The purpose of this study was to examine the image similarity, preference, and the attribute recognition using multidimensional scaling. The analyses were carried out by 5 spa destinations located in Choongchung area. The results were as followings: first, considering the image similarity, the image of Suanbo & Onyang and Dogo & Asan were similar except for the Yusung. Second, considering the attribute recognition, Yusung had a stronger attribute reflecting spa tradition when compared to other competitive spa destinations. Onyang showed a strong attribute of facilities. Dogo had a stronger point about use cost. Suanbo had relatively strong attributes in terms of facilities, customer service, and accessability. However, the water quality of spa destination and activities were not reflected in attribute recognition because these two attributes was farthest from the spa destination. Third, considering the preference of selecting spa destinations, package tourists had a strong preference about Yusung, individual tourists, family, incentive tourists prefer Suanbo, followed by Dogo and Yusung. Group tourists had a strong preference about Dogo.

effect of some furfural hydrazone derivatives (I -V) as corrosion inhibitors for C-steel in 3M H3PO4 solution in which M indicates mol/l has been studied using weight-loss and galvanostatic polarization techniques. A significant decrease in the corrosion rate of C-steel was observed in the presence of the investigated compounds. This study revealed that, the inhibition efficiency increases with increasing the inhibitor concentration, and the addition of iodide and thiocynate ions enhances it to a considerable extent. The effect of temperature on the corrosion behavior of C-steel was studied in the range from 30-60oC with and without 510-6 M investigated compounds using weight-loss method. Apparent activation corrosion energy (Ea*) and other thermodynamic parameters for the corrosion process were calculated and discussed. The polarization measurements show that the investigated compounds act as mixed-type inhibitors, but the cathode is more polarized when an external current was applied. The adsorption of these compounds on the surface of C-steel in 3M H3PO4 obeys Frumkins adsorption isotherm. The mechanism of inhibition was discussed in the light of the chemical structure of the investigated compounds.

This research examines the affect of destination image factors on revisit intention of domestic tourists at Ba Ria Vung-Tau (BRVT), by questioning directly 510 domestic tourists. The convenient sampling method is used in dividing the crowds into four groups; the four main surveyed areas in BRVT are: Vung Tau, Long Hai-Phuoc Hai, Xuyen Moc and Con Dao. A combination of qualitative and quantitative methodologies were utilized.A focus group of 10 domestic tourists wasset up to review and explore the variousfactors as well as the conceptual model. An in-depth interview with 12 participants was developed to fine-tune measurement items. The questionnaire applied a 5-point Likert scale. Checking the reliability by Cronbach's Alpha, exploratory factor analyzing and linear multiple regression were used with the SPSS program. The results show that there are eight main destination image factors affecting domestic tourists revisit intention to BRVT using linear regression and arranged by decreasing importance: Infrastructure, Variety Seeking, Accessibility, Local food, Atmosphere, Environment, Price Value, Leisure and Entertainment. From that, the research offers some suggestions and policy recommendations for the tourism business and provincial policy-makers to identify the main issues and develop better customer services to increase domestic tourists'revisit intention.

Objective: "Hatchability" is an important economic trait in domestic poultry. Studies on poultry hatchability focus mainly on the genetic background, egg quality, and incubation conditions, whereas the molecular mechanisms behind the phenomenon that some ducklings failed to break their eggshells are poorly understood. Methods: In this study, the transcriptional differences between the livers of normally hatched and assisted ducklings were systematically analyzed. Results: The results showed that the clean reads were de novo assembled into 161,804 and 159,083 unigenes (${\geq}200-bp$ long) by using Trinity, with an average length of 1,206 bp and 882 bp, respectively. The defined criteria of the absolute value of log2 fold-change ${\geq}1$ and false discovery rate${\leq}0.05$ were differentially expressed and were significant. As a result, 1,629 unigenes were identified, the assisted ducklings showed 510 significantly upregulated and 1,119 significantly down-regulated unigenes. In general, the metabolic rate in the livers of the assisted ducklings was lower than that in the normal ducklings; however, compared to normal ducklings, glucose-6-phosphatase and ATP synthase subunit alpha 1 associated with energy metabolism were significantly upregulated in the assisted group. The genes involved in immune defense such as major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class I antigen alpha chain and MHC class II beta chain 1 were downregulated in the assisted ducklings. Conclusion: These data provide abundant sequence resources for studying the functional genome of the livers in ducks and other poultry. In addition, our study provided insight into the molecular mechanism by which the phenomenon of weak embryos is regulated.

