교육과정 연계 고등학교 일반교실 공간계획 연구 -수준별 교육과정운영을 중심으로- (A Study on the Spatial Planning of General Classrooms complies with the contents of the 7th curriculum in High School -Basing on the contents of the level based education-)

  • A classroom is very crucial space for teaching and learning in school facility. In planning of these spaces, it is analyzed by investigating the present status and surveying the phenomena that students who are users psychologically feel about a classroom, the degree of a classroom's complying with the administration of the 7th curriculum, the contents of curriculum to sincerely approach the primary purpose of education and the results as below were obtained by integrating established cases of study. 1) The classroom of a course that is for exclusive use for administration of curriculum by the level and a class-based classroom is necessary for the administration of the 7th curriculum in the type of a classroom. 2) The scope of learning group for a class by the level is as below as a result of consideration of psychologically stable range of teachers and students who are faithful to curriculum. 3) The scale of classroom that is efficient in administration of curriculum and is psychologically stable is as below. As the result of this study, the capacity of a classroom in high school from now should be designed below 25 students for teachers to be faithful to the administration of curriculum and the classroom should be recognized as being not only for learning but also the space that students live in and in the space plan of a classroom from now, the psychological and mental satisfaction of teachers and students as well as physical satisfaction such as the scale of facility and the array of desks should be considered and the study in support of this is judged to be continued.

겨드랑이 다한증 환자에서 흉부교감신경의 차단부위(T3-4와 T4)에 따른 임상결과 (Clinical Results Following T3, 4 vs T3 Thoracoscopic Sympathicotomy in 30 Axillary Hyperhidrosis Patients)

  • 배경: 비디오흉강경에 의한 흉부 교감신경차단술은 겨드랑이다한증을 치료하는데 최소침습 치료방법의 하나이다. 여러 다른 수기들이 겨드랑이다한증을 치료하는데 이용되고 있으나 효과가 일시적이고 고비용인 단점이 있다. 본 연구는 겨드랑이다한증 치료에 있어서 2개 부위의 흉부교감신경차단수술(T3-4대 T4)후 조기와 만기 결과를 비교하였다. 대상 및 방법: 2002년 6월부터 2007년 5월까지 원광대학교병원 흉부외과에서 겨드랑이다한증환자 30명에서 2개 부위(T3-4대 T4)의 흉부 교감신경차단 수술 후 후향적으로 조사를 하였다. 모든 환자에서 수술은 단일기도관을 이용한 전신마취하에서 양측으로 동시에 2개의 2 mm 투관침과 2 mm 흉강경을 이용하여 시행하였다. T3-4군은 2002년 6월부터 2004년 6월까지 15명으로 T3-4 교감신경차단수술을 늑골 3, 4번 늑골 상에서 시행하였고, T4군은 15명으로 4번 늑골 상에서 4번 흉부 교감신경차단수술을 시행하였다. 양군의 치료의 만족도, 보상성 다한증의 빈도와 정도, 그리고 술 후의 합병증을 조사하였고, 또한 T.I.P.I에 의한 술 전 후의 체열변화를 조사하였다. 만기의 결과는 환자와의 전화면담으로 시행하였다. 결과: 평균 추적기간은 T3-4군은 $38.7{\pm}6.5$개월, T3군은 $18.7{\pm}3.6$개월이었다. 수술 직후의 만족도는 양군에서 100%이었으나 만기의 만족도는 보상성다한증의 정도에 의해서 T3-4군은 53.3%,74군은 93.3%를 보였다. 보상성다한증은 불편한 정도 이상이 T3-4군은 46.7%를 보였으나 T4군은 6.7%를 보여 만기의 만족도는 보상성다한증의 정도와 일치하였다. 또한 T.I.P.I에 의한 체열검사에서는 양군 모두 의의 있는 체열상승을 보여주었다. 술 후의 합병증으로는 경도의 공기가슴증과 늑간신경통을 보였으나 모두 다 문제없이 해결되었다. 결론: 양 수술의 수기는 겨드랑이다한증을 치료하는 데 효과적이었다. T4교감신경차단수술이 보다 높은 만족도를 보였고 보상성다한증의 정도와 빈도는 낮았다.

