A Characteristics of Horizontal Swing Angle of Suspension Clamp in V type Suspension String Sets (V련 현수애자장치의 클램프 횡진 특성)

  • This paper presents a characteristics of horizontal swing angle in V type suspension string sets for 765kV T/L. The design of V type suspension string set does not differ from that of general string set for general towers, but it prevents instabilities from swing motion by the horizontal angle and by the wind pressure. We were designed specially 6 conductor yoke, arcing horn and earth horn. And we were decided to 550mm for a distance of strings. We were carried out characteristics of horizontal swing test and movement of mass center test for V-string sets of 400kN single, 300kN double and 400kN double. This products will be used for 765kV T/L of 1 circuit in suspension towers.

  • The frequency is an important operation parameter for the control, protection, and stability of a power system. The frequency as a key index of power quality can be indicative of system abnormal conditions and disturbances. Due to the sudden change in generation and loads or faults in power system, the frequency is supposed to deviate from its nominal value. It is essential that the frequency must be maintained very close to its nominal frequency. An accurate monitoring of the power frequency is essential to optimal operation and prevention for wide area blackout. As most conventional frequency estimation schemes are based on DFT filter, it has been pointed out that the gain error could cause defects when the frequency is deviated from nominal value. This paper presents an advanced frequency estimation technique using gain compensation to improve the performance of DFT filter based techniques. To evaluate performance of the proposed algorithm, the 765kV T/L system in Korea is simulated by EMTP-RV software. The proposed technique can reduce the gain error caused when the power system frequency deviates from nominal value.

  • 99년 장기 송변전 설비계획에 의거하여 765kV 신안성 T/L이 2회선에서 1회선으로 기본계획이 변경되면서 이의 건설과 운용을 위하여 1회선 선로 건설을 위한 송전 철탑의 설계 및 제작이 시행되었고 실 선로 운용 전에 신뢰성 검토를 위하여 전기적, 기계적 특성을 파악해야할 필요성이 제기 되었다. 이와 관련하여 한전 전력연구원에서는 765kV 1회선 시험선로를 구축하고 하중시험을 실시하였다. 이 논문에서는 765kV 1회선 삼각배열 시험 송전철탑 철탑 관련 연구개발 내용 및 신뢰성 확보를 위해 실시된 하중 시험 등에 대하여 기술하였다.

  • 활선작업시 개폐섬락전압은 철탑형태와 작업유형에 따라 개폐섬락전압이 달리 나타나게 된다. 즉, 활선작업자의 위치, 철탑 종류 및 애자장치 종류 등에 따라 개폐섬락전압은 다르게 나타나기 때문에, 적용하고자 하는 활선공법이 있다면, 이에 대한 개폐섬락전압의 특성을 파악해 둘 필요가 있다. 점퍼V련은 일반적으로 선로의 수평각이 중각도 지역에 설치된다. 즉, 수평각이 너무 커서 조립식 점퍼장치를 설치할 수 없는 철탑에 점퍼V련 장치를 설치한다. 765kV 송전선로에서 실제 점퍼V련 장치가 많이 설치되어 있지 않으나, 이 경우에도 유지보수 사항이 발생할 수 있기 때문에 안전한 활선작업을 위한 실규모급 개폐섬락특성에 대해 검토할 필요가 있다.

  • 우리나라는 1960년대 이후 계속적인 경제성장에 따라 전력에너지의 수요도 끊임없이 증가하였고, 이후 꾸준한 전력계통의 설비 및 용량의 증가로 인해 현재에는 선진국 수준의 송전망을 구축하고 있으며, 765kV급 초고압 송전선로를 자체기술로 건설하여 운영하고 있는 상황이다. 향후 대용량 송전을 위한 초고압 송전계통 구성설비 증대가 계속 될 전망이다. 따라서, 전력의 신뢰도와 안전성 확보가 가능한 유지보수 방안이 필요 할 것이다. 특히 765kV 송전선로 고장시 전력계통에 미치는 영향은 막대할 것으로 사료되며 유지보수를 위해 휴전시 1일 수 억원의 발전제약비용이 발생 될 것으로 예상된다. 이에 765kV 송전선로의 휴전 없는 활선공법 활용의 필요성이 대두되고 있던 바, 산업자원부 전력산업연구개발사업으로 추진된 "초고압 송전선로 활선공법 및 관련장비 개발"(한국전기공사협회, 2006)과제가 성공적으로 개발되었고, 활선작업에서 중요한 직접활선작업원에 대한 전기적 안전성을 충분히 검토 분석되었다. (참고문헌 [1], [2], [3] 분석). 따라서 본 연구에서는 초고압 직접활선 기능을 보유할 수 있는 현장인력 양성을 위한 보다 효율적이고 안전한 교육 프로그램 개발 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

