태양광 멀티레벨 단상 인버터를 위한 단일 스위치를 가지는 삼중 출력 DC/DC 컨버터 설계 및 해석 (Design and Analysis of a Triple Output DC/DC Converter with One Switch for Photovoltaic Multilevel Single Phase Inverter)

  • The industrial products to use single phase inverter are raised the necessity of power quality improvement, such as AC Motor Driver, Lighting, Renewable energy power converter. Also, it is increasing that applied the single phase multilevel inverter for high quality power at renewable energy power converter. Especially, the photovoltaic multilevel inverters have at least more than two DC_Link and more than one DC/DC Converter. This paper proposes a triple output DC/DC Converter with one switch for photovoltaic multilevel inverter. The proposed converter has advantages of low cost and volume because it has one switch. The operation principle of the converter is analyzed and verified. A prototype is implemented to verify of the proposed converter.

  • 정류기의 부하를 등가 저항으로 대치하여 고역률로 운전하기 위하여 DC/DC 컨버터를 AC/DC 정류기에 부가하여 전류 연속 모드(CCM)와 전류 불연속 모드(DCM)의 경계에서 동작하는 부스트 정류기를 설계한다. 또한 필터 캐패시터(C$_{i}$)를 부가하여 고역률 운전이 가능하도록 듀티비를 제어한다. 이를 검증하기 위하여 100[W]급 부스트 정류기를 제작하고 실험을 통해 그 결과를 비교 검토한다.

  • 본 논문은 신 발전 방식들 중 하나인 용융탄산염형 연료전지 발전시스템의 국산화연구와 관련하여, 연료전지로부터 생성된 전력을 전력계통에 안정되게 변환, 주입하기 위한 계통연계형 전력변환기를 제작하고 단위기기별 성능 시험을 수행한 결과이다. 250kW급 전력변환기의 구조 설계와 단위기기 설계는 250kW급 용융탄산염형 연료전지 시스템의 정격 사양 및 스택의 운전 형태를 시뮬레이션 하여 진행되었으며, 크게 DC/DC 컨버터부와 DC/AC 인버터부의 회로로 구성된다.

  • Recently, a fuel cell with low voltage and high current of electronic output characteristics is remarkable for new generation system. It needs both a dc-dc boost converter and do-ac inverter to be used in domestic power. Therefore, this paper presents do-dc boost converter with ZVS for fuel cell generation system This topology has several advantages, which are ZVS characteristics of all of main and auxiliary switches, reduction of reactor component size because of high frequency switching, and low rated voltage stress of the switches. In this paper, theoretical analysis, operation principle, and design procedures are presented. And simulation results from Pspice are presented to validate the theoretical analysis.

  • 계통 연계형 태양광 시스템을 구성하고 있는 전력변환 장치인 전력 조절기는 일반적으로 DC-DC 컨버터와 DC-AC 인버터인 Two-Stage로 구성되어 있다. 본 논문에서는 인덕턴스의 값을 변화하면서 태양광 발전용 전력 조절기의 풀 브리지 고주파 스위칭 인버터에 대한 효율을 3KW급 Prototype을 구성하여 이론 분석과 비교하여 검증 하였다.

  • The lighting control power circuits should be designed in stable region according to the environment. A stable circuit is analyzed using ac equivalent circuits. The flyback converter with wide input voltage ranges is suitable for lighting control system. It is designed optimally for stability. The specifications are that the input voltage is 90V-230V, the output power is 12V/2.5A. The stability analysis is established using PSM(Phase Sensitive Multimeter) in experiment. As a result, it is confirmed that the gain margin and the phase margin are in stable area. The validity of the experimental measurement is verified.

  • Single-Phase multi-level AC-DC converter that is composed of diode bridge and switch is proposed. The number of the supply current level is depending on the individual current level of the converter. A converter circuit, the number of the level is equal to $2^{M+1}-1$, where M is the number of Switching Converter. The proposed circuit has converter with 31 current levels. When the number of current level is increased, smoother sinusoidal waveform can be obtained directly and it is possible to control the supply current almost continuously from zero to maximum without generating high voltage step changes as pulse with modulation technology. The technique illustrates its validity and effectiveness through the PSIM.

  • This paper presents a method of improving the power factor and the waveform of A.C line currents and the out waveforms of AC to DC fully bridge converter systems which is achieved by connecting converters in series and parallel. The results of simulation show that the power factor and the source voltage and current waveforms are improved by the method of connecting converter in series, and the controlled input voltage and current waveform using a current limit controller.

  • A PWM forced-commutated converter with DC voltage source is studied in this paper. This PWM-VSC using spacs vector modulation permits to control bi-directional power exchange between the AC mains and the DC source. The principle of the active and reactive power control is presented. In transient operation, the analysis of reactive component current is performed. Finally, the simulation results are also presented and discussed.

  • A novel lossless current sensing technique for a synchronous buck converter is presented. The inductor DCR method is generally used as a low cost and lossless current sensing technique of DC/DC converters. It is however difficult to obtain the accurate current value for the conventional DCR method because the inductor resistance varies depending on the operating frequency. In order to overcome this problem, an improved current sensing technique is proposed, which has the separated DC and AC sensing circuits. The concept and operation of the proposed method are explained and the experimental results are provided to show its effectiveness.