This study aimed to determine eco-friendly factors on the aspects of library service, materials provided or handled by the library, and programs including educational programs. Furthermore, it was setup to perform a trial evaluation for the eco-friendliness of the library based on the determined evaluation standards by this study. Results are as follows; First, regarding the question of 'Do employees of the library think that establishment of green libraries is necessary?', the employees of the libraries responded yes by 65.52%, but only 4.6% responded that it would not be necessary. Second, in analyzing the most important evaluation areas of green libraries according to the opinions of the libraries' employees, they were ranked in order: the indoor environment, energy and prevention of environmental pollution, and material and resource areas. Third, 11 areas were determined to evaluate the level of greening in the libraries; the highest averages were scored 510 for the area of energy and prevention of environmental pollution, 415 for the area of library resource, and 320 for the area of indoor environment. Last, the libraries were graded based on actual data according to the results to measure the level of greening, two libraries were graded as Diamond, the highest grade, accounting for 15.39% of all libraries; Gold and Silver grades accounted for another 15.39%, together five Certified graded libraries accounted for 38.46%, which was the highest rate among the libraries. Any library scoring less than 20% when compared to the full score was graded as Non-certified, and one library, which scored 15.06% fell into this category. The results of this study set up to serve as basic data for the direction of development for green libraries in our country, as well as reference for the employees of libraries in constructing or remodeling library buildings, establishing service infrastructure, providing information service, and planning library duties in an eco-friendly way.

$Eu^{2+}$ and $Dy^{3+}$ co-doped strontium aluminate, $SrAl_2O_4$ long phosphorescent phoshor was fabricated and its photoluminescence was characterized. The phosphor, $SrAl_2O_4:Eu^{2+},Dy^{3+}$ was synthesized by a coprecipitation in which metal salts of $Sr(NO_3)_2$, $Al(NO_3)_3{\cdot}9H_2O$, were dissolved in $(NH_4)_2CO_3$ solution with adding $Eu(NO_3)_3{\cdot}5H_2O$ and $Dy(NO_3)_3{\cdot}5H_2O$ as a activator and co-activator, respectively. The coprecipitated products were separated from solution, washed, and dried in a vacuum dry oven. The dried powders were then mixed with 3 wt% $B_2O_3$ as a flux and heated at $800{\sim}1400^{\circ}C$ for 3 h under the reducing ambient atmosphere of 95%Ar+$5%H_2$ gases. For the synthesized $SrAl_2O_4:Eu^{2+},Dy^{3+}$, properties of photoluminescence such as emission, excitation and decay time were examined. The emission intensity increased as the annealing temperature increased and showed a maximum peak intensity at 510 nm with a broad band from $400{\sim}650\;nm$. Monitored at 520 nm, the excitation spectrum showed a maximum peak intensity at $315{\sim}320\;nm$ wavelength with a broad band from $200{\sim}500\;nm$ wavelength. The decay time of $SrAl_2O_4:Eu^{2+},Dy^{3+}$ increased as the annealing temperature increased.

Free Trade Agreement (FTA) between the Korea, of the one part, and the EU and its member states, of the other part, has been effective, as of 1 Jul 2011. EU enlarged its members up to 27 countries including Romania and Bulgaria in 2007, and stood up as the second largest trading partner to the Korea right after the China. FTA, generally, shows the several different figures according to the countries concerned on the agreement The EU has long history and cultural, educational assets. In addition to that, the EU also has economical, industrial bases. Therefore, the EU seeks fruitful profits utilizing its intellectual property rights. There are copyrights and related rights, trade marks, geographical indications, designs, and patents, etc. on the Chapter 10. intellectual property rights of the Korea EU FTA. Among them, the others except geographical indications seem to be somewhat the terms advantageous to the Korea. It is possible to ask further requirements to the Korea in the years to come because the EU member countries are very much interested in the practical profits of intellectual property rights. Thus, it would be essential tasks for us to review the intellectual property rights protection and features of the Korea EU FTA.

