It is no simple matter to measure and manage the quality of Software which is invisible. However the importance cannot be ignored as the software development project is getting bigger and complex. This study analyses and compares the methods of software quality improvement. Further it formulates rules for Code Inspection and verifies the efficiency and the effectiveness by applying to practical project. The study get the following results. First, the study organizes theoretical content about the methods of Software review. Second, the study formulates rules for Code inspection and demonstrates the result through the case study. Third, the study performs the quantitative dater management through code inspection.

본 연구에서는 반도체 제조의 Diffusion 공정설비의 FFU (Fan Filter Unit) 진동에 의해 발생한 wafer 불량 현상을 규명 및 개선하였다. EFEM(Equipment Front End Module)의 Loading 부에 장착된 FOUP(Front Opening Unified Pod)에 들어 있는 Wafer 들이 설비 EFEM 하부로 떨어져 깨지거나 FOUP 내에서 겹침 현상이 발생하는 것을 확인하였다. 이에 생산현장의 모든 Diffusion 공정 설비를 조사하였으며, 그 결과 A 사(社)의 특정 설비에서만 발생되는 현상임을 확인하였다. 해당 A사(社)설비군에서만 월 평균 10 건의 Slot Mapping Error 가 발생하였으며, 이로 인해 Wafer가 재 제조된 매수가 월 평균 53 매로 확인되었다. 따라서 본 연구는 A 사(社)설비에서 발생하는 Mapping Error 의 원인 규명 및 개선을 위해 추진되었다. 총 12 개의 항목을 불량 발생 원인 후보 군으로 선정 후 예비 진단한 결과 FFU(Fan Filter Unit)에 의한 문제 발생 가능성이 가장 높을 것으로 추정되었다. 이에 따라 4 개의 서로 다른 물리적 환경/조건에서 진동을 측정하였으며, 최종 평가 결과 Motor 와 Blade 의 불균형에서 기인한 진동이 설비의 loader 부에 직접적으로 영향을 주는 것을 확인하였다. 진동 문제를 해결하기 위해 고 RPM blade 에서 저 RPM 및 유량 감소를 보완할 수 있는 신규모델로 교체하였다. 신규 Module(blade/motor) 장착 후 Load port 에서의 진동 측정 결과 개선 전 대비 91% 감소하였으며, 결과적으로 Slot mapping error 발생 건수가 50% 이상 감소되는 효과와 Wafer 재 제조 매수도 월 평균 약 43% 감소하는 효과를 얻을 수 있었다.

Recently, online grocery shopping has been increasing with the development of internet, mobile, and IT technology due to the proportion of consumers changes like increasing single households and double-income couples. Therefore, online sales from distributors with offline stores have also increased, and the offline retailers are facing their limits in dealing with store-based online channel they have carried out. Domestic offline retailers benchmarked overseas advanced retailers to solve this problem by reviewing about developing the online-only distribution center. However, much investment is needed in order to operate the distribution center with the new concept from abroad. In this study, we have reviewed the current online grocery market trend and the theory related to developing distribution system of the online mall. For offline retailers, we have reviewed the case which developed the distribution center applied to the nation's first online-only distribution center. The purpose of this study is reducing trial and error for local retailers in developing online-only distribution centers and suggesting ways to improve investment effect.

본 연구에서 광촉매 $TiO_2$/P-25를 알루미늄 금속판에 코팅하여 코팅 조건에 따른 IPA 분해 활성을 고찰한 결과, 무기계 바인더인 KR-400, 유$\cdot$무기복합 바인더인 TMOS, 유기계 바인더인 A-9540을 사용하여 코팅한 알루미늄 금속판의 표면상은 모두 깨끗하였다. 부착력은 무기계 바인더를 제외한 바인더에서 우수한 것으로 나왔다. 또한 IPA 분해 효율은 무기계 바인더 < 유$\cdot$무기 복합 바인더 < 유기계 바인더 순으로 나타났다. 유$\cdot$무기복합 바인더와 P-25의 비율을 10: 10, 8.3: 10, 6.6: 10, 5: 10, 3.3: 10, 1.6: 10으로 바꾸어 광분해 실험을 수행한 결과, 1.6:10일 때 IPA 분해 효율이 가장 우수하였다. 상용화된 타사(A사, B사) 제품과의 성능 비교 결과, 본 연구에서 사용한 바인더(A-9540): P-25의 비율을 1: 6으로 배합하여 코팅 한 알루미늄 판의 IPA분해 효율이 가장 우수하였다.

