The purpose of this study was to analyze temperature distribution characteristics using a model swine housing for temperature sensor adjustable positioning and developed a sensor and controller embedded exhaust fans utilizing ICT fusion technology for windowless swine housing. Temperature measured by the sensor attached on the exhaust fan was also determined that there is no problem, the temperature is located in the upper fan given the measured errors shown in the 1℃ temperature difference between the lower temperature than the other positions in the model swine housing. The performance of the exhaust fan at maximum output was found to be 1920rpm, air flow rate 125㎥/min. When the open area ratio of 70% one proper air volume of the exhaust fan was found to be 75㎥/min, 60pa. Maximum efficiency in all of the output of the exhaust fan is exhibited at about 70% open area ratio of the damper. The number of revolution of the exhaust fan was 1920rpm when the output was a maximum of 100%. AC output phase of the pulse duty ratio change of the controller was shown to change without delay. It was determined that the instant fan speed control is possible.
0.2 mo1% La doped BaTiO3 samples were prepared by a wet chemical process (Pechini process) and electrical conductivity were measured from annealing temperatures(800-110$0^{\circ}C$) to room temperature continuously. 2 probe I-V characteristics showed that Pt electrodes were non-ohmic below about 80$0^{\circ}C$ for Ladoped sample. I-V curves showed varistor behavior and breakdown voltages showed PTC-like behavior. AC complex impedance of 0.2 La and 0.05 Mn mo1% doped BaTiO3 samples with three different electrodes (electroless Ni, Pt, Ag electrodes) were measured with temperature variation. Complex impedance plots showed that the samples with electroless Ni electrodes have negligible electrode resistance. Samples with Ag or Pt paste electrodes showed large electrode resistance. PTC effect, which is defined as the ratio of maximum resistance to minimum resistance, was found to be less than 10 for 0.2 mo1% La doped dense sample however greater than 105 with codoping of 0.05 mo1% Mn and 0.2 mol% La.

This paper is to study on the step-up DC-DC converter for power system which yields output characteristics of low voltage and high current, such as fuel cell generation system. DC-AC-DC scheme is suggested for high ratio of voltage conversion. Three phase MOSFET-SPWM inverter is adopted for intermediate AC conversion and inverter output frequency is chosen at 400[Hz] in order to reduce the size of magnetic circuit and DC filter. Since control strategy which combines voltage controller with current controller in parallel is used, good output performance is obtained both in steady state and in transient state like load variation, not only in single unit operation but also in parallel operation.
In this study, a new driving method is suggested to improve the dark room contrast ratio. The principles of the method are that the reset facing discharges occur between scan and address electrodes instead of surface discharge and that the discharge occurs only for the cells that experienced sustain discharge in preceding sub-field after the first sub-field. The dark room contrast ratio is improved more than 7 times compared with the conventional method.
The aim of this work was to study the relationship between subjective symptoms and binocular function during near work in forty one(12-17yr) schoolchildren. CISS symptom survey, amplitude of accommodation, accommodative facility, neagative relative accommodation(NRA)/positive relative accommodation(PRA) near point of convergence(NPC), heterophoria, AC/A ratios were measured. The results of measurement were compared with normal expected value of each test and classified into normal and abnormal group. Accommodative insufficiency was more general than convergence insufficiency and esophoria was greater than exophoria. NRA/PRA showed very high and AC/A ratios were very low compare with normal expected value. The results of CISS was as follows; most frequent symptom was tired, mean score was $16.63{\pm}7.49$, mean number of symptoms were $10.07{\pm}3.04$, and mean number of serious symptoms were $1.98{\pm}2.13$. After classified into 4 groups according to score of symptoms, number of symptoms, and degree of symptoms and then analyze the correlation compare with binocular vision test results. NRA was most correlated with group comparison, accommodative facility was most correlated with score of symptoms, NRA was most correlated with number of symptoms, and near horizontal phorias were most correlated with serious symptoms. NRA showed most correlative relation with near symptoms.
