Das Ziel dieses Aufsatzes liegt darin, $da\ss$ wir eine Unterlage $f\"{u}r$ die Erarbeitung des kunftigen vergleichenden deutsch-koreanischen Verbvalenzlexikons bereitstellen, indem wir zweisprachige Valenz-lexika vergleichen, bei denen die Muttersprache der Lemenden als Ausgangssprache und die deutsche Sparche als Zielsprache fungieren, und ein neues Valenzmodell mit dem Verb 'kaufen 팔다' aufzeigen. Als Ergebnis dieser Arbeit $k\"{o}nnen$ wir feststellen, $da\ss$ die Entwicklung der kontrastiven Valenzlexikographie vom register-ahnlichen Lexikon hin zum benutzerfreundlichen $W\"{o}rterbuch$ $verl\"{a}uft$. Und ferner ist die Tendenz ansteigend, zweisprachige Versionen aus den einsprachigen $W\"{o}rterb\"{u}chern$ des Deutschen zu entwickeln, denn die kontrastiven $W\"{o}rterb\"{u}cher$ kommen den praktischen $Bed\"{u}rfnissen$ des Fremdsprachenunterrichts $f\"{u}r\;Anf\"{a}nger$ mehr entgegen als die einsprachigen. Die Valenzlexika sollten $prim\"{a}r$ dem Deutsch Lernenden helfen, seinen Wortschatz zu erweitern und korrekte $S\"{a}tze$ zu bilden, sollten jedoch nicht unmittelbares Selbststudienmaterial, sondern Nachschlagewerke sein. Die neuere Entwicklung in der Valenzlexikographie $f\"{u}hrt$ hin zum didaktisch orientierten $W\"{o}rterbuch$, in dem die $Valenzeintr\"{a}ge$ neben anderen syntaktischen und semantischen Informationen stehen. $F\"{u}r$ Studenten im Grundstudium sind $W\"{o}rterb\"{u}cher$ in der Fremdsprache zu schwierig. Bei der zweisprachigen Version erleichtern die $Valenzeintr\"{a}ge$ In der Muttersprache den Studierenden den Umgang mit dem $Lernw\"{o}rterbuch$. In Zukunft $k\"{o}nnen\;Valenzw\"{o}rterb\"{u}cher$ als wichtige Hilfsmittel im Fremd­sprachenunterricht noch an Bedeutung gewinnen. Ein $Valenzw\"{o}rterbuch$ ist vor allem ein $Produktionsw\"{o}rterbuch,\;denn\;es\;enth\"{a}lt$ syntaktisch-semantische Informationen und $Beispiels\"{a}tze$, die bei der Produktion korrekter Strukturen helfen. Das $Valenzw\"{o}rterbuch$ soll ein Nachschlagewerk, ein $Lernw\"{o}rter-buch$ zur weiteren Erforschung der syntaktish-semantischen Eigenschaften der deutschen Verben sein. Diese Untersuchung $\"{u}ber$ zweisprachige Verbvalenzlexika $k\"{o}nnte\;zur\;k\"{u}nfigen$ Erarbeitung des deutsch-koreanischen kontrastiven Verbvalenzlexikons beitragen.

Two phase boundary layer equations of laminar filmwise condensation are solved by an approximate integral method under the following condition; saturated vapour flows vertically downward over a cooled surface of uniform temperature, the condensate film is so thin that the inertia and convection terms are neglected. The following conclusions are drawn under the above assumptions. 1. free convection In case of the linear temperature profile in a liquid film, numerical results for the average coefficients of heat transfer may be expressed as N $u_{m}$=4/3,(G $r_{l}$ /4.H)$^{1}$4/ and in case of the quadratic profile, numerical results may be expressed as N $u_{m}$=2/1.682,(G $r_{l}$ /H)$^{1}$4/. 2. Forced convection When the temperature profile is assumed to be linear in a liquid film, numerical results fir the average heat transfer coefficients may be expressed as N $u_{m}$=(A, R $e_{l}$ /H)$^{1}$2/. This expression is compared with the experimental results hitherto reported; For theoretical Nusselt number (N $u_{m}$)$_{th}$<2*10$^{4}$, the experimental Nusselt number (N $u_{m}$)$_{exp}$ is on the average larger than theoretical Nusselt number (N $u_{m}$)$_{th}$ by 30%. For (N $u_{m}$)$_{th}$>2*10$^{4}$, experimental Nusselt number (N $u_{m}$)$_{exp}$ is about 1.6 times as large as theoretical Nusselt number (N $u_{m}$)$_{th}$. These large deviation may be caused by the presence of turbulence in the liquid film. In case of the quadratic temperature profile in a liquid film, numerical results for the average coefficients of heat transfer may be expressed as N $u_{m}$'=(2,A,Re/H)$^{1}$2/. This formular shows that theoretical Nusselt number (N $u_{m}$)$_{th}$ is larger than experimental Nusselt number (N $u_{m}$)$_{exp}$ by 60%. It is speculated that when the temperature difference between cooled surface and saturated vapour is small, temperature profile in a liquid film is quadratic.quadratic.. quadratic.quadratic..atic..

Hand posture recognition is an important technique to enable a natural and familiar interface in the human-computer interaction (HCI) field. This paper introduces a hand posture recognition method using a depth camera. Moreover, the hand posture recognition method is incorporated with the Moving Picture Experts Group Rich Media User Interface (MPEG-U) Advanced User Interaction (AUI) Interface (MPEG-U part 2), which can provide a natural interface on a variety of devices. The proposed method initially detects positions and lengths of all fingers opened, and then recognizes the hand posture from the pose of one or two hands, as well as the number of fingers folded when a user presents a gesture representing a pattern in the AUI data format specified in MPEG-U part 2. The AUI interface represents a user's hand posture in the compliant MPEG-U schema structure. Experimental results demonstrate the performance of the hand posture recognition system and verified that the AUI interface is compatible with the MPEG-U standard.

