  • The existing curriculum of cultural assets compulsory curriculum is difficult to expect educational effect due to lack of interests and visibility. The purpose of this study is to develop application contents and teaching materials using cultural data 3 - D data based on multi - marker recognition technology of augmented reality, which is attracting attention in the era of the 4th industrial revolution. In the case of the contents of a multi-marker technology capable of recognizing a plurality of markers, various events can be added and output capability can be enhanced. The proposed augmented reality app will be applied to the study of various education contents production technology utilizing cultural properties.

  • The use of Internet of Things(IoT) in smart cities and smart homes is essential. The security of the sensor nodes, which are the core of the IoT, is weak and hacking attacks are severe enough to have a fatal impact on real life. This research is conducted to improve the security of the Internet of Things by developing a lightweight secure communication protocol for the Internet of Things, and to build a safe Internet of Things environment suitable for the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution. It contributes to building a safe and convenient smart city and smart home by proposing key management and identifier development to increase the confidentiality of communication and the establishment of an Internet authentication system.

  • Recently, artificial intelligence and SW have occupied an important position worldwide as the foundation technology of the era of the 4th industrial revolution, and web browser-based programming learning systems are becoming common due to changes in the learning environment caused by COVID-19. In accordance with this trend, this paper proposes a functionally scalable microservice-based system structure for an online evaluation system as a tool for learning algorithms that are the basis of artificial intelligence and SW. In addition, a functional structure for applying machine learning to automatic evaluation functions under the proposed system structure is also proposed.

  • The Fourth Industrial Revolution has emerged, and technologies of various industries are being converged, compounded, or clouded computing, mobile, or big data. The emergence of a variety of skills and new jobs to match them is bringing the public out of the education and occupation of traditional metal crafts. In this change, craft education should find and study the education method suitable for the present times, and apply it to the educational field to raise public interest and revival. To this end, we will investigate the cases of education in other industries where new materials or technologies have been introduced, and use them in education of traditional metal craft techniques. In addition, we will investigate various cases and features of 3D printing technology and use it for education in craft techniques that have limited time, space and resources.

  • In the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, drones have become a flexible device that can be integrated with new technologies. The drones were originally developed as military unmanned aircraft and are now being used in various fields. In the environment and weather observation area, the atmospheric boundary layer is near the surface where the atmosphere is the most active in the meteorological phenomenon and has a close influence on human activities. In order to carry out the study of these atmospheric boundary layers, it is necessary to observe precisely the lower atmosphere and secure the observation technology. The drones in the meteorological field can be used for meteorological observations at a relatively low maintenance cost compared to existing equipment. When used in conjunction with various sensors, the drones can be widely used in atmospheric boundary layer and local meteorological studies. In this study, the possibility of meteorological observations using drones was confirmed by conducting vertical meteorological (temperature and humidity) observation experiments equipped with a combined meteorological sensor and a radio sonde on drones owned by NIMS.

Development of Convergent IOT Managing Mindmap System (마인드맵 기반의 사물인터넷 융합 관리 시스템의 개발)

  • The use of the Internet of things plays a major role in the Fourth Industrial Revolution, and a series of tasks of accumulating, converging, analyzing and reusing various data and services becomes very important. Because the pace and scope if the paradigm shift in Fourth Industrial Revolution is so rapid and unpredictable, the development and utilization of a system to fulfill this role for IOT are urgently required. In this paper, we introduce the Web-based IOT management system, which connects the IOT with OKMindmap, which is a domestic open source software and service, and the Node-RED service. This system combines the advantages of OKMindmap with the advantages of Node-RED, which is capable of visual component based programming, so that it can easily and flexibly connect the IOT based on Web browsers, and various data and services can be integrated and linked. We developed a camera module, a temperature and humidity sensor module, and the motor control module in Raspberry PI basically, and tested the operation successfully. We plan to extend the IOT component gradually by using Arduino and System On Chip.