Purpose: The current study was performed to compare the difference in binocular visual function depending on variable background colors at near work. Method: Fifty four adults (18 males, 34 females) who consented to the present study and had no ocular disease, ocular surgery history, strabismus and amblyopia with normal binocular vision were participated into this study. The subjects were asked to read the novels with black letter printed on white, red, green and blue background for 15 min. Then, their heterophoria, AC/A ratio, near point of convergence, accommodation facility, relative accommodation and vergence were measured before and after reading. The difference of measurements were compared. Result: Overall heterophoria was tended to decrease with regardless of background color. AC/A ratio showed a tendency of increase after reading the novels with all backgrounds except white background. Near point of convergence was significantly increased compared to before reading at all background color. Accommodative facility of dominant and non-dominant eyes were also significantly increased after reading however, binocular accommodative facility showed a tendency of decrease. Negative relative accommodation also decreased at all background colors however, the change of positive relative accommodation was not significantly different. In case of vergence, there was significant difference in break point of far BO and recovery point of far BI by the wavelength of background color. Conclusions: From the results, it was known there is convergence change depending on the wavelength of light even though same amount of accommodation and convergence is required when doing near work for certain period. Thus, it can be suggested that the adjustment of the near working environment which perception of various color was required, should be conducted according to the main wavelength.
The aim of this study was to evaluate the variability of the blood.breath ratio (BBR) value and to rationalize the determination of ethanol in breath for evidential sobriety testing. In the experiment forty eight healthy persons, 24 men and 24 women, took part. The experiment included the experimental condition such as sex(2),the type of alcoholic beverage(2; soju, whisky), the type of food(2;kimchi stew, pork belly) and the amount of ethanol consumed(2; 0.35g/kg, 0.70g/kg, based on body weight ) according to 24 factorial design by orthogonal arrays. Breath and blood sample were taken each 8 times and 5 times after the end of drinking. The blood and breath alcohol measurements were highly correlated (r = 0.973). The Results of four way analyses of variance revealed a significant 'the type of food' effect for maximum BrAC (F (1, 43) =5.1, pp<.029), but no significant effect in the type of alcoholic beverage and sex. The overall blood/breath ratio (${\pm}$ SD) was 2295${\pm}$403 and the 95% confidence interval were 1489 and 3101. In spite of these variations, at this time, it seems to be reasonable that apply 2100:1 conversion factor to breathalyzers, because most of the subjects showed the blood.breath ratio of over 2100:1 at least 30 minutes or more passed from the time of drinking as shown in this study.
In this paper, we suggest a new driving waveform for stable address discharge in AC PDP without the reduction of contrast ratio. To analyze the influence of cross-talk between discharge and non-discharge cells and verify that proposed waveform shows a stable address discharge, we measured the address discharge delay time. The proposed waveform shows the reduction of the cross-talk and concurrently the improvement of address voltage margin compared with those of selective reset waveform having one reset period in 1TV-Field..
Purpose: To optimize correction method for SPECT/CT, image quality consisting of resolution and contrast was evaluated using three radioisotopes ($^{99m}Tc$, $^{201}Tl$ and $^{131}I$) and three different correction methods; attenuation correction (AC), scatter correction (SC) and both attenuation and scatter correction (ACSC). Materials and Methods: Images were acquired with a SPECT/CT scanner and a conventional CT protocol with an OESM reconstruction algorithm (2 iterations and 10 subsets). For resolution measurement, fixed radioactivity (2.22 kBq) was infused into a spatial resolution phantom and full width at half maximum (FWHM) was measured using a vendor-provided software. For contrast evaluation, radioactive source with a ratio of 1:8 to background was filled in a Flanged Jaszczak phantom and percent contrast (%) were calculated. All the parameters for image quality were compared with non-correction (NC) method. Results: As compared with NC, image resolution of all three isotopes were significantly improved by AC and ACSC, not by SC. In particular, ACSC showed better resolution than AC alone for $^{99m}Tc$ and $^{201}Tl$. Image contrast of all three radioisotopes in a sphere with the largest diameter were enhanced by all correction methods. ACSC showed the highest contrast in all three radioisotopes, which was the most accurate in $^{99m}Tc$ (85.9%). Conclusion: Image quality of SPECT/CT was improved in all the radioisotopes by CT-based attenuation correction methods, except SC alone. SC failed to improve resolution in any radioisotopes, but it was effective in contrast enhancement. ACSC would be the best correction method as it improved resolution in radioisotopes with low energy levels and contrast in radioisotope with low energy levels. However, in radioisotope with high energy level, AC would be better than ACSC for resolution improvement.

Both ratio error and phase angle error in voltage transformer(VT) depend on values of VT burden used. Thus, precise measurement of burden is very important for the evaluation of VT. A method of evaluation for VT burden has been developed by employing the portable decade resistor, with AC-DC resistance difference less than 10-3. The burden value(value and power factor) can be obtained by conductance and susceptance, obtained by measuring the change of ratio error and phase angle error caused by the resistance change of decade resistor. The burden value and power factor obtained by the method are consistent with those obtained using power analyzer within corresponding uncertainties.