시뮬레이션활용 경영 교육의 품질요인과 성과에 대한 학습유형의 조절효과 (Moderating Effect of Learning styles on the relationship of quality and satisfaction in the context of Business Simulation Game)

  • 이 연구는 경영시뮬레이션 도구를 활용한 교육이 학습자 만족도에 미치는 영향과, 품질요인과 만족도 간의 관계에 있어서 학습유형의 조절효과에 대해 실증적으로 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구를 위해 경영시뮬레이션 활용 교육에 참여한 학생을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 신뢰분석, 요인분석, 분산분석, 회귀분석등 데이터분석을 실시하였다. 실증분석 결과 경영시뮬레이션도구 활용 교육의 품질요인은 컨텐츠, 교육환경, 학생 간의 상호작용, 교강사의 지원기능 요인으로 나뉘었고, 학습유형은 적극적-소극적, 자기주도적-환경의존적 유형으로 분류되었다. 시뮬레이션 활용 교육의 각 품질요소는 학습자 만족도에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤으며, 적극적, 환경의존적 학습유형을 가진 그룹이 통계적 유의성 밖에서 만족도 수준이 높았다. 학습유형은 경영시뮬레이션 교육의 품질요소와 만족도 간의 관계에 조절효과를 보였으며, 학습유형에 따라 조절하는 정도가 달랐다. 특히 학습자 간 상호작용은 만족도를 증가시키는 주요 요인이 된 반면, 교강사의 적극적 지원은 오히려 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 학습유형에 따른 차별화된 교수전략이 요구되는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 교육 서비스 관점에서 경영시뮬레이션 교육의 품질요소와 만족도 간의 관계에서 학습유형이 미치는 조절효과에 대해서 학술적인 성과를 추가하였고, 경영시뮬레이션 도구 개발자 및 공급자, 이를 활용하는 교수자, 학습자, 교육기관에게도 유용한 시사점을 제공한다.

인터넷과 모바일 금연교육프로그램의 효과 비교분석 (Evaluation of an Internet and a Mobile-Based Smoking Cessation Program)

  • The potential contribution of the internet and mobile phone to smoking cessation seems huge, given that a majority of Koreans now use internet and have mobile phones. The Korean Ministry of Health and Welfare developed and has been offering an internet-based smoking cessation program from the January, 2002 and a mobile-based program from the April, 2004. Despite the anticipated effectiveness of internet and mobile-based smoking cessation programs, there is little empirical evidence regarding the efficacy of both types of programs. Therefore, this study intended to evaluate the effectiveness of an internet and a mobile-based smoking cessation program and to provide the basic database for the development of effective smoking cessation strategies for the health promotion for the whole nation. Cessation and satisfaction data were obtained from the 434 participants in both programs. The data were analysed for the comparison of quit-smoking rate and the degree of satisfaction between an internet smoking cessation program and a mobile smoking cessation program. The main results of this study were as follows: 1. For the internet program participants, there were statistically significant differences in cessation rate by gender(P<0.05) and age(P<0.01). In contrast, none of general characteristics provided statistically significant differences in cessation rate for the mobile program participants. 2. For the internet program participants, smoking related characteristics(average smoking amount and the reasons for smoking) didn't have an effect on smoking cessation. But, for mobile program participants, there was a statistically significant difference in cessation rate by the reasons for smoking(P<0.05). 3. The cessation rate was 31.9%(abstinence for the previous 30 days) for internet program participants and 17.8% for mobile program participants.

