MPEG-4 컨텐츠 저작은 멀티미디어 서비스 환경의 중요한 요소 기술이다. 본 논문은 다양한 네트웍 환경과 단말 및 재생기에 멀티미디어 컨텐츠를 제공하는 MPEG-4 저작도구를 설명한다. 이 저작 도구는 MPEG-4 컨텐츠가 다양한 재생 파일로 변환한 수 있도록 하는 컨텐츠 컴포지션 트리라는 자료구조를 가진다. 이 자료구조는 중간 코트로서 MPEG-4 컨텐츠 정보를 포함하며 MPEG-4, ASF, HTML 등 다양한 형식의 재생 파일로 변환된다. 그러므로 한번 재생된 MPEG-4 컨텐츠는 사용자의 개입 없이 단말기에 독립적으로 재생될 수 있다 또한 PDA 퉁 무선 환경에서의 재생으로도 확장 가능하다

4-Pivaloyloxy, 4-benzenesulfonyloxy and 4-p-toluenesulfonyloxy compounds of piroxicam (2a, 2b and 2c) and isoxicam(4a, 4b and 4c) were synthesized in fairly good yield. Antiinflammatory and ulcerogenic effects of the 6 compounds were determined. Antiinflammatory effect of 2a was comparable to that of piroxicam and ulcerogenic effect of 2a was less than that of piroxicam.

MPEG-4 컨텐츠는 다양한 사용자 상호작용에 의하여 장면과 객체의 재생 시간이 동적으로 변화하는 특징이 있다. 본 논문에서는 MPEG-4 컨텐츠를 저작할 때, 사용자 상호작용에 의하여 변화하는 시간 관계에 대한 제약 조건을 모델링한다. 또한 모델링된 시간 제약 모델에 기반한 MPEG-4 컨텐츠 저작 시스템인 MPEG-4 Studio 에 대하여 기술한다. 이 MPEG-4 Studio는 사용자가 저작한 시간 제약에 딸라 MPEG-4 컨텐츠를 재생하는 중요한 연구이다.

[Cp＊Rh(H₂O)₃](OTf)₂ (1) reacts with a stoichiometric amount of A and B [ A = Me₃SiN₃, B = 4,4'-bipridyl, (2a), A = Me₃SiNCO, B = 4,4'-bipridyl (2b)] in acetone at room temperature for 3 h to give the supramolecular complexes [Cp＊₄Rh₄(μ-A)₄(μ-B)₂] [A = Me₃SiN₃, B = 4,4'-bipridyl, (2a), A = Me₃SiNCO, B = 4,4'-bipridyl (2b)]. Complexes 2a and 2b have been structurally characterized by X-ray diffraction.

In this paper, we investigated the characteristics of 4${\times}$4 thermo-optic switch using two mode interference(TMI) coupler. We designed this matrix switch by using a configuration which combines a double Mach- Zehnder interferometer(MZI) switching unit. The average extinction ratio and average excess loss of the 4${\times}$4 thermo-optic switch was 33.7dB, 0.29dB, respectively.

An efficient method for the synthesis of optically active 2-substituted 2,3-dihydro-4-quinolones has been developed. The key features include the introduction of a chiral side chain and the construction of quinolone skeleton by Mitsunobu alkylation and hydroarylation, respectively.
