The purpose of this research is to see if liquidity, non-performing assets, sensitivity, and efficiency have an impact on the profitability and capital of Indonesian state-owned banks. A random sample of public banks was used in this study. The data was collected from the first quarter of 2014 to the fourth quarter of 2019. Purposive sampling was used as the sampling technique. According to the findings of this study, liquidity (LDR) had a significant positive effect on capital but had no significant effect on profitability. Productive asset quality as proxied by the ACA and NPL ratios did not affect profitability or capital. As for the sensitivity ratio, which was proxied by the ratio of NOP and IRR, there were differences in behavior. Sensitivity had no significant impact on profitability or capital, while NOP had a significant positive impact on capital but not on profitability. In terms of efficiency, both OER and FBIR had a significant effect on profitability and capital, although in different directions. OER has a significant negative impact on both profitability and capital. Fee-based income (FBIR) had a significant positive impact on capital, but it had the opposite effect on profitability.
Al2O3 positively charged nanofiltration composite membrane was successfully prepared with aluminate coupling agent (ACA) as modifier, sodium bisulfite (NaHSO3) and potassium persulfate (K2S2O8) as initiator and methacryloyloxyethyl trimethylammonium chloride (DMC) as crosslinking monomer. The surface of the membrane before grafting and after polymerization were characterized by SEM and FT-IR. Three factor and three-level orthogonal experiments were designed to explore the optimal conditions for membrane preparation, and the optimal group was successfully prepared. The filtration experiments of different salt solutions were carried out, and the retention molecular weight was determined by polyethylene glycol (PEG). The results showed that the polymerization temperature had the greatest effect on the rejection rate, followed by the reaction time, and the concentration of DMC had the least effect on the rejection rate. The rejection rates of CaCl2, MgSO4, NaCl and Na2SO4 in the optimal group were 83.8%, 81.3%, 28.1% and 23.6% (average value), respectively. The molecule weight cut-off of 90% (MWCO) of the optimal group was about 460, which belongs to nanofiltration membrane.
This study examines the development of content scenarios to facilitate the training of on-site commanders in firefighting activities. To establish the training content scenario system, the three core competencies of the on-site commanders were set as situation judgment, communication, and decision-making. A system of scenarios was established to actively reflect these three core competencies when designing the scenarios. All the contents of these scenarios are based on Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The scenarios comprise 14 stages that are divided into four steps with the exception of stages 1 and 14, which mark the beginning and end of the training. It consists of the situation setting stage and the first, second, and third decision-making stages. Specifically, situation judgment and communication are important factors in each stage.

To improve the pot life of one-part in-house anisotropic conductive paste (ACP) formulations, 2-methyl imidazole curing accelerator powders were encapsulated with five agents. Through measuring the melting point of the five agents using DSC, it was confirmed that a encapsulation process with liquid-state agents is possible. Viscosity of ACP formulations containing the encapsulated imidazole powders was measured as a function of storage time from viscosity measurements. As a result, pot life of the formulations containing imidazole powders encapsulated with stearic acid and carnauba wax was improved, and these formulations indicated similar curing behaviors to a basic formulation containing rare imidazole. However, the bondlines made of these formulations exhibited low average shear strength values of about 37% level in comparison with the basic formulation.
Objective: The purpose of this paper is to report our experiences in managing seventeen cases of residual intracranial aneurysms following surgical or endovascular treatment and discuss the incidence of residual aneurysms, the indications and technique of retreatment of residual aneurysms. Methods: During a period of 42 months, we treated 391 aneurysms in 339 patients with microsurgical clipping or GDC embolization as a primary treatment. In 39 of them, follow-up angiography revealed residual aneurysms and seventeen of whom were retreated. There were eleven cases in ACoA, three cases in distal ICA, one, in each of MCA, ACA and basilar artery. We reviewed retrospectively the clinical notes, operation records and cerebral angiograms of seventeen patients who had been treated for residual aneurysms. Results: Complementary treatment was performed in 8 cases by means of surgery and in 9 cases by means of GDC embolization. There were eleven females and six males with an age variation between 29 and 78 years. The mean duration of angiographic follow-up was 17.3 months. Of the seventeen cases that were treated for residual aneurysms, fourteen achieved complete occlusion. Of 17 retreated patients, fifteen patients had good recovery according to the Glasgow Outcome Scale. Conclusion: When occlusion after endovascular or surgical treatment is incomplete, a new multidisciplinary approach should be carried out. Given our experiences, we recommend coil embolization of the choice in cases that the residual aneurysmal neck had been narrowed by previous clipping. On the other hand, if the residual aneurysm has enough space to clip but not enough to coil, we recommend the microsurgical clipping.
Objective : The present study evaluated overall surgical results for 3,000 patients with intracranial aneurysms, operated on in Busan Paik Hospital institution. Methods : Three thousand aneurysm cases, operated on in Busan Paik Hospital between January 1980 to June, 15th, 2005, were evaluated based on the following criteria; aneurysm form, aneurysm location, surgical results, postoperative complications, and seasonsonality of occuence. 957 cases were anterior communicating artery aneurysms, 776 were internal carotid artery[ICA] aneurysms, 755 were middle cerebral artery[MCA] aneurysms, 96 were anterior cerebral artery[ACA] aneurysms, 128 were vertebro-basilar artery[VBA] aneurysms and 288 were multiple aneurysms. The male to female ratio was 0.7 to 1 Surgical methods included 2.738 clippings, 219 coating and wrappings, 23 aneurysmoraphies, 20 proximal ligations. Results : Rebleeding occured in 5.1% of the early operation group and 16% of the late operation group respectively. Incidence of clinical vasospasm was 166% and angiographic vasospasm was 24.1%. The percentage of the multiple aneurysms was 9.5%, the percentage of the dissecting aneurysm was 6 cases [0.2%], 6 of the total [0.2%];De Novo" aneurysm, the percentage of lobectomies with clipping cases was 9 cases [03%] the percentage were incidental aneurysms; 164 [5.5%]. 88.1% had overall favorable surgical results with a 5.5 % mortality rate. Calcium-channel blocker and "Triple H" therapy did not improve mortality but did significantly improve morbidity. In the old age group, early operation reduced vasospasm, rebleeding and medical complications. The early surgery group exhibited a 86.2% favorable outcome with a 8.1% mortality rate. Intraoperative angiography reduced residual or remained aneurysms in large, giant aneurysm, especially in A.com artery aneurysm. Conclusion : The surgical results for the early surgery group according to surgical timming was better, but there were not statistically significant. ntraoperative angiography was especially useful on large aneurysms of the anterior communicating artery.