과체중 및 비만 직장인 대상 모바일 건강관리 프로그램의 참여도에 따른 과정 평가: 12주 중재연구 (Process evaluation of a mobile healthcare program among employees with overweight and obesity: a 12-week intervention study investigating the role of engagement)

  • Objectives: A mobile health intervention program was provided for employees with overweight and obesity for 12 weeks, and a process evaluation was completed at the end of the program. We investigated participant engagement based on app usage data, and whether engagement was associated with the degree of satisfaction with the program. Methods: The program involved the use of a dietary coaching app and a wearable device for monitoring physical activity and body composition. A total of 235 employees participated in the program. App usage data were collected from a mobile platform, and a questionnaire survey on process evaluation and needs assessment was conducted during the post-test. Results: The engagement level of the participants decreased over time. Participants in their 40s, high school graduates or lower education, and manufacturing workers showed higher engagement than other age groups, college graduates, and office workers, respectively. The overall satisfaction score was 3.6 out of 5. When participants were categorized into three groups according to their engagement level, the upper group was more satisfied than the lower group. A total of 71.5% of participants answered that they wanted to rejoin or recommend the program, and 71.9% answered that the program was helpful in improving their dietary habits. The most helpful components in the program were diet records and a 1:1 chat with the dietary coach from the dietary coaching app. The barriers to improving dietary habits included company dinners, special occasions, lack of time, and eating out. The workplace dietary management programs were recognized as necessary with a need score of 3.9 out of 5. Conclusions: Participants were generally satisfied with the mobile health intervention program, particularly highly engaged participants. Feedback from a dietary coach was an important factor in increasing satisfaction.

공공디자인의 지역적 차별성을 위한 디자인 요소 및 영향인자 연구 (A Study on the Design Elements and Impact Factor for Regional Differentiation of Public Design)

  • The purpose of this study is to deduct influence factors by analyzing preferences for public design that can increase user satisfaction through differentiated identity of regions. The study methods are as follows. First, consider a concept and semantic change of public design through the relevant literatures and precedent studies and then understand application status of domestic and overseas public design. Second, extract design elements for regional differentiation through precedent studies and reclassify regional resources that have an effect. Third, understand the necessity level of public design for regional differentiation by targeting experts and research the extracted design element and the degree of reflection about regionality. Lastly, understand a correlation between design elements and influence factors about territorial regionality of public design based on the researched contents, and analyze the degree of reflection between each other. As a result of this study, a plan that used 'material' and 'color' had high preference on the aspect of design elements and this is an important element that can show regional differentiation of regions. public design of showing regional differentiation. Thus, it is considered that various methods of using 'material' and 'color' must be planned. 'Public space' among design territories was most effective, and the following was 'public facility'. In particular, 'public space' has high preference of using 'natural resources' and 'industrial resources', and therefore an effect of a plan that uses these is judged to be positive. This study can use these results as basic data that suggested the standard for utilization of regional factors for regional differentiation of public design.

임상실습에 대한 간호사와 간호학생의 교수효율성 인지정도 (The Perception Degree of Teaching Effectiveness of Nurses and Nursing Students on Clinical Nursing Practicum)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to use as a preliminary data to improve the quality of clinical nursing education by comparing the perception of teaching effectiveness in nurses and nursing students. Method: The participants were 165 nurses and 289 nursing students. Data was collected from June 2 to 16, 2008. The research instruments used an effective clinical instructors which was developed by Reeve(1994). Result: The perception of teaching effectiveness in nurses and nursing students were 3.45 and 3.19 respectively and it showed that nurses' perception of teaching effectiveness are higher than that of nursing students. Nurses had strong points in the factors of "interpersonal relationship/ communication", "availability as a supporter", "teaching method and evaluation".In additions, the teaching effectiveness had significant differences to age, years of work, position, educational background and job satisfaction in nurses, otherwise, sex, differences of educational level, satisfaction of clinical practicum and major in students. Conclusion: It is needed a further study as below: to develop an education system which is to improve an interpersonal relationship and to upgrade the quality of educator; to develop a teaching method program of clinical nursing education to improve teaching effectiveness.

