  • With the development of the today's advanced industry civilization, We are always inhering a safety frigidity about disasters of various kinds when and where we may happen. The fires and disasters to be enlarged day by day are reported everyday through the mass communication. Therefore, a prevention countermeasure about the every kind fire and disaster is above all important along the social and the days requirement. As a kind of such countermeasure, this paper is proposed about automatic transmission system of disasters alarm by using wire and wireless communication network. The automatic transmission system prevents the unexpected fire or disaster from a sudden occurrence at the house, industrial field or at the place without the human. The proposed system has the characteristic of high precision and high response speed comparing with conventional system. Also, as the proposed system is small size and lightweight, the users have economic advantage and simply install the system.

  • Generally, PM BLDC drive system is necessary that the three Hall-ICs evenly be distributed around the stator circumference and encoder installed in case of the 3 phase motor. The Hall-ICs are set up in this motor to detect the main flux from the rotor. So the output signal from Hall-ICs is used to drive a power transistor to control the stator winding current. Instead of using three Hall-ICs and encoder, this paper uses only two Hall-ICs for the permanent magnet rotor position and for the speed feedback signals, and uses a micro controller of 16-bit type(80C196KC) with the 3 phase PM BLDC whose six stator and two rotor designed. Two Hall-IC Hc and $H_B$ are placed on the endplate at 120 degree phase difference. With these elements, we estimate information of the other phase in sequence through a rotating rotor.

  • Semi automatic welding method to use carriage for welding at large size block manufacture welding process of present shipbuilding industry is used much. Carriage is device that transfer welding torch in horizontal fillet weld here, but because it is no function that chase welding like robot welding method, use can be impossible in curved line welding, and simply use in straight line welding. Also, because it is no function that chase welding, though welding mistake corrects this happening often in straight line welding, much times and expense are cost. Added welding chase sensor and 80C196KC microcontroller that use strain gauge to carriage that is using present in paper that see hereupon and manufacture a private line model and container box model welding because developing system that can chase welding automatically straight line and curved line welding establishing and investigate about chase phenomenon.

  • The study was performed on the development of system in which the bead width can be controlled. In order to control the bead width, we designed the automatic seam tracking device by attaching the probe type strain gauge sensor, motor driving slide and encoder to check the moving distance, and interface card connected MCU(80Cl96KC) upside the speed controllable carriage. Seam tracking experiments were done by changing the bead width. We compared and analyzed the sampling data which were obtained by output voltage of strain gauge sensor and rotary encoder pulse every 50ms.

  • In this paper, a entertainment biped robot controlled by R/C servo motors is built using the embedded RTOS (Real Time Operating System). uC/OS-II V2.00 is used for RTOS and control algorithm of R/C servo motors is proposed based on uC/OS-II's preemptive and deterministic property without any extra PWM module. The realized biped robot has 19 DOF, and a board 80C196KC as main CPU. To verify the proper walking process, ZMP(Zero Moment Point) theory is applied and ADAMS is used for simulation.

  • In this paper, a bird type biped robot for entertainment controlled by R/C servo motors, is built using the embedded RTOS (Real Time Operating System). ${\mu}C/OS-II$ V2.00 is used fur RTOS and the board 80C196KC for main CPU. A control algorithm of R/C servo motors is proposed on ${\mu}C/OS-II's$ preemptive and deterministic property without any extra PWM module.   • Switched Reluctance Motor (SRM) offers the advantages of simple and robust motor construction, high speeds and high efficiencies over a wide operating range of torque and speed, excellent controllability. However, SRM has the disadvantages of high current harmonics, and low power factor because of a capacitor filter is inserted in the power converter and inductance of SRM is high, it has pulse waveform of current. This paper deals with an energy efficient converter fed SRM system with the reduced harmonics and improved power factor and with higher efficiency. The validity of the proposed scheme is verified via experiment. We are implemented the proposed control system using 80C196KC micro-controller.

  • Electrical impedance plethysmography is still be one of the simplest and most convenient methods or non-invasive measurement of blood low, but it has the weak point can not do real-time measurement because of using chart-record or processing after receiving data from analog plethysmography through A/D converter. In this study. we developed hardware system composed of analog part which include auto-balancing circuit and calibration register and digital part which include 80C196KC, keypad, and LCD. we studied the algorithms or extracting parameter to calculate blood low and implemented it using general purpose micro controller.

  • The switched reluctance drive provides a good adjustable steed characteristics like a D.C series motor. However, because of the torque production mechanism, it also has some disadvantage such as higher torque ripple and fluctuation in speed. To reduce torque ripple and to control speed precisely at low condition current level technique is adopted. The SRM drive with current control of invariable frequency and phase swichting control has good speed regulation characteristics. Digital control system with an 80c196kc micro-controller is used to realize this drive system. Test results show that the control system has the goof ability to achive precise speed control at low speed.

  • 경혈을 대상으로 인체를 진단하는 의료기기들은 경혈점에 미세한 직류전류를 인가하고, 이 점에서의 전기저항과 세포의 분극에 의해 반응하는 경락체계의 균형상태를 측정하여 인체를 종합적으로 진단한다. 따라서 전 과정이 정확한 경혈의 위치에서 이루어져야만 치료효과와 진단의 신뢰성이 보장된다. 그러나 대부분의 경락관련 치료기들이 정확한 혈위식별에 어려움이 있고 사용자의 전문적 숙련을 요구한다. 따라서 선행연구에서 일정한 주파수로 교호되는 자극패턴(SPAC) 방식을 사용하여 식별률을 높인 혈위식별기 DM96A-1를 개발하였다. DM96A-1은 단일전원이 양방향으로 교호되는 전류로 자극펄스를 출력하고 측정범위가 0.5∼50㎂인 전류메터와 레벨메터를 이용하여 혈위의 전류량을 표시한다. 이에 따라 방향전환 소자의 두 채널 제어신호가 교호되는 과도기에서 두 자극패턴의 중첩 도통에 의해서 누설전류가 발생하는 경우가 있으며 이를 제거하기 위하여 정밀한 조정을 필요로 하는 불편이 있었다. 따라서 이와 같은 단점들을 보완하여 신뢰성 있는 출력 파라메터를 얻을 수 있도록 마이크로프로세서 i80c196kc를 사용하여 DM96A-2를 재 설계하였으며 임상실험에 의하여 개선된 최적 파라메터의 타당성을 검증하였다.
