Allylthio group of allicin and other organosulfur compounds which are isolated from garlic is considered as a pharmacophore, a key structure component of the molecule which is responsible biological activities. In the foregoing studies various 3-allylthio -6- alkoxypyridazine derivatives (K- compounds ) and 3-allylthio -6- alkylthiopyridazine derivatives(Thio-K-compounds) were synthesized and their biological activities were tested in vivo. They showed good hepatoprotective activities on the carbon tetrachloride-treated mouse and aflatoxin Bl-treated rat and chemopreventive activities on bepatocarcinoma cells in rat as expected. Now 3-allylthio-6-heterocyclylalkylaminopyridazine derivatives that the oxygen atom at 6-Position of 3-allylthio-6-alkoxypyridazine is replaced by nitrogen (N) were synthesiz ed and their activities were tested in vitro against SK-Hep-1 human liver cancer cells. They showed good chemopreventive activities on hepatocarcinoma cells.

High voltage pulse power supply using Marx generator and solid-state switches is proposed in this study. The Marx generator is composed of 12 stages and each stage is made of IGBT stack, two diode stacks, and capacitor. To charge the capacitors of each stage in parallel, inductive charging method is used and this method results in high efficiency and high repetition rates. It can generate the pulse voltage with the following parameters: Voltage: up to 120kv Rising time: sub ${\mu}S$ Pulse width: up to $10{\mu}S$, Pulse repetition rate: 1000pps The proposed pulsed power generator uses IGBT stack with a simple driver and has modular design. So this system structure gives compactness and easiness to implement total system. Some experimental results are included to verify the system performances in this paper.

3상 인버터 출력단 센싱에 옵셋이 발생할 경우 DC 전류에 출력 주파수에 해당하는 리플 성분이 발생하게 된다. 리플의 크기는 옵셋의 크기에 비례하여 커지게 된다. 센싱 단자 등의 H/W적인 문제로 옵셋이 발생할 경우 DQ축 전류 및 DC 전류에 리플이 발생하게 되고 이는 필터 리액터, 변압기 등의 온도 상승 및 IGBT Stack의 온도 상승 등 인버터 시스템에 악영향을 유발시킬 뿐만 아니라 DC 소스원에도 악영향을 발생시킬 가능성이 존재한다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 옵셋의 영향을 줄여 시스템을 안정적으로 동작시키기 위해 옵셋 보상 방법을 제안하였다.

It has become clear that complex interactions underlie the relationship between the skeletal and immune systems. This is particularly true for the development of immune cells in the bone marrow as well as the functions of bone cells in skeletal homeostasis and pathologies. Because these two disciplines developed independently, investigators with an interest in either often do not fully appreciate the influence of the other system on the functions of the tissue that they are studying. With these issues in mind, this review will focus on several key areas that are mediated by crosstalk between the bone and immune systems. A more complete appreciation of the interactions between immune and bone cells should lead to better therapeutic strategies for diseases that affect either or both systems.

본 연구 개발에서는 육로가 아닌 바다에서의 해양 환경 상태와 어선의 운행 시 사고 영상을 저장 확인할 수 있는 소형 어선용 영상저장 및 환경 데이터 저장 Set-top Box를 개발하고자 한다. 소형어선들은 매우 필요하나 장비의 고가로 인하여 구축하기가 어려워 저가의 장비의 개발은 필수적이다. 이를 기반으로 현재 해양경찰에서 사용하고 있는 무선통신 방식과 접목하여 사고나 위험한 상황 시 해양경찰이나 관제센터로 영상 및 데이터를 전송하여 해양에서 얻을 수 있는 각종 해양 환경정보 및 각 선박들의 안전에도 기여하고자 한다.

For more accurately describing the durations of the light and the dark phases of micro-algal cells over the whole light-dark cycle, and probing into the relationship between the liquid circulation time or velocity, the aeration rate and cell density, a series of experiments was carried out in 10 cm light-path flat plate photobioreactors. The results indicated that the liquid flow in the flat plate photobioreactor could be described by liquid dynamic equations, and a high biomass output, higher content and productivity of arachidonic acid, $70.10\;gm^{-2}d^{-1},\;9.62\%$ and 510.3 mg/L, respectively, were obtained under the optimal culture conditions.

정보화 체계 수립, 상호운용성, 투자 의사 결정 기반, 업무와 정보기술의 연계 등을 목적으로 최근 공공기관에서 활발하게 추진하고 있는 것이 정보기술아키텍처(Information Technology Architecture) 구축이다. 또한 정보시스템을 효율적으로 구성하기 위한 체제 및 방법인 정보기술아키텍처의 활용을 촉진함으로써 공공기관 등에 정보시스템이 효율적으로 도입 운영될 수 있는 기반을 마련하기 위해 "정보시스템의 효율적 도입 및 운영 등에 관한 법률" 이 제정(2005.12) 및 시행(2006.7.1)되어 정보기술아키텍처의 도입이 의무화되었다. 본 논문은 국내 정보기술아키텍처 구축 현황에 대해 알아보고, 국가과학기술종합정보시스템(NTIS) 정보기술아키텍처 구축 사례와 향후 계획에 대해 소개한다.

Land cover change has been recognized as one of the most important factors influencing the occurrence of rainfall-triggered landslides. Satellite remote sensing provides detailed information regarding the spatial distribution and extent of land cover/use changes. This study describes the land cover changes in Nagasaki City, Japan and Kangnung City, South Korea. The former has been suffered from rainfall-triggered disasters for long term and latter was damaged by Typhoon Rusa in 2002. The results obtained from both study areas clearly show that land cover changes have occurred in the last decade as a result of both natural forces and human activities.

염해지역 배전선로의 나선 사용에 따른 안전사고방지 및 전력공급신뢰도 향상을 위하여 경동선 도체에 수밀 컴파운드를 충진하고 흑색의 가교폴리에틸렌으로 압출한 절연전선으로 염해지역의 특별고압 가공전선로에 사용하며 내부식성, 수밀성 및 전기 특성이 우수하다. 따라서 본 평가기술에서는 내트래킹, 인장강도, 우수침입방지성, 침적성, 통전내부식성, 교류파괴전압, 박리성, 밀착도 등의 주요한 시험에 대한 시험방법을 검토하고, 시험에 적용하여 시험 시 문제점을 도출하고 시험방법을 정립하고자 한다.

Several iridium based complexes were investigated as blue phosphorescent dopants. They are achieved about 100 % quantum efficiencies due to utilization of both singlet and triplet excitons in the radiative processes. We have fabricated phosphorescent OLED with 8 % Ir$(ppz)_3$ as a triplet emissive dopnat in diverse host materials. In this study, the CBP obtained the luminance efficiency of 0.20 cd/A adapts to the host material. Furthermore, we synthesize metalorganic phosphor complexs based on Ir heavy metal with different ligands as to $Ir(ppz)_2acac$, $(Im)_2Ir(acac)$, $(Im-R)_2Ir(acac)$.
