This study aims at analyzing the research trend in Electricity, Electronics, and Communication Subject since 1973, which is the beginning year in research in Electricity, Electronics, and Communication Subjects, up to the present year of 2010. We also try to provide explicit directions and suggestions for future researches. A total of 98 studies, including master's and doctoral theses, were collected through RISS(Research Information Sharing Service), KISS(Koreanstudies Information Service System), and DBPIA(special database for domestic research information). Three researchers reviewed them using analytic method. The results were as follows. Of the researches analyzed, 2 studies(2.04%) were in 1970's. The researches in Electricity, Electronics, and Communication Subjects were not actively performed until 1996. Since then, 92.86% of total studies have been done so far and the number of research activities in these subjects are shown to be continuously growing. 50 studies were related with Curriculum and instruction area. Design/Development of Instruction Material area was the most popular topic, and Education Assessment area the least. Research design was mainly descriptive, and studies in academic journals were more than the dissertations. Research mostly focused on the students and the teachers as subjects. University was the main research agency where studies were carried out.

An important factor in education is ensuring reliable quality of education. There are a variety of ways based on criteria to ensure the quality of education. To ensure quality management, attendance is important which is highly reliable rating at the account education of Ministry of Employment and Labor and sevice training of Health Care. In contrast, the service training of health care professionals was consisting of formal attendance management, quality of education has been raised as a problem. Recently developed USN-based attendance management system is effective. But if education is proceed at a large number of small scale in the area of education, cost, portability, systeme management, the reliability of the Trainee's attendance remained as problems to solve. To address these needs, this paper quoted low-cost attendance management system which was desighned and implemented by barcode and PC camera. As a result the actual maintenance training system showed a 98% satisfaction in terms of administrator and 95% satisfaction in terms of Trainee.

LPWA is a cost-effective and time-saving technology with wide coverage. However, the LPWA is an ISM band that uses UHF radio waves, and its performance is very poor indoors because of its strong linearity. But, because of the possibility of achieving high performance compared to other communication in the room, this paper has studied the indoor communication performance by applying LoRa in LPWA technologies. After installing the data receiving module on the 4th floor, the transmission module was placed at the end of the building from the same floor to the 1st floor, and the data was collected. As a results, it installed on the 1st floor can be collected data with 98 ~ 99% probability, and the lowest RSSI is about -116dBm. Thus, considering the specification of LoRa with a maximum reception sensitivity -136dBm when the spreading factor is 12, the application of LPWA in the industrial field can be fully considered.

국내 영화 산업 성장의 밑거름이 됐던 스크린쿼터제가 146일에서 73일로 축소됐다. FTA라는 거대한 파도를 결국 넘지 못한 것. 그러나 이러한 변화는 이제 시작에 불과하다. 향후에는 방송∙통신∙의료∙교육 등무수한 분야에서 FTA로 인한 변화의 바람이 거세게 일 것으로 전망되고 있다. 애니메이션분야도 예외는 아니다. 이제 갓 해외에서 인정받기 시작한 국내 애니메이션 산업활성화를 위해서라도 정부와 관련기업및 단체들이 이에 대한 대비책을 마련해야 할 때다.

정보통신의 발달로 교육이 학습자 중심의 형태로 바뀌어 가면서 학습자의 자기 주도적인 능력이 점점 중요해지고 있다. 인터넷 학습환경에서도 학습자가 통제권을 가지고 학습자가 모든 선택과 조직을 할 수 있도록 허용되어 학습자는 학습방향의 상실과 인지적 부담의 문제를 초래한다. 이러한 문제를 해결 할 수 있는 방법 중의 하나가 학습자 특성에 맞는 교육이다. 본 연구에서는 장이론에 따라 학습자 특성을 구분하고 장의존 학습자에게 적응적인 웹 코스웨어 설계요소를 반영하여 웹 코스웨어의 설계전략을 탐구하였다.

물류산업은 세계의 모든 정부 및 국가기관에 의하여 최고로 인식되고 있는 전략적이고 경제적 이윤추구의 전 세계에 걸친 거대한 산업이다. 싱가포르는 물류산업이 가장 발달하고 최고로 바쁜 항만을 갖고 있는 국가 중의 하나이다. 싱가포르의 강점은 아시아에서 훌륭한 문화여건, 금융과 상업적인 클러스터, 통신 및 운송의 연결성을 가지고 있는 가장 세계화된 도시라는 점이다. 싱가포르는 우수한 물리적인 산업기반 시설의 장점에 의하여 자유경쟁의 이득을 향유하고 있다. 그렇지만 이러한 것들만으로는 싱가포르가 우리들의 경쟁자로서 앞서 있다고 확신하기에는 충분하질 않다. 싱가포르는 적은인구와 지지배후지의 부족 등으로 도전에 직면하고 있어서 배후지를 다른 국가로 이전하고 있다. 싱가포르는 세계 경제 속에서의 국제화 중심이 되거나, 남동아시아 성장에 참여하고 배후지의 결속을 증가시키는 선택을 해야 될 것이다. 따라서 이 논문에서는 싱가포르 물류산업의 전략적 발전을 분석하기 위하여 수리통계학적 방법을 적용하였다.
