'Customer/User Factor', and 'Systemic Factor', and the 9 lower factors were 'experience of outsourcing', 'competency based HR', 'market share', 'reliability', and 'communication', etc. As the results of the analysis, this research evaluated with an importance highest among selecting factors of outsourcing partner of "A" company were 'Customer/User Factor(46.5%)', 'Systemic Factor(27.8%)' and 'Firm's Competence(25.7%)'. And importance highest among lower selecting factors of outsourcing partner of "A" company were 'reliability(31.4%)', 'competency based HR(14.4%)' and 'communication(13.7%)'. The developed model and selecting factors of outsourcing partner are expected to contribute on effective decisions on plants exporters. Managerial implications and future research directions are suggested based on findings.

본 연구의 목적은 논리모형을 기반으로 정보보안 인력양성사업의 성과평가 지표를 개발하는 것이다. 정부지원 정보보안 인력양성사업에 대한 문헌연구를 통해 후보 지표를 도출하고 전문가 대상의 포커스그룹 인터뷰를 통해 후보지표를 검토하였다. 최종 선정된 성과지표의 가중치(중요도) 산정을 위해 AHP 설문조사를 실시하여 성과지표를 개발하였다. 인력양성사업 성과지표는 4개 분야의 18개 지표로 구성하였다.

This study deals with transfer passengers in hub airports. The research objective is to derive measures for transfer passenger quantity enhancement at Incheon International Airport by applying Analytic Hierarchy Process. In pursuing the above objective, this study conducted a survey to evaluate various selection criteria for choosing transfer airports and ranked attributes in weight order with Analytic Hierarchy Process. Furthermore, based on the trend analysis of Incheon International Airport's transfer passenger movement, this paper analysed main transit routes of Incheon International Airports against competitor airports among the region. The main result found from the study is flight frequency, ticket price and connecting hour were the most important 3 factors when people choose transit airports. Therefore, it is recommended government, airport authority and airlines to cooperate closely to meet the transfer passengers' needs on frequency, price and transit hour of flights.

본 연구는 ANP법을 이용하여 수색구조선의 우선 배치순위를 평가하였다. 이러한 평가를 위해서 본 연구에서는 퍼지추론 및 계층분석법을 이용하여 인명피해, 선박피해, 환경오염피해에 대해 위험성을 평가하였다. 또한 DEA 법 및 리커트 척도법을 이용하여 수색구조선의 정량적, 정성적 운영효율성을 평가하였다. 마지막으로는 위험성 평가와 운영효율성 평가를 ANP법을 이용하여 종합 평가치를 산출하였다. 그 결 과 MP, YS RCC/RSC 구역이 수색구조선의 우선 배치순위가 비교적 높은 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study is to develop a farm management diagnostic checklist form, which can be applied to any crops. First, upper indexes and subordinate indexes were identified through survey with expert, and weighted values for each subordinate index were calculated through AHP analysis. Second, as a reuslt of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) analysis, marketing management (0.276) was found to be the most important index of all upper indexes. In the case of subordinate indexes, reflecting management evaluation (0.252) of management consciousness, quality enhancement efforts (0.332) of production management, locating new sales outlets (0.323) of marketing management, agriculture accounting (0.300) of finance management, and adjusting shipping dates (0.274) of risk management were found to be the highest. Third, the interval division using weight of farm receiving prices was higher discrimination in comparison to equal interval division of weighted values for each index. The newly developed farm management diagnostic checklist can be applied to any crops, as it utilizes indexes such as management consciousness, production management, marketing management, financial management, risk management, etc. based on professional opinions. In addition, it allows an objective evaluation of farm management situations by utilizing the weighted value of farm receiving prices.

본 연구에서는 절토사면 공법선정시 고려해야 할 영향인자에 대한 가중치 결정과 사면보강공법 선호도를 AHP기법을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구, 설계, 시공업에 종사하고 있는 전문가를 대상으로 분석한 결과 공법선택시 안정성 및 내구성, 환경성이 가장 중요한 영향인자로 조사되었으며, 안전율 증가법 위주로 분석된 사면보강공법 선호도 조사에서는 경제성과 유지관리 용이성, 안정성에서 가장 우수한 평가를 받은 옹벽공법과 절토공법이 가장 선호도가 높은 공법으로 분석되었다.

본 연구는 신재생 에너지 사업인 태양광 분야의 맞춤형 경영성과측정지표를 개발하였다. 경영성과측정지표를 도출하기 위하여 첫 번째로 델파이(Delphi)기법과 관련연구 분석을 통해 태양광 분야 기업들의 경제적, 기술적, 환경적, 사회적, 사업수행능력, 사업인프라 부분의 주요성과지표들을 산출하였다. 두 번째로 주요성과지표들의 가중치 산정에 관한 연구에서는 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)기법을 적용하여 주요성과지표들 간의 가중치를 산정하여 최종적으로 주요 경영성과지표를 도출하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 향후 신 성장 동력사업인 태양광 분야 기업들의 경영성과 측정지표를 도출하여 경영성과지표를 통한 측정과 관리를 수행할 수 있을 것이라 기대된다.

최근 건축 구조물의 초고층화 대형화로 인해 고강도화 되는 콘크리트는 치밀한 조직으로 인해 화재시 폭렬에 취약하고, 내화성이 저하되는 문제점을 지니고 있다. 이로 인해 국내에서도 내화의 문제점을 인식하고 방안제도를 마련하고 있으며, 많은 연구진에 의해 고강도 콘크리트의 내화공법이 소개되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 고강도 콘크리트의 내화공법 선정시 중요도를 관련 전문가의 설문조사를 기반으로 AHP 기법을 이용하여 분석하였다. 설문조사를 통한 분석 결과 상위 평가항목의 화재성능과 상시성능 중 내화공법 선정시에는 화재성능이 가장 중요시되는 것으로 나타났다. 화재성능에 대한 하위 항목에서는 인명보호가 중요한 요소로 산정되었고, 인명보호에 대한 하위 항목에서의 설문분석 결과 유해가스 발생억제가 중요한 요소로 산정되었다.
