  • 우리나라 전력산업은 구조개편 이전에는 수직독점이면서 공기업인 한국전력공사 단일기업의 형태로 운영되어왔다. 2001년 한전의 발전사업 부문이 6개의 발전사업자로 분리되었고, 전력산업은 단계적으로 시장구조로 변모하는 과정 중에 있다. 이러한 전력산업의 구조 개편은 전력수급계획에도 영향을 미쳤으며 점차 '시장참여자 성격'이 강화되는 방향으로 진행되고 있음을 확인할 수 있다. 2006년의 제3차 전력수급기본계획에 이후 목표계획의 수립, 건설의향의 평가, 연료제약의 실질적 반영 등 다양한 시나리오 분석과 지역별 수급분석 등이 주요이슈가 되면서, 기존에 활용했었던 비용최소화 모형에 의존한 계획기법에 한계가 존재하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 변화된 전력산업 환경에 적합한 발전투자계획의 방법론으로서 시장 기반의 전원계획 방법론을 제시하고자 한다.

  • 철강산업은 자동차용 강판 공급체인의 총체적 측면에서 볼 때 자동차산업의 핵심 공급자로서 중요한 역할을 수행하고 있다. 1990년대 초반 이후 자동차용 바디 제조공정에 테일러 웰디드 브랭크, 하이드로포밍 등 첨단금속소재 가공기술이 다양한 부위에 널리 적용되고 있다. 한편 자동차업계 및 철강업계는 설비 공급과잉에 따른 치열한 생존경쟁이 전개되는 가운데 이들 업계를 둘러싼 경영환경이 급속히 변화하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기술혁신 및 경영 환경변화가 급속하게 전개되는 글로벌 마켓에서 자동차 바디용 강판 공급체인 상의 철강업체 역할 변화를 고려하고자 한다. 철강산업은 완성차업체 및 자동차 최종고객을 만족시키기 위한 원가절감 전략을 구현하는 동시에 소재 프로세싱 분야에 대한 기술역량을 축적하여야 한다. 이것이 현재 경쟁업체, 신규진입업체 및 대체 소재산업들과의 경쟁환경에서의 철강업체의 성공전략이다.

  • The ultrasonic motor(USM) has good characteristics such as compact size, silent motion, high speed responce, low speed and high torque. The USM is driven by 2-phase AC electricity. The control parameters of USM are voltage, phase, and frequency of input powers, etc. In this paper, a voltage difference control is proposed. The voltage difference control has more advantage than phase difference control. Specially, current and power is lower than that of phase difference control. For this voltage diffrence control, we designed USM controller to adjust volatage and phase using PLSI(Programmable Large Scale Integration).

  • The rapid trends toward outsourcing have created more complex and fragmented multi-tier supply chains for Engineering, Procurement & Construction(EPC) industry. Working with suppliers and sub-suppliers requires continuous integration activities during project execution. The purpose of this study is to identify the factors influencing the performances and relationship satisfaction of second-tier suppliers participating in the project-based supply chain. This study proposes the network embeddedness, collaboration, information-sharing and flexibility as antecedents variables, and collected the survey responses from the second-tier suppliers having experiences with complex projects. The statistical results indicate that the collaboration with supply chain leading firm and first-tier supplier has significant impact on the performances and relationship satisfaction of second-tier suppliers. It was also found that the information-sharing and flexibility influence the network embeddedness as well as collaboration, and that the embeddedness have significant impact on the collaboration.

Exploring Industrial Function Combining Factors for Each Type in the 6th Industry Based on Decision Tree Analysis (의사결정나무분석법을 활용한 6차산업 유형별 산업적 기능결합 요인탐색)

  • This study aims to identify the characteristics of businesses influencing the choice of their type in the 6th industry and analyze how they work. This study analyzed data of 752 businesses certified as belonging to the 6th industry in 2015 through the classification and regression tree (CART) algorithm in decision tree analysis. The results of analysis showed that the type of agricultural product processing, region, the type of service, and the production percentage in a province affected a choice of the type. The most important variable that impacted how businesses in the 6th industry chose their type was the type of agricultural product processing, and if a business produced simple agricultural products, it was likely to specialize into $1st^*2nd$ or $1st^*3rd$. Access to large consumption areas was a critical factor in the growth of 2nd and 3rd industrial functions. These findings would contribute to establishing a model to develop the 6th industry and empirically demonstrate the importance of access to large consumption areas for agricultural businesses and rural tourism.