A colored space is a pair (X, r) of a set X and a function r whose domain is $\(^X_2\)$. Let (X, r) be a finite colored space and $Y,\;Z{\subseteq}X$. We shall write $Y{\simeq}_rZ$ if there exists a bijection $f:Y{\rightarrow}Z$ such that r(U) = r(f(U)) for each $U{\in}\({^Y_2}\)$ where $f(U)=\{f(u){\mid}u{\in}U\}$. We denote the numbers of equivalence classes with respect to ${\simeq}_r$ contained in $\(^X_i\)$ by $a_i(r)$. In this paper we prove that $a_2(r){\leq}a_3(r)$ when $5{\leq}{\mid}X{\mid}$, and show what happens when equality holds.

This study is for the effective training strategy of human resources for the u-City construction to support the u-City human resource development plan of the Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs (MLTM). One of the biggest problems concerning u-City is the shortage of advanced human resources for the u-City constructions. The characteristic of u-City makes u-City related human resources had knowledge of various fields including IT, GIS, construction engineering, urban planning and so on. But, there are only a few programs to train u-City related human resources. Therefore, this research established the objective of the training strategy for u-City human resource development as "the training strategy of human resources for the successful u-City constructions". To achieve this objective, four different core strategies are established like followings: (1) demander-oriented education, (2) regional balanced education, (3) integration education of u-City related subjects, (4) u-City related education infrastructure development. These 4 different core strategies can be achieved from 5 sub projects like followings: (1) demand estimation of u-City human resources, (2) u-City education from selected regional core universities, (3) u-City education from u-City human resource education centers, (4) online education and (5) construction of education infrastructures. These 5 interrelated sub projects can be preconditions of the successful human resource strategy development.

Glioblastoma is the most frequent and most aggressive brain tumor in adults. Solute carrier family 8 member 2 (SLC8A2) is only expressed in normal brain, but not present in other human normal tissues or in gliomas. Therefore, we hypothesized that SLC8A2 might be a glioma tumor suppressor gene and detected the role of SLC8A2 in glioblastoma and explored the underlying molecular mechanism. The glioblastoma U87MG cells stably transfected with the lentivirus plasmid containg SLC8A2 (U87MG-SLC8A2) and negative control (U87MG-NC) were constructed. In the present study, we found that the tumorigenicity of U87MG in nude mice was totally inhibited by SLC8A2. Overexpression of SLC8A2 had no effect on cell proliferation or cell cycle, but impaired the invasion and migration of U87MG cells, most likely through inactivating the extracellular signal-related kinases (ERK)1/2 signaling pathway, inhibiting the nuclear translocation and DNA binding activity of nuclear factor kappa B ($NF-{\kappa}B$), reducing the level of matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) and urokinase-type plasminogen activator (uPA)-its receptor (uPAR) system (ERK1/2-$NF-{\kappa}B$-MMPs/uPA-uPAR), and altering the protein levels of epithelial to mesenchymal transitions (EMT)-associated proteins E-cardherin, vimentin and Snail. In addition, SLC8A2 inhibited the angiogenesis of U87MG cells, probably through combined inhibition of endothelium-dependent and endothelium-nondependent angiogenesis (vascular mimicry pattern). Totally, SLC8A2 serves as a tumor suppressor gene and inhibits invasion, angiogenesis and growth of glioblastoma.

Human Ly-6/uPAR molecules are a superfamily composed of two subfamilies; one is the membrane bound proteins with a GPI-anchor and the other are secreted proteins without the GPI-anchor. Ly-6/uPAR molecules have remarkable amino acid homology through a distinctive 8-10 cysteine-rich domain that is associated predominantly with O-linked glycans. These molecules are encoded by multiple tightly linked genes located on Chr. 8q23, and have a conserved genomic organization. Ly-6/uPAR molecules have an interesting expression pattern during hematopoiesis and on specific tumors indicating that Ly-6/uPAR molecules are associated with development of the immune system and carcinogenesis. Thus, Ly-6/uPAR molecules are useful antigens for diagnostic and therapeutic targets. This review summarizes our understanding of human Ly-6/uPAR molecules with regard to molecular structure as well as what is known about their function in normal and malignant tissues and suggest Ly-6/uPAR molecules as target antigens for cancer immunotherapy.

Seals are usually made from elastomer, a kind of rubber, and it has the non-linearity and hyper-elasticity. U-type seals are used to prevent the leakage of internal fluid sealed in hydraulic actuator because they have more excellent performance than O-rings or rectangular seals. As a core part of hydraulic actuator, U-type seal gives much effect on performance and reliability of actuator. This study considers an NBR U-type seal under high pressure of a hydraulic actuator, and provides its deformation, stress-strain characteristic and contact force using the non-linear finite element analysis. Analysis results are compared with the experimental ones performed by the self-developed testing equipment. Verification result shows that this study presents a good application process for the effective design of U-type seals under high operation pressure.

In this talk we explain U-loop emergence, in which U-shaped field lines emerge into the solar surface against gravitational force. In principle, they hardly emerge because mass tends to accumulate at the bottom of U-loops, thereby decreasing buoyancy. A key is found to be the shape of U-loops, that is, if U-loops have a shallow dip whose depth is of the order of the photospheric gravitational scale height, then a diverging flow is generated via a siphon-like mechanism by which the mass accumulated at the dip of the loops is drained out to enhance buoyancy. This successfully makes U-part of the loops emerge against gravity. We also discuss the relation between U-loop emergence and the so-called flux cancellation observed on the Sun in which opposite polarity regions apparently approach together and disappear.