With the ligation of a patent ductus arteriosus by Gross in 1938, surgeons first entered the field of congenital heart disease, and treatment of the patent ductus is representative of the rapid advance made in thoracic surgery in the last 40 years. We have had clinical experiences about 36 cases of this in the department of Thoracic & Cardiovascular surgery, Pusan Paik Hospital, Inje medical college from March 1891 to June 1987. And the results were summarized as follows. 1. There were 11 males, 25 females. The age range of the patients were from 8 months to 36 years with the mean age of 7.9 years. 2. The chief complaints of the patients on admission were frequent URI[50%], dyspnea on exertion[29.8%], chest pain[11.1% k 1%], growth retardation[2%], cough[2.8%], anorexia[2.8%]. But there were 11 patients[30.6%] having no subjective symptoms. 3. In auscultation, the usual continuous machinery murmur was noticed in 30 patients[83.3%], only systolic murmur in 6[16.7%]. 4. In the preoperative chest P-A views, there were noticed cardiomegaly in 20 cases, enlarged pulmonary conus and / or pulmonary plethora in 22 patients[61.1%]. 5. In the preoperative EGG findings, there were noticed pattern of LVH in 8 patients[22.2`], RVH in 2[5.6%], BVH in 4[11.5%] and normal in 19[52.89o]. 6. The size of PDA[mean] was 9.5 mm[length] and 8.8 mm[width], the range of length was from 4 to 29 mm and the range of width was from 4 to 18 mm. 7. There were noticed 6 cases which were combined with other anomalies[VSD in 2 cases, Coarctation of aorta in 2, Mitral regurgitation in 1, and AP window in 1]. 8. On operation, simple ligation of the ductus was performed in 30 cases[83.3%], division and suture-ligation in 5[13.9%]. 9. Postoperative complications were noticed in 4 cases[pneumonia in one case, wound infection or disruption in 3], but there were no mortality.

InGaAlAs/InP은 $1.3{\sim}1.55{\mu}m$ 레이저 다이오드 응용을 위한 InGaAsP/InP를 대체하기 위한 물질로 많은 관심을 받아왔다. 디지털 합금 InGaAlAs 다중양자우물(multiple quantum wells: MQWs) 시료는 MBE (molecular beam epitaxy) 장비를 이용하여 n-InP 기판 위에 성장하였다. 양자우물과 장벽은 각각 (InGaAs)0.8(InAlAs)0.2와 (InGaAs)0.4(InAlAs)0.6 SPSs (short-period superlattices)로 $510^{\circ}C$에서 성장하였다. 발광특성을 향상시키기 위하여 질소분위기에서 $700^{\circ}C$ $750^{\circ}C$ 또는 $800^{\circ}C$에서 30초간 열처리(rapid thermal annealing: RTA)하였다. RTA 온도에 따른 디지털 합금 InGaAlAs MQWs의 발광특성을 분석하기 위해 PL (photoluminescence)과 TRPL(time-resolved PL)을 이용하였다. RTA 온도에 따른 InGaAlAs MQWs 시료의 발광 메카니즘 및 운반자 동력학을 연구하기 위하여 발광파장 및 온도에 따른 TRPL을 측정하였다. 저온(10 K)에서 PL 피크는 RTA 온도를 $700^{\circ}C$에서 $750^{\circ}C$로 증가하였을 때 1,242 nm에서 1,245 nm로 장파장 영역으로 이동하였다가 $800^{\circ}C$에서 열처리하였을 때 단파장 영역으로 이동하여 1,239 nm에서 나타났다. 또한 PL 세기는 RTA 온도를 증가함에 따라 증가함을 보이다가 RTA 온도를 $800^{\circ}C$로 증가하였을 때 PL 세기는 감소하였다. 발광소자 개발을 위한 InAlGaAs MQWs 시료의 최적의 열처리 조건을 이러한 PL과 TRPL 결과로부터 결정할 수 있다.

The present study was designed to evaluate the effect of pretreatment with coenzyme {{{{ { Q}_{10 } }}}} on adriamycin-induced myocardial ultrastructural changes in rats. Except control group 6 treat-ments included three levels of dietary conenzyme {{{{ { Q}_{10 } }}}} (0, 0.1 or 0.5g/kg diet) and two levels of ADR(1.0 or 2.0mg/kg B.W/week) Adriamycin treatment significantly decreased growth perfo-rmance of rats. But this decrement was not modified by dietary supplementation of coenzyme{{{{ { Q}_{10 } }}}} Electron microscopic examination revealed a progression of myocardial lesions were depen-dent upon the level of ADR injection. The most frequently observed fin structural alterations in rat myocardium were mitochondrial swelling dilation of the sarcoplasmic reticulum and the appearance of a perinuclear vacuolication. But these structural changes were somewhat reduced by dietary supplementation of coenzyme {{{{ { Q}_{10 } }}}}.