대학 창업교육이 진로에 미치는 효과성에 대한 연구

  • 4차산업혁명 시대에 대학교육은 창의적 인재육성을 위한 중요한 역할을 담당하게 되었다. 또한 청년실업율 상승과 일자리 창출을 위한 대책으로 청년창업으로 진로를 개척할 수 있도록 대학에서부터 창업을 보다 활성화 시키지위한 정책과 지원을 확대되기 시작하였다. 대학교육의 교과 비교과 교육커리큘럼 역시 시대적 요구에 맞춰 변화하고 있으며 창의성 역량을 강조하는 창업교육이 확산되고 있다. 대학의 창업교육을 통한 문제해결능력, 의사소통능력 등 창의성역량 함양과 도전정신을 강조하며 기업가정신을 함양하는 추세이다. 이는 작금의 시대가 요구하는 창의적 인재상과 일치하며 정부와 대학에서도 창업교육에 대한 중요성을 인식하였다. 하지만 창업교육에 대한 효과성을 검증함에 있어서 창업의지, 창업성과, 청년창업 등 창업에 관련된 단편적 측면으로 연구가 많이 되고 있다. 즉, 창업교육에 대한 다양한 효과성 측면에 관한 연구는 매우 부족한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 선행연구와 차별적으로 창업교육을 통하여 사회에 진출을 앞두고 있는 대학생의 진로준비와 선택에 어떤 영향을 미치는지에 대해 실증분석을 통하여 검증하였다. 이를 위해 2016년 8월부터 지역 거점별 5개 대학교의 창업교육을 수강한 학생들을 대상으로 설문조사 실시하여 393개의 표본으로 실증분석에 활용하였다. 분석결과 창업교육을 통한 역량은 진로준비행동에 직접적인 영향은 없었다. 다만 창업교육의 협업적 의사소통능력과, 창의적 문제해결능력은 창업가정신과, 자기효능감을 통해 매개효과로 진로준비행동에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 영향을 검증하였다. 또한 창업교육의 협업적의사소통능력, 창의적문제해결능력이 창업가정신과 자기효능감에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤고, 창업가정신과 자기효능감은 진로준비행동에 긍정의 영향을 미치는 실증적 연구 결과를 도출하였다. 본 연구의 시사점은 단순히 대학의 창업교육을 시키는 것이 중요한 것이 아니라 창업교육을 통하여 창업가정신과 자기효능감을 고취 함양시킴으로써 진로준비행동에 긍정의 영향을 미친다는 점과 창업가정신과 자기효능감이 중요한 요인이라는 시사점을 도출하였다. 또한 향후 대학 창업교육의 효과성에 대한 측정과 평가에서 창업과 같은 실무적 성과 접근뿐만 아니라 사회진출을 위한 진로 영역 등과 같이 다각도의 효과와 올바른 방향성에 대한 추가 연구가 필요하다.

A Comparative Study on National Electronic Records Management Strategies (국가 전자기록 관리전략에 관한 비교 연구)

  • The work environment that produces and preserves records is changing in the digital transformation era, going beyond the new technologies of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The electronic records management strategy in the archives must be prepared according to the technology, policy, and environmental changes related to overall records management of the era. Based on this, the basic environment in which the public can access records can be created by preserving the value of records. This study analyzes the direction of changes and strategies of records management in the digital environment and the direction of electronic records management strategies of the National Archives & Records Administration (NARA) in the United States, the National Archives of Australia (NAA), and the National Archives of Korea (NAK). Based on the analysis, the study suggests policies, facilities, and personnel elements as the core of the national electronic records management strategy and direction in the digital era.

  • 칠교놀이는 해외에서는 Tangram이라고 불리며 아주 예전부터 전해져 내려오는 세계적인 놀이이다. 친구와 여럿이서 놀이를 할 수 있을 뿐만아니라 혼자서도 즐길 수 있다. 칠교놀이는 특히 창의력 향상에 도움을 주는데 이번 논문에서는 혼자서 쉽게 칠교놀이를 즐길 수 있도록 비전시스템과 라즈베리파이를 이용해서 칠교를 카메라로 인식해 성공하면 보상으로 사탕을 지급하는 놀이를 개발해 보았다. 자판기에 동전을 넣으면, 게임을 시작해서 칠교놀이의 문제를 하나씩 맞출 때 마다 사탕 한 개가 지급되는 방식으로 4차산업혁명 시대에 걸맞는 재미있는 칠교놀이 게임을 만들어 보았다. 본 논문은 OPENCV라이브러리와 라즈베리파이 GPIO라이브러리를 사용하였다. 사용한 부품은 웹캠, 초음파 센서, 서보모터이다. 라즈베리파이를 서버로 설정하고, PC를 클라이언트로 설정하여 서로 데이터를 주고 받을 수 있게 하였다. 라즈베리파이에 OPENCV를 설치하지 않은 이유는 OPENCV가 꽤 높은 사양이 필요하다고 판단하여 비전영상처리는 PC(클라이언트)에서 진행하고, 게임의 진행상황(정답의 여부)을 라즈베리파이(서버)에 보내는 방식으로 정하였다. 반대로 라즈베리파이에서도 동전의 투입 유무를 판단하여 PC(클라이언트)에 게임 시작 신호를 보내는 방식으로 설정하였다. 언어는 라즈베리파이와 PC둘다 Pythond으로 구현하였다.

Welfare Policy Visualization Analysis using Big Data -Chungcheong- (빅데이터를 활용한 복지정책 시각화분석 -충청도 중심으로-)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the changes and importance of welfare policies in Chungcheong Province using big data analysis technology in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, and to propose stable welfare policies for all generations, including the socially underprivileged. Chungcheong-do policy-related big data is coded in Python, and stable government policies are proposed based on the results of visualization analysis. As a result of the study, the keywords of Chungcheong-do government policy were confirmed in the order of region, society, government and support, education, and women, and welfare policy should be strengthened with a focus on improving local health policy and social welfare. For future research direction, it will be necessary to compare overseas cases and make policy proposals on the stable impact of national welfare policies.