  • Nowadays live-line work is a general maintenance method in most countries. After 765kV transmission lines constructed, necessity of the live line work is on the rise, due to maintenance problems. During live line working, a line man must wear the conductive clothing for protection from electrical fields and shocks. This paper suggests about design technology and application status of a conductive clothing to live works, before developing the clothing in detail.

  • The digital current differential relaying scheme is widely used for primary protection of 765(kV) power transformer. The current differential relay pickup the internal fault at the threshold which is set at 30% of rating current. Margin of 30% include current transformer error 5%, relay error 5%, on load tap changer error 7% and margin factor 140% obtained from the field experience. In this paper transformer protection relay and relay setting rule of high voltage power system are discussed. And we verify the correctness of relay setting rule with current differential relay using Matlab simulation.

  • Increasement of power demand rapid industrial growth has led the expansion of power system, and it caused construction of large power transmission line(like 765kV T/L) and substation. If there are T/L faults (route contingency etc), it lead to the large scale black out in SEOUL AREA (the center of load). To minimize damage which caused by the large scale black out, KEPCO selects the method of load shadding. In this work, instead of general method of load shadding, We study the application of UVLS model to decrease the load shadding in SEOUL AREA. The study result of using the UVLS model showed that the amont of load shadding can be decreased about 400 MW compare to the existing load shadding system.

Intratypic Variants of HPV-16 E6jE7 Oncogene Isolated from Sexually High-Risk Women in Busan. (부산지역 유흥업소 종사여성으로부터 분리된 HPV16형의 발암유전자(E6/E7) 돌연변이 유형 분석)

  • Recent studies have reported that the distribution of HPV-16 sequence variation differs geographically, and more specifically that HPV-16 E6/E7 intratypic variants might carry a high risk for development of ICC (invasive cervical cancer) and CIN (cervical intraepithelial neoplasia) in a given population. To investigate the genetic diversities of HPV-16 E6/E7 oncogene by region, we collected nineteen HPV-16 isolates from sexually high-risk women in Busan, and analyzed the HPV-16 E6/E7 coding regions (nt 34 to 880) with HPV-16 E6/E7 specific PCR amplification. At the nucleotide levet eleven variants of the E6 genes and nine variants of the E7 genes were identified as follows: E6 T178G (n=l1), E6 T178A (n=l), E6 T350G (n=3), E6 A442C (n=2), E6 AI04T, E6 All1G, E6 C116T, E6 G145T, E6 T183G, E6 C335T, E6 G522C and E7 A647G (n=12), E7 A645C, E7 A777C, E7 G663A, E7 T732C, E7 T760C, E7 A775T, E7 T789C and E7 T795G, respectively. At the amino acid levet the isolated HPV-16 E6 and E7 genes showed eleven E6 variants: E6 D25E (n=12), E6 L83V (n=4), E6 E113D (n=2), E6 MIL, E6 Q3R, E6 P5S, E6 Q14H, E6 D25N, E6 127R, E6 H78Y, E6 C140S and three E7 variants: N29S (n=12), L28F, T72S. HPV16 E6 L83V, the dominant variant in the Caucasian population, showed relatively low frequencies in our study population. We elucidated that the dominant HPV-16 E6/E7 variants were HPV-16 E6 D25E (63.2%) and HPV-16 E7 N29S (63.2%), which were phylogenetically included in Asian lineage. Further study is needed to evaluate the risk of cervical cancer related HPV-16 E6/E7 intratypic variants in the Korean population.