  • The 46th Davos Forum of the World Economic Forum (WEF) predicts the continued growth of the 4th industry in the future. Currently, the 4th industry is attracting attention in various academic and practical fields. As a core technology of the 4th industry, Big Data is regarded as a major resource to lead the 4th industrial revolution along with artificial intelligence. As the growing interest in Big Data, researches on it are actively being done. However, literature studies on existing Big Data are focused on qualitative research, and quantitative research is insufficient. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the big data research flow in MIS field and to make academic thirst for quantification. This study has collected 145 abstracts of big data papers published in major journals in MIS field and confirmed that a majority of papers are published in Decision Support Systems Journal. Text mining and text network analysis were performed only for DSS journals to eliminate bias. As a result of the analysis, it was found out that researches on combining big data in the management field between 2012 and 2014, and researches on system development and analysis method for using big data from 2015 to 2017 were conducted.

Optimization and Scale-up of Fish Skin Peptide Loaded Liposome Preparation and Its Storage Stability (어피 펩타이드 리포좀 대량생산 최적 조건 및 저장 안정성)

  • Fish skin peptide-loaded liposomes were prepared in 100 mL and 1 L solution as lab scales, and 10 L solution as a prototype scale. The particle size and zeta potential were measured to determine the optimal conditions for the production of fish skin peptide-loaded liposome. The liposome was manufactured by the following conditions: (1) primary homogenization at 4,000 rpm, 8,000 rpm, and 12,000 rpm for 3 minutes; (2) secondary homogenization at 40 watt (W), 60 W, and 80 W for 3 minutes. From this experimental design, the optimal conditions of homogenization were selected as 4,000 rpm and 60 W. For the next step, fish peptides were prepared as the concentrations of 3, 6, and 12% at the optimum manufacturing conditions of liposome and stored at $4^{\circ}C$. Particle size, polydispersion index (pdI), and zeta potential of peptide-loaded liposome were measured for its stability. Particle size increased significantly as manufacture scale and peptide concentration increased, and decreased over storage time. The zeta potential results increased as storage time increased at 10 L scale. In addition, 12% peptide showed the formation of a sediment layer after 3 weeks, and 6% peptide was considered to be the most suitable for industrial application.

  • The purpose of this study was to compare and analyze changes to the middle school mathematics textbooks of third mathematics curriculum period and seventh mathematics curriculum period. This study put the math curricula from the third to the sixth one in third mathematics curriculum period as those math curricula witnessed the maintenance of industrial society paradigm. And then it put the math curricula from the seventh one to current the 2009 revised mathematics curriculum in seventh mathematics curriculum period as the knowledge-based information society paradigm has continued throughout those math curricula. Based on those period categories, We compared and analyzed changes of the middle school math textbooks. For the comparison and analysis of math textbooks between the two periods, this study set the unit organization system, unit goal, task type and content development approach as analysis elements in the unit of 'Nature of Figures' in the second grade math textbooks for middle school. As a result of the research, it was confirmed that the textbooks of the two periods had many changes in the unit organization system, but the unit goal, task type, and content development approach stayed in low level goals and task type that require conceptual and procedural.

  • With the expansion of internet diffusion, the digital content industry in such sector game, animation and e-learning shows rapid growth and, accordingly it becomes important for policy makers to provide its technical R&D directions ensuring successful commercialization. This paper provides details on the business and industry assessment, and further, proposes substantial support over industries as well as academia. The Business Opportunity Engineering(BOE) process, revised and systemized assessment frame of the seven steps of SRIC-BI process, has been applied to assess and compare the digital content business and industry.