Logistics is one of the most important factors to manage a stream of materials in economic environment. Establishing effective logistics system needs to consider some constraints which are fluctuation of materials volume, a long distance between makers and consumers, one way logistics and small quantity batch production. It is estimated that Unit Load System should be a powerful method to cope with those problems. It helps to realize the key issues which are Standardization and Logistics Pool System The Material Unification of Logistics System is able to participate in all kinds of industries including manufacturing, distribution and logistics. This system has some merits which are a long distance transportation cost down, product recovery, and treatment in the unbalance of demand and supply caused by unstable materials volume. Four strategies of Material Logistics Model are Packing Rationalization, Logistics Pool System, JIT System application and establishing effective infrastructure. The Material Unification Of Logistics System based on Unit Load System achieves efficiency of logistics and largely decreases moving cost.

In today's competitive business environment it is a necessary condition for a company to produce high-quality product for its survival and growth. That is the case in the auto-part industry as well where the international standards, ISO/TS 16949 certification, are required by customers to adopt mandatory. This study presents a successful implementation of quality management system(QMS) in a major auto-part manufacturer in Korea, utilizing SAP's QM(qualaity management) module and a mobile office system. The QMS brought the company "A" a variety of benefits such as real-time availability of product-inspection data, speedy decision-making, reduction in time required for defect-handling, ease of vertical integration of business partners in supply chain, and ease of business process standardization between headquarters and overseas subsidiaries. It is expected that the findings of this study can be used as a useful guideline for companies to consider implementing ERP-based quality management systems successfully.

Unlike the traditional belief that knowledge flows along the formal reporting procedures, recent social network research has reported the importance of informal social networks which may play a critical role as the real knowledge conduits. In fact, as a complementary approach of utilizing knowledge management systems (KMSs), many firms have focused on managing informal knowledge flow through which to acquire and transfer valuable knowledge in a fast and effective way. In a case of global companies that have newly developed foreign branches or subsidiaries, due to cultural or institutional differences and lack of understanding of knowledge management and its benefits, they often have difficulties in activating knowledge sharing in local branches. In these situations, diagnosing organizational knowledge flow through SNA can be a first step to solve the problems. Therefore, in this paper, I report on the result of case study on a foreign branch of "A" global company by identifying organizational knowledge paths. Based on the results of the diagnosis, some implications and insights for building knowledge management (KM) strategy specified for a newly developed foreign branch will also be discussed.

In this study, the improvement of the IP system, which is the core infrastructure of the MRO project, and its effect were analyzed. Systematic problems and problems that are not competitive in the actual operating environment were systematically derived, and based on this, the most suitable method for target system development was found and improved. And the data of the improved system was analyzed and the effect was verified through empirical analysis of the system improvement effect through the user questionnaire. As a result of the study, the item with the highest improvement effect was convenience, which increased by 12.43 points. Then it increased by 10.25 points in terms of features. In particular, you will notice a significant improvement in speed by 30-50%. This is because the empirical analysis results are more objective and realistic than other conceptual models. Also, from the practical point of view, based on the results of the empirical analysis, corporate management can more effectively promote the intellectual property system, which is expected to contribute to the enhancement of corporate competitiveness.

In this paper, a folded helical monopole antenna for TDMB receiving and a trapezoidal fractal microstrip patch antenna for GPS were designed and fabricated for the vehicle shark antenna. To minimize null which is generating toward antenna axis direction and to receive both vertical polarization and horizontal polarization for TDMB antenna, we fold 90 degree helical monopole element. GPS antenna to get wide bandwidth and gain improvement was designed an air substrate trapezoidal microstrip patch antenna. Fabricated TDMB and GPS antenna were measured for S11 and radiation pattern, and compared with a commercialized antenna. TDMB antenna shows 3 dB higher antenna gain and receiving signal strength than the commercial one. GPS antenna shows the gain of 4.31 dBi at the resonant frequency, which is $3{\sim}5\;dB$ higher gain over whole operating band and 135MHz wide bandwidth at 2:1 VSWR than the conventional ceramic antenna.

This paper is empirically to examine the effects of project manager's competencies (intellectual, managerial, and emotional competencies) on the performance for planning and outcome of NPD (new product development) project in project matrix organization. To achieve this purpose, we employ a field survey of project managers in project matrix organization and PLS (partial least square) structural equation modelling to test hypotheses of our research model. The results show that intellectual competency positively affect both of performances for planning and for outcome, whereas managerial and emotional competencies have not significant effect on them. Our attempt is to provide theoretical implications to current studies related to project management and helps for practitioners to develop a program for selecting and training capable and promising project managers.