Author co-citation analysis(ACA) technique has been widely used for identifying research areas and trends in a discipline. But this technique has some limitations, mainly due to citation delay, on analyzing current trends and identifying active researchers. In this study, a new method, named as Bibliographic Author Coupling Analysis (BACA), is suggested for overcoming those limitations of author co-citation analysis. BACA is based on Kessler's bibliographic coupling approach and focuses not on documents but on authors. Simply stated, BACA technique assumes that those likewise citing authors have the same research interests. For the purpose of comparing with author co-citation analysis, two preceding studies with author co-citation analysis are reconsidered and re-examined using BACA. The comparing results can be regarded as promising the usefulness of BACA in analyzing current research trends and identifying active researchers.

Calcium signals can be transduced by binding calmodulin (CaM), a $Ca^{2+}$ sensor in eukaryotes, is known to be involved in the regulation of diverse cellular functions. We isolated a CaM-binding protein 63 kD (AtCBP63) from the pathogen-treated Arabidopsis cDNA expression library. Recently, AtCBP63 was identified as a CaM bining protein. The CaM binding domain of AtCBP63 was reported to be located in its N-terminal region, In this study, however, we showed that ACaM2 could specifically bind to second CaM-binding domain (CaMBD) of AtCBP63 at the C-terminal region. The specific binding of CaM to CaM binding domain was confirmed by a gel mobility shift assay, a split ubiquitin assay, site-directed mutagenesis, and a competition assay using a $Ca^{2+}$/CaM-dependent enzyme. The gene expression of AtCBP63 was induced by pathogens and pathogens related second messengers. This result suggests that a CaM binding protein, AtCBP63, may play role in pathogen defense signaling pathway.
모바일 정보통신기기를 중심으로 전자패키지의 초소형화, 고집적화를 위해 플립칩 공법의 적용이 증가되고 있는 추세이다. 플립칩 패키징 접합소재로는 솔더, ICA(Isotropic Conductive Adhesive), ACA(Anisotropic Conductive Adhesive), NCA(Non Conductive Adhesive) 등과 같은 다양한 접합소재가 사용되고 있다. DSC(Differential Scanning Calorimeter), TGA(Thermogravimetric Analysis), DEA(Dielectric Analysis) 등의 열분석장비를 이용하여 NCP의 물성과 경화거동을 확인하였으며, 본딩 후에는 보이드를 평가하고 Peel 강도를 측정하였다.
Objective: The pituitary specific transcription factor-1 (Pit-1) gene is responsible for pituitary development and growth hormone expression and is regarded as a pivotal candidate gene for growth and production in chickens. Therefore, the aim of this study was to investigate the association of Pit-1 polymorphisms with growth and feed efficiency traits in yellow meat-type chickens. Methods: In the present study, five single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) of Pit-1 were selected and genotyped by high-throughput matrix-assisted laser desorption-ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry in 724 meat-type chickens. Results: Association analysis showed that rs13687126 of Pit-1 was strongly associated with body weight gain (BWG) and feed intake (FI) (p<0.05), and that rs13687128 was significantly correlated with body weight at 70 days of age (BW70), BWG and feed conversion ratio (FCR) (p<0.05). SNP rs13905622 was strongly related to BW70 and FCR (p<0.05). Furthermore, birds with the GG genotype of rs13687126 had larger BWG and FI than those with the AG genotype (p<0.05). Individuals with the TT genotype of rs13687128 were significantly higher BW70 and BWG than those of the CT and CC genotype, while FCR was just the opposite (p<0.05). For rs13905622, the AA chickens showed strongly larger BW70 and lower FCR compared with the AT and TT chickens (p<0.05). Additionally, an ACA haplotype based on rs13687126, rs13687128, and rs13905622 had significant effects on BW70 and FCR (p<0.05). Conclusion: Our studies thus provide crucial evidence for the relationship between polymorphisms of Pit-1 and growth and feed efficiency traits which may be useful for meat-type chicken breeding programs.
