농장탐방 - 푸른농장(산란계)

  • 창조경제를 지향하는 정부의 농정핵심 목표로 6차 산업화 정책강화와 농림업의 산업 부흥을 추구하면서 농가에서도 새로운 방식의 혁신이 필요해지고 있다. 6차 산업이란 1차 산업의 농림수산업, 2차 산업의 제조 가공업, 3차 산업의 서비스업을 복합한 산업으로, 농산물을 생산만 하던 농가가 고부가가치 상품을 가공하고 향토 자원을 이용해 서비스업으로 확대해 높은 부가가치를 발생시키는 산업을 말한다. 이에 본지는 생산, 판매, 유통까지 6차 산업을 실현화하고 있는 푸른농장을 찾았다.

An Analysis on the Factors Affecting Consumers' Perception and Satisfaction in the Sixth Industry (소비자의 6차산업 인지도와 만족도에 미치는 요인분석)

  • The proportion of non-farm income among farm household income is over 40%, with the main source coming from the sixth industry. While it is important to understand consumers' preferences to revitalize the sixth industry, the majority of research is focused on producers. Therefore, this study used an Ordered Logit Model to analyze consumer awareness and satisfaction with the 6th industry. As a result, first, the analysis showed that awareness of the sixth industry was generally low, and that the perceptions of gender and regions were different. Second, there were various ways to learn about the sixth industry through media reports, portal searches, and SNS. Third, factors affecting the recognition of the sixth industry were shown to have statistically significant effects on demographic and sociological variables such as age, marriage type, occupation, residential area, and income. This study is the first to analyze the awareness and satisfaction of the sixth industry from the consumer's point of view focusing on its revitalization.

  • The purpose of this study was to develop index about the sixth industrial entrepreneurs to establish the spirit and measuring the sixth industrial entrepreneurship for groups successfully led to the sixth industry of agriculture, which is actively being conducted in recent years aimed at rural stimulate the economy. Enlighten the value of rural resources, production, processing, in a sixth industry establishment that has a characteristic of fusion distribution and tourism in addition to the elements of the entrepreneurship that has been emphasized in the traditional establishment, the more diverse entrepreneurship element has been requested. In this study, to derive the traditional entrepreneurship of the components and the sixth industry entrepreneurship component through literature research, through interviews with experts of the sixth industry, an important element of the entrepreneurship that is required in the field It was derived. Based on the derived results, set the index of the sixth industry entrepreneurship, it was conducted a questionnaire survey of sixth industry workers. Through analysis of the navigation factors, to evaluate the measurement and indicators of relevance, factors that have been set through the results literature study and interviews of exploratory factor analysis it was found that has been rationally constructed. The results of this study, education and consulting for the activation of the sixth industry, would be able to take advantage of, such as in the planning of education programs for whom decide to go back to the countryside(Agro migration). In addition, to diagnose the entrepreneurship of a conventional sixth industry progress mainly, it is expected to be able to help you to proceed with the custom capability development that meets the individual needs.

6th Industrialization of Agriculture Utilizing the Technology of 4th Industrial Revolution (4차 산업혁명 기술을 활용한 농업의 6차 산업화)

  • The purpose of this paper is to explore the possibility and strategic directions of Korean agriculture in the future by analyzing domestic and foreign successful cases leading to the 6th industrialization of agriculture by utilizing 4th Industrial Revolution technologies. To do this, we surveyed the key technologies of the 4th Industrial Revolution, and examined successful cases of the US, Korea and China. As results of these case studies, we recognized that 4th Industrial Revolution technologies could play important roles in the 6th industrialization of agriculture, and suggested meaningful strategic implications using ABCD model.

A Study on Effects of 6th Industry types on the Korean Economy (6차 산업 유형별 경제적 파급효과 분석에 관한 연구)

  • This study investigated the effects of $6^{th}$ industry, which can be developed in various forms, on the Korean economy by classifying it as distribution and tourism type, and compared the difference between industrial characteristics and economic effect by $6^{th}$ industry type. To this end, the effects of production inducing effects, value added inducing effects, supply shortage effects and price ripple were analyzed using domestic input-output table to the latest published in 2014. As a result of the analysis, in the case of production inducing effect, the tourism in the $6^{th}$ industry as a whole was 0.4094KRW, the distribution was 0.4673KRW, and the tourism was 0.4715KRW. The value added inducing effect was 0.1527KRW in the $6^{th}$ industry, 0.1738KRW in distribution and 0.1696KRW in tourism. In the case of supply shortage effect, distribution effect was larger than that of production inducing effect and value added inducing effect, which was 0.5254KRW in the $6^{th}$ industry, 0.6704KRW in distribution, and 0.5070KRW in tourism. Finally, the effect of price ripple was 0.0959% for the $6^{th}$ industry, 0.0981% for distribution, and 0.0617% for tourism, which was lower than other $6^{th}$ industry types.

Exploring the Management Component of Rural Small Business in the 6th Industry at Each Stage of Growth (6차산업 경영체 성장단계별 핵심경영요소 탐색)

  • This study aims to identify the characteristic variables of businesses that would impact the choice of their type in the 6th industry and analyze how they work. To this end, this study analyzed data of 752 businesses certified as belonging to the 6th industry in 2015 through the classification and regression tree (CART) algorithm in decision tree analysis. The results of analysis showed that the type of agricultural product processing affected shaping the type of the 6th industry at the early stage of growth while the type of agricultural product processing, the type of service, region and sales volumes at the stage of growth and service strategy and the type of agricultural product processing at the stage of maturity. These findings empirically identified key business factors that could support businesses in the 6th industry at each stage of growth and presented a direction forward for support of the 6th industry.