호텔 조리부 베이커리 조리사의 이직요인에 관한 연구 (Turnover Factors among Bakery Employees at Tourist Hotels)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the causes of bakery employees quitting their jobs at hotels in order to make more efficient use of human resources by increasing personnel management efficiency and reducing the turnover rate, The subjects in this study were employees working for bakeries at top-ranked hotels, and the responses from 266 respondents were selected for analysis. The survey was conducted from July 1 through 20, 2003. Frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, t-test, ANOVA and regression analysis were performed for data handling. The major findings of this study were as follows: First, concerning salaries, their turnover intention was influenced by whether they were properly paid or gained a sufficient living. Second, as for environmental factors, their turnover intention was affected by performance appraisal and interpersonal trust with colleagues. Third, regarding job-related factors, their turnover intention was impacted by the clarity of their job definition, their degree of job satisfaction and the suitability of their posts. Fourth, the change of job was influenced by the desire for a job in another region, in another company and of another kind. To successfully manage employee turnover at hotel bakeries, employees should be properly paid, and different performance appraisal standards, including a multilateral evaluation system, should be applied according to the nature of the department. furthermore, there should be a clear distinction between sales and other works, and they should be carefully treated to increase job satisfaction.

청소년들의 학교생활적응과 스트레스 대처 방식 간의 관계 (Relationship between Adjustment to School Life and Stress Coping Style in Adolescents)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between school adjustment and stress-coping styles among adolescents. Methods: This is a descriptive correlation survey using a convenience sample of 701 middle school students in Seoul, Gyeonggi, Incheon, Jeonbuk, and Gangwon province, Korea. The study's questionnaire included a scale of school adjustment and a scale of stress-coping style. The data analysis, using the SPSS 19.0 program, involved frequency, the mean and standard deviation, the t-test, ANOVA, the scheffe test, and the Pearson correlation coefficient. Results: Positive correlations were identified between positive stress-coping styles and the adjustment to school life of adolescents. The degree of school adjustment varied significantly according to the region, grade, attending private educational institutes after school or not, academic performance, daily study hours after school, and the hours students spend on gaming and Internet use a day. With regard to the behaviors to cope with stress, teenagers with a higher sense of life-satisfaction tended to show active coping behaviors, and female students were more likely to show positive or negative coping behaviors than mystic coping behaviors. Since adolescents' stress-coping styles showed connection with their adjustment to school, it is necessary to develop stress management programs to help middle school students adjust to school life. Conclusion: Based on the study's findings, it is important to develop programs which can help students adjust to school and learn how to cope with stress positively.

컴퓨터(VDT : Visual Display Terminal) 노동의 지각반응과 인간화에 관한 연구 -(주)H통신 직원을 대상으로- (A Study on the Perceived Reaction & Humanization of VDT(Visual Display Terminal) Labor)

  • These days the use of personal computer has become generalized at factory, office, house, etc and this fact indicates that visual display terminal work became popular in every field of our society. The use of computer improves work efficiency, productivity & qualify but in addition, it also generated the physical and mental diseases or defects so called VDT syndrome to workers. The purpose of this paper is to analyse the computer-work-related anti-physical, anti-psychogenic symptoms & side effects through the data drawn from workers who use computers on their works, and to find out methods of improvement & humanization of computer works. The follows are the results of questions about personal sensibility of VDT syndrome. 1. Female workers are more sensitive to the side effects of computer labor than males. 2. Workers aged twenties feel more severe symptoms of VDT syndrome than thirties or fourties, but there are no level of significance. 3. Middle managements workers are the most sensitive group to VDT syndrome, on the other hand tow managements are less sensitive than operators. 4. The result of questions indicates that a phone conductress show more severe VDT syndrome symptoms than business affairs or an engineer workers, with level of significance. 5. The longer computer work engagement period, the more evident VDT syndrome symptoms appear. For instance, workers who have more than 2 year engagement period complain more severe symptoms, compared workers who have less than 2 year engagement period. 6. Long computer working time per day also increases VDT syndrome severity specially people who have more than 2 hours in working time in a day have much less severe symptoms, compared people whose daily working time exceeds 2 hours. 7. Specific body part which shows VDT syndrome symptoms is shoulder, wrist, neck, finger, eye, waist, arm in the order of severity. 8. Sensibility of VDT syndrome symptoms have effect on degree of vocational satisfaction.
